The toilet wouldnt flush and when you call they dont answer. I called front desk over 20 times still no answer. The room smelled awful and i have not got my deposit back.

First of all they overbooked the hotel and the manager had a nasty attitude and acted like she didn't care. Didnt evenoffer to call a sister property or nothing. I will never book with them again

Overall the place was run down and felt unloved. There were burns on the comforter, toilet seat, desk, shoddily replastered ceilings, and really thin walls. The tub drain hadn’t been cleaned in weeks and was slow to drain because of all the hair. I didn’t like how there’s no one on duty after 11pm (and on Sunday), my keycard deactivated twice and I had to call the number to get someone to come and fix the card. For $70 a night you can do a lot better.

The only positive point was the location. The room was missing a remote, one card was not working, no toilet paper (the hotel should have stated you needed to vring your own). Hotel was not easily reachable, cockroaches in the bathtub. The beds have plastic underneath the linen, understandable but uncomfortable as it makes you sweat.

When you drive 1000miles thinking you have a room, and they call you at 6pm and indicate they have overbooked and you no longer have a room, to them no big deal, they're not out anything.

Very old needs updating, no hair dryer in room and vent in bathroom is broken. The water pressure in the shower was low and the shower head didn’t work properly. The tv in the sitting room had no sound luckily you could turn the tv on in the bedroom to the same channel and listen that way. I am 100% sure that I will not be staying in any InTown suites again

Our reservation was canceled by the hotel when we arrived because they were oversold. Even though we had received email notification from Travelocity that our room was confirmed and there was no need to call and check on it. This reservation was made 2 months in advance and the room we got last minute cost us almost twice as much.

The place was nothing like it was described or looked like in the pics. Was not not clean out dated. Linens had cigarette burns in them and burns on all counter tops. The place felt shady and unsafe.

I didn’t really like anything I booked a room for 2 days but the office on scheduled me for one so my key wouldn’t work the second night and I had to wait on staff to get her keys from the front office which she locked inside the office so I had to wait.

The room was cleanish, but here is what you need to know: your room will only have two towels and two wash cloths, no hand towels, and you will be handed a single roll of toilet paper for your entire stay. The room is cleaned once a week or when you depart, but once you are out of toilet paper, you go buy your own. Wifi was sporadic, but the bed was reasonably comfortable. The desk doesn't open until 11am, so there was no one to check us out. That was scary. Just be aware so you can plan ahead if you stay there.

This hotel is an old dirty run down place with new signs and a new coat of paint. They did the cheapest remodel I’ve ever seen. NOTE that checkin ends at 7pm. Problems with TV. There is nobody present after 7pm to check you in. And nobody working if you have a problem.

What hotel closes up at 700 on a Friday night so you can't check in? I got there with my family at 815 and it was all locked. Had to go find another hotel. Next morning they call and ask if I wanted to extend my stay...as if they didn't know I never checked in. Never again!

I already submitted a review. POOR customer service. They canceled the room 1 hour before I arrived after a 6 hour drive to get there! Said no rooms available due to maintenance. Did not even offer to help locate an alternative hotel. I had to drive around looking for one.

I like the surrounding area. The place stinks and looks dirty. It not welcoming at all. No place for kids to feel safe.

We were in town for a Spartan race and this hotel was minutes away. Nothing too fancy, but it was fine for an overnight stay. We got in late, and the gentleman was very nice at check in and just as pleasant when we checked out.

Made CONFIRMED reservations through hotels.com. Arrived to this hotel and were told that they had NO ROOMS AVAILABLE and had 10 more people with reservations that they didnt have rooms for! Went across the street to Microtel and got a great rate and stayed there instead. Much nicer.

When I went to check in after I had a reservation for a week, I was told there were no rooms available. They claim to have called but I never received a call or voicemail from them. Very disappointed being I was two hours from home and no where to stay. They should be removed from your list if they cannot guarantee reservations

The room had roaches everywhere. Some of the lighrs didn't work. No toilet paper or a tv remote. Housekeeping never came during our 2 night stay. I guess it was fine for the rate but if I could have gotten a refund of some sort back i would.

