Check in time was 4:00pm. I arrived at 3:53 pm. And I was told my room was not ready yet. I left and came back at 4:20 and was told again my room was not clean yet. I asked how we can make this right and the clerk said just wait. I waited until 5pm to check in to my room. By that time I had to rush to get to my destination.

Hotel staff were very unfriendly and not helpful. Hotel was dirty and smelled like mold. Room was dirty and not well maintained.

There is a daily parking rate of $5 which was not in the listing. The $16 extra does not get you access to the breakfast buffet as listed, you have to pay $16 per person per day. With the extra fees and no breakfast, not worth it. Will not be staying again. Room was clean, listing was essentially false advertisement.

HOWEVER, they nickel and dime you- $6 for parking IN their parking lot (not a garage or valet), $16.95 for hot breakfast that's "cooked to order" and $3.00 for water if you drink the bottle in the room and no tea available downstairs. Seriously? All this is enough that we won't be staying again. It's nice but......

Loved the location. Loved I could bring my dog. The bed mattress did not have a mattress cover under the sheets (gross). The pillows also did not have pillow protectors under the pillow covers. I was shocked by this. I did check for bedbugs - none.

Location Rags on air/heat unit and floor. No soap to wash hands. Out of wings in restaurant. Charged for parking. Lost power (because of accident outside—no blame there, and power back after an hour). But after 12 hours Wi-Fi never came back.

Very clean, great location. The room was amazing. Lots of lighting, I love that the flooring was laminate. Keurig in the room with actual creamer, not the powdered stuff. Bottled water in the room. The bed was a little firm but that's my issue not theirs . Loved how clean it was. You have to pay for parking. That's a little ridiculous especially with what you pay for a room. There's better ways to keep track of who's staying.

Staff was awesome, especially Jayda who checked us in; room was excellent, the only thing that could have been a little better was the Keurig Coffee -- I have purchased many for home and office use as well as gifts and this model was the only one I have ever had any issues with. Even though, would gladly recommend this hotel any day of the week.

Great property! However, I am not good with a parking fee. I have to drive to stay. Why are you charging for parking? I will look elsewhere in the future. I used to stay at the Marriott Courtyard across the street. Until they started charging for parking.

Also, I had booked the wrong location, did Hilton garden inn…Meant to book the Hilton Home2Suites which is literally across the parking lot. Hotel staff couldn’t help at all with simply moving to a room across the parking lot. Was totally my fault and booked through Travelocity which couldn’t do anything either. Was an anniversary and the home2suites is where we stayed years ago so was disappointed Hilton couldn’t credit one hotel and move to the other. Literally across the parking lot. And yes, there’s were plenty of rooms available. Even with my wife being a Hilton honors member for years as well. Again, my fault 100% for incorrectly booking with addresses damn near the same. But mostly booked for that awesome the pool area of the suites and sentimental value. Then to have the Garden Inns pool just flat out nasty made it worse. Room was great and front desk was nice as well.

We had opened the door to let the kids know they needed to turn it down and respect others in the hotel. The reactive mother later banged on our door threatening us, saying they had every right because they were “having a sleepover”. Fairly dangerous situation. We got straight out of bed and left. Wasn’t aware Kennessaw was like that….

We made reservations here while on the road. I thought I had reserved a standard room, but the confirmation was for an accessible room. This room was “tired” and smelled like a dog inhabited it. The desk clerk confirmed that a dog had likely been in the room and said that online reservation sites were assigning these rooms. The clerk eventually received approval to move us to a much better, odorless room.

Stay was great. Tons of food and shopping right around the hotel. Pool was heated and useable even though temp outside was low. All staff was friendly. Couple things to keep in mind breakfast is an extra charge unless you pay for it up front in your booking, and they now charge 6 dollars a day for parking. But breakfast was solid and worth the pre booking price.

The check in process was very slow because the hotel couldn't find the reservation in their system. The front desk person was very friendly & professional & ended up getting us checked in manually. We had dinner in the hotel. Our burgers were delicious! The seasons with bacon & jalapeño jam was wonderful. We had great drinks & service too.

Staff was very accommodating! Even moved me to a new room when I mentioned the a smell with our AC unit. Property was very clean and is conveniently located near restaurants and shops. I would gladly stay here again.

We were surprised that breakfast wasn't included in the room price, but we feel we got good value for the charge for a continental breakfast. Staff was competent, and the hostess at breakfast was very efficient and pleasant. Our room was right above the air conditioner bank, so we had intermittent noise when the units came on. The bed was very good. The location was good for all the events we had planned, but next time we will stay closer to Atlanta to facilitate airport connections.

Immediately after getting to my room at the Hilton Hotel in Kennesaw, Ga, my fiance' & I noticed a moldy, musty-like wet,dirty carpet type of smell that just wouldn't go away. The room was clean but that smell was horrible and I looked at him only to see disappointment all over his face. I immediately went back to the front desk and requested another room. Upon entering that room, we were faced with the same damp, dirty smell. We thought we might be able to just push thru but after about 5 minutes, my throat began to feel itchy and he said whatever was in the air or blowing thru thee vents, he could taste in his tongue and his throat was becoming irritated. We knew we needed to leave before we became sick. We immediately went to complain, asking the front desk employee to come smell the room for herself. She refused and didn't send anyone to check. I requested a refund. She stated she didn't have the authority to process it and that it would have to be done thru her manager, who wasn't there at the time. We left, checked into another hotel, where I then called Expedia to complain. They took my complaint, put me on hold while they called the Hilton and the young lady (Madison) confirmed my story. They apologized to me, gave me a case # (after I had to ask for it) then said they would be back in touch with me once they heard from the manager. I later get an email saying I wouldn't be getting a refund. What about our health, inhaling those fumes. 😡😡😡 Heated!!!

One elevator inop, the other smells like a vets office. Room AC unit was so noisy and revved up and down. Hair in the bathroom. Just not a nice place even for the price. I actually left about 2 hours after checking in and went down the street and paid 2x as much but at it was worth it.

I will never stay in a Hilton owned property again. You scam people on the pet friendly hotels. If you do not call the hotel directly and ask about pet fee you gave no idea it is $75. What an absurd price!!! If you sign up on line you have no idea . Most places charge no more than $25. I am disgusted. You arrive you are exhausted after a day of traveling and you check in and tell your hotel we have a dog? Next thing you know it is $75. What a scam! will tell everybody I know that travels with dogs. Put it in social media!!!

We stay at this hotel whenever we are in the Kennesaw area. It is quiet, clean, and feels safe for women travelers.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I feel like it’s hard to find good staff anymore, y’all hang on to them, they are awesome. Room was also very clean, had everything we needed, and no outside noise even with all the basketball players there for a big tourney. Thanks for a great stay.

The hotel was very nice the last time my family and I stayed there it was different. But since they remodeled. The hotel looks totally different. The only thing we didn't care for was the shower even though the room we stayed in was a handicapped room which I didn't know before picking the room. But when you take a shower the water comes out all over the floor because there is no shower door or anything to catch the water from the shower coming out onto the floor by the toilet. But overall our stay there was great and will definitely stay here again but I will pick a different room.

Room could have used a working coffee machine, an exhaust fan in the bathroom, and draperies that actually closed to keep light from the front of the hotel and nearby shopping out.
