Very good coffe and frenchfries No bin in the bathroom but hair in the shower not mine; loud from the mainroad, doors and window did not close propper; no umbreller it is raining season!; no door for the shower; no tel in the room to contact the lobby for an umbrella . . .

We had the villa - 1 bedroom with private pool. Was amazing. Pool and villa spotlessly clean. We did not have transport so not sure how far to restaurants or coffee shops. Bed super comfortable Nothing to complain about

Clean and property was rather spacious with a restaurant and spa on site Management and advertising. The websites (Expedia, Booking and their own website) advertised the family pool villa as having 3 beds: 2 Queen and a sofa bed. There is no sofa bed. And when we arrived they attempted to charge us for the third bed (even though we had that in our villa already). They then held my passport while trying to resolve the issue. Their behavior was inappropriate and possibly illegal. They held my passport when you had no right to in an effort to extort more money from me for a bed that I already paid for. They then repeatedly called the room during late hours asking us to visit the front desk to pay for the extra bed. While the property is nice and the location is decent, the hotel falsely advertises its beds and the hotel staff behavior regarding my passport and the extra bed was wildly inappropriate and misguided.

Included breakfast was not up to my expectations. Bathroom water flow pressure was very low it’s frustrating.

The service of this hotel is very poor. When you enter the hotel, you will deduct money for no reason. There is a fine of 10 million yuan for smoking. Obviously, there is no smoking. Except for this matter, the waiter who tidying up the room will steal your things. My camera ccd is missing. Where is that motorcycle is 90,000 yuan. There is no motorcycle outside, which charges 10 million or no oil. There is also a lot of English that can't be understood in the front desk. Communication is simply a problem. Even if the front desk has a bad attitude, it will roll its eyes. The location of the room is not easy to get close to the road. It's very noisy. The toilet smells like a toilet. It smells like shit. The bath towels in the hotel are moldy, the floor is also sticky, and there is very dirty dirt on the sheets. The scariest thing is that the pillows are moldy. In short, it gives me the feeling that I live on the street and don't want to live here. Don't go to the house with bad attitude and moldy house. Don't be deceived like me again.

Location was 10mins away from my business venue. They didn't allow food delivery to be sent to my room.

The bed is comfortable. There’s white particles in the water boiler even after afew times we cleaned it, it make the water cloudy. Also a mouse entered our villa and messed up the rubbish.

location is ok, close to Seminyak. where do I start.. upon arriving we were greeted by dead bird in the pool, dirty window/sliding glass door, old furniture, NEVER WORKS TOILET and the water is very temperamental and smelly. We stayed for 30 days, we had raised all these concerns to the management/staff no one even tries to resolved this. unprofessional staff. please avoid this place it’s not worth the money you paying there’s plenty places that are better.
