Wyndham Grand Jupiter at Harbourside Place

This place was just what we needed for a couples weekend getaway. The accommodations were very nice and there was so much to do within a short walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

Clean hotel and wonderful pool/jacuzzi with bar and food during the day. We have stay here when we are in Jupiter visiting friends. Look forward to staying here again.

First impression Was like a ghost town, hardly any staff, hard to get hold of anyone . Room service should be open to 11pm but closed at 6pm. Coffee in lobby only available 7-11am then closed. The little “ village” of restaurants and shops were mostly closed or empty.

My wife and I have been very happy with the Wyndham Grand in Jupiter. It is one of our favorite places to "escape" the daily grind.

I paid nearly $600 for one night and did not receive the room I booked. I reserved a king-bed room, but upon arrival it was unavailable, and I was given an uncomfortable queen-bed room in a separate tower. The bed was small and uncomfortable, and I slept terribly. This was supposed to be a relaxing weekend, but I left more tired than when I arrived. Very disappointing experience for the price.

Starting to show a few signs of use in things like upholstery. The hotel is very large and is comprised of 2 buildings. My room was at the far end of the south building and the walk to the lobby and front door in the north building was quite long and involved taking 2 different elevators.

Setting and location didn’t really work for a resort or for being seaside which it really isn’t. Very spread out arrangement in what comes off like a luxury version of a shopping mall where one could perhaps find what one is looking to buy, but really never affords a sense of being in any kind of a natural setting. Difficult for anyone with mobility problems. Not walkable for much. With such a commitment to being car, dependent and set in the middle of a bunch of chain, shops and restaurants, they really need a concierge. But there wasn’t one.

Wonderful room, service, and hotel

Room spotless, car valets eager, no wonder free parking adjacent to hotel, bar never open which doubled as a coffee convenience store in the morning. Passes itself poorly as a luxury hotel. facilities close to hotel restaurants etc made our stay palatable just. Will not be back

I grew up in Jupiter, and this was my first time sleeping there in 40 years. Fantastic place and the staff is great! Highly recommend it.

Great location and facility. Valet parking well operated. Room had view of garage across the street that was not inviting. Accessible room was comfortable and properly equipped. Closets did not have room to hang a long dress so we hung on the door. Housekeeping very good.

This was a family trip for rest and relaxation. We have stayed at this Hotel in the past and loved the location and amenities. The interior decor is pretty and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The parking garage is directly across the street.

The location adjacent to the Intercoastal Waterway I thought was unique and beautiful. The hotel was centrally located in Jupiter. The stores, shops, and restaurants nearby were amazing.

Good experience. Except that theydidn’t open the pool bar until I was leaving Sunday. Had some trouble with room service breakfast but the staff was nice and polite, room was nice and entire hotel generally very clean. Like the new area around the hotel in my old hometown

Lovely place, quiet, very convenient. Alas, there was an emergency alarm at 5AM this morning so we all got to walk down the stairs and wait until it was resolved. This was no fault of the Wyndham, just saying.

This was a getaway to celebrate our upcoming anniversary. The hotel is beautiful and immaculate. We will definitely be back as we only live 20 miles away. It’s nice to enjoy the excellent restaurants at Harborside and relax at the pool in the hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Such comfortable bedding in the rooms. Great experience overall!

My only concern was for such a high end property that they would not have real glasses and proper cups in the room. Also the breakfast service was lacking wirh customers having to wait in a line at a counter. I was expecting a sit down breakfast restaurant and it was not available

I liked this hotel, clean and quiet, I was there during a week. The pool area is nice. I ate at nearby place called Pura Vida -great option you can walk too. There are some shops and full service restaurants in the walking distance. Overall good stay.

Staff very friendly. Front desk upgraded our stay when she found out it was my wife's 60th birthday. A great birthday surprise. A five star experience. We will be back.

The hotel and staff are terrific

Safe area, pool area bar staff absolutely awesome and professional. Convenient location great view of River. A concerning issue was the housekeeping communication barrier playing charades two days in a row with separate housekeeping staff gives cause for concern in an emergency. I also question whether the paper presented to Club Whyndham is bad for them to even get hired. Safety should be the priority.

Great facilities- there was a small hiccup when checking in .the hotel did not have a record of our reservation. I had my confirmation info with me. Manager was able to rectify the problem with the same or better room for us.

The second time I’m staying at this hotel it is amazing spot if you’re going to Jupiter Florida I love hanging out the pool and the pool bar. Even their food outside is good. if you stay there do not pass on the Riverwalk and go to the Dive bar. There are a lot of restaurants and things to do nearby. I would also suggest going on the Pontiki boat, which is right at the hotel.

On top of that, the lounge/bar is open to the lobby and the music was so loud we could barely hear him when he did talk to us. Very nightclub atmosphere. All restaurants were closed but the time we finished checking on and we luckily were still able to order something from Uber eats. The front desk clerk attitude was what we found our whole stay, none of the staff very friendly. I expected much more from a hotel charging over $350/night??

Very nice hotel comfortable room, was put a distance from main entrance so had to take stairs or two elevators to get to room. Frustrating but not a deal breaker. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Pillows were a tad flat but had one from home so wasn’t much of an issue. A little pricy but it was a holiday so expected.

We live 3 minutes away from this hotel but decided to stay for the week of the hurricane in case we lost power. It was a wonderful decision - we met such lovely guests from Tampa while there (they were escaping the storm too). The staff was so incredibly sweet and sympathetic of everyone’s stress. Our room was very spacious and the bathroom was a real private space with a locking door - unlike the horrid open concept bathrooms in some hotels. The food very well prepared, the gym was a great distraction, and the pool (though closed for part of our stay for our safety) was beautiful. A bit too cold - but beautiful nonetheless. And the hot tub was huge! We ended up having a magical time and even though we didn’t ever lose power at our home, we had so much fun at the hotel, we just decided to make the most of the staycation and enjoy every moment. The only thing that would make this hotel better is if they replaced the carpeting with tile. But it’s a gem.

The hotel location is, close to everything and the staff was very friendlly. The views of the water and the pool from our balcony were relaxing. The hotel offers breakfast and we enjoyed lunch at the restaurant on site. We will definitely go back to this location again in the future.
