Also one person(not sure if a quest-was begging fund in the hallways. Also quests are allowed to sit on the sidewalks outside front of building. Hallways needs vacuuming. Elevator floors needs cleaning.I will not stay here again .

- cleanliness - the carpets had significant stains. The fan is the bathroom was rusted with significant dust accumulated on it. - maintenance - the ceiling had been patched and primed but not finished and some of the popcorn ceiling was falling off. The shower faucet had a significant gap where water could get behind the wall or tile. - safety - the side door that is supposed to be locked had the entire locking mechanism was missing and people could go in and out with no key. I have picture to share if you care to see it. Very disappointing to bring my wife to this hotel. You would not want your spouse, parents or kids to stay here.

We needed a place to stop overnight on our drive from Orlando to Indiana. It was economical and easy to get into. The property is viably old. The bed was cheap and rickety. The place looked clean but the floors of the rooms were very dirty.

I absolutely LOVED that the bathroom sink was RECYCLED material. As I was there for one night, I didn't get any kitchen items... It would have been nice to have a coffee cup or bowl, as my travel mug is metal and the little plastic cups would melt in the microwave. Maybe have a mini-pak of 2 or 3 items one can borrow for a very short stay- like 1-3 days. (??) Also, the "breakfast" was the same lame Carb-fest as everyone else. Any chance you could spring for some hard-boiled eggs? Or even some yogurt?? Convenient location to so many places, with a short commute to any of them. Friendly staff, on site Laundry room with vending Food and drink machines available. A very nice Breakfast, with a good variety to choose from. The staff are very accommodating and are always smiling and in s good mood as if to say they enjoy their jobs. Very comforting and Refreshing. Also really good room rates, good place to stay. The only thing I would suggest is to have more than one chair in the room, but that's about it.

It had a bed and potential cooking aparatus. It smelled like marijuana often. There were loads of people staying there that weren't tourists or traveling business people. Worse, some children staying there set off a fire alarm at about 3:00 am by smoking in a room. Marijuana?

The breakfast wasn’t a breakfast, it was a sugar snack. There was no juice or even an egg. Also no dishes or cutlery was provided. The fact that we were supposed to rent dishes was ridiculous. We chose extended stay so we could purchase groceries and prepare there instead of eating at restaurants. The 2 good things were plenty of hot water for showers and no bugs.

Bed was comfortable. Room furnishings were "dated" and "worn" My rate included "breakfast". I was not told until we arrived that "breakfast" consisted of Hot Water, Coffee, Dry Oatmeal, and Cereal Bars on a serving table in the lobby.

It was okay I didn’t use it much, didn’t have much space to prepare anything Having surveillance cameras around the perimeter of the outside building would help prevent any potential attackers because someone’s car was tampered with and their alarm was going off for a long time and no information for the guests vehicles just in case

My husband and I stayed here for four months, while in transition, so we had a good deal of experiences. The staff was really nice and friendly and was always there to help and we really didn’t have any issues with them. We originally was in a king room and loved it, but decided to move to a queen room to save money, and when we got to the queen room it smelled 100% like cigarettes. We went and told the cleaning crew because it was extremely strong and set off my husband’s allergies and gave me a headache. So, the cleaning crew cleaned up the room, but we ultimately decided to go to another room. When we got to the other room it was perfect and had no smell of cigarettes. The property does everything they can to keep people from smoking in their rooms, but unfortunately can’t catch everyone. Our only complaints were our neighbors who would smoke weed in their room, which kept us up at night. Also,the influx of random people and limited parking when a game was happening, the constant slamming of doors all night, and the fact you have to request for your room to be cleaned. The worst part of the entire experience was just the people staying there with us, but naturally we couldn’t control that. Overall, it was a pleasant experience being that we’ve never stayed at an extended stay before. We appreciated the staff and all that they did for us, they all deserve a raise ! ☺️

For the price it was a great. My only complaint was that the kitchen floor was really sticky, but it was nice to have a full fridge and microwave with stove top. I would recommend bringing a keurig as there isn't any coffee option i the room. Still 4 out of 5 overall.

Staff was non existent, cursing the last customers as they were leaving. After that , it was clean, dry, and habitable . I wondered if the customers were looking for a free stay. My stay was uneventful, room seemed clean and comfortable.

The bed was unstable and during the stay all I heard was the dog next to us winning all night.

