Staff is extremely professional and very nice. The location is great and it is obviously the only Jupiter hotel on the beach, which makes it very unique.

This is my favorite place to stay. It’s not just a hotel, but a true experience. There are so many great restaurants nearby and the service here is excellent.

Staycation with my husband. The staff was SO great. Check in was so friendly. I walked into the gift shop on FaceTime with my 3 year old and the woman at the counter asked him what animal he liked and gave him a free stuffed snake! So so so delightful. Great stay. We’ll be back!

Loved the staff, especially the pool staff, beach staff, front desk and managers. Opal runs a wonderful hotel where you don’t get that “corporate” feel. Hotel is older but they redid it and it’s lovely. Front desk staff Brendan was awesome too.

Our 8th stay at the Jupiter Beach Resort. You can count on a great comfy bed, fabulous food and an incredible property direct ocean front. Nothing better! We will be back for Turtle #9!

We were traveling with our 7-month-old baby, and the way the staff embraced and celebrated our family made the experience even more special. Everyone was so kind and complimentary, and our son was even gifted a turtle, a toy, and a hat from different staff members — such thoughtful gestures that meant so much to us. We felt completely welcomed and supported, and it was amazing to experience a luxury resort that so seamlessly caters to families as well. We initially booked a standard king room, and after our first night my husband asked if there happened to be any waterfront upgrades available. Not only did they accommodate us, but they made the transition effortless — helping us move rooms and even allowing the switch at 8:00 a.m. This level of flexibility and care is truly rare. There truly aren’t enough positive things to say about this resort. Jupiter Hotel and Spa made us feel relaxed, cared for, and valued, and we were able to enjoy a luxurious vacation without ever feeling that our family needs were an inconvenience. We cannot wait to come back and would recommend this resort to anyone!

I have stayed at this property multiple times and was VERY disappointed with my stay this time. There were multiple service mistakes and I was was told by the staff and manager that the problems would be resolved and they never were. It was one mistake after another. I probably will my stay there next visit. Very disappointed

Clean rooms, excellent staff, restaurant and bar nice and food was good, loved the breakfast and coffee spot, then sit out on rocking chairs on porch. The beach was pretty but the water was hard to swim with the big rocks that you really couldn’t see and banged into even while walking. That was only complaint

A great 3 days where every staffer asked what they could for us. Sweet suite and teh lobby and restaurant have a lot of charm.

Excellent service and such an efficient staff! Everyone went above and beyond, and I thought it was so sweet that they give little ones a stuffed animal at check-in. Special shoutout to Joseph for making us feel welcome right when he walked in and for upgrading our room—it made such a difference traveling with a baby. We even forgot something in one of our rooms, and the hotel mailed it back to us right away. Everything was spotless, and the beach was beautiful. We’d definitely stay here again!

The renovation and new restaurant since our last stay were great, staff and service were amazing, only complaint is that the A/C in our room was not functioning well and did not cool down the room well.

Very disappointing that the resort doesn’t carry newspapers. Please find a way to do so. Housekeeping staff (rooms) needs more training.

I first wanted to say that the staff From check in to all the valet Team were great ! Very friendly and professional. The hotel over all seemed very small not a resort but more like a boutique hotel. There really wasn’t much to do for a young family traveling with teenagers. The overall crowd renting was over 55+ years of age . We weren’t expecting party as we escaped Miami’s spring break but this felt boring . The beach is not swim-able as the shore has rocks and the waves are insane . We are a tattooed couple and noticed a lot of looks at the pool which made us feel uncomfortable so we just opted out from going any further . Just not a lot to do , We stayed there for 4 days and were bored . I would recommend this hotel and area for those just wanting to lay back and relax and for those people who are older in age . Definitely not for teenagers and younger couples .

Can’t decide what’s going on, the reception/lobby area looks old and dated, the restaurant looks remodeled and fresh. It’s been that way for over a year now so are they refreshing all of it or not? The lobby really needs a refresh.

The property was very nice, and rooms were clean and well furnished. Unfortunately, we had two negative staff interactions that left us a bit turned off. The main issue was with ordering room service, they suggest to do it from a link they send you via text message. Upon doing so, the link service menu was not working properly, we tried and tried but the options would not populate correctly so we had to call. The individual that picked up the call was clearly agitated that we were having the issue doing it online, he rushed us off of the phone and before hanging up made a negative comment which was obvious for us to hear as he hung up. We were surprised that a staff member would behave this way at this hotel. Everyone has a bad day, but it was obvious this individual was not happy with us having to call in the order.

We (married couple with 2 small children) loved our stay at the Jupiter resort. The place was clean and modern. The pool, beach and bar area excellent, and the service was simply exceptional. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our loved ones.

Staff were great with showcasing hospitality! Food was delicious. Atmosphere was beautiful.

From the moment we walked in, the staff is something out of this world. I can’t describe how friendly and ready to help the employees from this place are. Jared was impeccable, made my mom’s birthday special in every way he could possibly do it. From champagne bottle to room upgrade. What else can you ask for from a hotel. Ocean front bedroom, awesome breakfast and dinner at their restaurant. Pool is awesome, free popsicles to the guest during the hot summer! Nice people. Nice environment. The Customer service provided at this place is not common anymore nowadays. They want to make sure you enjoy your stay. Thanks team and specially Jared.

Staff was welcoming & attentive! Our room was not serviced…which was disappointing. Also comforters on the beds would be a huge improvement over the thin blankets.

The services were great and the staff was very helpful, particularly the valet staff, pool staff, and beach staff. i met Jonathon, a 40 plus year employee who is a gem, helping guests and making them feel welcome with his help opening doors, chatting about the resort’s history and advice on local attractions and things to do. When my hands were full the pool staff took my towels down and set me up with a lounger with shade as requested. Highly recommended as the place to stay when in the area! David M. 6/10/24

It was just what we were looking for. We had a great time enjoying the beach and having some fun at the pool. Very family friendly and the atmosphere was excellent!

Beautiful hotel and attentive staff. My only complaint is the mandatory valet parking, especially during the day, which is inconvenient. The beach sadly appears to be slightly eroded, too; but I'm not sure what the hotel can do to combat that issue. I would definitely recommend this resort for solo travelers. The restaurant serves excellent food, and I felt very safe as a solo traveler.

Everything was perfext about this resort. Friendly, helpful staff, beautiful beachside location. We will certainly be returning to this reaort. We love the Opal Delray too.

Nice Pool area with great attendants ; not hovering but there if you needed them. Be aware that this is a big wedding venue. There were things that the hotel was out of “ due to wedding”… certain alcohol, cold brew to name a few- also couldn’t use any kayak or paddle boards due to winds? But some days the water seemed to be fine- we were there 2 weeks and flag was always yellow.

I have stayed at this place numerous times and have always enjoyed it but this past weekend was the worst. So many issues, First I booked a couples massage for my girlfriend and I and the men’s sauna was broken. Also the wait times for meals. The place was severely short staffed. The final topper was waking up in the morning to the hot tub outside covered with beer bottles, cans, clothes towels. They had one person cleaning the pool and entire area. So disappointed and will not be back!

Nice resort, but we had asked for the room to be cleaned and turned over and it never did....had to call multiple times and never had it cleaned ....very dissatisfied as this was for our wedding and we came back from our wedding night with the room a total mess

Great resort right on the ocean. Our view was spectacular! Had an amazing dinner at Latitudes and especially loved the free champagne and cookies in the lobby. The staff was exceptionally friendly and genuine the whole weekend. Would go back for certain.
