Best Western Premier Keizer/Salem Hotel

Very clean , nice staff

Very nice rooms, bathrooms were updated and luxurious. Beds were very comfy.

Pool area was nice, bubbles in spa didn’t work.

Location is easily accessible to wine country and Salem and the airport in Portland. Safe location which is in walking distance of all necessities and nice dining. Bar scene is lame but good for families!

The Keizer property is one of the nicest BW’s I’ve been to. Everything went smoothly, the staff is great, and even the small things were effortless. This property used to be a Quality Inn but BW has made it better.

Friendly staff, delicious and clean breakfast and dining area. Ease of check in and check out. No towels at the pool, pool area was disgusting, dirty towels everywhere, pool bathroom was gross, smelled like urine, papertowels and towels on the floor in bathroom and pool area. This was 2 days in a row we witnessed the pool area in this condition.

my boys had to be at the field at 7am so the wonderful gals at the front out together to go bags in the morning and it was just perfect. we will stay here again!

The room was clean and spacious, nice heated pool, the breakfast had a lot to choose from and they have snacks/drinks to buy in the lobby.

Location and the breakfast Very unprofessional staff in the afternoon. Constantly smoking in the back. Out spraying weeds and then immediately helping costumers without sanitation. They were absent from the desk for long periods of time. Zero hooks in the room and no shelves in the shower. The hot tub was hardly warm and neither were the showers in the rooms.

What an awesome stay. My family and I recently stayed at the Luxor in Las Vegas. A very impressive hotel, but this Best Western had far better amenities.

Unable to come t to wifi and front desk could not figure out how either. She mentioned it was an ongoing issue for guests trying to use laptops. It was a problem for me as I was on a work trip. Heat was on and I could not adjust it so had to sleep with the window open. Breakfast was okay but concerning as some of the items seemed like they were not fresh.

The Breakfast exceeded my expectations.

I loved the magnified mirror - I want one for my own bathroom. The breakfasted were delicious. All the employees were friendly and helpful. More lighting in the room would have been appreciated.

I guess the hotel was purchased by a new person in the last year. The new owner has changed the quality of linens. They were so rough, and scratchy I didn't sleep well. The floors didn't look vacuumed. The room had items on the floor from the previous occupants. The people above ran back and forth for 15 minutes at 315am. The temperature in the room wouldn't go below 69 degrees. The pool wasnt heated and the hot tub needs to be replastered. It's gone down hill since the year previous. I'll be going somewhere else next time. The employees were nice and friendly. And good water pressure in the shower.

There is music from thier banquet room so loud we can feel the vibration in out room

It turned out we didn't actually spend the night at the hotel, but we have stayed there before. Our electricity went out and we thought we needed a hotel for the night, but it got restored before they told us it would, so we gave up the room for someone else who needed it. We did pay for the room, however, since it was nonrefundable. But that was okay.

This hotel needs updated. The floors in our room were not level (like wavy?) and the bathroom smelled musty.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully updated, with bedding that made for a great night’s sleep. We especially appreciated the thoughtful bathroom layout, which separated the shower from the sink and mirror area. Arriving a little early was no problem—the staff welcomed us warmly and accommodated our needs with ease. Heather, in particular, was exceptionally friendly and professional, and the cleaning team was equally kind and attentive. Heather’s welcoming approach and hotel expertise made our stay truly special. Thank you for a memorable experience!

The hotel room furnishings were dated and worn, and the bathroom showed signs of poor maintenance. I chose this property for its advertised onsite EV charger, but there was only a single Level 2 charging port, which meant waiting my turn. On the positive side, the staff were excellent—always friendly and eager to assist.

They put us in room 118 which is right by the side exit / entry door without telling us the door slams and risking if we are ok with that. We requested a 1st floor room because we were traveling with a dog. Around 11 I called the front desk to see if they could do anything about it. The only thing they could do is put a note on the door or move us to another room on the 2nd floor. We were already in bed and elected not to move all our items. We had 2 CPAP machines set up and a dog crate set up (that is on us for not wanting to move after we were all settled). The slamming door went on all night making it a very long sleepless night. The heat in the room would not turn off despite changing the thermostat to off. It got up to 88 degrees in the room, which also did not help.

The room was clean when we arrived, but the cleaning solution that they used was so overpowering it made my eyes water. Later we noticed that there was an infestation of sugar ants in the room.

Clean and welcoming

Dirty room changed my room 2 times in 3 days

But the breakfast was a big disappointment. I was handed a voucher for a diner outside. It was atrocious. The coffee was undrinkable and the eggs swam in oil. Eating there was quite simply disgusting. For the price paid I think a decent cup of coffee for breakfast is not a big ask.

The breakfast had a lot of options, our room was super clean and spacious. There wasn't a lot of outside noise and there was plenty of parking and outside street lights making it feel safe and secure.

When you first turn on the water in the bath sink it smells of sewer. Needed to run the water for a minute plus to getcrid of smell.

It’s a quiet facility and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is very good with many options. The bathroom needs some help. The grab bars are all very loose and are a hazard for those who need them. The shower curtain smelled mildewed which permeated the bathroom, although the staff changed it out for a fresh one quickly. Overall it’s a nice facility but needs some attention.

Nice when I stay before doing Silver Falls. Comfortablebeds, room was clean and smelt we entered, and they had a nice breakfas. I would stay here again.

After having paid for a Saturday night through a third party booker, this establishment charged me again for the same night and refuses to refund my money. They looked up my account using the associated phone number, but failed to see that it was already paid.

