I stayed at this hotel for one day and had a very good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. They provided plenty of fresh towels, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This place is a dump!!! No staff after hours. Whoever heard of such a thing!! Infestation of roaches. The bed was uncomfortable it looked like a full size bed. It was terrible the rooms smelled like smoke.

The main reason I didn’t want to stay another night is there were roaches when I saw the last one I decided to get out of there fast also it said we had free Internet the Internet didn’t work at all

Being a solo traveler I felt so uncomfortable and scared to stay here. A lot of people standing outside smoking or just in their cars hanging out and inside the hotel lobby. Once you walk in to check in it reeks of Marijuana. Then at the front desk there was a young girl sitting down on her phone and had a newborn baby sleeping behind the check in desk. As I walk down the hall to my room there was trash bags of food in the hallways and the halls smelled like somebody was smoking tons of cigarettes. I thought this was a non smoking establishment. The room itself is surprisingly big. There is a musty smell in the air. The chairs at the dining table had holes in them like somebody put cigarettes out on them. There was towels behind the sink which was disgusting and pure dark yellow like they never been changed. There was trash in the bedroom area. A piece of a broken hanger and a tag from clothing. There seem to be some yellow spots in the tub which I refuse to use. Disgusting!!! My room was right adjacent to the laundry room so I’m able to hear the spin cycle on the machines and people slamming the laundry door every 30 minutes all day and night. And to top it off, how is it possible to hear every step and noise from the person above me. This is not an apartment so the noise above me should not be this clear to hear. Thank God I have ear plugs because I don’t think I’ll be able to sleep. If you want to enjoy watching a movie on the tv do t get excited, the WiFi goes out every t

The mattress was WAY uncomfortable. Was expecting at least a queen size. My husband took up most of the full size. i couldn't sleep at all and whoever idea it was to put the TV on the side of the room needs to be fired. I shouldn't have to crack my neck sideways to watch TV. The limited were really hard. The staff was great!!! The bathroom was super clean a was the rest of the room. Something definitely needs to be done about that elevator, it sounds and feels like it's on its last legs. Heaven forbid anyone gets stuck on it

Tiles needed changing, no attention to detail when cleaning, room to small for a king bed in my opinion and the bed was uncomfortable.

Staff was courteous seeing that I got there after business hours. But my room?? No. The AC did not work, so there was no heat. The room was not cold, but it wasn't warm either. Plus, the door had a gap in it. You could close it and lock it but because of that gap, it looked open. Whoever installed the door didn't do a great job.

There was a “stench” inside this entire hotel. It was musty, almost like the entire place was a “smoking hotel” and the carpets, linens, pillows or no air filters were changed…ever.

I rented a room in this place on a recommendation from a friend because it was near her house and she said it was a nice area; which it was. When I went up to the 3rd floor to my assigned room I immediately felt unsafe. There were children running around the hallways while a woman ate out in the open. Then there were 3 dudes who I could tell were up to no good. They were all looking and making comments about my sneakers. Had any of them asked what was my sneaker size it would have been a serious problem. I asked the woman who checked me in to change my room to the first floor. She did and the moment I walked in there were a few roaches running around. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

I have videos of roaches and ants. Door card stopped working twice. One at night when no one was at the front counter. Sat up front on the floor with two littles waiting for someone to show up to let us in. Then she had an attitude with me like it was my fault. Bad stay, rude staff, nasty place...

The room was very spacious and had more than I expected. The facts I got woke up both nights of my stay itching then the 2nd night I finally found a bed bug in the bug I slept in.

Breakfast was a vending machine, I thought there was other breakfast options. Clean the toilet.

My mattress was really worn out. I had roaches in my room. Nasty smells. Carpets old and filthy. Homeless people sleeping under the stairs. It seems it’s a property for section 8 beneficiaries, not really an hotel for traveling people.

The smoke smell through the entire hotel and having to talk to a guest person through a slit in a security panel that was pulled down. Very unprofessional.

The pool in the pictures look much larger than it was in real life I know this is a common thing but it was very very small. There were no doors on the cabinets in our room and the countertop had lots and lots of gouge marks from people using it as a cutting board. We noticed several bugs during our stay and the bathroom door was warped so that it would not shut properly. The air conditioning worked amazing the beds were comfortable. The hallway smelled like fried chicken and the stairwell had a very chemical smell.

