Red flagged me for making complaints of roaches tired to call desk at time of problem no answer hotels.com tired to call got no answer and they will not refund my money now

Roaches in the room AC doesn’t work police there left and right main lights didn’t work out were broken and the bed they put me in had a big old sink hole. Literally, you could see it before you ever sit down on it. Horrible horrible day and they would not give me a refund because they said no one to notify them of the roaches. Well, I tried to, but no one was in the office and then no one answered the phone so then I called Hotels.com had their rating call and they wouldn’t answer the phone for them hotel.com won’t give me my money back and neither will Motel 6

Can I ever get nobody to answer the phone ain’t nobody in the office at night time there’s roaches in the room outlets broken main lights not working AC didn’t wanna work hole in the bed like a sink hole police there

The photos online are deceptive. There was a large gap in the front door, broken dead bolt, full mattress instead of queen sizes and dust thick on vents and lamps. We also found kids stickers in the restroom indicating that it was not well cleaned.

the AC worked well the shower wasn't cleaned well, there was no elevator. There was no ashtray in the room & it was a smoking room. I brought my own sheets & put them over the existing sheets or I wouldn't have felt comfortable in the bed. the AC worked good though. .

Wash rooms are not clean, cockroaches are roaming mattress are tuff (spring mattress hurting back) etc….

They didn’t serve breakfast Everything, the shower had mold in it the bathroom smelled like pee their was no ventilation in the bathroom the towels were dirty and also sheets the walls are thin I could smell cigarettes coming from the next room and you can also hear everything they were doing they also had roaches

The door was kicked in at the bottom. Beds didn't feel clean, there was roaches. Toliet seat was barely on.

I like how the room looked and the bed was ok The room was nice until the roaches started coming out I was laying in the bed and it was roaches crawling up the walls and on the bed they really need to fix that and the rush on the floor where the refrigerator is and in the shower

I was put on the top floor in what was a “suite room” that had a door between me and the next-door. I’m assuming my room connected to somebody that stays there all of the time, because there were 2 roaches in the bathroom, 1 on the entryway door, 1 on the floor that I killed. Sheets that look like they need to be thrown away from overuse, as well as burn marks from cigarettes in the comforter and bed skirt. I would never stay there again, after that, the sleep night was horrible

Stayed here numerous times over the past year or so and have never complained, though I should have so I will keep this to the issues with this stay. The A/C didn't work. It would come on a few mins and only a couple of times did it ever do that. Washer/Dryer "Out of Order," lights/outlets by the beds didn't work. Asked for a room downstairs, close to office but was told when I arrived and double checked, neither were available yet walking past to get to the back of parking lot to get to the staircase going up to my room, I saw many, many unoccupied bc they leave curtains slightly open and you can clearly see inside to see they've vacant. Didn't arrive until the evening so if it were earlier, it would make more sense but this late at night, hard to believe they were booked up.

Because the property was listed on booking.com as having a queen size bed with a room or in the room and it was smoking when I paid for it I was informed that it was non-smoking the whole property that requested a refund and was told that I cannot get a refund because it was after 4:30 the same day I was supposed to check in so I had to make other arrangements to make sure that my card didn't get changed or charged I'm sorry so very inconvenient that's false advertisement and I asked him to please check that on booking.com and I was not told that they would do that so anyway very poor customer service so I didn't stay there so I can't really give them a good rating I just filled that if it's the properties or a third parties screw up then a refund should have been the first thing that I was offered not as far as oh well don't know what to tell you I didn't list your property on booking.com as having smoking rooms I want to check that out

One room smelt of cat urine. We didn’t even stay here after being approached while getting out of my car after coming back from grabbing a bite to eat in the parking lot by a “long time” tenant that the front desk clerk described as having “mental” problems I felt very uncomfortable and packed my family right on back up and left. So 2 rooms paid for and didn’t even stay over night. Refused refund since we were checked in for longer than 15 mins. But mine and my kids safety is more important than that $110 lost.

