Renisha was very nice. But I asked for a pillow that never came. The tub didn’t drain so I contacted the front desk and they sent maintenance but after he supposedly fixed it, it still didn’t drain. The guy who checked me in didn’t give much info and had attitude when we asked how to get to our room. He asked if I had a car but never told me there was a daily fee for parking. I only found out when I checked out and got a copy of the bill.

Not much after my experience Well since BOTH emails I was given to notify management of the conditions of my room bounced back undeliverable, I guess this is public. Hello, My son and I checked into room 159 yesterday afternoon. I noticed right away that surfaces appeared dirty, bathroom counter had little plastic trash with a blueish liquid, and the toilet bowl needed scrubbing. Given we are here for a baseball tournament that doesn’t leave us much free time, I had food for my son and some disinfecting wipes delivered. I wiped all surfaces and then made the fold out bed so it would be ready for him when we arrived after the late game. When I pulled out the bed, the mattress had pests that appeared to be carpet beetle larvae. I removed them and we left. This morning was when I discovered the true horrors of the bathroom. In the shower I found black mold everywhere and the toilet base had a thick layer of old urine at the base. This was very horrifying. This experience is very sad for my family and the brand standard. I don’t know how to make it better. We were given room 112 to switch to at 8:30am when I had to leave by 9. So that was also very stressful and no help was offered. Nothing actually was offered to try to make this less horrible.

The room was clean, towels are large size, hot and cold water, bathroom has a great area, bathtub and shower. Pillow cases we're clean and smelled like clean. Overall in the room a 9/10, the sofa bed was not confortable at all, if your party is more than 2, have this on mind or book a second room. Has a closet, hangers, big mirror, Refrigerator, coffe maker, small sink, microwave, so is a small apartment. Also has laundry, 2 washers and 2 dryers, front desk provide with change. 1 wash and 1 dry is 4$ dollar. Staff were great. Near 7Eleven, gas stations, mall and restaurants. Value per dollar is great for each cent you pay. Breakfast, scramble eggs, bacon, next day sausage, bread, waffle maker, distilled water, some fruits, oats and dried fruits for it and different kinds of yogurts. Im saying overall 10/10. We were a group of 9 people, no one complained.
- 5/5
The office checked us in quickly, upgraded us just to be nice, and the room was clean and had everything we wanted or needed.
- 3/5
Staff was great and check-in was smooth. Room was tidy but the toiletries were either not provided or missing as we have to call the staff to refill the Shampoo and Conditioner bottles in the bathroom. Also we have to request a set of blanket for the guest sleeping on the sofa-bed which was not provided in the closet. Hand soap or hand was missing too.
- 3.5/5
We liked how quiet it was, nobody bothering us inside or outside. The staff was also friendly. My toilet was broken, it was small and somewhat still dirty, an I didn't have high expectations. The artwork sucked! Both photos facing the bed looked like creepy spiders staring at me!! SOO I made my hubby cover them lol but i was pretty disapointed IT WAS a little overpriced for what it actually was.

Staff were amazing! Room was good. Area was safe feeling. Loved that the outside pool was heated. Amazing breakfast options. Will definitely stay again!! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Breakfast was always good and there’s coffee all day long. The rooms were well kept and the staff was very attentive when I couldn’t get my tv to work. Plus they were very friendly to my puppy as well.
- 3/5
Breakfast was super great. We booked because of the pool and it wasnt open yet even though it was two weeks past when it said it was to be open. Overall good friendly stay.

I was really excited to see the property when we drove up. It was cute little apartment homes....the front desk clerk was nice and professional. I was utterly disappointed going in....the ottoman has a HUGE desk stain on it ... There are holes in the lamp and on the curtains, window shades.... Worst of all was I COULDN'T TAKE A SHOWER ..no matter how long I ran the hot water, it NEVER got above cold...instead of staying another night ..like we were probably going to do, we decided to go home.

