Terrible propaganda is a lie that of ocean view we asked for a suite with ocean view and it was a total deception, the receptionist was very rude and did nothing to solve it.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I rsoecislly enjoyed working with Mikaela who was very helpful answering all my questions and meeting my requests. Nice decor and beachy design, updated, good bed and chairs. Bonus amenities with use of beach chair , umbrella, and bike. Easy walk to a great section of Juno beach. Accidentally caused burning in microwave, which was too easy to do with knob time control when use to modern touch key models. Barely turned knob but it was too much- scary- resulting in smoke in room which staff responded to quickly. Also patio door didn’t lock first night but staff also repaired in a timely matter.

Upon check in, I was charged for a room for 3 days that had already been paid for through a third party company. I tried to explain this to Cassie, the manager, but she was super rude and dismissive. She stated they did not charge my card which I could clearly see on my banking app as a pending charge. I told her I would wait to see once it was out of pended status. Today it posted as a charge and when I called back, she again spoke over me would not listen. She did finally agree that they did over charge me and would refund it and immediately hung up. This was pretty much how all of the staff were onsite, very unfriendly.

The room was a nice size. Room service was offered every other day. The bathroom showed evidence of mold. As a single woman traveling solo, I would have greatly appreciated the parking lot to have been better lit. The hotel was conventiently located by a short walk to a beautiful beach, and several good resturants to choose from. Breakfast was provided by the hotel and much appreciated.

I booked two rooms and we arrive the lady on the front desk was a little confused regarding my reservation and she have me a wrong card of my room, when I did my reservation I requested it is possible have two rooms on the same building and same floor, this young lady was very confused Breakfast was nice and the rest of the front desk staff were nice. The room was nice and clean. I don’t think so I’m going to this hotel again.

The staff were consistently friendly and courteous, which definitely enhanced the overall experience. It’s always nice to feel welcomed, and the team here did a great job of that. There were a few minor drawbacks, mostly related to housekeeping. While we did receive fresh towels daily, other items like cups and K-pods were not consistently replenished. We also had to request replacements for shower gel, conditioner, and toilet paper, which felt a bit hit-or-miss. On the positive side, coffee (Costa) is available in the reception area 24 hours a day, which is a great touch. Breakfast was pretty standard for this type of hotel—nothing exceptional, but exactly what you’d expect and perfectly adequate to start the day. Another big plus is the variety of great dining options within walking distance, giving plenty of choice without needing to drive. Overall, despite a few housekeeping inconsistencies, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back.

The room was in a state of utter disrepair. The door was missing paint, and the entrance floor was worse than a public restroom’s. The bathroom was equally appalling, with no cleaning done in ages. The electrical outlet was exposed, and the TV controller and air conditioning unit had clearly been neglected for some time. On the positive side, the location was great. However, this was the most outdated and unkempt Chain Hotel I’ve ever stayed at in over a decade, and I travel for work. .

This hotel was a hidden gem close to everything. The beach, restaurants, CVS and much more. The hotel room was clean and very nice. The staff was super helpful, pleasant and very nice. The morning breakfast was very good as well. This is the first time we've been here and this stay was amazing. We will definitely be coming back.

Juno Beach is a lovely, laid back beach. The hotel is across the street from beach access. There is a beautiful walking path along the ocean if you like to jog/walk. The pool at the hotel is a nice size and it was heated! The day we were there was chilly. Breakfast was really good! Hot items like scrambled eggs, pre-made omelets, biscuits with sausage gravy, oatmeal, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, pastries, etc. The hotel provides beach chairs, towels and even bikes at no charge! Hotel is within walking distance to several eateries. Juno beach is very chill, unlike more built up and busy Ft Lauderdale, which we enjoyed. The hotel itself provides fine enough amenities. We were on ground floor with a patio but a large hedge was there so you couldn’t see anything. I understand privacy but I wouldn’t have minded a view of the pool. I do not believe the hotel has an ocean view. Would have loved a hot tub but knew there wasn’t one. Staff was friendly especially at breakfast and the clientele were as well

Let’s start with the lobby. Bring a parka. I don’t understand why the lobby temperature needs to be set at 45F. The staff, maybe because they’re cold, lack any affect. Zero personality. Water pressure in the shower? - nope. The shower leaks water on you. Internet? I think the property uses dial-up. Don’t expect to host any zoom meetings during your stay. Good luck downloading documents.

There was no beach view. The hallway to the room was poorly lit and the walls were dirty. The entry door was difficult to open and shut. The neighborhood was sketchy - especially as the nightfall came. My wife did not feel safe and after her first night I relocated her to another hotel which was less expensive and far nicer in Boca Raton. This property is not as advertised in photos.

