Really the only complaint and it's more of a comment than complaint is the comforter was a bit stiff and made noise when one of us would move. So we didn't sleep the best due to this.

Broken bathroom door, broken towel holders in the bathroom. They ran out of 1/2 and 1/2 for the coffee and all the customers were asking for more and an employee came in with several cartons for replacement but they would not provide it to the customers! We were in line for waffles and the worker said time was up and tried to put it away with us in line to make waffles!!

Front desk clerk always was polite, and greeted us upon us entering and leaving the hotel. Parking was well lit.

First time I have ever stayed at any Fairfield Hotel and it was Amazing rooms very clean beds Awesome and the water and chip package was great will be staying at another one on our next trip❤️

Parking was scarce but the hotel was convenient for a short stay to see my daughter in college.

Excellent breakfast! Over and above a normal hotel breakfast! Room and hotel was very clean. Had a great gym with enough equipment for a good workout! Would highly recommend staying here

Upon arriving to the hotel, I was created by the front desk staff I cannot remember her name. I have stayed at Fairfield Marriott before in fact one around the block, not very far away within the last month and a half and received stellar service which I reviewed and posted gladly. This was a completely different experience: I was asked for a credit card for incidentals when I said I was not able to provide one that my brother had made this reservation and that I could get his card first I was asked if I had any money at all on a card, which is not any of her business then I was told I couldn’t use my brother‘s card because it’s a third-party. I went onto to explain to her that I provided his card at the other Fairfield in the same town she told me that I was not allowed to do that that it was a third-party and I said well that’s interesting because I just did exactly that. I stepped away, and I called my brother. My brother said he would handle it when he arrived. When he did arrive, he went inside and with a couple of minutes it was resolved by him, offering his card (that would be a third-party) to cover my incidentals. But it gets better because when I went inside, she didn’t apologize she didn’t make any mention but rather said ‘we handled your issue’. Then provided room keys & car tag. The man in front of me was also provided a welcome bag with water bottles and info about the area. She then said ‘don’t worry. I still love you.’

I only stayed in the room for 2 nights having to leave do to a family medical emergency but I was charged for the duration of my stay even though I was not there. This is totally unacceptable and unfair to me.

We heard loud noises starting before 8am as well as very strong smell of chemicals in the hallways and rooms throughout the week.

The people here were SO nice! Of all the trips I’ve been on, I’ve NEVER met a friendlier hotel staff. They were able to help me when I ran into some trouble losing my hairbrush at 2am and gave me tips for getting around in the traffic. Room itself was very clean and well kept. I normally hate leaving reviews, but this place just genuinely impressed me, so I had to say something!

The ONLY 'negative' - the wifi was slow - and that the wifi and TV occasionally 'locked up' (froze').....the wifi was 'slow' the entire time, the tv 'froze' only for a few seconds at a time....The room, and personnel on staff (p.m. and a.m.) were EXCELLENT!!!

You could hear every car passing the hotel on a side street and also every time a door shut it was extremely loud. I tried to go to sleep for 2 1/2 hours, but I could not. On Saturday morning there was a young man working the breakfast area. He worked very hard to make sure everybody was getting what they needed. He also was making sure everything was clean, hardest working person in this hotel.

No elevator and then being placed on the 3rd floor was not pleasant. Then on top of that the ice maker on the 3rd floor was not working and in order to get ice had to go up and down the stairs even more than already having to do multiple times for a week.

Few attendants where nice. The good attendant she gave us a better room cause of our room the other attendant gave us . It would be better if they had better beds. There where one attendant that was not nice at all when I arrived. The room had no microwave. The bed so very uncomfortable it had our backs hurting so bad, but did receive a better room for the rest of the stay. We didn't have access to the pool .

really in need of refurbishing...feels tired

This is a 1980’s Motel 6 with a Fairfield name on it! The bed was split in half with foam coming out of the side, no USB or charging ports around the bed or at the work station. The sink area when you walk in was modern and nice, but the 80’s tile and almond shower panels told the truth. The minority group that owns this one knows how to make it look good without actually spending the money! I hope Marriott sends a representative to room 305 this week to confirm that this is NOT to Marriott standards.

Staff was very friendly but that was the only redeeming thing about this property. I think Marriott has forgotten about it because everything was rundown. The mattress was like sleeping on springs, the food was nasty and the breakfast area was so small and cramped. Our sink did not drain properly in the bathroom of our room and it smelled musty. Over all will not be staying there again when returning to the area.

Booked a double for a soccer tournament weekend, it was total of 4 of us. Upon arrival they were sold out and were able to accommodate in a room with a king size bed with a small couch. Requested to please accommodate us in a double or to refund our money. The room they gave me was not comfortable for 2 adults and 2 tall teenagers. Finally the front desk girl said they would refund me if I checked out by 11am the next day. 2wks later I follow up on my refund and they refused, changed the whole story to something else and gave me a $30 credit. Also, change your fitted sheets, they’re so small they will not stay in place, we had to ask for flat sheets and tuck them under the mattress. Very disappointing

We were booked for a King but there were none when we got there. We were told to contact Expedia for false advertising. The double beds, were uncomfortable and small there was no ventilation in the bathroom shower, the floor moulding showed signs of wet areas and paint had peeled off. The front desk girl was nice though.

The Hotel was nice, but the 2-Double Beds were a mistake for three people, hardly slept after a long day driving, these beds are for one person only no matter how skinny you are.

Suited our needs for an overnight stay

The staff was fabulous! The gal in the evening delivered our takeout right to our room and then delivered spoons that we needed. The morning gal was super nice. The breakfast was mediocre but okay.

Fantastic staff taking care of you here, breakfast smells amazing when you come down, and w everything was clean and tidy and safe!

Very pleased, will stay at Fairfield next time traveling. Very comfortable bed but poor lighting for our ‘senior’’ eyes.

The rooms in 303 were suppose to be queen but looked like oversized twin beds. Pillows super lumpy then shaped into squares ? Good thing they give you extra pillows.

This property is older but clean snd in a good location . The staff is very friendly and responsive.
