If you are traveling by rail or have a JR Pass, this is the hotel for you! You walk out of the hotel and into a very nice shopping plaza and the JR Train Station is diagonally right across from you. Plus, an Information Station is across from that and you have many eateries and restaurants to choose from in this large shopping pavilion. The room was very large, especially by Japan standards, and very clean and bright. Beds were comfortable. My only criticism is that having two separate venues for the Western breakfast and Japanese Breakfast makes it difficult for families who have different tastes or like a combination of Japanese and Western. We only ate at the Japanese breakfast area, but the food was high quality and good.

Reception staff were superb in every way. Knowledgeable, able to handle every question. Always friendly and available. Thank you!! ?

My first time in a JR hotel and I was very impressed by what they had to offer. Very clean from with exceptionally friendly and flexible staff The only possible gripe would be not having direct access to the ground floor from the north wing but I’m splitting hairs

Great location 2F floor connecting JR station

Location Small room

Nothing.

Location is wonderful! You don't have to drag heavy bags far from the JR station! A godsend! Near two big malls, plenty of food options and the tram stop for exploring further out. The procedure for safe-keeping luggage was also great. Nothing much - was really a comfortable stay. Rooms are small but typical by Japanese standards.

The location is excellent — it’s directly connected to the JR station, giving you indoor access to a FamilyMart, bakery, and souvenir shops without having to go outdoors. YouTube is available on the TV. There are only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers at the north wing. The TV does not show the status of the washing machines and dryers.
-
Great breakfast and convenient to transportation.
-
Compared to other JR properties I've stayed in, this one was not as nice, and the breakfast was not as appealing.
-
Centrally located and very easy for in and out. None

Great location connected to train station. Good size rooms Clean and surprisingly quiet Everything pretty basic but in a good way If they had an onsen, would be a plus.

Excellent service and excellent location Non

Most convenient location — you don’t even have to exit the train station to get to the hotel entrance! Plenty of food options nearby, and the supermarket is a two minute walk. Staff members were courteous and hotel amenities were very good for its price. Nothing
