    Staff was friendly. Room was supposed to be no smoking but it had a strong cheap motel room smell. Serm thatvroomcwas not used in a while. I wanted the jacuzzy but it dint seem itvwas sanitized for me to get in. I dint used.

    What did I like, seriously nothing this the worst hotel I ever been Motel 6 is better no lie... there was creepy knocking all night like broom knocking restroom are really bad... furniture is bad the bed is nasty I didn't want to sleep there at all but I didn't have a choice FYI your neighbor is a cemetery maybe that's why creepy noise... the dude that CLEANS lol makes a creepy staring competition he's good on that because cleaning is not his thing I don't wanna mention the restroom how dirty it was... zoom in the bath tub how nasty it was...the girl there was respectful no issues with her, I asked her if there a camera near by because I rented a car but the rental rented me a luxury car I was kinda afraid what could've happen to the vehicle I was ok thank God wish I looked at the reviews on this place before booking lol learn my lesson It's a bad place... don't go there need a extreme remodeling lol the coffee it's the fun but fk up I was told but it was nasty it's cheap got because it was near by where I need to go to since am not from that state

    Friendly, but that was a cover-up The bathroom was not cleaned properly. I am a professional cleaner, and I literally had to take my supplies and clean the bathroom. Took the toilet seat off and cleaned between the screws. They need to defrost the refrigerator. The room smelled old. They needed to hire me so I could show them how to clean. LOL

    ALL the staff was VERY pleasant and accommodating. The building needs a renovation. The room was neat and orderly however it was marginally clean. The sheets and linen were laundered but did NOT smell fresh. They claim to offer a free breakfast but it was probably provided from one of the local gas stations, lol. I couldn't wait to check out. I would rather have paid $50 more and stayed at a newer, better maintained location.

    Comfortable Stay, clean rooms, moderate to busy hotel, secured doors to get upstairs, effective no visitors policy keeps hotel away from unwanted visitors. 300 Mbps downlink speed was really helpful for my Netflix ?, my room had smartTV.. They serve only muffins, coffee, cereal, milk and orange juice in breakfast. But not complaint compared to other hotels in that area.

    Nothing, I paid online and couldn't cancel once I arrived at the hotel. I felt very unsafe. Everything could have been better. My door didn't lock from the outside...manage had to do something to make it lock from the outside. I slept on a towel and used my coat for cover, it was not clean. Roaches were very active during my stay...if it wasn't so late and I wasn't exhausted I definitely would have left.

    Horrible!!! I'll sleep in my car before I go here again. Roaches, doot didn't lock, had to use a chair and sheets not changed. Called the office and they said they were not coming up there!! Said I was on my own!! Stay away.

    The free breakfast was only cold cereal of one kind- frosted flakes and watered down coffee was offered at a cooled temperature. There was no water during the night as if it was cut off intentionally. There was mostly quiet guests and visitors which was enjoyable.

    Well the phone in our room was broken so we couldn't get in touch with the front desk about the WiFi but over all it was great. I've stated at other hotels for this price that were horrible. We will be back soon

    We were looking for a cheap place for our group to stay, but not at one of the dumps at the airport. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is being remodeled. It was clean, mostly quite and the beds were very comfortable. After our experience over the last 2 years, this was like staying in a 5 star resort.

    I needed a cheap place to crash for the weekend. There are no irons or microwaves and that was the biggest flaw for me. There was a fridge but it was kinda useless not paired with a microwave. The building needs renovation and updated. Overall I I give it 2 stars.

    Overall we were uncomfortable. Very busy neighborhood and not a good one. Had roaches, felt like we slept on plywood. You had to hold the door handle and out your key in at the same time or it wouldn't open. People up all hours of the night slamming doors.

    I didn't stay at the hotel at all. When I checked in I didn't feel welcomed at all the receptionist who checked me in was very rude. The floor was wet walking in and I almost fell and there was no wet floor sign up at all. I had a long day and just needed a room to stay in and as I checked in the owner of the hotel was being very rude to other customers. When i finally got to my room which took about 20 minutes to check in none of the lights or heat worked in the room at all. So I immediately went back down to let them know. The owner asked if I was there for ten minutes and I advised her and her husband no. So told me she couldn't refund me back my money because I waited too late. She gave me back my key again and explained to her that I didn't want to stay there at all so she did i needed to figure something out. After calling the agency I booked them through which took 20 additional minutes I had to wait 48 hours to get my money back. I will NEVER go back or refer anyone to this hotel because it was the worst experience ever. The owners were more focused on not giving back my money, how long was I there, if I connected to the WiFi, and if I messed up the beds or touched anything Instead of their customer.

