Friendly and helpful staff. Close to Waffle House Wall coverings and paint was peeling off. Never changed our sheets or made the beds. I'm not sure if they did any cleaning. They did empty the garbage. Breakfast we were suppose to have breakfast included ? We needed a room with handicap bath. Staff tried to offer a bigger room. which was nice but my wife needed the handicap bath. Come to find out the handicap rooms are smaller although the bathroom is bigger. No way to get into the bath since there was a tub not an open shower.

Overall great stay. No complaints. Other than the gaps around the door that they should adjust.

Requested a new room and it was better but still below what it should be. The attendant was polite and accommodating. I would definitely tell you to go elsewhere.

The staff was nice. The front desk was nice. I didn’t like that the room I was in had bedbugs and even though I killed them, there were still more coming out so there was an infestation. The front desk did try to accommodate me by putting in another room, but I did not feel comfortable staying at a hotel that had bedbugs so I unfortunately had to pay to go stay somewhere else and I contacted them to get a refund for the money I spent even though I didn’t stay and they refused.

So The room didnt look bad at 1st glance but after a good look theirs problems..The microwave was filthy inside, TV didn't work right, and their was hair and dirt under and behind furniture. outlets were hanging halfway out of the wall, and the bed linens were stained. Extremely strong chemical odor in room gave me headache. 3 roaches come crawling out on the night stand between the beds and all over the phone in room! Another ran across floor in front of the clerk after we went and told her! She acted like it was no big deal and refused to refund us so we could get a room elsewhere. Instead they offered us the room right above the 1ST one even though I had specifically requested 1st floor room due to health reasons. Refused us any other room even though they had several empty ones and on top of all that we Still didn't get even a discount for the inconvenience and aggravation of having to go through that situation even though it was clearly due to the hotels negligence and I ended up sleeping in my vehicle and lost 100$ ... Please save yourself the trouble and pass this place by.

Cleaning staff has opened my door a couple of times and 1 1/2 hours before checkout, very annoying and disrespectful.

We stayed here for our daughters travel ball tournament. We had 3 people in our family that stayed here. Upon arrival, there were only 2 towels and wash clothes in the room and we were told that we would have to wait until the next day to get an extra one. Also, our television did not work, and when we called the front desk, they wanted us to fix it ourselves and was telling us what to do. I told them that we paid for the room with a working television and they needed to fix it, and they finally did. On day 2, we had to leave early to get to the ball park. We got back to the room around 4pm, and we were told that we could not get towels or wash clothes because it was after 3pm. I was over it by this point, and they did finally give us towels and wash clothes. The television did not work again on day 2, and we called the desk again, and they told us it was because a storm was coming in. We fiddled with the television long enough that we finally got it to work. On day 3, they did finally leave towels in our room, but again - only 2. This time I went to the desk in person, and went off about how ridiculous this was. Also, paint was splattered all over the floor and on the counter in the bathroom. I would definitely skip this place.

Nothing. They gave away my non-smoking room. The room they offered smelled of weed and it felt unsafe for myself, my daughter and husband. They tried to tell me it was air freshener. Then, I had to dispute the charge on my credit card because they couldn't give me a refund on site.

Night clerk insisted on running my card again even though I had receipt from booking it online she said it would auto-refund (it did not, I waited 2 days then called and the daylady fixed it right away) I saw several roaches in the bathroom

The ONLY thing we liked was the fact it was close to the family we were in town visiting Roaches, blood on towels, feces in the toilet when we walked in! HOMELESS folks sleeping in the parking lot & the RUDE front desk lady on Friday morning was just a bonus on top of the other crap, literally!

I have requested a refund from the property. The room smelled like smoke, and the were people living in cars in the parking lot. I felt unsafe with my 2 16 yr old boys. The response from the property was that the people living in the parking lot “weren’t hurting anyone.” This is unacceptable. If the property or hotels.com continues to refuse refunding me for the nights I didn’t stay then I will be forced to continue these bad reviews for the property and hotels com

Exceeded my expectations! Room was super clean and smelled so good!! Would absolutely stay again. Only thing I would change is more towels/wash cloths. Only 2 towels were provided.