The breakfast was good, variety over the 4 days. The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was very poor. It took over an hour to check in, including 3 calls to Booking. Then it took another hour 3 days later to straighten out problems they had with the booking. The housekeeping staff did not leave the proper towels on two separate occasions, tho they were apologetic. The value was poor for the $400 plus price. I would never stay at that property again. To cleanness was not up to par. There is.much mold in the shower the baseboards through out the property are dirty.

Lint filter traps. needs to be replaced wearing out. Faucet in sink had low water pressure. Sink faucet should have a longer spout. It is too far back from the sink and water spills everywhere when you wash your hands. Pressure in shower was hot and pressure was fine. Pool had towels and water was clean, a nice temp and plenty of seats. Parking was free and plenty of parking spots. Check in was fast and efficient. Told us about breakfast. Internet service had periods of being slow but not enough to be bothered by. Had a lot of plugs in the room which is important when traveling. Had a small table with chair near bed and also a chair at the desk. Problems in bahtroom-- the toilet roll holder had only one side to hold the roll of toilet paper, it was leaning too far to one side and it kept falling off the holder. The towel hanger near the shower needs to be tightened very loose, and there is some rust near the flloor, by the shower door. One big problem we had is the security lock on the door. Well, when we first arrived, we opened the door came in so paying for our room and my friend went out to get the license plate number and a rat ran out of the building. We paid for a room. We went to our room and we met some people outside and they said they were leaving cause there was bugs in their room. We went back to our room, picked up the mattress and saw bugs in the bed. We came back to the office, get our money back the young man there said he couldn’t make a copy or a receipt for us so we made him sign a form saying that it will be completely refundable as we weren’t even in the room five minutes I called my credit card and they said it was pending still, I have not Received The full refund. Very, very disappointed and disgusted with your place when I called him back again I said it didn’t go through the refund process yet and he said oh and by the way, there were no bedbugs. I don’t think he knew what he was looking for, but we saw them they were jumping.! Bed bugs

We were not told that there was construction going on during our stay. It was noisy and construction people were all around. Security doors were left open and I believe that there was a short staff over the Thanksgiving holiday. Our room was not cleaned daily and towels changed.

The facility was nicely groomed and clean, the room itself was nice and clean, but the hallway had a terrible smell the entire time I stayed. Non of the doors into by building actually locked, so any person could walk in off the street. I was was suppose to have ocean view, that is not possible being on the first floor. Just not impressed and would not return.

We like it here. The only thing they need to do is chill the pool. The water is so hot and there’s barely any shade.

What else can I say, the stay was above my expectations. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. close to the beach access, having more options for breakfast would be nice. The service was great, very friendly, inviting and engaging. The staff were so outgoing and wonderful to talk to, it was like I never left home.

The hotel was nice, breakfast was good other than the pancake machine broken and thats the only thing my kids would eat. Ice machine was broken, and the pool was very hot. I asked staff to fill my shampoo and conditioner and they didnt. But other than that were walkigm distance from juno pier and beach

The salt water pool was our favorite spot to spend the afternoon. The breakfast was pretty good, but better on the weekend. The staff was great and we could walk to the beach! Watch out for the little lizards and big iguanas! We had a lovely time and would stay here again.

We had many issues during our stay, between our room and two other family members reservations, and management refused to rectify issues properly. They did not compensate in any way for major problems. Very disappointed in our three night stay.

I didn't like: You can hear everything from the other room. I don't know what the walls are made of, but it was annoying having to hear even the sounds coming from the bathroom.

One particular staff member was so helpful and gracious.

The room was clean, updated, and a big plus was the balcony with partial view of ocean. The breakfast was delicious. Front desk staff treated us warmly. The pool was relaxing and clean. Will stay here again.

There were towels, the room had bugs, ants and spiders. The staff is unfriendly and also the breakfast ran out 1 hours before end time and they didn’t provide more. So, I won’t come back again

According to this app, I rented one suite with one bedroom and living area. I received a single room with a sofa bed in the same area. I had to rent an additional room paying more money. I appreciate if you revise the publication for this property to avoid this conflict in the future.

I got charged twice (once by hotels.com and then once more at the property). They stated it was the security deposit they were taking, which was weird because it was showing 161$, and now I’m blocked with 2 charges and they don’t want to refund me, stating it’s not their fault. Their staff is new and very untrained. I have been staying in many of this chain’s hotels, this one is a disaster.

