The Ac did not work!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I felt I had to. I was given a room where the AC wasn’t working, and the room stayed around 80°F all night. I didn’t get any sleep. After reporting the issue, I wasn’t offered another room or a meaningful solution, and I was told I couldn’t receive a refund. To make matters worse, I was told I could speak with a manager the next morning, only to find out the manager wasn’t even there on weekends. A hotel stay should at least provide a comfortable place to sleep, and unfortunately, this one did not. I can’t recommend staying here based on how this situation was handled.

The staff was friendly, and the room was spacious with an AC that kept it nice and cold. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of service, there were no pool towels available, and the breakfast selection was very limited. The biggest issue was the mattress, which was old and sagged in the middle, causing back pain and making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. This is where the nice cities end. The breakfast was terribly coordinated. We stayed two nights and both mornings we went at different times and there was barely anything to eat. I pointed this out to management and each time it took over 30 minutes to bring Moore food out and I paid attention once they brought the food out within 10 minutes. It was almost empty again because everybody was waiting on the food to be brought out the second morning we were there. There was not even any coffee. I had to wait for them to bring that as well. It was also warm in the hotel and they had some type of governor on the room temperature you could not turn it any lower than 68° which was fine for me but other members in our family were very hot during the night and we could not make it cooler. Also while we were there the pool was closed one day and the hot tub was broken both days we were there maybe not broken but out of service so for what I paid for the room I would as expected the amenities to be on point and they were very lacking.

The room was amazing , didn’t get a chance to try out the bar and didn’t make it for breakfast but it smelled delicious on the way out . We will definitely coming back to stay here while in Katy !

This was a good hotel for my family to stay at. We loved the breakfast and the rooms. The front desk was super helpful! There was plenty of parking. We felt safe in the area. I would bring my family here again! :)

The rooms are very big. I got to enjoy the pool. The staff was very friendly and everything was very clean.

When I checked in and went into my room, the sofa looked soiled and was broken and wouldn’t go back in. I called the front desk and staff was aware but didn’t tell me. So I asked for another room but was told I couldn’t even though I saw other guests checking in. I asked politely if I could get a refund and was told yes by the same staff but only to find out the hotel and Expedia wouldn’t honor my refund. I asked to just keep the room if I couldn’t get my money back but my reservation was canceled. Expedia spoke to the staff who refused to refund me my money. Expedia still wouldn’t refund me. I ended up being forced to pay for a room I wasn’t allowed to use. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a hotel and Expedia.

The first room smelled like dogs a lot of scratches on the furniture the next room we had to be moved to was very nice and smelled very nice .. the young man at the front desk was so awesome he even had a gift bag for my daughters birthday very amazing customer service he had . He is the reason I’m giving the 4 stars …. The cook for breakfast. Very unprofessional he came out in his muscle shirt very rude literally there was no breakfast and he only brought out 2 plates so unprofessional .. and very embarrassing as people were wondering where breakfast was and saw none so disappointed …walking around in muscle shirts instead of a uniform is not okay ..other than that it was an okay stay … need motivated staff 👍 oh and also the. Bathtubs horrible drainage and literally had to beg for towels

The first room they assigned me reeked of cigarette smoke in the bathroom and near the bed had a strong urine smell. I immediately went back down, and they moved me to a suitable room that was very clean. I was satisfied with the promptness of the front desk.