We pulled into parking lot and knew it was not good!! It seems that it is residential in nature. There was construction, people leaving walking their dogs and the overall the place was very rundown looking!! It was too late to cancel the reservation and the staff allowed us to look at one place in the rooms they evidently use to keep cleaner than the others that was located near the office! We inspected it and it was clean enough that we stayed. The beds were comfortable enough and we had cable tv but the chair that was there was worn out!! The water for the shower had excellent pressure and was hot! Best part of the stay! It was centrally located! The price was cheap but that is about it!!! Really not going to recommend for most people!!!!!

No ice machine...no working refrigerator. Room was clean tho.

Unfortunately because she's only 19 we couldn't check her in to a better hotel ,shes a military child and a full time collage student who is responsible. I want a full refund

Pipes under sink leaked. Beds were not the size advertised. Room was extremely small. And they charge for extra room key when there were 3 people staying in the room. Ice machine did not work.

Part of this hotel seems to be condemned or something the shower has red paint splattered all over it and it’s dirty

There was barely any room to walk between beds and TV but for the money couldn't beat it.

Location is good The man at check in just wanted to argue I had to cancel my booking and pay cash and still got charged on booking for the room. So I was charged twice!!

The staff (what was there) were polite and professional). It was quiet. The bed was comfortable. However, it wa filthy! I had to wipe down all surfaces... even the toilet. There was trash in the drawers. There was no ice. I kept my street shoes on.

The price. The first room they gave us had a lot of big roaches all over the walls as soon as I walked in. We went to office wanting a refund, but they said it would take 5-7 business days before it would go back on card. We had no extra money to lodge someplace else. They said we will give you upgraded room that is very good. Lots of baby roaches around the fridge, in bathroom, on desk, on bed. Black mold bad in bathroom ceiling. It was a sleepless night.Also their wifi was not working most of the time, but that was least of my concern. I had to clean the shower myself. Smh. I do not recommend staying here until the owners do a lot exterminations, black mold removal, do better at cleanliness.

It was 28 degrees when we checked in and the upstairs outdoor corridors were covered in ice and incredibly slippery. We appreciated that the room heater worked well! The location is fairly convenient with plenty of nearby food options.

The first room they put me in the heat did not work, the thermostat wouldn't even come on. The 2nd room the door has a draft around it and the heat wouldn't get very warm and the bathroom door would close even half way.

There was a Shadrach’s coffee shop nearby, which was convenient. The A/C worked fine once we turned it on, though it was pretty hot when we first arrived. The staff weren’t rude, but they also didn’t come across as very friendly. The room was mostly clean, but we did find a few bugs, likely due to the large gaps around the doors. We stayed on the lower level and were unfortunately woken up by someone pounding on our window at 4 AM.

Hospitality was incredible!

The check in clerk was friendly but the room was not the best. The bathroom was in poor condition. The audio on the TV was weird. I could almost hear the TV in the next room better than mine. Room was also small. Price was at least reasonable for what you received. There are some decent food options within walking distance.

Non smoking room with cigarette burns everywhere. Sink, countertop and even on toilet seat. Hair everywhere, not clean and then outside you better be careful as there is heavy activity looking like drug deals or just shady people all over. Rarely leaves reviews but wow, this hotel was the worst

Room was clean, property is clean. I did not receive daily hpusekeeping, you had to ask a few times just to get it, and even then it was just change of sheets, no new towels. Overall still a good place to stay

The front desk clerk was very nice, but the first room he sent us to hadn't been cleaned, I am assuming since the beds weren't made, and had obviously been slept in.

Rooms were dirty and I guess I'm not used to being in a hotel that doesn't clean/service the rooms daily. At least replace towels and empty garbage daily.

