Blood spots on the floor, smelled awful, tiny parking lot, no locks on the inside of the door, it was messy and just awfully dirty and had weird vibes.

The staff was rude and horrible. Everything was dirty. They made me pay a 50 deposit and took 20 dollars because the towels were “black” after I used my spare towel to wipe down surfaces.

The room was infested with roaches, had stains and multiple holes in the blanket and mold growing in various parts of the room and bathroom. Our door and lock was also broken. After addressing the issues and safety concerns with staff they refused to help me and then stood outside my room all night talking about me loudly on the phone.

Leaving. Room was filthy there was blood hair and bodily fluids left in bed it was just made up over the filth . There were burn marks all over the nightstand and dressers . The floors were filthy and sticky there was trash on the floor . There was literally splatter in the fridge that look like someone had a grit fight . It smelled like mold . The bathroom was filthy counters toilet tub everything . The place was so nasty the wall sockets had like a quarter inch of dust/ particles that’d started to turn to a wet lint sludge. I cannot believe it was legal they refused my refund the staff were rude because the staff lives at the hotel so clearly not enough business. This is plain out tryfling !!!! Thieves

Nothing, we did not stay more than 30 minutes due to how bad the place was. The heater did not work, the room was dirty and smelt like smoke.

The bathroom was dirty. There was what looked like blood running down the wall. The room smelled like smoke. The soap packet appeared to be in the same place for a long time. The person who checked me in asked me 3 times if I was alone. Seriously considered going back to the airport and sleeping on the floor there. Someone should really audit these places

The door had a hole in it. A car was parked so close I had to squeeze by to get in my room. The car had no bumper and it was dirty. I booked a king , but he gave me a queen. The mattress was very poor quality, and was brown with stains at the bottom. The room smelled like mold and rust. I sat on the foot of the bed and the head of the bed rose up off the floor almost dumping me on the floor. I checked out the next morning. I paid for a 5 day stay and was not refunded. Expedia expected me to work it out with the hotel, but all they offered me was a can of air freshener!!! Go somewhere else!! They need to be removed from the Expedia web site.

Our HVAC went out and we needed a place to stay until repairs could be made. This hotel was the worst decision. The first room had no hot water, the second room's door wouldn't lock properly. The whole place made me reflect on my life choices. This hotel is purgatory, very run down and sad.

Smelled like piss outside and cigarettes on the inside. Everything is dirty and worn. Disgusting room. This the kind of place you catch bedbugs

My husband and I booked at the HOTEL O ATLANTA last minute. Often we end up regretting last minute bookings.The staff was awesome and went over and beyond when helping with our checkin. The room exceeded our expectations. It was huge. We booked a premium king. The room was emmaculate. King bed, Full size fridge, microwave, dining area, free wifi and parking. The Hotel fills up fast. But our stay at the little Hotel O on the hill was perfect for us. We will be booking again.

The hotel was terrible! The photos on your website are very misleading. I actually checked out early because I didn’t feel safe. I was attending an event in Atlanta and probably was in the room for about an hour if that. It was ran down and the refrigerator had some kind of disgusting thing in the freezer. If at all possible I would like a refund! Not to mention the fact that it took a long time to talk to the hotel representatives.

Honestly, not a very clean place. Bed was mildly comfortable, but room was kinda gross. Floors were dirty, bathroom light didn't turn off, door to the room didn't fit on the door jam correctly, curtains didn't really do anything to block out the light. If I wasn't as exhausted as I was, I don't know how I would have stayed asleep. I'd skip this place if possible.

This place is a slum. Dingy nasty rooms. Smelly of stale cigarettes and depression. Many stray dogs on the property. All the flooring in all 4 rooms we were transferred to, was lifting and curling. Causing my wife to trip and stumble. Just a plethora of reasons to stay elsewhere. Staff was extremely helpful, and the water pressure was good.

False advertising!!! The room that is posted in the picture in line is not the room that you get !!! I was expecting the room that is advertised on Expedia!!! The room was run down and nothing like the pictures posted online… the lights would not turn off and the bed was very hard
