Very kind and friendly staff, helpful and accommodating! Nice spacious room but with very basic facilities. Basic facilities/amenities, poor bathroom construction that flooded on every use. No amenities like shampoos/creams provided.

Everything brand new with minimal high aesthetic finishes. Comfortable bed, soft and clean towels and bedsheets, great shower and quiet air conditioning. The location is 2 minutes walk from the amazing kalyves beach and very near bakeries ,supermarkets and bars, there is even a pharmacy across the street not to mention the great Mikel Coffee shop at the front where one can enjoy great coffee etc.

It really depends on what you are looking for, If you are just looking for sleep and have a car. Its definately your place, middle location to everywhere, small room, good furniture and smiling staff. But if you are looking for just a little bit hotel comfort thats not your place. The breakfast offering is like taking something in highway. If you are looking for decent breakfast that’s not your place. Overall experience is in the middle for us.

nice balcony. very friendly staff. ventilation of the room was very bad, the room smelled of dampness because there is no window at bathroom. there was just a little ventilator but it was not enough. there were no mosquito nets on the window. the air conditioner noice was disturbing at night. there was no kettle, coffee machine and glass. i have never seen such a small and weak fridge at any hotel. it was like a toy :D you can not put 1.5 lt water in that fridge. you have to wait 1 day for your drink to cool a little.

The room was nice and it's brand new. Big wardrobe. A place where you can dry your beach towels or clothes. Good coffee at Mikel. Beach and taverns was at 10 min walk. The breakfast it's served at Mikel and it's a choice from a list with sandwich, sweets and coffee. For me it was not a problem. But you need to drive to get to popular places. Next to Mikel it is an fruit shop. Don't go there 'cus the guy it's a scammer.

The coffee shop below offers great cappuccino, and the room is modernly furnished. I really don't understand the good reviews here. Firstly, during the summer, the room becomes very hot. While discussing places to visit with the host, we both started sweating. It takes at least 30 minutes for the air conditioner to cool the room. The room might be more comfortable in the winter. I requested a second card to keep the air conditioner running while we were out, but they wanted to charge an additional 40 euros, which I declined. Secondly, the accommodation is on the main street and very noisy. Without earplugs, it's impossible to sleep. The windows can't be opened, and there are no fly screens, so you have to rely on the air conditioner to sleep.

Very clean room and nice big shower. Polite and very helpful staff. We requested a room at the back as the property is on the main road and this made our stay nice and quiet. The air-conditioning worked really well and we were pleased to be able to sleep in a cool bedroom. It would have been nice to have a kettle so we could make tea or coffee.

The room was clean and everything looked like the pictures. The host was nice and friendly. It’s quite hot in the room, but the AC helps a lot so all good. The location isn’t the greatest, but it’s close to the beach. ?

The room was nice with new furniture and very clean. The fridge in the room doesn’t work properly, takes a lot of time to cool anything. There are a few things missing in the room, for example hooks to hang clothes on, some glassware maybe.
