La habitación estaba en condiciones inaceptables. Al ingresar a la habitación, notamos de inmediato un deterioro significativo. Había agujeros y grietas en las paredes, y la cortina de la ducha era de tela muy delgada y tenía varios agujeros. Como consecuencia, cada vez que alguien se duchaba, todo el piso del baño terminaba inundado. 3. Falta de servicios básicos para los huéspedes. Nuestra reservación era para cuatro personas; sin embargo, la habitación solo contaba con dos toallas de baño. Cuando llamamos para solicitar toallas adicionales, nos informaron que no podían llevarlas a la habitación y que debíamos recogerlas personalmente en la recepción. Al llegar allí, nos dijeron que ya no tenían más toallas de baño disponibles y nos entregaron únicamente dos toallas de mano. Esto es completamente inaceptable para un establecimiento que recibe huéspedes que han pagado por su estadía. etc.

Room was great rooms were convenient the pool was fun an nice only thing I hated was the jerky elevator! Plenty of storage for your things for an, extended stay.

Definitely an older establishment, with some upgrades. Bed was lovely, all was tidy. Sofa and desk were current and nice. Bathroom light was wired with a very noisy fan and as it was a toilet/tub room, there was no escaping the noise. Air conditioner unit was likewise noisy when it cycled on. It was terrible, some of the towels were so old, I could see through then, the shower door was hard to work and just leaked all over the Floor in the bathroom. There was a strong chemical smell all through the night of the first night. The lighting in the room was useless, it was very dark. I would never stay there again. I usually don't write reviews, but this place was bad. and I have spent over 7 years of nights in hotels, mostly Marriott because you know what you are getting. But this place, I'll never return to it.

It was a solid 2.5 hotel, nothing spectacular. Rooms smelled mildew, no shower gel only that cheap cardboard soap. Loud arguments could be heard through paper thin walls.

The hotel was so dirty and outdated. First night we had cockroaches and requested to have a different room which they accommodated. New room was clean but floor had gaps, shower handicap handle was loose and dangerous. It smelled damp and moldy. Bad experience and I never write anything bad unless my experience is horrible.

What we like is that is very nice located, the lobby smells good staff is welcoming, yesterday when we call lobby they didn't have no clean towels. , but I also would said that the lady at front desk told me she would do a load and get me some clean towels after we come back from dinner , breakfast is poor, the room is ah , smell like humidity carpet broken, door paint like is peeling the tv control only work when was close by tv, the pool was full of bugs and dirty, my kids didn't want to used ,this hotel need a upgrade I paid $ 190 not $ 60 I expected more.

This place is dilapidated, looks like they don’t have money or staff to fix or clean anything and they allow dogs which were barking all night we couldn’t sleep and apparently they don’t have any locks on the entrances to the hotel I saw weird people coming in and out ALL NIGHT LONG and slamming those doors ALL NIGHT LONG we barely got any sleep.

The inside hallways were outdated. Elevator was very.slow and hopped once a bit going up to the 3rd floor. Our room door made noise on the door jam. Closet door was missing. Room appearance was well outdated and needs remodeling. Pillow were lumpy and well over used. Air conditioning worked good. TV remote was difficult to figure out how to get to the Chanel selection and guide. The breakfast selection was not what we were use to seeing and quality of food was unacceptable. Coffee was good as well as the yogurts. This was the worst room experience in booking a Wyndham property as we booked many Wyndam owned properties over many years and always enjoyed staying at all of them except this one.

Although the staff was helpful and friendly, overall I was disappointed with this hotel. Upon first impression, the halls and room are drab, run down and a bit depressing. Once in the room, the very nice faucet fixture was installed incorrectly and completely loose. I was a bit worried to even use it. The pillows were awful. The room a bit dank and humid. Late in the night, I discovered that I had a roommate in a very large palmetto bug! The next day, I needed to contact the front desk and couldn’t get the in-room phone to work. Upon further inspection, discovered it didn’t have a wire to connect it. Although the location was convenient for my needs. I ended up switching to a different hotel. Although I have traveled extensively in my lifetime, I have never before felt that need.

Needs updating. The property is clean. The building is tired and needs renovation and it's a shame because the overall location is outstanding.

