Convenient to KSU and restaurants Could use a deep clean

Had a handicap room with my request, someone above us had heavy feet and walking alotand we had to hear it all night

We were on our way to check-in when this hotel sent me a message telling me the two-bedroom suite I booked months earlier was not available. They said one of their rewards members decided to stay longer. They couldn’t even offer me an alternative room with two beds, just one bed and a pull-out couch. I did not take their substitute room. Never in my life have I had a hotel do this to me. Don’t book this hotel in Georgia if you are counting on a particular room to be there when you arrive. We loved the Towneplace Suites in Oregon, but would never trust this location again.

Ìt was ok. I only stayed one night. It’s an old hotel but it wasn’t bad. Check in was ok.

We showed up to the property to check in and was told that they ‘lost’ some rooms so they couldn’t honor our booking. First off, how do you loose a room? Second, why didn’t you call hours ago so we could figure out an alternative? Was a very disappointing experience after a several hour long road trip.

This property is nearby almost anything you could need, but it's set back in a treed area, so noise wasn't a big problem! The breakfast was hot and decent, and the room had a small kitchen (very convenient). Bed was comfortable and room seemed clean.

There was a fire at the property at 7am, broke my sleep by a guest that was living at the property. Also breakfast with no bacon or sausage was served!!

Shocked to be charged a non-refundable $100 fee to have our small dog stay with us! This was NOT communicated when I booked online and it doubled the overnight cost. If we hadn't been exhausted from a 15 hour drive, and facing an early start and another full day drive we would have left, but we felt we had no options. Finally....the heavy stink of cigarette smoke overpowered the strong room freshener smell.

We checked in, sat in bed ate pizza then it started… I ran water in the bathtub and bugs were in the water, i let that go,,, until it was time to lay down. The sleeper sofa once pulled out full of hair! Dental floss etc so disgusting! No way was my daughter sleeping in that! Pulled the blanket down from the Queen bed and black hair all over the sheets. Soooooooo disgusting. Reluctantly updated me to a suite where I saw pet hair all over the kitchen cabinets . We were so tired we just went to sleep. Shady people outside , it was loud and my my daughter was scared. Went to bed and left early in the morning. This hotel is gross, remoldeled like when you take paint and just paint over all of the grossness. Wouldn’t dare eat there. So upset we wanted our money back. So disgusting I couldn’t even sleep because there appeared alot of shadiness going on. Never again!! I have no idea how this place has good reviews after what we experienced !

My wife, my daughter, and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for a week. The beds were routine hotel beds, meaning my back ached after the first couple nights, but the rooms themselves were spacious enough to be an apartment. The amenities were nice, the full kitchen complete with utensils was fantastic to have, and while the rooms suffered from some wear and tear, they were functional in all aspects. The service from the staff was amazing and friendly, and the location around the hotel was great: shops, gas, restaurants etc all close by. Hotels.com got us a fantastic price on these rooms, and at the price point we paid this was an amazing stay. Full price as marked on the room doors would have been steep for the condition of the facility and the services offered, but on sale, these suites are great. Would absolutely stay again.

The property was in a quiet area. It looked like an apartment building more than a hotel. The breakfast area was very small and the breakfast options were very limited. The room was clean and spacious, which was a nice change from may hotel rooms.

My son and I stayed here for 6 days in a 2 bedroom suite. We were very comfortable the whole time. The kitchen seemed to have everything we needed for cooking. The hotel itself was very clean and all the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning which consisted of cereals, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, muffins, some type of eggs (scrambled or sandwiches) and there is a waffle maker. The coffee was very good and it was offered all through the pay. There were 3 TVs in the suite and two of them were not working correctly. The two that were not working were older tvs and the one working was a new one which was in one of the bedrooms. I was trying to watch the local news and the cable tv was glitchy. My other complaint is that they use all plastic and styrofoam for the breakfast food but the coffee cups were paper. They should really offer real utensils and plates like in the suites.