Was given a room that had a whole in the wall where I could touch the other rooms wall and the tank on the toilet was cracked and flooded the bathroom!!! I woke up at 3am on the 5th to the bathroom flooded, did my best to get towels down on the floor, had to pack up all my stuff and was down in the lobby by 4:30am on the 5th!!! At 5:30am I was finally given a room in which they made me pay for just because I couldn’t stay in that room the rest of my stay I had to wake up in the middle of the night and stay up to get n forced to pay for another night???!! I would like my money back I paid on the 5th at 4:30 am for a room I was forced to pay for or no bed but it’s not right cause I wasn’t planning on staying another night here due to getting no sleep last night!!!

Visibly being renovated, but, it was still very dingy. The bedding had old stains along with new paint stains. The bathroom had remnants of the person before us along with live bugs in the shower. Used condom in the entry way to the office. Not sure if it was workers or tweakers in the room above us that banged on stuff all night. No hot water, told the office, she said that i didnt know how to work the knob but she would check it later, smiled at me and told me to have a nice day. Not all of the light fictures had a working on/off switch. The key card itself was dirty and sticky. We will not be back to this establishment.

the cover on top of the sheets had like a buffalo stain, the sink wouldn’t turn on, the shower curtain/shower was nasty. The room don’t look bad for a motel but the details matter. i even would itch from time to time

First room when I turned the heat on a bad smell came out of the heater, went to the office and the guy put me in another room I just had to go up the stairs which is a chore for me after 7 back surgeries!!! I went to the new room and my key wouldn’t open the door so back to the office I go and the guy gave me another key so back to the room I go and still the door won’t open so back to the office I go this time he said he would meet me there he made a new key and away we go get to the room and he fumbled with the door a few seconds and it open, he told me you have to pull up on the handle to get it to open. I was like oh well I am sleepy and tired from travel. The place is old and needs updated!! It does look like some work is getting done but in my opinion it won’t be enough!! I did find some dirty socks from a former guest so just how well do they clean the rooms? Sheets, Pillow Covers and so on!!

Have stayed there many times i've always been clean. This time when I walked in the room there was throw up in the floor, I couldn't get me another room because they were booked And I done paid for a few nights for this room, no towel service or anything

The stairs to second floor fell through while a woman was going up them. Me and my party of 12 travelers had all been given rooms right beside that stairwell. Unclean shower, with dirty curtain. Sink and mirror were covered in old dried toothpaste. Even the towels looked used. Would not stay here again.

You get what you pay for. Completely out dated needs to be gutted and remolded. Mold in bathroom, shower floor was horrible, entry door would not shut tight was like it was kicked in at some point in time. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The floors hadn't been mopped in awhile. I was barefoot and my feet turned black. There was a mouse that kept getting in our stuff. The shower for handicap accessible was awful. It had a ramp to get in shower but shower head would not turn down pointing at floor. Therefore it sprayed out of shower curtain and under ramp. Water was everywhere going all over floor to commode and sink. Flood! No coffee maker or hairdryer.

People above us must have been practicing for a dance contest.. they stomped all night.. had a problem, they took care of it pretty fast.. had a big gap in door and needs to be updated really bad.. will not stay there again.. we will take a tent and stay at Craighead forest park before i stay at this motel 6 again..

Check in person was friendly, as was check out person. Handprints on back of bathroom door. Toilet needs adjusting only gives half a flush, not a full one. Bed was comfortable. Asked for extra pillows and was given two. Pool was closed. Gutter drains, drain over some parking spots.

The smoke alarm was in the drawer of sode table with battery sitting next to it. Room had roaches, bathroom lightswitch plate filthy, rust, mold and mildew in bathroom as well. It also smelled like dirty feet. Door latch on room door broken. TV had multicolored lines on tv screen. Receptionist rude. Was it worth the good deal on price of room? No. Only thing good was the bed was comfortable.

First off the hotel definitely needs an update! The stairs have been repaired when they should have been replaced, the walkway on the second floor is leaning and cracked horribly. The second night we had gotten locked out of our rooms so my husband had to go get another key card. The rooms were not cleaned well at all! The showers had years of old stains in them along with hair! The sink was designed for a toddler! I’m 5’4 and it didn’t even come to my waist.

Not good. Super nice front desk. I had to leave, was not good, even for a quick one night stay.
