We come through a couple times a year and always stay at this Days Inn. The rooms are very basic, but they are clean and comfortable, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and it's very close to Walmart and fast food.

Everything was good I’d definitely go back

The room was okay. So many things... I couldn't even walk around to our room on the verandah. There was junk piled! It was toward the back of the main building, but that was not a good look! The pool was not operational. PLease don't advertise "pool" when it is not filled! Breakfast was not ready at the time given and, when it finally did open, what a disappointment! Not much choice there...

IT WAS GREAT
- 5/5
Great check in, room clean
- 5/5
Reasonable rates and clean rooms. Friendly staff
- 4/5
Polite staff available when I needed them, convenient location, clean and easily accessible room. Lots of external noise and light did make it difficult to sleep.
- 3/5
Room was fine. Check in went well. The morning of my check out there was no breakfast or coffee. There was also an issue with my room key. When I arrived at the front desk there was a "be back in 5misn sign". No big deal. I waited about 15mins and then started ringing the outdoor and indoor doorbells. No answer. I finally called the front desk. Phone rang once and man in the office behind the desk answered the phone and came out very rushed once I let him know I had been waiting over 20mins at this point. Lazy man just wanted to do no work. Complete joke. Other guests were also frustrated by no coffee or breakfast the morning of Dec3rd, 2025. Will not be stayin here despite it being one of the nicer hotels in the area. I'll find something else and make a longer drive if I'm ever in the area for work again. Pitiful.
- 2/5
We had no cleaning service and had to go to front office for additional towels and what I could see of the breakfast area, it was basically non-existent.
- 5/5
Pretty good motel, lots of space for trucks, clean, everything was excellent!

This one was conveniently located right off the interstate highway. The room was clean and was truly a non-smoking room so smelled nice. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were very strange. Small and too soft. The night clerk was very friendly and accomodating. The price was a good value! We were very disappointed in the breakfast. The food that was offered was cereal, small muffins, waffles, bananas, bread for toast, coffee and juice. There was no butter for the waffles or toast so they were very dry. Cereal was stale. Offered no variety for cream for the coffee. The juice machine was empty but there was a pitcher of some kind of weird tasting juice that wasn't very good. It tasted instant and reminded us of the old drink called Tang. It was way too sweet. Not a good choice for breakfast. The morning clerk was not very friendly nor accommodating. He asked no questions regarding our stay or comfort.
- 2/5
The checkout time was 11 o’clock we asked because it was late if it would be possible to get a check out at noon the following day and all he did was write down 1030 at point at it to let us know that we must be out by 10:30. When I said, my receipt said 11 AM he just took the receipt back and went back into his office. The hotel was pretty empty and we had a unit at one end of the building. About an hour later a rowdy group of people checked into the room next to us and they were slamming doors and making all kinds of noise until after 3 AM. The manager could’ve put these people in any other room, but he chose to put them right next to us. After getting minimal sleep, the housekeeper came and knocked on our door at 9 AM waking up the dog which woke us up. We told her we were there till 11. She came back again at 10 AM and knocked again.
- 2/5
The room had too much deodorizer so it irritated my eyes and sinuses. There was very little for breakfast. There was a fake orange juice mixture in a pitcher, 3 bananas, one slice of white bread, and the waffle maker. Maybe coffee too but I don’t drink coffee. Truly an embarrassing effort.
- 4/5
Nice place
- 5/5
Parking right in front of room clean rooms
- 4/5
Very nice room, good pillows and mattress. Ratty exterior, pool was closed. Extra 3 bucks from Expedia quote.
- 4/5
Good location and quiet.
- 5/5
I return to this place; two to three times a year, as a former resident of Trumann. I still have family and friends, in Trumann, and in the surrounding cities. I usually stay in rooms above the front desk, with seldom any problems. When I encounter a problem, it has been resolved. I have never had their breakfast, so I can not speak to that, Positive, or Negative... During this trip, I needed two rooms, (Non-smoking) near the pool. Although not together, they were just 3 doors down, but next to the pool! We enjoyed our stay! We asked for extra bath towels, for the girls, and got them.
- 4/5
The property is very functional, although the rooms smell a bit musty. Breakfast is very minimal, waffles and some cold cereal.
- 3/5
Morning breakfast was a nothing burger. Waffle machine worked but waffle batter was old and seperated. Tried 3 times to make a waffle, all terrible. Had a couple good bannanas. Coffee was ok, but powdered creamer. Went to nearby McDonalds for a breakfast sandwich. Outdoor area had a lot of grown up weeds and tall grass. Looked like a bush hog had made 1 pass around the parking lot at some time earlier in the summer. Felt like my dog was unsafe doing her business.
- 5/5
Room was fine, but the breakfast was not great. Could use making breakfast better.
- 5/5
Nice and comfortable place to stay over the weekend.