I was visiting my son that is a student at Kennesaw State and this property was very close to the school. Shopping and great food close by

I like that the location was close to the stadium! First of all, the room was not cleaned properly. There were old cards on top of the refrigerator from previous guests. In the bathroom, the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in weeks. My son couldn’t believe it, this was the first hotel we stayed in that wasn’t clean. The bed appeared clean, but the were so uncomfortable.

The quietness was good. It was located in a good place. The staff was pleasant to talk to. And he did take care of the business. The floor was very slippery Didn't have a shower chair made it very difficult to walk even after I wipe the floor with towels i have a prosthetic leg and it was very difficult to get around in the room

There was a pile dirt by the elevator and it stayed for five days! It was still there when I was leaving. Despite good manners of the staff, it was not a pleasure to stay there.

The carpet in the hallways were some of the dirtiest that I've seen. Also, the hallways were noisy... which had me nervous. Since there are stoves in the room, the hallways smelled like a combination of pungent food and marijuana.

There was not a single dish, pot, pan, cup, or silverware in the kitchen. Bullet hole in the elevator door. “Grab n go” breakfast consisted of 5 Nutrigrain bars sitting on a counter. No juice, no coffee, no other options for food. I didn’t feel safe with a family here. The front desk was very accommodating in letting me check out early though so I’ll give them that.

I did not feel safe at this property. It was not clean and as soon as you walked in you could tell it did not smell good. Within an hour of being there fire alarms were going off. We did not stay and ended up leaving early. It was a very disappointing experience.

I pulled up Hotels.com and, within 15 minutes, I made my reservation, drove to the hotel and was registered as a guest by a very personable night auditor. To answer your question about cleanliness, I was pleased by the condition of the room. I’m a former road warrior with many hotel stays all across the country under my belt and it became apparent during the walk to my room that this hotel had some years on it and was formerly tolerant of smoking. This is not a knock on the facility. To the contrary, I know how hard it is to get that smell out of the walls, drapes, carpets and bedding. They’ve done a good job. Also, I was VERY pleased with the condition of the bathroom. After all the years of travel, I have my own check-in routine that I perform. Y’all passed. Thank you. BTW, I’ve rarely written a review before this (or, none that I remember), using words other than “good job” or “unsatisfactory.” Good Job!

The fire alarm went off at 5 am which can happen but the staff was very inexperienced in how to handle it and gave no real explanation as we lost sleep and left with the alarms still going on and off.

Tried calling multiple times 4 hours before I was going to be there cause I figured I would be nice enough to let them know I would be a after midnight Check-in. After phone ringing for 30 minutes and multiple recalls, I called Extended Stay reservations and asked them to call and then was put on hold for another 10 minutes before I hung up. I called again a hour or 2 after the first initial calls, and it sounded like someone answered but I couldn't hear them and they couldn't hear me. I did this twice and both times it was just silent. Once I arrived at the hotel, was told I had to wait 50 minutes until 2:30 a.m. before I could be checked in. I arrived at the hotel at 1:38 A.M. I had to sit out in the parking lot fir 50 minutes before I could get checked in due to the hotel not having a working phone so that I could tell them and they could just easily had gone ahead and did the paperwork when I arrived, since they alreqdy had all my card info to reserve(hold) the room. Very unprofessional business and hotels.com should drop this location from its sponsorship as it tarnishes your reputation as well. I will be having a heated discussion tomorrow when I wake up to get this refunded through you since the hotel said they couldn't do anything about it and wont even offer me a hour stay past check out. I don't leave reviews except for when it is really poor service and making a customer wait outside in your parking due to your(hotels) inability to have working phone at front desk

Room 214, 3/28/25--2 luggage carts in the hotel. 1 with 1 flat tire, the other with 2 flat tires. Difficult to push a load of luggage with flat tires. An egg container in the fridge with 2 eggs. A carton of milk with 1 inch left in the bottom. An empty box of brownies and a used roll of aluminum foil in a drawer. Was the room even cleaned? TV didn't work. The front desk guy said we could get another room, but it would not be what we paid for, and he couldn't replace the TV because it was secured to the cabinet. It was not. Bed was made with a dirty blanket under the top sheet. Who puts a filthy blanket under the sheet? Anyplace is better than here.

The toilet was stopped up and the second room that I had to move in the kitchen sink had a leak was leaking and also the first room that I had the kitchen area for the stove did not work. This place is horrible and I would like some of my money back. I would not advise no one to stay there but the front desk people are great.