First. NO TOWELS. They cleaned our room everyday but no big towels because the hotel had none. We asked for towels at night also and the next morning and still no big towels so we had to dry with mid size towels imagine men drying with this. Second, we had to shower with the shower head towards the shower wall because the water would leak out somehow and it would be a pool of water on the bathroom floor. Also roach in the bathroom. Third: the bugs are NOT full size they are TwinXL…. They are comfy but two people cannot sleep on one bed and be able to move a little. Breakfast was ok. The smell of the lobby and hallways was very nice.

The location was great. The front desk was helpful. The room smelled moldy. The door didn't fully shut on its own. The regulator in the shower was hard to moderate, it was either cold or scalding. I had the do not disturb sign on my door and housekeeping entered st 8:45 a.m. without knocking. The breakfast was okay but no fruit offered like most other breakfast buffets. I wouldn't stay again.

The air conditioning unit leaks water into the room onto the carpet, causing a smell. Actually placing my backpack onto the exact location is how I found this issue. Informed the staff at the front desk. I was informed that the manager will be informed as well, that I need to call around 3pm to inform the manager myself also.

Rooms very clean. Only set back my room had no desk. And there was one electric connection where the coffee machine was, but where do you connect the blower? So you have to do your hair at the same place as your coffee area. Not a good suggestion.

Room was old and in need of remodeling. Carpets and tile were slippery with (hopefully cleaning products) stained damaged furniture. I would never stay here again.

Location Our room was only cleaned once during our 7 day stay. Housekeeping knocked on our door around 5:00pm on another day to clean. That was too late in the day for us. The pillows were cheap and lumpy. The bed linens had pills all over them.

We were pleasantly surprised at how clean the hotel was. The breakfast had sufficient choices and the area was always being cleaned. The hotel was in a convenient location and the room had everything we needed, except towels and toilet paper which we had to ask for. I would highly recommend this place for the price, convenience and cleanliness.

Hugely overpriced Not even in season and $190 for a room - The a/c unit made noise all night and to make it better --in the room next to us a yapping / barking dog THE WHOLE STAY. The room I had was fantastic I’ve been going to that one for a several years the staff has been great very clean. The issue is the elevator is a little slow I can’t really about the breakfast because I have never had before just coffee but what I could see it of if it looked good I would give it 41/2 star out of 5

Not a complaint, but the shower head in rm 325 needs maintenance. It was showering water up and may cause structural water damage to the wall.

Was not cleaned, I had to speak to multiple staff to conduct a room clean. The washing facilities did not operate correctly. However, contacted manager Lakeisha and she was very helpful and curious. The hotel was exceptionally clean and breakfast was delicious. The only hicup was the room service and the constant reminders to staff to clean the room.

The front desk guy Victor was absolutely wonderful! The property is dated and definitely needs an upgrade. The beds were comfortable and the room air conditioning was good. Parking was nice and always available. Now the service, that was a different story, the breakfast was not great, the milk on the second day tasted like it had soured, the creamer for the coffee was clear! I’m not sure what was going on with that! The biscuits and bagels were hard. There was only apple juice available because the other 2 juices were out of order..our entire stay! And the coffee lids for the Togo cup didn’t fit. Now to the linens, I requested our sheets be changed in the AM and came back after 3:00 and there had been nothing done. I asked to just get the sheets and I would change them myself…there were none clean! I washed my own!!!! The pool was filthy, the filter never ran either time I laid out by the pool. There were leaves and sand everywhere in there.

Check in was quick and the receptionist was friendly, but that was about the best part of our stay. There is one elevator for the entire hotel and it was slow and jerky. The hallway on the third floor where we stayed was being painted and had a strong odor. The room itself appeared decent at first glance, but we found was actually unclean. There were roaches, someone’s belongings in the room, and other signs that it wasn’t properly kept up. The bedding was uncomfortable, and the pillows were very lumpy.

The location is the only thing I liked about the property The room was filthy. The fixtures are rotted. They had Cheetos on the floor by the bathroom vanity. The tub faucet was so pitted and disgusting and the tub look like somebody stabbed someone and blood was stained in the tub the hair on the carpet when you walked in and you looked at the carpet across the room. All you saw was here in pieces and particles in the carpet. The windows look like they weren’t clean since 1800 and there are no lights in the whole living area just in the bathroom they have two little lamps, one behind a chair and the little ones by the bed need I go on what else is wrong with this place the hallways were filthy. There were also food bags are on the floor too. when people at the wedding asked us where we were staying and we told them they left and said oh my God you’re in that shit hole that’s been like that the last 40 years. It’s a running joke in Jupiter.

