The room and building was very clean. Breakfast was awesome with lemon blueberry toppings for pancakes, scrambled eggs, shredded cheese on the side, sausage and even gluten free bagels! Didn't try the pool but everything was great. Room was huge and had a couch. Even a curtain to separate the bed from the couch area.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and we loved the location!! The elevator was confusing. There should be directions on how to use your key card in the elevator.

The location was great for us as we were traveling with our daughter for basketball tournament. The amenities were great as we had access to a washer and other things needed while away from home.

I was barely able to sleep due to being next to the outside entrance door on the 1st floor. The door banged loudly throughout the night. Also Be aware you have to pay to park. Staff was kind on checking in.

We extended stay a couple extra nights, the place is very clean, if you need quiet area or family distractions plenty of special spaces you or needed to get out of the room, staff was helpful, the cleaning people are very kind and accommodating. The cleaning staff kept knocking on the door early in the morning for cleaning even with the ‘do not disturb’ sign placed. I was scheduled to check out the day and they knocked on my door 3 times that morning and then noted it was a mistake. They even opened my door with the ‘do not disturb’ sign on which thankfully I had the chain placed. It was very inappropriate.

It was Valentine’s Day and I was very disappointed with his behavior. I will never stay at another Hilton because when I asked to leave the place and just go home!? They didn’t want to refund my money. So I was there for the evening with this guy and his guests while they smoked cigarettes in front of kids at 10pm at night and called me racial slurs. It was unbelievable. Hilton has gone downhill for sure Try staying at another Hotel Plus they charge for parking!! Not included in the fees. The only thing going for that place is Rodney at the front desk and Johnathan Both of these staff members are amazing. They were kind and polite to me I appreciated them being able to diffuse the situation with this employee from another location I reached out to Hilton and have not heard from them yet Again I won’t be staying at Hilton in the future. That is the take away.

The cleanliness 10/10 and the beds were super comfortable. I had a suite and it was big enough that 2 kids and 2 adults could use that one room, it had a pullout couch and a divider to give a sense of privacy. I didn’t care for having to pay to park. But that’s Georgia for you lol.

The staff were exceptional!! Very friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful! From the moment I checked in and got my key card I was provided with detailed information (where the facility accommodations were located), and what to expect with parking since there was a lot of activity going on (car show on the following morning and several families in town for a kids baseball tournament). I've been to a lot of hotels in my years but the Hilton Home2 in Kennesaw, GA is one of the most exceptional! We will definitely be booking this hotel next time we need to stay overnight in Kennesaw!! We got a great night's sleep but the only thing I think could have been better is the bed which was not as soft as hoped but then again we have a super soft one at home. We could have also used two pillows each; there were only three total. We made do with what we had and still had a great night's sleep. These minor bedding issued were definitely NOT a deal-breaker.

Like decorations and cleanliness of the hotel. The room was spacious and the fact we were next to a window next to the stairs, was amazing ?. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Johnathan checked in at intervals to inquire if we needed anything. Didn't like that we didn't have a variety of herbal teas, for my husband. There was plenty of free coffee which I enjoyed ?.

The breakfast had plenty of options and everything was hot and tasty. The room was very clean and such a comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly. Close location to everything and to our event the entire weekend.

The Home2 hotel was well maintained, the staff was GREAT, the room had everything I needed and the bed was super comfortable!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The place was nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. I honestly can't find anything to complain about, other than there just being too many other guests, but, hey, that's a good sign, and I was very happy with our visit

Room was good but had to pay for parking which if I had realized before I booked, I would not have chosen this location! Two hotels in one using the same elevator was confusing because you had to use your room key on the correct hotel to get to your floor. Having to use a room key for the elevators was a pain when you had luggage, etc found it easier just to use the stairs than put up with the hassle of the elevator key issue! Breakfast bar had no juices except for orange juice and some awful flavored waters! Will not be staying at this location again!

As a Hilton member home2 is my go to. I enjoy the simplicity, the pull out couches and the clean pools. Breakfast is always an option and it’s always hot and fills up me and my family to prepare for our day.

So I pretty much base my bookings on customer reviews. So I liked this hotel in the end but this what you should know upon arrival. This is what I did not see in the reviews…parking $6.00 a night that could only be paid on UCR code only, which is posted everywhere once you arrive (took me 10 minutes to navigate the process which was frustrating after a long drive). It’s $5 plus $1processing fee which I was worried I didn’t get it right and my vehicle would have been towed because I’m a senior and not tech savvy. It’s only $6…just add it to my bill. I would have paid double not to have go through that process. Also, not mentioned in reviews is that’s it’s two hotels in the Same building owned by the same company Hilton…why would you do that?! The reason I mention that is they had to go to two different laptops to find me and get me checked in. Secondly, for check in staff and management…when I got off the elevator there is NO direction on which way to go for which hotel which is the same building. When in the elevator you have to tap your room key on which hotel you were staying in order to activate floor number which did not work until I tried both for several times. Had access to a walking/running trail across the street. We traveled with a dog so this was very convenient. The area felt very safe and the check in staff were very friendly. Had an issue with the door not locked/latching and maintenance promptly fixed the problem. Would stay here again.

I would not recommend staying here. We unfortunately had to cancel our stay. I called over a month in advance to cancel. Hotels.com was willing to refund our money, however, the hotel would not. They were not willing to help us out at all just to keep our money. They could have easily refunded our stay and had someone else book our rooms. Horrible customer service at a hotel that clearly does not value their guests.