Family Friendly home with great staffs. I opt out on room service but overall stay is great and will return again.
- 3/5
Rent 2 rooms one for 4 nights and the other 5 nights. Check in day they said they will clean they never once come by to refresh or clean
- 5/5
Great ,quiet clean place to stay!!
- 4/5
Clean room, good food and all staff are nice and friendly.
- 3/5
The staff was very nice but the rooms themselves are just kind of rundown.
- 5/5
Rooms are great, but paying extra to park at your hotel is the ugliest thing a company can do. I won’t reserve rooms for our crews ever again at a Marriott property.
- 5/5
The staff were so amazing. The hospitality is truly great! I stay was a great and comfortable experience and I felt really welcomed! Don't change a thing this place is amazing

Convenient & Excellent Location
- 5/5
My stay was excellent
- 4/5
Awesome
- 5/5
This hotel charges for parking but is in an area similar across the country that does not charge. It is not in a congested area or close to anything. Their excuse was other hotels do and they can. They said they would waive it because I said something, so that was nice but they shouldn’t charge parking in the first place. I am so tired of unexpected add-ons. Just charge your price.
- 5/5
Great staff and stay
- 4/5
The room itself was okay. Great amenities. Only problem we had was the staff in the front particularly the younger front desk girl.
- 5/5
Great customer service clean and quiet place I love it keep the great job
- 5/5
Good location
- 2/5
Staff was generally pleasant. Check in process missed information about basic property amenities and breakfast times. Room cleanliness was not the greatest. Dark curly hairs were in the clean bath towels and didn't see them till after getting out of the shower and wiping myself off - checked the other bath towels that were hanging and they all had the same issue. Tried using the house phone to get more clean towels and the line goes straight to a live feed of the main phoneline. Had to call the hotel from my cell phone to reach someone.
- 5/5
Excellent place to book a room and great customer service. Very clean and quiet.
- 3/5
Found a stink bug the first morning I was there
- 4/5
The hot water ran out very quickly, after 1 shower, 3 out of 4 days The restroom sink had a clog in ptrap Seems like regular maintenance is lacking. The general upkeep of the outdoor areas also is lacking. Lots of slip hazards and potential liability issues ie the parking lot condition. My biggest gripe was that the parking fee for guests is ridiculous. Why would they charge a paying hotel guest for parking when the money obviously doesn't go to maintenance
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful! I'll stay here again the next time I am in the area.
- 5/5
Nice & very welcoming staff!
- 1/5
Cleanliness was the main issue and the staff charged for parking which they didn’t tell me initially.
- 3/5
Room was clean but was a bit pricey for 1 queen bed & sofa bed
- 5/5
Check in was a little awkward. I was just sitting there waiting for some one to say “How can I help you” but nope. I had to approach them & say “can I check in now”.
- 4/5
Staff was really friendly. Would be nice if the bathroom fan had an off switch.
- 3/5
It was a good place to stay for overnight. Price is reasonable
- 4/5
Good situation for a Seattle stay, shopping nearby and not too far off I-5 after a long day of travel.
- 3/5
Liked the full size fridge. But there was quite a bit of noise from guests and traffic noise
- 4/5
Clean, convenient to airport, safe environment.
- 3/5
I won’t be coming back it’s a older hotel you have to pay for parking it shouldn’t have the Marriott name on it
- 5/5
We had a wonderful time.
- 5/5
I was nice, quiet, and convenient to dining, also very clean.
- 5/5
Great staff, clean rooms
- 4/5
They have excellent quality breakfast and the kitchen lady was very friendly same as the front desk will definitely go back again. Great service the only the thing is that their shampoo is bad they need to change it to dove it’s much better
- 4/5
Be careful when stepping into the tub/shower. The bottom of the tub/shower is very slick and poses a safety hazard. Decor a bit dated, but the bed was firm and comfortable. Good insulation. I liked having a kitchenette.