A little outdated but looks like they are trying to upgrade. We returned back to our room after going to dinner and the shower didn't work. They offered another room so we packed up and moved. Arriving to the next room ee unpacked and had a nice shower. BuT when i went to crawl in bed it was totally broke in . There was a huge dip in the middle of the mattress, the toilet ran all night and one of the bedside lamps didn't work. I had to sleep on the edge of the bed a stuff pillows against me to sleep so i didn't roll. Location was good to the area but if you want a goodnight sleep this isn't the place.

Clean and comfortable room, quick and easy check-in.

Shower was very nice for handicap person. but the shower bars was poorly placed for stepping out of shower area. the bathroom mirror was too high for a short person or handicap person to use, there was no full length mirror in the room, the handicap room was not compatible for a walker or a wheelchair. the one chair in the room was not handicap compatible, no arms, too low sitting, and there was no office chair for the desk, as there was only 2 ft of space between desk and bed. narrow path between tv and bed, no couch, as was requested , or space enough to put hide a bed. VERY poor lighting in the room. bed was too high for comfortably sitting on or to get into for handicap person, and questionable comfort level of bed for sleep. clothes bar for hanging clothes is too high for short people. only one very small trash can in the room. was continually asking for complete set of towels but never got them, had to chase them down 3 times for enough towels to get ready for a wedding. Lost a lot of time trying to get towels enough to cover 3 days of stay.

This hotel is just SO tired. It’s actually gross. Maybe because I had a dog they charged me more but then put me in a disgusting room where the caulking is all torn off and everything is just pretty untidy. That being said the staff was nice.

We were not able to use the pool, we didn’t have enough time. And I can’t rate the gym besides the hours of operation because it was closed when we got back from dinner and our sons wanted to use it. It was not that late it was probably around 10 or so and I assumed the gym would still be open then, but it wasn’t so I think they should adjust the hours.

The rooms were clean and the place was clean but the only ring I could say was the cleaning solution on the floor made floor slippery. It was strong smellin too

Stem on faucet stuck so that I couldn’t take a bath. The staff did say they would send maintenance to fix it, but, it was too late for us to get a hot shower before we had to leave.

Great location and easy parking. Loved that they are very dog friendly definitely would go back and or recommend friends to visit. Only issue, I have a service dog who is always by my side, quiet and well behaved, but when i took her with me to breakfast i was told to leave which was very disappointing and disrespectful

If you suffer from allergies, this is not the place for you, they use some very strong cleaners, you can smell them as soon as you walk into their lobby, they make you sick. other than that is an ok place.

The elevator, however, was not great. It made a pretty terrifying noise lol, and since I was staying on the second floor, it was frustrating that the “1” button didn’t work when trying to go down. You either had to wait for the doors to close and let it automatically go down or wait for someone on another floor to call it. We ended up just taking the stairs when we needed to go down. The room itself was okay. After seeing how beautiful the lobby was, I expected the room to be immaculate. Unfortunately, the shower wasn’t very clean and the bedding looked stained. I’m hoping it was just a set-in stain and not anything left behind from a previous guest. (I always bring my own bedding, so I didn’t raise a complaint.) This is really the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I didn’t personally eat the breakfast because I had been craving Einstein Bagels, but they offered a nice assortment.. eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, fresh fruit and more. Overall, we would stay here again!

The hotel is very old and in need of renovations. Our fire detector was hanging from 1 wire off the ceiling. Fixtures were rusted incl the tub. The hotel was mainly filled with workers, who were drunk every night and yelling and slamming their doors until after 1230 am, then beginning at 430 am. We had no sleep. No security on staff at all. The staff advised me to "go talk to the other guests about their behavior." My husband and I were there on bereavement to clean out my mom's house who passed away. We left two days early to go home. It was a terrible experience, and we would never stay there again.

So many problems. Worst hotel we have stayed at in years. Room reeked of mold complete with a broken toilet and tub.

Last stay nearly 10 years ago. Needs renovation. Cheerios under bed whole time even after telling them upon arrival. Could never get them to leave enough towels for each person in room..had to go down each day and get more. No caulk around window air conditioner so room was damp. Bathroom sink so drain.