Facilities not great, e.g. carpet near bathroom was soaking wet (either from rain or plumbing problems, I don't know). No heavy blanket provided, so the only possibility to stay warm was to turn on the very noisy heater. Breakfast was provided, but just cold cereal and plastic-wrapped danishes.

    I was at this hotel from 1/23/2015 till 1/30/2015. Very very poor customer service. the hotel is run by a very rude and racist indian man. the women are alright. But the indian guy is very rude. Honesty I won't recommend to anyone. From my experience I'm Never going back their. Ever!!

    I won't belittle the establishment. But I was told on a particular reservation line that check out was at 12noon...not true. 11am. Overall, don't expect a continental breakfast. If you're looking for somewhere to lay your head for a night or two that's all you should expect. The plus side is it has access to the main interstate. There's food and shopping all around. The floors were a bit dirty pretzels left crumbled on the floor. I was too tired to complain about it. After a night out with family all I wanted to do was sleep and go back home. Not all that great but not all that bad

    This Hotel is pretty run down, the rooms are good,but the surrounding is old, stairs look nasty,scary entrance, everything behind thick glass and door to lobby locked from 7p to 7a... Did not have breakfast and had to ask for coffee, thermos was empty at 8 am... lobby and registration very smelly (indian spices).Shower did not get warm,receptionist friendly, but not very helpful.They have a hard time speaking english,f.e.kept asking for last name but really ment first name. Could not describe where ice machine is, kept saying: in coke machine and really ment next to coke machine... not to recommend, had a LOT better stays for the price I paid in other hotels. Everywhere signs what you are NOT allowed to do....

    The first problem is when you go to the check in desk, there is no one present,you have to talk to someone on a phone that actually does not speak clear and proficient English!!! To top it off, there is a bullet proof glass to greet you and the person you talk to on the phone is very rude,does not try to understand your situation nor can he explain it in clear language what the check in rules are..Even when he comes to the window at 2;00 p.m. for check in, not before, he is still rude and short tempered...I will never spend my money nor recommend this hotel to anyone..The hotel itself is ok or the price, but the customer service is terrible!!!! In all my travel experiences, I have never seen such terrible customer service, it was almost as if it was a bother to deal with me and my business..

    It was terrible! The front desk clerk was rude; the room was shabby; the light was not working; the was no microwave and when I called about it, I was told they didn't have any others rooms and I could leave and call Hotels.com to "try" to get my refund on the room! If it wasn't late Friday evening I would have left! I still want a refund!

    The night staff was very friendly and helpful. The door to the room didn't close unless you slammed it extremely hard. There was only one light in the room that worked. The ice machine didn't work and I was told there was no other way to get ice. When I checked out the girl took the room key and walked away without saying a word I rang the service bell and an older woman came out, when I asked her about a check out receipt she told me I would have to wait 15 minutes and she walked away. I don't think I would stay here again.

    Room was nicely clean. Would have liked more towels, no complaints though. Staff was very accommodating and friendly when I misplaced my key. I would stay here again.

    The hotel is next to a cemetery. Could not connect to WiFi. There were suspicious guests in the hotel. If the hotel clerk sits behind a wall to wall safety glass, it shows you how safe the hotel is.

    Did not enjoy myself. Did not feel comfortable, they had bugs in the bed. It was in the middle of the night and did not have any transportation. It was a nightmare.

    The hotels Internet connection was not working and the clerk wanted me to pay for the room all over again because he couldn't verify that my reservation was paid. He was quite rude on top of that and the hotel appeared badly kempt! I will never book an EconoLodge again.

    This was the worst experience I had staying at a hotel. It was definitely not worth the price we paid. The front desk guy was in pajamas with flip flops. The hotel had bed bugs. We couldn't find a ride 1:30 in the morning so they offered us another room. I did not get any sleep that night. Afterwards, I had nightmares of bugs crawling all over me. I had bite marks all over my body. That night, I know they gave us and another couple a refund for bed bugs. Wet didn't know the other couple but it was coincidence err came down around the same time to the front desk. The next morning, housekeeping cleaned the rooms as normal without taking the beds out or taking any extra precautions. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Even if you are on a budget!

    If you are looking for a place for a night near by the airport then this place is cool. Don't look for breakfast because this hotel is just a place to sleep or take a one night stand. Room was clean, staff was nice and near by a lot of locations. Booked room online so it was worth 50 bucks
