    The room was tiny, and not so clean, it smells, you can hear the noise from the next room, also when train pass by.     DO NOT STAY HERE! We stayed here for an hour and left immediately after we saw how dirty our room was. We found holes and hair in bedding linens, stains/crumbs all over the carpet. Stains all over the walls and one of the lamps did not work. They refused a refund because we only stayed an hour and are only giving me $50 deposit back. They didn’t seem surprised by the pictures I took of the room. The website pictures are very deceiving for what you’re actually getting!!

    Expedia booked the wrong day. The Hotel charged me seperate and said Expedia would refund me . My room had cigar wrappers on the floor ...had no smoke or fire protection and was incredibly smelly and loud . When asked for a refund for the day (i paid for insurance ) expedia gave that responsibility to the property owners who kindly enough declined to refund me for the day i never asked for or stayed for .

    Absolutely the worst hotel i ever been to. The nastiest dirtiest place i have ever seen. They dont clean anything the pillows and blankets are filthy i covered the pillow and slept in my jacket. No smoke alarms, no toilet seat lid there was food left in the refrigerator so long it was black. The heat in our first room didnt have heat in January in buffalo....and we ended up giving one of the cockroches a name i took pictures. This place is a trash can they shouldn't be allowed to be in business for health and safety reasons. Avoid at all costs

    I did not like the fact that they advertise as pet friendly but they didn't want my cats there. They also treat you differently when you book through a 3rd party such as Expedia, because I booked through Expedia they made me wait a little longer for my deposit. And it smells horrible in the room., there was a woman in the lobby continuously coughing it was quite a few of disheveled and undesirable folks residing ther.

    We were in room 202 and the chair was broken, the shower curtain fell several times on its own, the carpet was dirty and stained, the floor had weak spots, no microwave, nasty baby bottle and used lighters under the beds, the homeless people hanging out in the lobby, breakfast was horrible. Even though theres a sign in the lobby that says no smoking, it smelled like smoke and bad oder. Expedia should remove this hotel from its listing.

    This was by far one of the worst experience I've ever had with a business in this field. firstly we were overcharged for a motel $180 a night and we arrived to check in we were surprised with the deposit of $50 which was not relate to us in the check-in status online. That is understandable but there was a strong sense of some kind of incense when you walk in the cleanliness was decent but the closest check out interaction with by far the most ignorant and disrespectful customer service I've ever received h we were basically stalked while leaving and check out time by the owner and rushed which is missing invasion of our property and made us feel uncomfortable then we were told that a hand towel was missing from the room we searched all of our belongings and we told them that they could search or look into as well as we do not have the towel he said that he knows that what we put in there well obviously not because we did not have a towel we then were charged out of the deposit for hand towel that we don't know knowledge of missing then we were hounded by staff once we checked out as we were waiting for a ride so close we almost called the police for harassment I don't know if it was because of my race and discrimination but I don't recommend this hotel to anybody it looks like a poor slump down timing househe property wasn't the worst but it wasnt the best either. The sink in the bathroom was ready to fall off the wall, the shower barely worked, it had the worst smell ever.

    This particular Super 8 branch is bad, the staff has no customer service experience whatsever, they never smile, the room is bad many broken things inside, the toilet is not for a human beiing, the hallways smell plus its way way overpriced for the condition of this hotel and they put 50 dollars on hold for security!!?? Its not like you have something of value inside lol everything inside the room is old and bad. I was at Super 8 in Michigan last week and it was lovely and very nice but the one here in Buffalo its completely different. Never going to that one again. I stayed two nights and went to a different hotel after

    This property is very bad and not recommended for a stay. The hotel says double bed but it is not enough for a single sleep also. Moreover, it is very dirt - washroom smells very bad, not cleaned . Thrashbins not covered, not AC remote you have to get up from sleep to turn off the AC. Overall, a bad stay. Better to stay in Quality hotels even though the price may high but it is not at all recommended.

    The hallway carpets and ceiling tile were old and dirty. The room carpet is nothing I would walk barefoot on. The bathroom paper dispenser was falling off the wall. The bathroom sink/vanity was tilted causing everything to roll off. No table or microwave in room. Overall a rundown dump and I would never stay there again.

    This was a mid way stop to our original trip. We only stayed one night...enough time to shower and sleep. The place was not necessarily dirty but the bath drain was broken (screws missing) and the place smelled like weed during this time. The worker made the comment of having to go outside to smoke but i dont need to smell that during my stay

    I made this reservation for my daughter and her partner and after the first night, they had to move to a different location. The main reason was to total lack of attention by the staff and the lack of cleanliness of the room. Add the location and the overwhelming noise throughout the night and you have a facility that no one should stay in. If I had a way to obtain a refund for the second night, I would but I'm sure that's not in the cards. I would suggest however that you no longer list this property as a choice.

    This stay along with my family was horrible experience and this is worst ever experience we have in any hotel stay in USA so far. The beds were so dirty, they did NOt even cleaned/washed them before our check-in to room. Beds sheets, pillow covers, carpets all were very very dirty, used by previous people, but they never cleaned. My wife and son got skin irritation after our very discomfort sleep in night. The beds covers, pillows were horrible, very dirty, uncleaned, patchy with very bad smells all over it. Everything was very bad. We got skin diseases after this stay. I never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Worst experience ever.

    Staff wasn’t friendly. Room itself wasn’t clean the bins didn’t have plastic for garbage. One of the bedcover had a hole and all the covers felt like it was used and not washed specially when we had to use the pull out sofa.