However we booked accessible room No guard rails no phone Moved to a different room. Original charge from Travelocity was 150. Per night charge was 190.29???

Carpet in room was wet in some places. Hallways dingy. Sorely in need of renovation, but aside from that, who wants to risk respiratory illnesses ? Had booked for a week but checked out after one evening. Extremely disappointed.

Thought we could get in a little early and the front desk gal said it would be an additional $35. I said how early am I? and she said 30 minutes. There was nobody in the parking lot so not jam packed. I was very disappointed. Have stayed there before and like the location and price.

The staff was good. The door to our room was jammed. We had to do the key over and over again and then almost kicked the door in to get it open. Sometimes, if there wasn’t someone in the room, it was impossible to open the door from the outside. Also, the lighting was extremely poor. We had to keep turning on the flashlight of our phones to see what we needed. Thank heavens, we have flashlights on our phones! Even when we would go out the back door, when it closed, it would not completely shut, which means we were not secure and the building. Overall, it felt like an old building that really needed sprucing up. I have stayed in other La Quinta motels and ones that are similar, and this wasn’t all-time low. We came for a wedding. Others were staying and upscale hotels. We decided to save money, not knowing that we felt like we were staying in a dump.

While the staff tried to assessthe issues, even bringing a handyman to replace a piece on the toilet to help it flush it in the end still did not work nor flushed as it should.The hotel itself has a lot to improve/renovate.It has great potential since its location is prime, next to excellent restaurants and shops just a short walk away. However, the toilet was broken, doors were damaged, and the elevator, which serves just three floors, seems like it's coming from the 20th floor (it takes foreve to get to your room because of the elevator).Breakfast could be much better as the powder eggs are mushy, and there are no milk options for anyone who NEEDS a substitute of almond or oat milk, as many cannot have regular milk or dairy. Boiled eggs were a nice touch, since, as I mentioned, powdered eggs are never a good choice for those who cannot have sugar. The breakfast quality needs improvement but lovely server . Parking isn't safe, and you will see posted signs that if your car is broken into while at the hotel, they are not responsible. That is unfair, as we are paying for a safe lodging.Also, the balcony view was very dirty and gross. La Quinta needs to improve in many ways if they want to justify charging just short of $200 a night. I feel I shouldn't have even been charged, as what I paid for was not provided. I mentioned to the front desk that we had to go out to use the restroom because the toilet wasn’t flushing right. SMH. My stay should be refunded, to say the least.

Room was clean. A little worn but it was fine. Great price though. Nice hotel in a nice area. The bed was not comfortable but that’s probably just me. I almost never find hotel beds comfortable. Outside was nicely landscaped. Plenty of parking. Very nice person at counter for check-in. Breakfast was ok. The best part was the waffle station. They were out of juices. Only option for drink was lemonade. Overall it was a good stay in an expensive area.

Issues with the room, AC not working, the door almost falling off the hinges, door wouldn’t lock completely. SO MUCH NOISE!!!!!! People slamming doors at all hours of the night, talking extremely loud, room above me sounded like they where jumping up and down and moving furniture around.

The area in front of my AC unit was a constant wet spot that I can only assume the mold will grow there. The breakfast was hot, and replaced regularly which was good. One of the washing machines was plugged in but not hooked up to any water so I stole $4.50 of my quarters. The hotel would not refund this to me and the company they use is a NIGHTMARE to contact so that money is gone. I will likely not stay in another La Quinta hotel, I don't feel as if I have received my money's worth.

For the price it was ok…I traveled all night from Los Angeles arriving at 1pm on no sleep and I had to attend a wedding at 3pm. Check in said between 1-3. The young man at the desk said I had to come back at 2…I explained my situation and asked if there was any rooms ready that I could use to get ready. He said there were rooms available but I would have to pay a half day!! Or I could hangout at the pool for an hour…I just decided to return in an hour. As I was checking in another guest was having problems with their keys not working. I was given a room on the 3rd floor in the back corner. When I got to my room my keys didn’t work! I tried 3 different times to access my room with the slowest elevator in the world. I think the door was broken because it would turn green but wouldn’t unlock! I was tired and frustrated so requested a new room. This took about 20 mins because of the elevator situation. I ended up being late to my friends wedding! Over all disappointed

Pretty bare bones, I didn’t like the dampness in the hotel room. But they had a gym and that’s important to me.

