the a/c in the room never worked. it was so frustrating because it was the middle of summer. we did ask staff to come assist with the a/c. they did come and it worked for a little bit and then it stopped working again. it just didn't seem worth it to keep asking them to fix it when we knew it wouldn't work.

Wi-Fi only worked the first couple of days. Complained twice but nothing happened.

We had a late arrival and the staff was extremely professional and friendly. Check in was smooth and easy. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a restful night and were greeted by a warm and tasty breakfast. Coffee station was accessible from the hallway and the dining area, no traffic pileup. In the evening we were greeted by warm cookies and fresh coffee. Wonderful place to curl up after a long day of site seeing.

Stayed in the suite. Very nice layout and very spacious. Corner unit so lots of light and nice view of the green.

Room is clean and bed are soft just an older building so expect imperfections but nothing major, you can hear the people walking upstairs and marijuana smoke next door very strong when walking along the hallway… breakfast is nothing special than bagel, yogurt, coffee, bread, eggs, juice… parking is nice and abundant, staff are nice and friendly….

We are a family of 4, traveling with young children and had all the amenities we needed. Nearby park less then a 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Great selection for the inclusive breakfast in the mornings.

Clean and comfortable The pillows were thick and very firm...not comfortable for your neck. At breakfast the egg-like "hockey pucks" were not very palatable. Sausage and potatoes seemed undercooked.

Tucked into the golf course it’s a quiet and great getaway!! Great location for us to visit our families to both North Tacoma and South to Bellevue!! Complimentary breakfast also great with a good amount of hot and cold choices, and we liked the addition of “egg bites “ now on the menu along with the Amazing bean grinder coffee machine (we may have missed that on our visit last yet) but so enjoyed it nonetheless!! Goodness HUCKLEBERRY MUFFINS!! Staff in every area of the hotel helpful and very friendly and welcoming!! We enjoy it here!! Parking has never been a problem and we feel secure during our stay. We look forward to another stay this month!!! Thank you so much!!!

The room was really nice and we could sit outside and watch the golfers on the course. Very comfortable beds and a good hot breakfast. It was a bit further from the airport than we thought but it didn’t matter has we had a car.

The room came with 2 bottles of water. However we were booked for 3 days and they wouldn’t replace them to make coffee. Water was $2 a bottle. I think that 2 bottles each day would have been a better offer. Especially since we weren’t asking for our room to be cleaned daily. It felt very selfish to me!

Absolutely loved my stay here. As a solo female traveler, I really appreciated how safe the location felt. The room was spotless, and they had my name on the TV as a welcome touch — such a nice surprise. The employees were amazing — so friendly and great service. They also have a washer and dryer on site (bring quarters), a little store with snacks and laundry detergent, free breakfast, and plenty of parking. Highly recommend!

Comfortable, quiet, well-appointed rooms. We stayed in a King room on the golf course side (previous reviews and a family member recommended the golf side and it was silent) with a balcony that overlooked part of the course, but had big trees to shade the balcony. Cute ducks in a puddle on the green. Fridge was cold-ish, bathroom nice with plenty of hot water. Shower head was a little short, but that might have just been our room. We stayed there for proximity to Sea-Tec since we were flying out the next day. Has coin-operated laundry, daily breakfast (good options), wifi, and a couple of nearby restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Would stay again if flying out the next day. It was about a 15-minute drive to the rental car return at Sea-Tec on a Tuesday morning. Bed was comfy, clean, and had great pillows.

The mattresses are hard, feels like you are going to roll on the floor and needs to be replaced as so uncomfortable. The breakfast was not the best as I have had so much better at other locations. The omelets had jalapenos in it and the muffins were precious frozen and were cold and not edible also the potatoes were under cooked. Plus parking was very far away from the hotel and a similar truck was taking up 4 parking spots close to the hotel and parking was not well marked at all for hotel guests. Also there was so much light coming around both sides of the so quote black out curtains that it did not black out the room at all.

There is a beautiful golf course nearby and the setting is beautiful.

The check in process was quick and friendly. The entire hotel was clean, from reception through the hallways to the room. The breakfast provided was not just your standard continental breakfast but was an assortment of hot foods, including pancakes made on the spot, muffins, bagels, toast, fresh fruit salad, juices and coffee. I couldn't gave asked for better.

After a very tiring week of traveling the National Parks, we checked in early evening for our flight home the next day. After unpacking, we had an issue with a very noisy AC unit. We notified the front desk and they promptly assigned us to another quieter room. They even hand delivered the keys to our new room, rather than making us take all of our belongings to the front desk and then move to the new room. The staff was very apologetic and responsive. The breakfast also provided some really good options. I enjoyed looking out the windows at breakfast at the golfers.

Check in staff was vey friendly, she made sure my rewards number was tied to my reservation. General areas and room were very clean and up to date. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. We had the room on the backside of the elevator and ice area and did hear every person at the ice machine, but the elevator wasn’t a problem. I reserved a king bed with balcony thinking it would be facing somewhat of the golf course as seen in the online pictures, but we were facing the parking lot. The pictures also showed a sink and counter within the main area, and much more space than we had. Although it was only a few dollars more, clearly the pictures of that room should be updated as to not misrepresent. All in all our stay was great.

Clean room, professional staff, average hotel breakfast, in a strip mall setting with beds that are less than comfortable but not too bad. This hotel also backs up to a golf course in the back of the hotel. Room prices are very reasonable and the interior is well kept. Elevator wasn’t working while we were there but a technician was scheduled. Free parking!

Do not stay on the first floor please. The building is so dated and it’s a wood frame structure. The layer between the floors is so thin that I can hear everything from downstairs. Every steps, window/door open or close you can hear clearly from downstairs.