    The breakfast that is included is coffee, juice, cold cereal, yogurt, instant oatmeal and packaged breakfast food, the absolute bare minimum. I have stayed at many other chain hotels and, for the price of the room, received a full breakfast with freshly prepared foods. We had a room with four adults and two bath towels. We requested more towels but were advised that they were unavailable at the time because Housekeeping did not arrive until 10:30. Well, if you have an early morning appointment, that's unfortunately too late. The hotel has not been updated since approximately the 70's and the bedding, while clean, is quite worn. The only really positive things to say about our stay is that the hotel is quiet (not counting the train noise, which is right across the street), basically clean and seems safe enough. If you are looking for good value for your money, you might consider choosing a hotel that's located a little further away rather than right inside Kenmore.

    Had reservations for one night for $94.91. Got there with printed paper in hand and was told they canceled my reservation several months prior. Had email from 3 days before arrival saying looking forward to seeing me and I was "BOOKED". Made me pay $341.25 for room and said any other rooms in area were $600-$800 for that night (it was the night before the eclipse). Went in and room was small, toilet dirty, mirror over sink was completely gone and just frame with ligths and electrical wiring showing. Looked online and found motel 8 miles away with much better review ratings for $169.00 total. Went to desk and told them I wasn't happy with what I had been told and how I was treated and showed him room for half the price and asked for a refund and said I wanted to go to other place. Had only been 22 minutes total since originally paying for room and we had done nothing to room. He refused to refund money and said we were stuck there. Called Wyndham customer service. They "reached out to property" and got nowhere as far as getting the $246.84 extra I had to pay back for me and said there was nothing else they could do. Would never go back to this place. STAY AWAY!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

    This is not what I expected from Wyndham! This was looks like a run down establishment for the early 80's. The room was nasty, the sink wouldn't drain, until I reached under and pulled the lever. The walls has holes, along with the carpet, and bed linen. If this was not a in and out stay for me, I would have went to another hotel. The crazy thing is you have to give a $50 cash deposit at check in! Where was that listed? This location shouldn't be available on any platform.

    Worked. It was when my son found a bug on his pillow that appeared to be a baby cockroach or possible bed bug that we pack up our stuff and checked out late at night. This Super 8 doesn’t measure up to any of the other Super 8 experiences I’ve had. I was appalled at the condition of this property for the price it was going for.     Not what I was expecting. The beds were uneven and headboards broken, it had a really strong cleaner smell in the room, the mini fridge had rust on the inside, holes in blankets, the bathroom toilet didn’t flush properly, no elevator and stayed on the second floor with luggage, no trash bags in any of the trash cans, stains on the carpets, you could hear people talking on the floor under you and beside so it was a little noisy, breakfast selection wasn’t the best. I’m glad it was only a pit stop for us to sleep for the night and cheaper priced than the other hotels. Other than that I wouldn’t recommend

    I get it’s a no-frills place, but it just felt dirty and occupied buy drug addicts. Halls smelled heavily of pot, questionable people in the lobby and parking lot…made me confirm my car was locked and parked under lights. Hotels.com info was wrong in that breakfast ends at 9 and there is no pool.

    Save yourself from trouble. This place was terrible! Horrible service, NOT safe and very unprofessional. The rooms were not locking properly, had to carry belongings with me at all times everywhere my family and went. They changed the room on the last day and the beds were not Queen size. They were full size. Bedsheets were ripped. Breakfast that was complimentary was a disaster. The milk was snatched from my hands and my daughter. I would never recommend anyone staying at this location. Have been to motels and hostels and have been more satisfied as a customer traveling with family.

    The parking was different, if you aren't familiar with the area, you can't pull out of the parking lot and turn left unless you drive through a few parking lots (that have broken glass on the ground to avoid). It's a safe place to stay otherwise.

    Filthy unclean conditions. A sweaty dirty undershirt wrapped around the smoke alarm. Dried vomit on the side of the bedspread. Was offered different room, that room had a plastic bag tied around the smoke alarm and what appeared to be smears of feces in the bathroom. A third room was shown to me, and seemed adequate at first glance but after getting my young son and I resettled, discovered some bug parts on the floor, old bits of food on and under the desk and a piece of rodent feces on the rug just outside the bathroom. In addition, the bedsheets were stained with God knows what, so I slept on top of the covers fully clothed. I complained and demanded a refund for the second night, as I was not going to stay the entire weekend there. The manager was not in the least sorry for my experience, told me I could just leave immediately and he would only charge me one night out of the two (I had pre paid for two). I was not about to go driving around a strange town late at night with my son looking for an alternative place to stay. I agreed to finish the night there, pay for the night I used, and wanted to be refunded for the second night as we would be checking out immediately in the morning. This request was refused. I have an official complaint in to Wyndham Resorts to inform them of this. OUTRAGEOUS that I paid two nights, stayed one night (and wish I hadn't), had our entire holiday weekend plans RUINED bc there was no way to get another place with short notice. DISGUSTING!!!

    Don't know how they clean rooms, found a crack pipe between the bed & wall. Front desk said" oh I'll let housekeeping know." I would have went to another hotel but everywhere was booked & didn't want to loose a nights charge. We were in Buffalo to see my brother & family from Alaska for a National Hockey. I will never stay at this Hotel again & will not recommend it. Their picture doesn't even match what the outside looks like.

    For 1 night's stay its was for the most part fine. Bed was cumfy, and the bathroom had been renovated. Issue I had were that some of the face towels and hand towels had stains on them.

    The room SMELLED BAD and was DIRTY! IE Rug, bed spread, bathroom floor…. We were disgusted and left right away… upon our return we decided the smell was worse and we couldn’t stay! We turned key cards into front desk, where there were two family’s checking with upset children. I said nothing

    The sheets on the bed had blood stains. Yes, blood stained sheets. And no it wasn’t fresh blood, so they knowingly put sheets back on the bed with blood stains on them. I wish I were making this up!