It was filthy and smelled of mold. I didn’t even spend the night. I booked another hotel as soon as I got into my room. Do not stay here. They reimbursed me for two nights, but the manager refused to reimburse me for the first night. Pictures online do not match what the rooms actually look like.

We had a room for handicapped and it was like a hospital room with cold tile floor. we were located on the ground floor and so much noise. People talking in the hallway late at night and early morning. Thank goodness we only had one night but I am not going to recommend it.

My room smelled like mold, my bed had bed bugs, my shower door leaked into the bathroom making the floor dangerously slippery,there was a trim piece coming off the piping of the shower head and bugs crawling out, my shower had almost no water pressure, my room was missing the TV remote their exterior doors were not secure and there was a drug deal going on in the stairwell... Ill never stay at another laquinta ever again.

The rooms and hallways had a bad odor, and there was mold around the window and picture on the wall. When I turned on the bathroom light, a black bug was crawling around. The guy at the front desk was not helpful, but the women working there were great. I will never stay here again or at any other hotel in this chain.

Front desk was unattended a lot the times. Guy that worked nights the last night I was there was terrible. Looked like he didn't want to be there and looked like he came in high. We were there for a baseball tournament and the washers didn't always work. Made it very difficult and inconvenience. The elevators were dirty. Interior needs a lot of updates. Homeless people walking around outside. The front desk was left unattended a lot.

We were really surprised about how beautiful the room was for the price!

My room had a bad odor that seemed to be masked with a very overwhelming cleaner. The carpet was frayed, the dresser had a big chunk broken out of it and the caulk in the shower was brown. The tile was greasy, which means to me the floor was mopped and not rinsed properly. The bed was very comfortable and clean. There were a lot of options on tv. There were many options nearby for meals. Parking was convenient and free. The place just needs to be detailed as it’s showing its age. I’m from that town, so I remember when it opened.

Room smelled like a wet dog. Also smelled like dog pee. The smell woke me up several times at night. The shower is designed so badly that the water leaks onto the floor and floods it. I had to use every towel to soak up all the water. The toilet wouldn’t flush. And in the middle of the night, during a trip to the bathroom, I discovered a roach in there. Couldn’t sleep the rest of the night for fear that bugs would be crawling on me.

Very comfortable, clean and the breakfast was great. Parking was easy and everything was close as far as restaurants and enjoyment.

I stayed at this location in Jupiter Florida for 6 days and it was very good, The highlight of the property was the accommodating and courteous staff, ESPECIALLY LEKISHA!!! She genuinely made me feel at home during my stay. LeKisha always greeted me with a smile and by name, which made me feel valued and not like just another of the hundreds of guest she works with regularly. I just can't say enough about how nice it was to interact with her, this property is lucky to have her and I hope the realize what a wonderful asset she is. The housekeeping staff was outstanding as well. During my extended stay they were always friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. The next time I am in the Jupiter area, I will consider this property first.

We requested a room for five people and were given a four. we were too beat to argue, though. the tub had a leak and the shower head barely had any water coming from it. pretty exterior as they must have just remolded, but the rooms were terrible.

Room was slow to check in due to problems with another guest checking in. Kids were running up and down the hall slamming room doors until well after midnight. Shower stall was extremely slippery. The bathroom door had lock but would not secure therefore was seen nude by unknowing roommate opening door. Breakfast eggs, coffee and meats were empty. Staff at desk claimed the hotel had many guest as to say o well. So the advertised and expected breakfast basically was unavailable. This caused us to eat breakfast elsewhere causing us to spend additional money unnecessarily.

The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable and the hotel is pet friendly. However, the tv didn’t work and the bathroom fan was loud. Also, we only got one set of towels instead of two. Unfortunately, we got a room on the first floor by the dining area where guests were hanging out (loudly) past midnight. Not the best but we only stayed one night. The location is pretty good and close to restaurants and a short drive to the waterfront.

The mattress was worn and the bed wasn’t comfortable. There were roache in the room on the last night. I wouldn’t stay again unless they fixed those issues. However the staff was very friendly and the area is safe and quiet. It’s in a very nice location.