I stay here every summer. I love the hotel, but the staff this year were rude. But i am not goung to let them change me from stay there. Its a hotel close to the beach in walking distance.

Safety was a big concern for us with this hotel. The door to the building that was supposed to only be accessible with a hotel key card was broken, so anyone could walk into the building. The deadbolt on our door was broken, so they switched us to a new room that also had a broken piece on the door. The last room they switched us to had a leaking air conditioner and the room smelled. Expedia was very helpful in processing our refund and reporting these issues.

The breakfast options were great and a highlight of the stay.

Only two negatives: we had to wait about 30 min past check in time for our room to be ready. Our room was hot at night. It wouldn’t get low enough for my family’s preference. I think the lowest it ever got was 73.

Easy check-in and renovated room

This property is very old paints peeling off the ceiling in the walls. The advertising is a little bit deceiving. It indicates that maybe you have a view of the ocean and is close to the water overlooks the water and it is way off the beach. There is no water views Just a little bit disappointing

The stay overall was great. No major complaints EXCEPT….. the false listing information. When we picked this location we mainly picked it because it said ocean view and 2 min walk to the beach with beach access. There is zero ocean view and the beach access is actually the city sidewalk that takes 7-10 min depending on your walking speed and condition. So I was highly bummed about that. However staff was very friendly and the cleanliness was great. Shower head needs decalcification as well. We had very little water coming out until I cleaned the shower head myself.

This is a great hotel. Only about a block walk to a nice uncrowded beach. Great restaurant named Kee Grill right across the street.

This hotel is in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and coffee shops! They also have a nice hot breakfast buffet (FREE). The rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. We also liked the walk in shower.

Very convenient access to the beach and local dining/shopping. Stayed in a very spacious, clean and updated king room on the third floor. Ocean views from the third-floor balcony. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff very helpful and sweet. We had a great time with my kids, it was very convenient to walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Our second time staying here while on vacation and we enjoy it! Walking distance to beach, relatively clean, and in a good area. Highly recommend!

Loved the restaurant next door

We specifically asked for an ocean view room which I paid for per Expedia. When we checked in we were given a room on the 1st floor. When we opened the patio door all we could see was shrubs, beyond the scrubs was the parking lot which we couldn’t even see. So much for ocean view. False advertising.

The outside area is beautifully. Inside a big nono. Mrs. Gina said you will love your room. I guess, its better do not say anything like this to your guests.

Overall the hotel was fine but there was a wet/musty smell in our room and it was very strong. The bikes available to use were not in very good condition.

We were placed in a room that had others staying in there already. Then had to go get new keys made for a new room.

We stayed here last year, and in year's past. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the CVS -there is really no view. In this building the rooms were a bit bigger but the bathrooms are really outdated. The tub had yellow/brown stains that would not come out, when using a clorox sanitizer. The drain backed up while showering and there were brown floating things everywhere. I hopped out because I was afrain of what those were. It was just my husband and I this time. We rinsed off at the Beach showers in Juno as much as possible to avoid our room shower. There were a bunch of high school/college spring breaker kids. Which would not necessarily bother me, except they were not staying on the property yet, taking up chairs and seats all over at the pools so my husband and I literally had no where to sit. There is no one checking whether they were even guests. Things we still found nice, are the beach chairs and bikes. And the morning breakfast is okay- at least they still offer something.

Great location, walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. Tons of free parking. Attentive staff. Property is a bit tired and rooms could use an update. Good value of Juno Beach.

Most of the locations we visited were drivable within 40 minutes. Hotel staff was helpful, polite and some were quite friendly. The room and grounds were clean even though the hotel exterior could use some updating the rooms were very nice.

Have stayed here many times in the past but not in 5-6 years. Hotel is becoming dated and shows it age. Our door had to be pushed/pulled hard to close tightly, and while key card worked fine for the room, very testy when accessing the building. Carpet stains, etc. great location and all but we’ll be looking for something newer and fresher next time unless they renovate

Great location to walk the beach & go to restaurants

The Outside door was open to anyone at any hour. A non guest could walk in and wait in the hallway until someone opened their door. I complained to the front desk, but no action was taken. As a widow woman who was traveling for the first time alone, I felt very unsafe.

Some of the front gates were missing locks, making us uneasy about security. The area, however, was safe. The breakfast (eggs cold) menu needs fresh fruit. We found it a pleasant location, near the beach.

The property wasn’t bad but definitely expensive for what it is. Everywhere else was sold out.

Bathtub shower was very slippery with no handrail or bathmat. I fell in shower and cut my leg on the faucet.