- 5/5
My wife and I stayed here for three weeks. We appreciate the great service and breakfast. They even change menus for the breakfast to make it more fun for long-term guests. We also enjoyed the location as it's walkable to malls and grocery stores, and it's easy to catch a bus to Seattle downtown and Bellevue. It's a lovely place to stay. We would love to come back.
- 5/5
It was a great stays
- 1/5
Flushed the toilet in the middle of the night and it ran for hours. The mechanism was broken and had to listen to it run for hours. Horrible sleep and no comp!
- 5/5
Nice place to stay
- 3/5
The property was clean, breakfast good, we had to change rooms because the fridge did not work and I had medication that needed to be refrigerated and our milk went warm. One of the keys for the new room did not work, we were charged for parking we did not know about in our prepay, the hotel could not explain why the put the wrong amount for the incidentals charge which they said was $20 per night and we were charged $70. If you are going to charge it, you should be able to explain it. The front desk service needs some improvement but the rest of the staff on property were friendly.
- 4/5
I love the suite rooms cause there's everything you need. The only downside was the mattress on the sofa bed in Rm 115 was very thin and uncomfortable. The king bed was fine. Staff were lovelly, attentive and knowledgeable about the area.
- 3/5
Breakfast was great. The room was smelly. We arrived too late to ask for a different room.
- 1/5
Our neighbors were up all night talking loudly and playing music both nights we were there. Made several calls to front desk but they were unable or unwilling to quiet them down. We will not stay there again.
- 3/5
I didn’t eat food but the bed was somehow it’s good. But they don’t have body lotion in the bathroom and the building looks like old. The directions to your bedroom way was so confusing.
- 5/5
smooth checked in and out. service request at ease and take care on the spot
- 5/5
I loved the having a kitchen
- 4/5
restaurants around are closed on sundays. Rooms good for family , pool is mostly only for kids and small. Overall it was a good place to stay for our family. Workers were great .
- 5/5
Nice place, good breakfast
- 3/5
Breakfast was good and had something for everyone. The person taking care of the breakfast area did a good job keeping everything refreshed.
- 3/5
The bed in the room was awesome. The room was clean and had good air conditioning. The shower, however, leaked water on the floor outside the shower, the floor of the shower was extremely slippery, and I almost fell, and the amenities inside the shower had not been refilled, and one was completely empty.
- 3/5
Old and out dated
- 4/5
Thank you. Next time again
- 2/5
The pool was dirty and the tub wasn't working. The outside was clean but the room wasn't. We will not stay here again.
- 1/5
The receptionist, who was a lady, was quite rude and arrogant on the phone. We requested a cleaning for our room, but she told us that since our checkout is tomorrow, the room wouldn't be cleaned, even though we are still staying here. Additionally, the cleaners were supposed to take out the trash, but they acted as if they didn't understand what we were saying. As a result, we had to take out all the trash ourselves. This was very unprofessional behavior. I will never book again!!
- 4/5
What I didnt like was the loud late noise at around 2am 2 nights in a row.
- 5/5
Just book another 27 nights!!
- 3/5
Excellent service by staff, the free breakfast was good. Unfortunately, we had a few problems with the electricity in our room as they updated the electric systems
- 2/5
Good breakfast.
- 4/5
It was a good place. Room was nice and breakfast was solid.
- 5/5
Good Price. Close to Amenities.
- 4/5
Came from out of town with my daughters to a softball tournament. We chose this location for the kitchenette, ability to sleep 4, and safety. We were sad the hot tub was out of order, but that’s ok. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.
- 2/5
Horrible bed and even worse pillows. Fridge made odd noises all night. Left a night early.
- 3/5
There was pink mold in the shower stall and it was very noisy. I took one photo but there were more.
- 5/5
It was exactly what I meeded and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
I recomend this hotel
- 5/5
The brunch is very good ❤️
- 3/5
Personnel pas très agréable
- 5/5
Phenomenal staff every time
- 4/5
Great location, near the mall 7-11 next door. The rooms are older and haven’t been updated
- 2/5
Well below average for a Marriot property. I filtered to properties with ariport shuttles and this one came up. They however do not have a shuttle.
- 5/5
Very safe area. Property is well maintained & spacious rooms. Front desk people are very friendly.
- 5/5
Polite and friendly staff that’s always happy to help
- 5/5
Very nice room and amenities would definitely stay again