The bathrooms need to be updated. And the beds are NOT queen sizes, they are FULL sizes. And very short on towels, we got one towel for four people and when requested them, we had to wait for them to be washed.

The room was disappointing. I didn’t expect to see exposed wires and a hole in the wall. The toilet seat wasn’t attached and would slide to one side when it closed or opened. The lighting was also terrible and there was a very loud sound when the bathroom light turned on. We needed a quick safe place to sleep. The bed seemed clean but this was very disappointing.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the Wyndham property in Jupiter, Florida. The condition of this hotel was far below acceptable standards, and certainly not what I expect from a Wyndham-branded property. From the moment I arrived, the odor in the hallways was unbearable—a strong sewage or feces smell that lingered throughout my stay. The room itself was musty, poorly maintained, and severely rundown. There was visible wear and tear on the furniture, stains on the carpet, and an overall sense of neglect. Most disturbing, I found a fingernail on the bathroom floor which made it clear the room was not properly cleaned. The toilet barely flushed, and the bathroom fixtures were in disrepair. The conditions were unacceptable, and I did not feel comfortable during my stay. But was not able to cancel with a fool refund to book elsewhere. I want to be clear that LaKeisha at the front desk was exceptional — she was kind, upbeat, and professional throughout. Her attitude made an otherwise miserable experience slightly more bearable, and I appreciate her efforts. However, the overall state of this property made for a completely unacceptable stay. I did not receive the quality, cleanliness, or basic functioning accommodations that I paid for, and I hope Wyndham will stand by its standards and reputation by addressing this appropriately.

Most disturbing, I found a fingernail on the bathroom counter, which made it clear the room was not properly cleaned. The toilet barely flushed, and the bathroom fixtures were in disrepair. The conditions were unsanitary and unacceptable, and I did not feel comfortable or safe during my stay. I want to be clear that LaKeisha at the front desk was exceptional — she was kind, upbeat, and professional throughout. Her attitude made an otherwise miserable experience slightly more bearable, and I appreciate her efforts. However, the overall state of this property made for a completely unacceptable stay, and I am formally requesting a full refund for this experience. I did not receive the quality, cleanliness, or basic functioning accommodations that I paid for, and I hope Wyndham will stand by its standards and reputation by addressing this appropriately.

Nice & quiet

Only one mile from DuBois Park. Beds are a little small for two people. Room had been refurbished. New carpet, sheets and towels. Pool had lots of bugs and organic trash floating on it. I used the net skimmer and cleaned it a few times. Pool was a perfect temperature. Breakfast was good. Overall a nice trip. Stayed 2 nights

Clean rooms , beds are not comfortable. Housekeeping never want to clean my room. must take your own comforter to cover yourself because theirs is super thin . Pool was full of flies . Breakfast included wasn’t bad but wasn’t great . Lobby smelled really good and the staff were nice and professional.

They were renovating the floors that we were staying on, and that is probably why their rate was inexpensive for the area.

I was there for a week having to have surgery and the staff was amazing! The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The included breakfast was a definite plus! I would stay there again for sure!

Excellent, enjoyed having the beautiful dog beach just a couple of miles away. It was enjoyment every waking moment with all the amenities available even within walking distance.

I liked the beds, pillows, & upgraded shower heads! Oh & the continental breakfast is really nice!

Pool needs a better cleaning other than I recommend the hotel. Excellent staff and really good breakfast

Convenient

Pros: breakfast included, quiet, comfortable bed. Cons: hotel condition was so-so, no working ice machines and during a 3 day stay my room wasn’t serviced a single time. I was going to call, but after day 2 it got to be a joke.

Nice accommodations for the price point. Somewhat of an older property but overall was really great. A little noisy with kids in the halls but other than that not bad.

The building is outdated & needs upgrading. The hallways look like a crack house. The sink in the room is outside the bathroom, which is gross that everyone touches the door after wiping their arse & can’t wash their hands first. So gross! The faucet is a 1990’s cheap residential faucet where the water pours out a pipe & over an edge. There’s no pressure, the opening is green & you’re supposed to put your toothbrush against the green pipes to catch yhe water? The tv remote is broke. The desk has no chair & we’re paying for this experience?

Old and dark. Elevators were spooky.

It was a nice stay, convenient to the water areas. Only real issue was the elevator, very bumpy and very slow.