Travel a lot and try to stay at Red Roof Inns; this one was one the worst as far as cleanliness. Room had roaches active/dead including on the bed. Sheets and towels looked dingy-did not use (always bring my own bedding/towels). Did not get a restful sleep due to sleeping with lights on because of the roaches. Parking is very limited and sucks; not for good for anyone towing anything or for big trucks. Front desk/check in was the only thing good-personnel was courteous and quick. Glad it was only for one night, will not recommend to friends or family unless you like to sleep with roaches.

I didn’t expect everything to be great, but I chose this motel for the roll out bed they have listed but didn’t have,there was hair all around the sink, spilled shampoo all in the tub,and hair on the washcloths as if someone shaved and they didn’t clean it. Under the toilet seat had urine as well. Beds were fine, check in and out was easy and neighborhood was safe. It was a one and done for me though.

The closeness to nightlife Extremely dirty (stains on sheets, dirt in every corner, candle wax on ground and desk, a bunch of hair in shower, etc), There were people yelling and drinking on the stairs and trying to peak in windows (when the staff were notified they told us to wait it out instead of handling it), Extremely rude staff. I reserved a Queen bed, spacious room, and it wasn't ready when I got their, I guy was still spreading the bed like he was in tge room before us. Because I didn't see what a ready housekeeper would have for cleaninessbelieve someone else was still in the room, and the bathroom was tiny, I couldn't hardly move inside, the Queen was a King bed; Me working on a furniture store can tell the difference between, twin bed, queen or king. I didn't like that room at all, the first time I got my room was reservation too and I get exactly what I asked for in...but it was clean inside

I did not mean to book a "smoking" room, and was agraid upon check-in that it would smell like smoke...but to my surprise, the room was VERY clean and the room smelled great! The front desk attendant was very nice and got us our reservation pulled up quickly and hassle free!

I liked that there were plenty of eateries within walking distance. My only complaint, was that the air conditioner was working oddly. For the most part it did work, but occasionally, it did not.

The beds were nice .. the room had old curtains stained shower curtains stained wooded floors .. the house keeping lady didn't announce herself and just busted in my room while I was still sleeping scared me half to death banging on the door.. the light switches next to bed didnt work at all .. will not be staying back at this location ..there is no lobby just a walk up drive thru booth that was poorly signed .. I walked passed that door like 5 times before realizing that was where I was supposed to go to check in

I had the do not disturb on the door and the cleaning lady knocked which I replied 2x no thank you and she opened my door. There were water bugs and other bugs also crawling around. The water for the shower was cold and the towels were very rough. The water that came out of the sink sprayed all over. Don’t recommend

Hotel is not maintained. Pictures very deceiving not as updated as it appears. Room was rundown furniture tops were all warping. Vent fan in bathroom missing. Counters all had cigarette burns. Bathroom door didn't actually close. Floor not only filthy to the point of only walking barefoot for 10 minutes that I had to wash my feet it was completely worn down between the beds. Dead roach in the water reservoir for the iron. I turned the frig all the way up and still lost all my frozen food. Wish I had read the reviews prior to booking.

The hotel was a good value and location was convenient, and even walking distance to a Waffle House. The check-in process was OK (manager on duty not overly welcoming or friendly…), beds were comfortable, room was clean, although it may be time to replace the towels. The motion sensor light in the bathroom was a nuisance (turned off twice while showering).

I didn't like the condition of the room in the bathroom it looked like blood on the was hair was in the sink and bath tub. There was cigarettes burns in the bedding and the floor was not really mopped good my socks turned brown..I would probably not recommend this hotel.

I didn't like how the bed was hard and made noise when I moved. I killed a roach in there. The room could be fixed up. The chair was torn and needs to be replaced. Phone was just there for decoration. Remote to the tv didn't work at all. Some of the lamps didn't work.

The room has multiple bugs/roaches, blood on the walls. The room was dirty and overall gross. Front desk wouldn’t do anything to help fix the situation.

