This location of Rodeway is always clean. The staff are always very kind, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are very clean. The air-conditioning works well. There is plenty of safe parking. I highly recommend staying at this location for any length of time for a safe, quiet and good nights rest.

The high reviews are a bit misleading. There was trash left in the room upon check in. Crumbs on bedspread so didn’t appear bed sheets to be changed between guests. Fire alarm was beeping and was not fixed after request. No hot water in the shower and location felt a bit unsafe.

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay, this is a good choice. The room was clean, AC worked well, and it had all the basics. We were able to park right outside our room which was convenient. The staff were very nice too. It is an older property but seems to be pretty well maintained.

Don’t expect early check in

Called to let them know I would arrive after midnight and she was kind and waited for me. I really appreciated her response to my apologies. The room was clean and quiet. There were enough towels AND shampoo. I was charged a $50 incidental fee and was refunded 7 days later (without asking or having to remind them). I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying (on a budget) in the Atlanta area. Thank you again, for the front desk clerk. She is a great person.

Provides a bed and that’s about it. As a solo female traveler, I didn’t feel safe in this area. It was noisy. There was a crack in my door that cigarette smoke and pot smoke seeped through. Keep in mind that the following are not provided: coffee maker, hairdryer, hangers, iron, and alarm clock. I woke up to a woman, who I believed was an employee, screaming at someone in the adjacent room. You get what you pay for

I showed up to the hotel and no one was there. It was 10pm on a Friday. They are now refusing to refund my money, even though I never got in to the hotel

This location of Rodeway Inn is one of the best locations. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating. There is plenty of parking available. There are plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby. I would highly recommend staying at this location.

PARKING LOT HAD LOTS OF PEOPLE SEATING ON STAIRCASE AND LOITERING AT NIGHT. HAD TO MOVE MY CAR TO THE LIGHTED AREA. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT.

The room was dirty. The sheets were stained. We asked for a nonsmoking room, but the room reeked of cigarette smoke. We had to ask to be transferred to another room. This room also had stained sheets. We found a fingernail clipping on one of the beds. Would not stay again Joe recommend to anyone.

Not a safe area. The front door main lock didn't work properly. I pick this hotel for the reviews and it was close to my destination but I won't do it again. The pictures looks good but it's not.

I would not stay there again. Bed was ok but otherwise the room and property are in terrible condition. Shower faucet was loose, vanity sink was clogged. No adequate green space for pets. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

It's so frustrating to wait around to have the door unlocked and then walk back to the reception when it's cold outside.

Most everything was satisfactory-only quantity was with bedding. It was too thin for the weather. They need to include a thick blanket or comforter during the winter/early spring months. Even with the heat in the room I was cold and uncomfortable and actually had to use my coat as a blanket.

The listing in expedia was very remiss in its description of the property. A picture is shown of the lobby wealthy guests are not allowed in the lobby. The only functional door leads into a cubbyhole where there is a clerk behind plexiglass to check you in.

There was a desk and a chair, along with a microwave, mini refrigerator, a working television, and the wifi was good. That was a plus. On the other hand,the room did not have the furniture in it that is shown in the photo. There was a large section of the hotel room, near the window, which had nothing in it. A small couch, love seat, or chair for 2 people would have been nice, so that my fiancee and I could have had a place to sit down on other than having to sit on the bed. The work chair next to the desk was no substitute for not having something to sit on. Who want to sit on a work chair? As a result, I felt like I was staying in a semi furnished room. It didn't feel good. Only during the last day of my 4 days there was I offered clean towels, and staff never came to mop the floor. There was no complimentary tea or coffee offered. On the other hand, the combo AC/heater worked great- I felt warm as toast, the shower was good, and it was nice to have a slightly bigger than usual space, and it was nice not to be price gouged for the extra day I bought. Looking back on it, it worked for me because I was mostly outside of the hotel room, but unless there was a piece of furniture added, along with the customer service of cleaning and fresh towel changes- at least every two days, I wouldn't stay there again. If those things were fixed, though, I would.

Had to reserve a room last minute because of a flight cancellation. The first room they gave us was not clean. The housekeeper didn’t clean it at all. However when we went back to the front desk they gave us another room that was clean and the front desk informed the housekeeper. The new room was sufficient and we left early for our flight in the morning.

The staff was courteous.Rooms were clean, very quiet and I actually felt safe in this area.Even though it is very industrial and busy. Good quality for the price that you're getting, there were some doors that the locks didn't seem that secure, but i'm a single woman with a dog traveling.And I still felt relatively safe.So I had a great time at this location would definitely come back here again compared to the other hotels I have seen in atlanta

I really enjoy my stay here. The staff were very friendly. The housekeepers were also very friendly and they maintained the property and the rooms very good. They also have cameras everywhere so you feel extra safe. I will definitely be staying here again when I come visit.

The hotel area, in general, is very clean and quiet. Our room was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. There were no disturbances during our stay although there were a few loiterers in the parking lot. Waffle House is right across the street in east walking distance.

Very professional, very clean. Breakfast was included and had hot and cold food options. Eggs, omelets, bacon or sausages depending on the day. Lots of close ammenities. Pool hours were sunrise to sunset so fluctuated depending who was working so sometimes 9pm close sometimes 930 or 10pm. So that was hard to plan. But would book again. 30 minutes to parks on back roads with no traffic.