I booked this reservation knowing that I was receiving 2 double beds and a sofa bed......I had extra guest that need to find other living arrangements because that's not what I received.....they had a problem with giving me additional towels as well as sheet for the sofa bed that I did have....I was very satisfied.

Booked my hotel about 2 weeks or more in advance and fully paid for my stay. The week of my stay, i called 3 times to tell them I would be checking in late on Friday between 7 and 8 pm. The first time I received no answer (Monday), the second time i left a voicemail (Tuesday), the third time I spoke to whom I believe was the assistant manager and informed her of the situation and of the voicemail I had left and I was given approval for my arrival on Friday. Come Friday, I arrive at the agreed upon time and he only person there is the property manager (who was nice and hospitable and tried her best) who cannot access the system because she does not have the proper permissions and when she called the assistant manager whom I had talked to, she was told nobody ever called her about the reservation and that she does not remember me nor does she have my paperwork. Then she added insult to injury by saying she refused to come back to the hotel to help solve the problem. So not only did my guest and I have to wait 2 hours just to be told the reservation we paid for doesn’t exist and nobody is coming to help (despite the fact that I had a receipt readily available), but we had to scramble to find a different hotel nearby that had a front desk that was still open at 9pm (btw, the front desk at this location ALSO said clearly on the sign that it would still be open for about 2 hours after the time I arrived). Luckily we were able to find one 10 minutes away. I won’t be coming back.

I found that I had bedbugs about one month after my stay. I don't know that they came from here as I stayed in another hotel the next weekend, but they came from somewhere. I checked the room, too, before sleeping in it the first night.

My stay at that particular hotel was horrible. It wasn't clean, the tub faucet knob was broken and they had to switch my room. Both rooms smelled like both cigarettes and marijuana. I was not pleased at all!!!

When we got there the sheets had looked a little dirty and my girlfriend picked off a few black spots and the shower leaked all over the floor, the rooms kinda smelled and bathrooms were very small for two people. The people were nice and the location was great for where we wanted to be

Walls are concrete and in need of painting. Room was ok, but no hair dryer. The office loaned us one. Coffee pot looked dirty. Bed broke when I got in. Not comfortable. Location is good.

The beds were comfortable. The pillows were crappy. The room was serviceable but a bit run-down. Kind of a sketchy area and I wasn't thrilled about the check in procedures (calling someone on a phone and waiting for them to come to the door). But it was ok and I didn't see any bedbugs.

So if you haven't figured it out, not a place I would stay or recommend. While some of these reviews said that the hotel was renovated, do not believe it. This hotel has not been renovated any time in the last century.

Extremely dirty rooms on the 4th floor, the 3rd floor room was a little cleaner. Elevator stunk of cigarette smoke. No way to pay for a room after 7:30 is ridiculous.

Upon arrival the WHOLE hotel smelled like smoke. The AC was only in 1 room so the other room stayed hot. The bathroom was not clean. The floors hadn't been swept, there was less than half a roll of toilet paper on the roll from the last person. The lamps were not plugged in bc the outlet was unreachable. After midnight the room keys would not work. Will not stay here again. $90..should have been $40 a night.

My stay was nice, they just need a few upgrades, they need full kitchens, which include a stove with an oven, other than that there customer service was nice

Additionally, we did not feel this hotel was safe. They claim to have a security team, but do not have 24 hour staff. We will not book with this hotel ever again. If you have children and do not care about safety, then this place is for you. For all reasonable human beings, go up the street for more reputable options.

Hotel associates were very nice and accommodate. on complaint is the bed was horrible. I woke up aching. only got 2 towels for a room booked for 4. But they were happy to meet us to get more towels .

It was neat and clean but the whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. Our non-smoking room smelled better than the rest of the hotel but when we got home and unpacked, we could smell smoke on all of our PJ's after staying just one night. Other than that and an elevator that groaned, the room was perfect for us and the staff were friendly.