Our stay was great, food was wonderful and staff was very helpful!
- 4/5
Overall pretty good. Our room was peetty outdated, but clean and functional.
- 4/5
Room was a dirty
- 5/5
Love it
- 4/5
The hotel is a nice set up of individual apartment like rooms. I liked being able to drive up right to my room and park near it. The decor and amenities were a little bit outdated, but we’re in good condition and clean. I wasn’t always able to get someone at the front desk by telephone, but when I did, they responded promptly.
- 5/5
Very quiet . No loud people or noises as opposed to other hotels .
- 5/5
Good 👍
- 3/5
Helpful staff but room felt to small for our family of 4.
- 4/5
I did not like the fact that a semi parked in the parking lot most of the night with his engine running and then at 12:30 a.m. he was unloading his trailer. I assume delivering to the 7-11 across the street.
- 5/5
It was amazing. Room service were really attentive. Front desk were very accommodating. The property’s cleanliness was on top every time I took out trash. Fresh linen. I loved it.
- 5/5
Great for family
- 5/5
everyone was very nice and welcoming. rooms were beautiful and had everything you could ever need!
- 4/5
Good experience
- 4/5
It was better then my first stay here.
- 4/5
They were so accommodating so serene it was exactly what I needed and within a safe distance of all that bull crap that you know returns to everyday Life it was truly home away from home thank you guys at Marriott
- 5/5
Have been staying at Towneplace Suites many times so I am used to the good service, good breakfast and this time I discovered they have laundry room
- 3/5
Compact property, room was okay, not much spacious. charges $10 per night for parking. The one thing we didn’t like was the rude behavior of the staff managing the breakfast area. We went to have breakfast around 9:30 am and already bread and waffle batter was over/empty. When asked the staff member said she won’t refill and eat whatever is available. Only two bagels were there with fruits, ended up having just those.
- 5/5
Very courteous and informative
- 5/5
Good hotel. People is very nice.
- 4/5
its more like an apartment than a hotel
- 5/5
Near to the rooms
- 5/5
Pretty nice place
- 5/5
Only downside, no restaurants or stores within walking distance. Otherwise, excellent!
- 2/5
The night staff was really nice and helpful. The morning staff was not. I was not told about incidental fees when called prior to check in. I had to switch rooms because i felt pokes in the bed
- 3/5
It is under renovation, hope it will be better the next time.
- 5/5
Loved it, Christine and all staff were amazing
- 5/5
Rad!
- 5/5
Very nice place, comfortable bed.
- 3/5
Time for an upgrade. Area was a bit concerning.
- 3/5
It was ok, there was a 7-11 right there where it seemed like there were a lot of homeless people hanging around. The room was ok, the property is very dated, and is not the nicest Marriott Ive stayed in. No major problems, but paint chipping around door frames, bathroom could use an update, cobwebs everywhere, and I had a 2nd floor room and no one to take my suitcase upstairs.
- 4/5
Too much noise at night....racing going on in the streets.
- 5/5
There was some road work being done outside which made it a little loud early in the morning, but otherwise was a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Garbage bags were paper thin. Breakfast Food was good. Service was great and employees were very friendly.
- 5/5
Des cuisinettes sont un réel atout en plus de l'accès à un bbq
- 3/5
it isn’t the most quiet place you’d imagine.
- 2/5
The room was too dark and felt dirty all the time. Through our 1 week stay, the room was thoroughly cleaned on one day. The other 2 times that they cleaned the room were just perfunctory cleaning. Manager was pleasant and tried to cater to our needs.
- 1/5
This is the filthiest Marriott Hotel that we've ever stayed at
- 3/5
Pest control needed