We were given a room at the end of the hall right beside the exit door. People used the door many, many times throughout the night. The door was not adjusted to close quietly. Consequently, the door slammed every time. The "pet friendly" room smelled so strongly of dog poop with very visible stains in the carpet. Why a "dog friendly" room has carpet is just stupid. Also the shower pan appeared to be leaking causing water to rise up through the seams of the vinyl bathroom floor. I don't know what condition the rest of the hotel was in, but based on our room/stay, we will never return. Way overcharged for the conditions this hotel offers.

The only thing was the beds were not the best but the employees were absolutely amazing and so sweet! The room was good 😊

I understand cutting cost when buying for hotels, but PLEASE! consider getting waterproof liners for your showers. ALSO, consider getting non-slip strips or textured tubs. They were SUPER slippery and in the long run, you will develop mold and mildew with all the excess water spraying out of the tub. This is the ONLY complaint I would give, but it is all too common in hotels across America.

Staff very friendly. Room unfortunately had a good amount of ants on the floor and some on the kitchenettes counter but other then that our stay was good.

Very clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff but the swimming pool was way too cold.

The hot tub was green, like bright green. The pool was cold, they don't stock towels in the pool area. Nor is there any warning about that whether verbal or written. The patio outside is nice. The hotel was quiet. Bathroom wasn't fully cleaned. The elevator had stains on the ground that where brown and suspicious. Otherwise a basic hotel nothing amazing about it. Free parking was nice.

Location was good outside appearance was nice lobby and breakfast was nice. Room had a weird smell that never went away. Had a towel hanging on back of bathroom door which made me wonder if used or what.

I was disappointed by how sterile and boring the accommodations were. I was also disappointed by the cost of the room. I would have never stayed yet it was the only one available within a reasonable driving distance to my destination. I will not recommend Best Western to anyone I know.

The hotel was EXCELLENT, rooms were cleaned daily, the breakfast was good, the area is safe. Most of all the staff and management were amazing, they have a real team there. We all know the challenges with staffing, I have to tell you this team wears many hats, and they do it with pride. Very impress with the entire stay. Other family members were making the same comments.

This property is in dire need of a total redo or at a minimum a complete refresh.

Beyond your control: junior softball tournament: LOTS of minor children ages 15 - 4 causing trouble. Running up and down stairwells,hallways, racing the elevator, taking over the pool, in general a lack of adult supervision. If they had been there two days, we would have swapped hotels

I came in a day before to become aware and prepared for check-in. The check-in was quick and the room was ready earlier on a holiday.

Check in was a breeze and staff was very friendly! Room was very spacious and very clean. I had a one bedroom king size bed , pool area was clean and hot top was perfect ending to a day . The breakfast was delicious and plenty option from fresh fruit to eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal bread bagels and plenty drink options! My only complaint was the gym I am a gym rat wish they had more equipment as they only had cardio equipment some dumbbells and bench that’s it . Luckily they have a gym near by 10 will get you a day pass . Over all very pleased with hotel , service and stay .

Well I got the run around when booking but after that the only let down was not getting the King Bed room that had been booked. But everything else was excellent and the first front desk clerk was great and the second customer service person at the front desk was great. Her name was Heather and she’s the epitome of an excellent customer service manager. She always had the answers to all of our questions and she was very professional and helpful in making our stay more enjoyable. This is the second time she has served me in the last month or so. I would definitely recommend you and your hotel.

Hotel was sub-par for an expensive price. Halls seemed old and dark. Beds uncomfortable. Pool area was dirty, water cold. Breakfast not great. Minimum parking. No parking near the end of the building where my room was

the door was warped. you had to pull it closed or push it closed. it did not close by its self like a security door sould close.

This property is in no way a 3 star hotel. The towels and sheets had stains on them. All surfaces, the room itself and the hallways were very dirty. Loose tile on bathroom floor. Dead black bugs on carpet and in bathroom. The entire stay, my room and the shower smelled very strongly of sewage. I also did not feel safe. Hotels.com needs to contact this property! The rooms and interior looked nothing like the photos on Hotels.com website.This trip was a Mother's Day present from my daughter, and the stay here at this Best Western ruined the trip.

We had a room on the second floor right next to the elevator. Thankfully we did not have a bunch of loud people on that floor but you could hear the elevator going up and down in the middle of the night. The view out the window was of a rooftop that wasn't even very clean, because we were right above the entrance. The rooms however were obviously remodeled recently and very clean, even though the room we had was tiny. The pool was small and the Jets on the hot tub did not work. The breakfast was mediocre but decent.

Very nice hotel with its new ownership. Room was fresh and clean. Bed was nice and comfortable. Mini fridge, microwave, kurig, soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower.

The air conditioning in the room was so noisy it would make a weird popping and clapping sound randomly. It was very hard to get a good sleep when the AC unit needs to be repaired.

Overall, the property was very welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Only complaints would have is there was an ant problem in the bedroom, and when utilizing the hot tub, the Jets were not working properly and would only run for about three seconds every three minutes.

Check in lady very nice. Answered all of our questions. Only concern was with neighbors above us was I assume had small child jumping and we could hear the thumping late at night and early morning

We have stayed several times. It has been good each visimt. It seems every visit there are slight improvements/upgrades to the facility. We will be back.

We have stayed at this hotel several times for basketball tournaments with other teammates/families. The staff is very friendly and patient with the amount of rowdy boys that show up. The accommodations are nice but wish the rooms were a bit roomier. My family enjoyed the pool and breakfast.

This hotel exceeded our expectations - especially in this affordable price range. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. They even gave us a little 'welcome bag' for our dog! Our only small complaint (and it's minor) was that the pillows were too firm for us.

Quality facility with terrific staff!

The property felt safe and the staff was very friendly. Great spot if you are traveling with dog. I thought the $30 pet fee was fair. Keizer Rapids off-leash Dog Park (approx 1 mile away) was a great way to exercise our dog. The hot breakfast each morning helped us save a little money. Would recommend to family and friends
