There really are no amenities but it's a great place to stay. Quiet, clean and great friendly staff.

Very close to Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park, my destination. Clean comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Breakfast was coffee, juice yogurt, waffle and cereals. Spacious room. Nothing to complain about. Good value. Would recommend for short stay.

The rooms were updated,, bed were comfortable,, ,,. The lady at the front was very friendly and welcoming. The beds had blonde hairs on the pillows and the bathroom had blonde hair on the flop and blonde hair in the shower drain.

From the front door to the bed was refurbished. Bed was comfortable. Area...some sketchy things going on in the middle of the night that awoke us. Shower and toilet were from the 70's and DID NOT match pictures online.

The staff was great. They were attentive and friendly. It was odd there are no bibles in the hotel rooms. There are no blow dryers either. And there is an iron but not an ironing board. Breakfast was light, a snack if you will. Some oranges, coffee, packets of oatmeal and batter to make waffles. Pretty good but it didn’t meet my expectations.

Location, ease of check in, courteous front desk employee with a smile. Lots of pillows! Easy access to car. Bathroom floor vinyl wavy..not enough room to walk past beds with my small rollator needed to go to bathroom. NO CHAIR and I have to sit to do hair and make up. No hangers for clothes. Tub needs refinishing biggtime. Tiny toilet area. For upkeep level and a 10 hr stay...should have been discounted another $20. Very limited breakfast for diabetics especially.

The beds were wonderful! Clean and comfortable! But the floor was dirty, I’m pretty sure it hasn’t been mopped in months. There were water stains and lots of dirt on the tile floors. If I took a paper towel to wipe up from water dripping off a pop ( does have refrigerator and microwave that work) the paper towel was nasty with dirt from the floor. The shower and toilet were clean but the woodwork and tile again were dirty. Don’t get me wrong I had a great visit with my daughter and granddaughter and for half the price of larger hotels but with an obvious reduction in cleanliness of the overall motel not hotel. The doors do go straight to the parking lot where it’s two steps from your car but do keep in mind there is NOT an elevator so if you are on the second floor you will be carrying your luggage and anything else you are traveling with. They do allow pets for a small fee but this also comes with barking dogs late in the evening and early mornings. If you’re not traveling with a pet this might be a definite con for you. But, my husband says he doesn’t sleep with animals and the rooms did not reflect that a previous tenant was there with a pet. Like I said, the floors left something to be desired. Overall, you get what you pay for. By the comfort of the beds I would stay here again. Happy Travels!

Cost efficient but you get what you pay for. The elevator is broke so if you room is not on the first floor you’ll have to take the stairs, there are no irons in the hotel, there are do not disturb signs/ sleeping signs so housekeeping will randomly come in your room without your knowledge. The hallways reeked of marijuana and other guests will loiter in front of your room door causing a disturbance. I’ll never book there again, it’s not safe or clean. The wedsite pictures are not the reality of this property

We stayed one night on our trip down to Florida and we really liked this renovated hotel. The room was clean, not completely updated, but nice. The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Everything was perfect except the AC. There was NO HEAT. The room wasn't cold, but it wasn't warm either. When its cold outside, it would be nice to have an AC that has heat as I'm sure they would not want people bringing Space Heaters in.

There were burn marks all over the sink in the room, the toilet did not flush & the shower drain was DISGUSTING! It has hair all in the drain, stains all over the walls & again it smelled like someone was smoking a cigarette in the room. This was the worst experience of my life. Worst hotel! I couldn’t even sleep in the room I did not feel comfortable at all. I had to sleep in my car!

The staff was wonderful! The breakfast was a nice mix. There was road construction going on with orange barrels every where and this made it hard to find the entrance in the dark at night but this was not the motels fault. Other than that no complaints...five stars!

The most comfortable bed I have slept in. The staff was super friendly. Kept the breakfast stocked. Rooms have been very nicely upgraded. Outside needs a little TLC but it's a work in progress.

Lady receptionist was nice. But when I called for more toilet paper i was told to come down to get it. There were no tissues, understaffed, overworked, tv wouldn’t connect to the internet at all. Room was clean but I found dog hair in between the top sheet( my girlfriend is allergic to pet dander and she had trouble breathing. Didn’t know what was causing it until I found the dog hair).

Yes, I checked out about 7:15am and about 9:15am I noticed I left my AirPods.…i called the front desk they guy said he would check and call me back, he didn’t so I showed up and he suddenly looked in his phone and said she found them! They are thieves!!