This property needs a lot of work. Seems to cater to transits. Upon arrival some man tried to "help" me with my bags and he did not work for the hotel. Ther wer no plates, glasses, silverware, pots, plans in the rooms? Felt unsafe with my child. Only shining star was the person who checked us in a petite woman with dark hair and glasses. I would never go back to this hotel or recommend it to anyone.

I had to go buy cleaning products just to clean the shower and the toilet before me and my partner could use it the curtain fell in the middle of the night scaring me the ac didnt work the room was hot

I came for a staycation with my partner. The young lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and polite. The room was clean for the most part. There was some weird brown splatter on the wall, but I didn’t want to investigate what it could’ve been for obvious reasons; and there was some hair on the sink from where someone shaved. Otherwise everything else was tidy. The bed was hard, but I managed to get comfortable enough to sleep. My only gripe is the noise. I was on the side close to the stadium, so the music coming were there was a little irritating, but it didn’t last all day so I got over it. Overall it was okay for a last minute decision.

The property looked very sketchy looking on the inside. The elevator looked like something out of a horror movie, it looks like someone never completed it during renovation. Although I had a non-smoking room my room still reeked of cigarette smoke. The room had laminate floors in it and I dropped something on the floor and looked under the bed and saw all kinds of crumbs and stuff all over the floor. The so called complimentary breakfast consisted of coffee and small little muffins and nutrigrain bars.

The window curtains immediately fell off when trying to open them. Let the front desk know and they said someone from maintenance could come another day. I was here for a week and no one ever came. The air conditioner did not work and the room stayed hot. The side door to get into the building did not work and I kept getting locked out and had to get several new keys.

Driving thru so it was a last minute stay I have a disability and the elevator was out and no rooms on the first floor there was a lot of young people back and forth in th in the hallways I just need 6 hours of sleep and left it did have a kitchen with nothing in it you had to ask and come and get it downstairs I wasn't going to do inorder food had to come downstairs and get it it probably a great place they had construction as well maybe I was there at the wrong time

Broken elevator as soon as you walk in the door. Which one of the other guest told us it had been broken for four months. Only one staff member working running front desk and cleaning rooms. We were checking in late 8:15 pm we were told we had the last double bed room and it wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be ready for another 1/2 hour. He was going up to check and see how long it would be. We waited for almost an hour and the room still wasn’t done and the front desk worker wasn’t back yet. So we went looking for him and found him in the room trying to clean and set it up and he was no where near finished. So we decided to go elsewhere and find a room never getting to check in. But while waiting downstairs there were other patrons rolling around smelling horrible, people waiting with other issues and no one to attend to them. It was a complete disaster for us.

The elevator didn’t work. Hotel not up to date at all. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

The room is good. Has everything I need decent space comfortable area all around.

It’s still bad. As of today, the cable and WiFi are not working, the elevator has been out of service for about a month, and the trash room is overflowing. Typical for this location!

The room itself was quiet.. Carpeting suggested how clean it could be.. The property smelled like a hint of cigarettes and dirtiness, but it was bearable.. Cleaning staff knocked on my door at 10:44am asking if I was staying an additional night in which I replied I wasn't; checkout is at 11am.. Questionable looking people coming in and out of hotel, which made the property appear as though it's a mix between hotel and transitional housing.. I've been in worse hotels, but this also wasn't the best Extended Stay I've stayed in in the US.

There is always something… This is an older property. The elevator has been out for about two weeks with no signs of resolution. The water is out sporadically, and the wifi/cable are unreliable. Communication from the desk when things happen instead of waking up to surprise outages would be appreciated. Trash removal and carpet replacement are areas of great concern. Definitely not worth full-price rates!!!!! Enforcing the no smoking near the entrance would be great. Exposure to “weed” smoke when you are here for work purposes is rather inappropriate.

No elevator for the past week and today I woke up with 20 minutes to dress for work and there was no water. I get that it is an older building and things happen, but at what point does the front desk take some accountability in the delivery of customer service? In a period of two hours since the water went out, someone should have been responsible for notifying the occupied rooms that there would be no water. Customer service or more so... Common sense! This is what angers so many guest. Immature responses, laziness, and overall poor communication/customer service!!!!! Be prepared for anything and everything to go wrong if you stay here.

Hair was in the bath tube and stuck on the walls. The whole room smell like smoke upon entering the room I had to go buy trash bags to put all of things, shoes, clothes and luagage in before i even unpack for 1 night. I didnt unpack because the room had bugs that you cant see and they would bite you. I had to spray the room down with disenfective spray from the smell and bugs. People hang outside the motel at night and the side doors stay open which is unsafe. This was on 8-3-2024