I was in town for one night, everything went well. My GPS had a hard time locating this hotel, so you May want to update your system.

I was staying there with my husband and children. Come to find out even though they didn't ask about our Kids checking in when they seen them we were told that too many kids and we would have to leave when our week we paid was up. Even though a white family staying there had the same amount of people there lol. Maybe because we're black I don't see any other reason

People smoking weed, didn't feel comfortable, you can hear people in hall ways. Very dirty. Had fles in bath tub. Mold in the bath room. Should've kept my room at other Hotel!!!!!!! It's not a full kitchen. Will be contacting someone about getting my money back.......

This place was an absolute dump. Broken glass in the stairwells, food odors in the hallways, loud and sketchy guests, and filthy inside the room. Desk chair was actually sticky to the touch......and it was cloth. Grime on all horizontal surfaces in room, and needed to spray room with cologne and open windows to help remediate the old food/trash/mildow aroma in the room. No one at front desk on Sundays until after 9:00am. The only redeeming quality was that the bed was clean and comfortable. That Hotels.com actually allows this dump to be advertised on its site is a disservice to its customers. Spend the extra $20 and stay at another site where the ownership and management actually care about the guest experience.

It was ok until September 14 when they started remodeling the halls and lobby. They took out wall paper and then prepared the walls for painting, so we had dust everywhere. My two last days were really bad as the paint smell was very strong and I couldn't barely breath.

The room was OK walking in and i liked that it had a separate living room, the bed was awful, it was not very comfortable at all and the couch was too hard to sleep in. Other than that it was perfect besides the lobby, elevator and halls smelled really bad but none of the smell got into the room.

no 24 hour front desk, but the gentleman who came down to let us in was very kind and accommodating. the problem with this hotel is that it REEKS of smoke EVERYWHERE. We had a non-smoking room but the room the hallways the lobby, everywhere smelled really bad. there was a bug in the bathroom. The beds were very comfy....

Once inside the room I found a very large hole, at least the size of a grapefruit, in the comforter on the top side of the bed. The refrigerator was also frozen up and would not cool our milk and sodas. I reported this and nothing was done. On return to the room that night the elevator was broken and the man who answered when I called the number given to call for emergencies told me that all he could do was let the manager know the next morning. I informed him that I was unable to climb the stairs due to a recent surgery and that my money and purse was in my room (which limited me from going somewhere else to get a room for the night) he simply said there was nothing that he could do and no one that he could call. So I slept in my car. The next morning I reported this to the manager myself who told me she was unable to refund my money because I booked the room through Hotels.com. That day the comforter was replaced but the door to room not shut completely. Everything in my room was open access to anyone.

Hotel is located right next to I-85. Traffic noise 24 hours a day. Rooms are quite small. Toilet is extremely small & close to the floor. Shower was horrible. It wasn't much more than a trickle & if you were lucky, you got 5 minutes of luke warm water. All the rooms on our end of the 3rd floor were non smoking, but clearly smoking (legal & otherwise) is allowed. If you're looking for a hotel to drop & plop it's great for the price. I certainly wouldn't take my family there. :( Staff was always friendly though.

This is a great hotel for the price. I checked in on Monday for 4-night stay, asked for late housekeeping service so I could sleep late. I went to my room and my key did not work. My room did not have any toiletries. Tuesday morning, housekeeping arrived around 10 and asked if I was checking out, and I said no. Late Tuesday evening, my bed was stripped down to the mattress cover, the comforter and blanket was piled on the sofa. I had no sheets, towels, bath cloths, and the shower curtain was gone. Wednesday morning, I was awakened around 10 am again and the front desk clerk (very professional) said no one was listed in the room I was in and and asked for paperwork/receipt which I gave her.Wednesday evening, a goodie bag was placed in my room. I checked out, I told the manager I only receive housekeeping once for the entire stay. She apologized, give me her card, and only asked if I was coming back!?!. Plus the fire alarm went off late night in the middle of the week (due to someone burning food). On another visit when I stayed at this hotel I had a similar experience (no housekeeping/fire alarm).