Worse place I EVER stayed at. The room was old & out dated. Baseboards look like it was a flood sometime ago. The electrical outlets in the bathroom & near the bed did not work. There was no security bracket, the door looked like it been kicked in multiple times & they just duck tape & white paint it back together. The power went out in the whole unit for an hour for some strange reason never explained. Due to availability we stayed there the next night & moved to a hotel on the other side of town the next day. Along w/ I’m still waiting on my $50 security deposit that has not been deposited back in to my account. I would not recommend this place to the homeless.

For a 2 Star motel, the place was clean and had a fridge and a microwave in the room. Bathroom was super clean and the front desk staff was courteous. Unlike some reviews, I didn't see any bugs or roaches in the room. They would possibly do well by sweeping on the steps but again, for a 2-star facility, it was a good stay.

Do not stay in the place and Expedia should remove from there’s listing. We left the property.

A deposit needed when you register at this motel should be put in the description of the hotel when a person is determining if they are going to book the hotel or not.

If sheets have stains after it’s been washed, it shouldn’t be used anymore. Shower curtains were moldy. Staff were nice and helpful. Easy access to food.

The check in process was seamless and the customer service was very professional and friendly. The room had been recently renovated but was falling apart, the towel were stained as were the sheets. The sheets had holes in them and the floor boards were lifting creating a dangerous gap. There was what appeared to be black mold on the ceiling and a dirty shower curtain. It served its purpose…a comfortable bed with a tv and hot water. Also, they have smoking rooms which they do not advertise.

The hotel itself was fine, but upon arrival they gave me keys to a room already occupied by a man. As a single woman traveling, this could have been very unsafe. Then, on the second night, my key card stopped working so I had to haul all of my bwlongings down stairs to chat with front desk again. Also, there was no one at the front desk during my checkout 5:30am, so I had to leave the key and a note, hoping they would check me out.

There were people hanging out in the parking lot, just sitting in an old pickup truck for a long period appeared to be smoking and doesn’t look like they actually were guests of the hotel. Door latch was broken. The room had a weird smell not sure what it was mixture of cleaning solution and old funk possibly, had originally booked 2 nights, but canceled one due to the smell.

Standard place to sleep

The sheets were covered in Dog hair and soiled,my fiancé and I had to have them changed. Luckily we spotted it before lying down in it because the lights were on. Also thugs hanging out in the parking lot and we could hear people arguing outside throughout both nights we stayed. I’m glad our rental didn’t get broken into. But with that being said the room itself was really nice it’s the extracurricular activities that are a total turn off.

The place is poorly maintained. Even after returning the keys, we came back to a dirty room. Not a single bottle of water was provided, and they don’t sell any on-site. If you check in late—around midnight—and you’re thirsty, don’t expect to find anything available.

Was scared at first due to all the bad reviews but i can say for the price and being not too far from the airport it was a good stay room was clean plenty of parking

I checked in a few days ago there is a deposit at this hotel, call ahead . My check in was fine but the room was dirty at first but no fuss housekeeper came. I did check in early maybe that's why. I slept well just a rude couple under me. But has nothing to do with hotel. If you need clean room in and out. It's affordable and i stayed three days and I was good

The staff were very friendly and the room met our needs. It is in the middle of renovations but when it is completed it would be good for travellers.

I requested a non-smoking room but it seems at this hotel all the rooms are smoking rooms

When I got there to check the room it seemed clean until I pulled back the covers and there were chips in the bed!!! Then I went to get another room and it was dirt on one pillow and dirt at the foot of the bed when the covers were pulled back. I had to buy my own covers to even try to sleep it was just dirty and won't go to that location ever again!!!

The front desk staff are always welcoming — I genuinely love the ones who run it. I’ve even become friends with one of the housekeepers, which says a lot about the good energy here. It’s clean, not overpriced, and feels safe and comfortable. Definitely my go-to spot when I’m in town.

It was mentioned that Coffee and Tea was available; but, it was not there. It was mentioned that Microwave oven was available and it was not. The bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty. The wooden flooring in the bathroom was moving up and down. The property was not clean.

Very dirty , didn’t have a towels to dry after shower , didn’t have soap to shower. Only positive is,it was quick and easy

When I got there, there were people outside arguing about who broke into room first it was a bed bug on the bed the air conditioner leak the toilet leaks so many sounds so many people walking around at night very unsafe very dangerous. No place for a family.

The area was very bad. When I first arrived, two homosexuals were violently fighting. Then, the room had broken lights, vey dirty carpet, roaches, graffiti on the lamp shades, a bed with a sink hole and a bed frame that stuck out , and lastly they never cleaned the room even though we stayed five days. Most of all, the motel was filled with drug addicts and dirty prostituted. Please do not book this place. It's like the blue moon in Philadelphia. Everything was horrible!!!

Absolutely nothing almost everything , especially the prostitution and people loitering . this place doesn’t feel safe

nothing the hotel had not been cleaned. there was a lighter on the bed. a comb and drug paraphernalia on the nightstand. my daughter brought her dog with her one day to visit. the staff was more concerned about the dog than the people selling drugs, the man shooting a gun outside, or the fact the lady next door was being a hooker for the building. Room 210 sells all night long. we didn’t finish our stay. we left early. the hotel should not be open. it’s nasty and not safe

Like I said, the neighborhood and the sheets as well as the comforter are too old.

Dirty bathroom dirty room floor no soap only half of roll of toilet paper roach on room the reason I stay is because I was tire need it to sleep 10 hours and go back to driving

I didn¿t like that the latch on the door was falling off, the shower knob was broken in the bathroom also, a black shoe that didn¿t belong to us. The 1st set of sheets were not cleaned, and we found a burger, fries, and a used q-tip under the bed.

Not a good hotel. Hygiene was poor, staff was not friendly.