The second floor is ok... but the exit doors do not have hydraulics on them, so they slam shut every time someone goes in, or out. Back to the 1st floor... Id read reviews of bugs, roaches in particular. My first 2 stays, i didnt experience any bugs. My most recent visit, my room had ants, and i killed to roaches. The bedding was dusty. And the toilet paper, though they charge for additional rolls, wasn't replaced with a full roll. Again... i dont expect a 5 star experience, at a 2 star motel... But, my biggest gripe was, the hot water, in my room, was non-existent. Other visits, i hadn't experienced these particular issues. Rooms are affordable, so there's that.

Mattress was little flimsy. Need better pillows. No freshen up of bathroom or bedding for the 3 nights i stayed. No equipment in the cupboards. Don't know if any is provided at desk. I didn’t know like anything about the hotel they were roaches ants the cupboard doors to the sink were off. You can see all the plumbing there were no cups in the room. There were no essentials like hotels have when you went into the snack room for a snack machine They mostly all out of order. It was a horrible stay and One essentials that hotels have for the rooms you had to buy a cup to drink water or to get coffee. I’ve never in my life seen anything is horrible as this I don’t see why they are even allowed to be opened.

When we checked in, there was a 1/2 metal garage door lowered over the check in desk and a note to call a number to have some one come check us in. The note read it could take up to 30 mins. It was late so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. When we got to the room, there were cockroaches on the floor and we left for another hotel. We came back the next morning at 8:30am, same sign, and same note. Both times we called and when the person arrived, they never lifted the door, except a crack at the bottom.

Horrible place to stay, they have a swimming pool with tables and chairs right outside the room and the area stays open 24/7 not just for guests but for anyone who wants to use it. It was 11:30pm and a lot of guests were having a party right outside my room. After 11:00pm staff simply disappear and there is no way to contact them apart from a phone number left at reception but if you have a foreign phone like me there is no way to call them. I wasn’t able to sleep until 1:00am - even hotels.com tried to call them 3 times and there was no answer. Avoid these place at all cost

Smells like straight booty, killed about 10 bugs (if not more), ants on the beds, holes on the blankets, sheets where wet, dead birds in the hallways, outlets did not work, as well as the internet not working AT ALL. Its giving it should be shut down!

the hotel itself is okay. the pool is tiny, which wasnt expected from the picture. also in the pictures for the room i booked had 2 beds, we checked in, nd got to the room there was only one. their air conditioner was broken, we had air nd heat the machine itself was just falling apart. the toilet didnt flush properly. nd above all else, they had roaches. so many roaches. we had to get bug spray nd everything just to sleep nd stay semi comfortably. i will attach a picture, its the only one i took. this one was small, but there were bigger ones, nd so many of them. it was an okay experience. but i wouldnt return.

Not what you expect… this place is affordable, fairly nice area, but has people living in it, hanging outside of it, and they keep the pool locked you completely saying they have inspections happening g on it. I would not eat any food from inside this place. Our needs a huge makeover!’

If the hotel was cheap some of the stuff I could overlook. But for $85!! Apparently, Busbee, the road that the hotel is on is a car racing strip. The hotel leaves the windows open so you can hear it really really loud at night. The car is going up and down the road racing. The only snacks that Hotel has vending machines. The vending machines only take cash or coins. One of the machines was Out of order, one of the machines had nothing in it. The hotel room is dingy, it reminds me of a jail cell. There’s no bathroom fan. There’s a closet, but no hangers. It does have a little kitchen area, but there are no utensils or cups or anything stocked. The location is great. Near the highway and it’s near the mall.

It was pretty decent, room is small, the only thing I didn't like is the loud neighbors and at some point, I saw two roaches that I immediately killed. I don't do bugs. The lady at the front desk that assisted me was very sweet and very helpful.

I'm staying again after the 11th, but, all the stays I've had since being here have been very good. Not as quiet as I'd like, but that's okay. Nice big soft bed, everything is perfect except the fridge.

Cockroaches... bed felt like a brick, weed small all through the halls, cigarette stink in the non smoking room we reserved. My phone wont let me add pictures, will try on my computer later on if able.