Honestly the only issue I have was there was still a garbage can under the sink that had garbage in it. I took the bag outside put it by the door and it was gone after a few minutes. If that wasn't the case I would give five stars across the board. Next time I go to Atlanta I will be staying at this property again.

Hotel is in great condition, room was spacious and affordable. It appears they are implementing paid parking, which is a bit of a bummer. The hotel is in a Mall parking lot, so I don’t see a need for parking fees. The Home2 and Tru by Hilton are connected and share the same amenities.

Our stay at this facility was really amazing. We were greeted upon arrival, checked in quickly by Rodney, who alerted us to all the amenities available. We went to our room to find a clean and well appointed suite. The beds were comfortable the temperature delightful. Loved having blackout shades, we slept better than we have slept in a very long time. Would recommend.

It was perfect for my stay with a refrigerator, dishes, dishwasher, great shower head, very comfortable King-size bed and nice TV for down time entertainment. Only added note is that the breakfast was pure sugar and carbs, no meat/eggs/gravy for a southern breakfast so I could not enjoy the "free" breakfast but at least the coffee was great every morning. Parking was close enough for easy access and plenty of space to walk my pet. Highly recommend and will use them again!

We loved the large room and the entire property was beautiful. The staff was very friendly. The breakfasr was reall nice. I was only put off by the additional $20 fee required at check in. I was not informed of this at the time I booked and was unable to get the promised refund when we checked out. It was a couple of days before I got the email confimation of refund.

My husband and I went to Kennesaw for a friend’s wedding. We wanted a hotel near the venue that is why I chose this hotel. It more than met my expectations. I will look into the same Hilton chain when traveling.

Definitely the hotel to stay for a weekend. The room was clean, provided guests with a dishwasher, fridge, plates, cups, and a microwave, and has a shopping center right by the hotel along with plenty of restaurant options to choose from. I will definitely be coming back for another getaway trip.

Stayed for a vacation trip to Whitewater. Easy drive to the park and great restaurants near by. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

My son and I stayed there for 12 nights for a summer training camp nearby. The hotel was clean and the staff there were helpful and friendly! We were able to cook simple meals some nights. We will consider staying there again if we ever come back to Kennesaw!

Came in town for a concert…easy walk to Fifth Third Bank Stadium. There was a HUGE baseball tournament in town, also and tons of teams were staying in the same hotel. There was never an issue with there being so many kids/ families. Rooms were clean & quiet, staff was great, breakfast was good- various juices, cereals, fruit, waffle makers, potatoes, eggs, sausage. Hotel is close to a lot- food, target, mall and in a nice area!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. The bathroom floor was dirty, the shower still had hair in it and the water pressure in the shower was low. However, we will still visit again in the future. The rest of the room was clean and the bed was really soft. I thought we were at the wrong location though because it's two hotel chains at one location.

This is a dog friendly hotel. The room was equipped with a kitchen. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Great stay.

The only problem we had was hair in the bed and on the bathroom floor

Every single employee that worked there was exceptional. The type you would hire for your own successful business. The cleaning staff went above and beyond to keep not only the rooms but the entire property immaculate.

When checking in were asked if I had a floor preference I said no.I was put on the first floor.Got into the room and realized the ac was loud,had a high pitch sound.Went to the front desk and was told place is booked no rooms available.But would send a employee to look at the a/c.The employee arrived shortly after and agreed the ac was making the sound described and was going to see if there was a room to change to.I got a phone call shortly after and told there was a room available?Ok.A/C in new room was silent like other Hamptons.Asked the swing shift front desk for laundry soap and without hisitation stated they were out.Asked if they had change for a load of wash(is $3.75 for wash and dry) and was told they only had only $2.00 in quarters...available in their office? On site? Asked the Lady where we can get a few dollars in quarters and she STATED she doesn't know,she's not from here? She didn't know there was a gas station near by?Went to offsite locations to get a few dollars in quarters and laundry soap.Next morning asked same questions about the soap and quarters.The nicer male employee had an employee look to see if there was any somewhere else stored?There was,a lot.The quarters?He stated also they only had $2.00 in quarters. I also had another issue with VERY LOW hot water pressure in the shower.He stated due to high occupancy that low pressure happens.Well just past noon?No change and again at just past 5pm same thing.I took video for proof.By then we just except.

Great place for line traveler, couples and family! Definitely come back again!

People very nice and everything clean, l like very much

It was clean and cozy definitely worth the money

Upon our checking in, we saw them in lobby and they were loud there too. I know it's a delicate situation but a hotel should have the necessary tools to address the situation when having guests that disturbs other guests. I mean, people go into their rooms to sleep not to party. Beside that, you get perfect 10's in all categories.

We loved the breakfast food. Way more variety than a lot of the other hotels around the same price range.

Location hard to find, even with GPS. Signage on building misleading. Name of another Hilton brand. Area is so nosy with car traffic, loud mufflers, awakened frequently. Sounds from hallway reverb on hard floor. Leaky shower makes noise. Bed too soft. Lousy night.

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Entire hotel was spot less. Decor was beautiful. Bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was really good and the staff was very nice and helpful

Great room and great value. Will stay here again on my next trip.

Good place to stay, safe, quiet, Mall is very close by for shopping and food. I enjoyed staying here

We loved how friendly and welcoming the staff were at check-in and check-out; despite a bus full of people arriving and coming in all at once. The cleaning staff were always friendly and showed great respect. We truly enjoyed our stay!