It was very clean and the staff was friendly. Emma accommodated all my needs. Hopefully, they will get a vendor machine soon. There was a convenient store two blocks away. The location is accessible to all the shopping centers and restaurants as well. It was quiet and not on a major highway.

Beautifully renovated and clean, with a simple but good complimentary breakfast and very comfy beds. Excellent customer service and great ownership! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

The rooms are outdated. The bed was old and hard. The bath and bed linen is cheap and not of good quality. The only good thing about this location was it was convenient to a variety of restaurants and shops. Would not recommend this location to nobody.

Knocking the door at 11am to check out although we told them we are going out in an hour, kept knocking the door 3 times until we left.

The hallways and the building in general was dirty, with a pressure washer they could solve easily the problem. You feel bad odors everywhere.

Worst checking ever. I am disabled and use a walker. Would not let my husband check us in because my name was reservation. Got walker out of car, and checked us in. Was assigned a second floor room. When I asked for a first floor room he said there weee none available and walked away.

I needed a place to stay for one night before travelling northward, and this place was good for my needs. Not too far from the highway and very little noise from that as well.

Everything! The hotel was dirty and stinking all around, the room stinks, the chair in my room was shredded and torn, the bedsheet had holes in it. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, definitely not a 3 star hotel, doesn't even qualify for 1 star!

It's not the Ritz Carlton, its a Red Roof Inn. They met my expectations for what it would be. Good value, lots of places to eat nearby, convenient to 75 and 575. All you could ask for for a cheap hotel.

Lock did not work properly. Had to mess with it. Sheets didnt fix properly. I toss and turn and I had to fix them. Hard to get between bed and desk to get into bed. Elevator dirty and sounded like it could go any minute. Remote for tv did not work. But it was quiet and we slept well.

I stayed on the second floor and the room was adequate. My main reason for staying there was because it was pet friendly. The room smelled like residual cigarette smoke. The basic floor area seemed ok. Under the bed were dirty, cracks in the wall, bedding had holes from cigarettes, the outdoor area had dog poop from negligent owners. The room had a mini fridge and microwave which were great, the parking was well lit, water was hot in the shower and the had a pretty modern sink

It was cheap and clean. What we needed for a single night stay over while traveling.

Looks good on the outside. Inside everything is old and beat up. Repairs are poorly done and obvious. Housecleaning needs to be done. Multiple drink rings on the tables that hadn’t even been wiped. Sheets stained and bathtub dirty.

Comfortable place to lay your head when you need a place to stay. The property doesn’t appear to be the cleanest and most well kept on the outside but my room was clean and comfortable for a night stay. I would come back

It was average. Not super clean and not updated, but pets stay free and that worked well for my budget. It gets you out of Atlanta traffic if you're staying during a road trip and time it right. Kennesaw is a decent area.

Red Roof Kennesaw offers tempting pricing but I don't recommend booking or paying for the rooms in advance sight unseen. Make sure you know what you are getting before you pay so you don't get stuck like I did. The hotel needs a lot of work and the rooms, though passably clean, are unpleasant due to endemic problems like roaches, poor quality furniture, and smokers who break the rules.

Room was clean and plenty of pillows on the beds, overall very pleasant experience

We had an issue with the refrigerator being smelly when we checked in. I called the front desk and they replaced it with a different one within the hour. Overall, i was satisfied with the service and the room. I would consider staying again.

Convenient location and average comfort/cleanliness for price point. Great for overnight or contractors who want low price and no frills. Met my needs.

We reserved 2 rooms at this property for my parents and for us while we were finalizing moving out of our home. My father went to check in while we continued working. He called me to say that while the rooms appeared fairly clean, they BOTH smelled terribly of cigarette smoke, even though the whole property is supposed to be nonsmoking. Since we all have breathing and allergy issues, this was unacceptable. The man at the front desk showed my dad the other rooms available, but they were all not unacceptably clean. We ended up not staying there, but the gentleman did cancel our reservations with no penalty, which was very nice of him. The hotel is very convenient to the highway and several places to eat, but if you are sensitive to smoke, there are other places in the area that may be cleaner.

Check-in was good, fast, efficient. This place seems to be where those who wish to continue the party after the bars. Some drunkards and a very distinct, strong marijuana odor throughout, so take that for what it's worth. No noise complaints though, all was quiet and we did get a good nights rest. Place could use a decent cleaning but mainly due to it being an older property, most everything was clean, corridors were a bit dingy, room was okay. If you just need a place to lay your head for the night, for the price, it'll work.

Found roach in room… called front desk and was told bugs are normal with first floor accodations