It was super convenient to get in and out of and there was plenty of restaurants nearby via car. Some of the cabinets were damaged and the bed was a mushy. Overall, it was a good stay.

My mom and I were traveling with her cat. So the 2 room suite was awesome not sharing a bedroom with her cat that’s not used to me or I am to her. We also had a great dinner with just a walk across the street.

Clean and comfortable. Our suite had everything we needed for our stay. I’ve realized that in general Georgia is far behind in the environmental impact by still using so much plastic! Every store I went into had plastic bags. Even this hotel uses styrofoam bowls for cereal in the breakfast area. I’m from Massachusetts and we are so ahead of this. You don’t see much plastic being used anywhere. Hopefully this state catches up!

Was greeted by a sweet girl at the front desk that made me feel welcome and offered goodie bags for the guests in our room! She even called the room about 30 minutes later to ask how we were and ensure we had everything we needed. It was an amazing experience!

It was clean and spacious. The suite had a nice desk for remote work, large LG tv and nice little kitchen to store and prepare some of my own food.

Do not book this property if you have any type of mobility issue. I clearly requested and confirmed a handicap accessible room only to arrive to no handicap rooms and the elevator to the room in which I was booked was broken and awaiting the repairman. I confirmed with the front desk receptionist that I could not access the room and needed a refund of my prepaid room. Although I was assured, there would be no charge, the next morning the full rate of $172.15 was charged to my room. I have made calls to the hotel directly and Hotels.com in an attempt to receive my refund. After over 1.5 hours of hold time and numerous explanations, I received my refund. So disappointing.

The ease of checking in via mobile app was great. I didn't have to go to the front desk to get my room. I did get a handicap room instead of regular room I would have preferred. But I think that was because I checked in early. And also the tub stopped up. Other than that it was great, area was great. I appreciated the staff attempting to take care of the TV that wasn't working. In the case that they couldn't get it to start, they placed us in a new room. Besides that, the stay was peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was average

We stayed here unexpectedly as we had car trouble. I was impressed with the staff, the lovely room and the quality of the breakfast as well. It was a stressful time and it was comforting to stay in such a clean and comfortable room. Very nice, would highly recommend.

Originally my first stay was great , nice room nice helpful staff … my 2nd stay was a night-mare but the night shift staff Leah did her best to accommodate my stay and fix inconveniences she didn’t cause which was appreciated greatly thanks for your professionalism during both of my 2 day visits .

Dirty, broken toilet. No towels. Fecal matter all over the outside of the toilet bowl. It was horrifying, but I hadn't slept in nearly two days due to travel. Left ASAP in the AM. Super gross. I have pictures

Lysol was sprayed to the point that we couldn’t take it anymore. Had to change rooms and when we changed to another room it smelled like mold

Our room was a handicap room and had a large bathroom. The shower (no tub) was a very large, unfortunately the shower curtain was short and did not contain any of the shower water, despite turning the shower head in the opposite direction and making showering more difficult. The entire bathroom floor became flooded! Fortunately, or perhaps fortuitous, there was a drain in the middle bathroom floor. But we had to push the water to the drain. After all the showers were taken, we used our dirty towels in soak up the water. Upon check-in we were asked if we wanted daily housekeeping, or upon request. We asked for daily. By 4:30 pm, we asked at the front desk and was informed that we could get a re-fresh after three days. We explained that we requested daily, and also the need for fresh towels since ours had to be used for the water on the floor. We were told that the housekeeping staff were finished for the day so we couldn't have it. We asked for at least clean towels. We were begrudgingly given two sets (for three people). When we said we needed an additional set, we were once again met with 'attitude'. Because we knew we would be eating in our room as we had our dog with us and would not leave her, we especially wanted the trash empty daily. There is more but unfortunately I'm out of room to type.

Very comfortable stay. Very convenient to everything, shops, grocery, highway. Very accommodating if you have pets. The rooms are nice and big. Good value for the money.

Reported a suspicious character stalking guests at 6am for personal information. Could use tighter security but all in all a great stay nonetheless