I decided to give Red Roof a 2nd chance since another location I stayed at was absolutely awful! This one was a little better but not worth the $85/night. I like motels because of having that quick access to the outside with a dog and convenience of being close to my car. I stayed on the 1st floor which was not carpeted but not sure what it was. Maybe peel and stick? The corners on many pieces stuck up creating a tripping and injury hazard. The room was aesthetically in bad shape. The clientele was a bit to be desired too. The ice machine was sad but with patience, you could eventually fill an ice bucket. The bed was comfy but the sheets were dry and scratchy. Needless to say, I won’t be staying at anymore Red Roofs when I’ve stayed at nicer motels for less.

Maybe peel and stick? The corners on many pieces stuck up creating a tripping and injury hazard. The room was aesthetically in bad shape. The clientele was a bit to be desired too. The ice machine was sad but with patience, you could eventually fill an ice bucket. The bed was comfy but the sheets were dry and scratchy. Needless to say, I won’t be staying at anymore Red Roofs when I’ve stayed at nicer motels for less.

This is a wonderful hotel. We stayed there on the way to Florida and loved it so much, stayed on the way back as well. The staff is extremely friendly, the property is clean, and there are quiet a few restaurants very close. Great hotel if you are traveling with pets!

it smelled like smoke and the flooring wasn't right. it was like they layed the flooring and left gaps in it. But we stayed just because we needed a place to stay for overnight.

The woman at the desk was not friendly at all. No fridge in the room even though it was supposed to have one. Had one wash cloth provided in the room. The smell of cleaner literally was so strong it caused a headache. Location of property was good though.

Stopped for a night on the way to Orlando. Hotel is okay. No breakfast and pool was closed for long time. Not a big deal for me but maybe a red flag for others with children. Location is very good.

It was close to the freeway, and the neighborhood was not terrible, but the place was old, rundown, and not much around it if you were hungry. The food in the vending machine was stale and tasted awful, the front office is always closed so only communication with the staff was through a small 3" circle. She was an extremely nice lady and had a great memory when I saw her in the morning.

Worst bed I’ve slept in ever. I felt every spring in that 2 dollar mattress. No matter what you invest in don’t go cheap on your mattress it will change the reviews because it’s all about rest.

Beds were comfortable. Linens were clean. The rest is the room not real clean and poor condition. Room was very loud- you could hear everyone coming and going. Pet friendly, glad I could bring my dog, but other pet owners did not clean up after themselves- lots of dog poop on the front lawn. I did check-in really late and service with check in was smooth!

We had a nice day at the Red roof Inn in Kennesaw. We were in town for a get together at a friend's house nearby so it was convenient to that location. Check in process was easy and staff friendly. The room was clean and well stocked and the beds comfortable.

What I didnt like ...... everything else. The dirt from the outside landings into the rooms. Carpet had been replaced with laminate flooring. No rugs for wiping feet in the room so we had to wear our shoes constantly. Drunks hung out on the landings at night being loud.

This place fit the bill considering reservation was made very late in the evening, same day. Was suppose to stay with friend that didn't work out. Had to find place at last minute after arriving in town. It was clean n beds were relatively comfortable. Could have a pet. No fee.

Price was good. Room seemed clean. It was a little musty amd damp feeli mg when we areieved. I turned the air on, chwnged clothes and went to a concert in atlanta. When we go back to the room, everything felt damp. Was too tired to complain and change rooms. By morning our clothes for that day were damp. Housekeeping woke us up suoer early to see if we were still there or had left.

Very disappointed, pool was losed. It was closed with a screen, hoses coming out of, covered in garbadgr. It looked like Hazzard dump sitte. There was no complementary breakfast as advertised either. Lobby is completely closed to wear you have to wait in line outside if there is someone at the little rigged window to check in or out. Looked like an closed and abandoned hotel from the outside. The room was decent and house keepers were friendly. The only thing they had going for them.

I love the lady at the front desk. We have stayed here many times over the past couple of week because our daughter had a car wreck and has been the a hospital here for the past 16 days. She always asks about my daughter and is very friendly. This place gets an A+ from me just because of her(the lady at the front desk of the evening)