The pancake machine was great! there was a large selection of breakfast food to select from. very good selection of drinks to chose from and the attendant did a excellent job . the start and stop time of 7 to 9:30 were just right Well maybe strawberries and whip cream for the pancakes.

Great place to stay and would highly recommend it. The only issue was that there wasn’t a pool and it would have been nice to have for the kids to burn some energy.

The breakfast buffet had several options including scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, pancakes, hard boiled eggs and more! Parking was free and safe. The staff was professional and friendly. There are multiple dining options within walking distance, including an excellent Chinese restaurant that shares the parking lot with the hotel.

This was a great spot for a last-minute trip. The hotel was clean and in good condition. Highlights were the shower head/water pressure and the delicious egg bites at the breakfast. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially James who checked us in.

There was little hot water in the shower. The hottest I could get the shower was luke warm at best. The water that came out of the bathroom sink was really hot. I complained to management. I got an email back stating that the head of housekeeping said the water was hot. The next shower I took, same thing. Luke warm at best. How can the water in the sink be so hot, and no hot water in the shower. Very disappointing, especially when they said it was OK.

The only problem I had was the mattress was too hard in the pillows were too hard.

The balcony was excellent to view the fairway and golfers, the canopy had holes so the rain was an issue a few times.

But when I booked the room through Expedia app. Somehow, from the time that I started my reservation, the date changed when I push the pick a room and I was charged for a night. I was not supposed to get or did not want. I would like to be refunded the monies for the 17th of November, I tried to call and post it, but nobody returned my request. You can check with the motel clerk who helped me with my booking because Expedia did not work for me this time. I’m sure it was my mistake but I would like to get my money back for that. Somehow I did something wrong.

At least there weren't bedbugs, but if that's the nicest things I can say, there's a problem.

Staff was super nice and the room was clean. However, it is a very worn property. Lots of chips in all the wood furniture, mirrors, etc. The door on the cabinet for the refrigerator was broken. Beds were very firm. Tv and refrigerator were not plugged in. We had to move the furniture to do that. Breakfast was good. Nice location.

Great place

This was a very clean and pretty much spotless hotel but it end up having roaches. We saw they placed roach traps in various area’s of the room. Upon returning to our room one night we saw a roach go inside the coffee pot. All staff were very friendly and the hotel is in a great location. They have a washer and dryer if you want to clean your clothes. A laundromat at the end of the block as well. Restaurants within the same area. Gas station a couple blocks away. Perfect place to jump on the highway going and coming back.

The hotel was not exactly what we expected. We reserved a King with golf course view. Online it looked like we would have a balcony, but we didn’t. The windows with the view needed to be replaced and were dated. Aside from that, the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent. Best hotel coffee I’ve had in a while. Stayed here to play golf but couldn’t get a tee time. I would recommend reserving ahead of time.

Staff wa very friendly, room appeared clean, we were close to the freeways to Seattle or Tacoma. Only drawback was we'd asked for towel service the first morning, but the cleaning staff skipped us because we put our "do not disturb" sign ip until after breakfast and had left for the afternoon. Not a big deal as we were able to get clean towels that night feom the front desk.

It is a clean facility. I often find hotel room showers to be lacking but this place had a good water pressure. Breakfast was also good and everyday we enjoyed their home baked cookies and coffee next to the breakfast room. It comes with an easy access parking with an ample room. Highly recommended.

This was our second stay here. Room was super clean, and kept up. Didn’t note any repairs that were needed. Bottled water and coffee/Keurig/refrigerator in room. Continental breakfast was plentiful and all staff we encountered were pleasant. The only downside was someone had set the alarm for 4:45am and it took us a while to figure out how to turn it off. Not the hotel’s fault, but frustrating just the same! We will more than likely be back next year!

Only issue we had which wasnt really a big ordeal was the electric car charging stations were broke or out of service, nit even sure if hotel has anything to do with that but heads up to anyone who has a hybrid or ev.

I went to training in Kent. This hotel is conveniently located to most everything in Kent. It was only a 15-minute drive to the facility. The room was clean, and the staff was awesome. The only issue I had was that the AC was not working. I talked to the front desk, and they were able to reset it remotely.

We originally had a reservation at another hotel. We got an uneasy feeling just pulling in to the parking lot. It only got worse as we checked in. After walking away from that property we drove 50+ to find this Best Western. It was the difference in night and day. Check in was quick and the staff went above and beyond to welcome us! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Good place

Great check-in experience with a friendly, knowledgeable staff. The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony and surprisingly no traffic noise, even though we were right above the parking lot. I would likely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Easy parking, quiet area, friendly staff.

Everything looked and smelled clean. A bit of a lack of amenities but I loved my stay. I was very comfortable.

Our son and his family live nearby and, after trying two other hotels in the area, we now always stay here when we visit from Alaska. Front desk staff know us, the rooms are clean and right sized. Location is convenient to a great espresso shop and the included breakfast is extensive.

Super clean, very quiet and very nice staff.

The staff were all great! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was nice, with golf course views and several restaurants in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

Just keep a good eye on your credit card charges. They charged mine twice and I noticed about 3weeks later. Called them and they claimed it was charged in error.

Beautiful hotel in a nice neighborhood. We had a balcony overlooking golf course. The room was absolutely spotless! Bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast with lots of choices. Very quiet. It’s in an Indian neighborhood so food choices were slim. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower was a very nice citrus scent and was lovely. Great price for the area. I’d totally stay here again. Staff was very nice as well. When our room wasn’t ready by 3, they gave us a free upgrade as well for a room that was ready. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stay!