The property is not well maintained. The main complaint is that I was awakened at 1:00 am on 3/25/2024 and forced to stand outside in my pajamas until the fire department arrived to turn off the alarm. I understand that normally, it is not the property's fault if the alarm is triggered, but in this case it was.There was a notice posted on the door by the Fire Marshall stating the sprinkler system is deficient, and that was the reason the alarm went off. There was a letter from ADT inside the alarm box dated December 2021 that was the last response to the Fire Marshall. I did not see the notice on the front door when I checked in on 3/24/2024 or I would not have checked in. I feel like I should receive some compensation for the inconvenience, seeing as it was the property's lack of proper maintenance that was to blame. Your company needs to be made aware of the disregard this property has for safety protocols and stop booking until the safety regulations are met. The fact that they falsely advertise full kitchens is nothing compared to putting guests lives in danger by ignoring repeated warnings from the Fire Marshall.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was nice for the price we paid. Really my only complaint would be that we saw roaches every now and then.

The room was ok and clean enough but it has lots of wear and tear. The shower had decent water pressure. Two of the three drink vending machines wear broken. The one in the lobby had the option to but coffee (decaf only) that you could make in a maching there. You also had to pay for the creamer. There wasnt any sweetener available. There was a fairly large section in the main hall where the flooring was gone. Overall it was rundown, but it was a place to stay for the night. The lady at the front desk was pleasant enough but not overtly friendly. I did get locked out of our room during the night, even though we had a keycard. No one was on duty as the office was closed. Since I was just going to the vending machine I didn’t have my phone. I had to wait about an hour for another guest to come along with a phone to call the overnight number to get someone to come help me. The lady said that since i had my key there wouldn't be a charge to reauthorize my keycard. She said it probably wasnt working because i had placed it too close to my phone. Overall, its rundown but clean enough, just dont lock yourself out without your phone.

This place is an extended stay hotel so u will encounter good n bad...i believe the place needs to b fumigated for the roaches that appear off n on...overall its decent just know u will have to deal with good n the bad not just the bugs...it all depends on where ur ok n comfortable...

The hotel was terrible the hallways snd elevator stink so badly there was roaches crawling on the hallways walls and they put me in a room as soon as I opened the door their wax roaches crawling throughout the entire room I demanded my money back and lifted the establishment.

Everything was good until i found nearly a dozen cockroaches running around the room at midnight. I found one on my toothbrush and that was when i got the heck out of there. Although it is the most modestly priced hotel in the area, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Walls are too thin, no one at the counter when i arrived, smells terrible, there are bugs, no breakfast, all around wouldn't coke back for half the price with a sleeping bag to separate me from the sheats that feel like they haven't been wash since 1984.

Only two rooms available with two beds. Both had live roaches visible on entering. Staff was friendly and refunded quickly.

The website states free breakfast..not true! They don’t offer any breakfast or even coffee. They charge you for toilet paper,they don’t let you get clean towels or offer clean bedding only once a week. If this is your policy then you should state it on the website. Even though it’s a low price for a room don’t false advertise!

This place is an udder disgrace.Me and my husband and stood here on vacation,on the first night we saw multiple roaches then the icing on the cake I ended up with 7-8 bites from bedbugs on my body and face.I requested new sheets and they told me they get changed after two weeks!.They just switched us to another room that was 10x worst.PLEASE NEVER COME HERE

Only thing i liked was the price, the hotel was dirty and therw were roaches in our room! We got locked out and no one was there to let on in our room! The keys would not work, a police officer tried and he couldnt get the hot e l key to work neither! He to sleep in my car all night until 0800 this morning! Should have gotten full refund instead of just the one day!

I booked a non smoking room and when I went to the room it was a smoking room. I asked for another and they were sold out. I asked for a re-fund and they would not. The booking clearly states non-smoking. Don't bother staying there.

There were roaches and bugs all thru the room and we had to fight them for our food

The lobby closes at 09:00 PM. The room had roaches. The ceiling was torn out in the hall ways, and building smelled of mold. Generally, I look at a room as a place to sleep, but sleeping was fitful due to the concern of bugs.

No breakfast was provided. Front desk was not available at 930pm. OPEN ceilings. ROACHES. DIRTY. Not at all as advertised or described. TERRIBLE SMELLING ROOMS

No breakfast, carpet ripped up, musty rooms, ripped up ceiling. Office closes at 9pm super inconvenient if traveling late. Not worth 50$ a night. Find somewhere else

The pics online are nothing like what's there. The ceiling on the first floor was busted and water was leaking. The hallway carpet was smelly and moldy. Th e rooms were dated and was not up to par. The place was just unkept inside and out. It felt unsafe. The only thing they could do is tear it down and rebuild another hotel. It was deplorable. Lets not mention the bugs that I woke up to.