- 5/5
very comfortable room, with very friendly helpful staff.
- 3/5
It was ok. I got charged 2 times. I paid cash then my card got charged also
- 1/5
We like having our vehicle outside our door. Stayed here 3 years ago but it has seriously declined. Won't be staying again. Hair on the bedding, all around sink area. Underwear left on the floor in the small bathroom. TV had no power cord.
- 3/5
Poor quality of breakfast. Items seemed old and stale.
- 1/5
Pool is not in operation, not many places to eat other than 20 min away, under construction of some sort there's things around the lobby the chairs in the room look to be 15yrs old absolutely gross wouldn't recommend to bring family here but it's a place to sleep! An cheap so you get what you pay for for sure
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and parking right outside my door.
- 3/5
Quiet area
- 2/5
The property was undergoing some upgrades. The staff was very unfriendly and could not speak ENGLISH good enough to fix my issue. They upgraded my room from queen to king without telling me and ultimately I was charged an additional $40.00. Not happy. Could not get it resolved with the staff that was there.
- 3/5
Check-in was fine, and the guy was very nice. However, when we got into the room, we found bugs all in our bed, so we texted the number (as the text message indicated), and never received a reply, therefore we left.
- 4/5
Cheap but not everything was in great condition. Fair for the price.
- 3/5
This property is being remodeled slowly. We stayed there a year ago and they were remodeling! Lots of clutter around from the remodel. Breakfast was to start at 6 AM and basically nothing was set up. There was fresh bananas though!
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
Friendly, helpful, and informative staff. Plenty of parking right next to your room, no long walk. Room was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
The staff were super helpful and kind.
- 3/5
The sheets on the bed were very worn and stained heavily. We yook the sheets off the bed and used blankets we had on the vehicle. The guy at the desk was cranky, probably from tge guy he dealt with ahead of me, but he was still short and visably irritated. We had to go ask for a hair dryer the next morning. The bed was hard. The place looked like a construction yard on the outside on the back where the rooms wrre.
- 1/5
At 7:01am I received a knock on my door and it instantly opened by a Hispanic woman saying “housekeeping” I was luckily next to the door and pushed it closed immediately. I said something to the front desk and he said they don’t have housekeeping that early or any Hispanic women housekeepers. Very terrifying as I was a female traveling a lone
- 5/5
No place to hang clothes. Good clean bed.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. I was kind of unhappy that I had a hard time making the shower work, I saw some some kind of insect crawling across the floor, and the breakfast choices were limited.
- 3/5
Was told breakfast would be going at 6am and when went down to eat there was no breakfast not even coffee so if you offer breakfast then make sure it is going when time scheduled
- 1/5
I was late getting there called front desk was told it was ok then they cancelled my room so I show up and couldn't even get in the building bc the doors we're locked but it says 24 hour service I called inside and was hung up on repeatedly by the owner
- 2/5
Got our room online, looked at the pictures and reviews. The pictures over sold the condition of property. But the price was 1/2 of what anything in Jonesboro had to offer. So I guess the old saying “you get what you pay for.
- 3/5
Breakfast was minuscule. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.
- 3/5
The gentleman that appeared to be trying to hold the property together by himself was nice and very attentive. The room beyond our standards of cleanliness. There were boxes, and old furniture, stacked all around the property. Both inside the check in area and outside common areas. And, what's the deal with the 'bang your shin in the middle of the night' bed frame sticking out? It was good enough for one night.
- 3/5
Old hotel.
- 4/5
The room was clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
The hotel was a good value. The breakfast could have been a little better but it was ok. The night clerk was extremely helpful and we appreciate her very much!
- 5/5
I have not been in Days Inn for years. I could not believe how well cared for clean and nice. And for the wonderful price. Yes it was an older property, but you can see the process of remodeling, but my room is sparkling, clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
It was clean just remolded
- 2/5
No clean towels, and I didn't see housekeeping until it was time for us to check out
- 1/5
Place was dirty and lots not working tube lights dirty sheets
- 2/5
Let’s start with the good- the ac worked great, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable! Now, the poor. The older man at the front desk spoke very little and very poor English. I’ve taught ESL but could still barely understand him. When his daughter came to the rescue, we could finally communicate. It seems that even though Expedia allowed me to book a room for our family of five, and the hotel accepted the reservation knowing that we had five people, three teens and two adults, upon arrival, when I asked what the accommodations would be for the fifth, fold out couch or roll away bed, I was told that nothing could be done. I’ll skip the hassle and runaround and say our compromise was that I pay more money, move the armchair and fit in a roll away bed. I had already paid $20-$30 more than this place was worth. Shame on Expedia and shame on the manager for accepting the reservation. The pics online showed a nice, interior hall for entrance, but the bulk of the rooms are Motel 6-like with exterior doors. The daughter said she doesn’t use the back door because she doesn’t feel safe! No way would I have let my kids near the outdoor green pool. The sink and counter were so old they were cracked and peeling, and although not dirty, they looked it. The fridge never got cold. Our goal was to crash for eight hours, grab a quick breakfast and get back on the road. The older man was very chintzy with what he set out for breakfast. All in all, we’ll mark this on the never return list.
- 5/5
The property as a whole is pretty well-kept, but our room was definitely lacking in having been thoroughly cleaned. Trumann is a small town with limited overnight stays possible.
- 3/5
Hotel was not clean.
- 5/5
It was a good clean place at a great price. The check in was fast and easy and she was very nice. We will definitely stay again.
- 4/5
Bed seems comfortable. Firm, sheets were clean. Bathroom and vanity area were clean. The bad 2 large chairs in room (not needed), (takes up valuable space) Desk is ⅓ the size of the bed. (Way to big for the room size). The bed has a large metal frame. Sturdy... but a shin breaker. Both me and my girlfriend hit our shins. Not pleasant. The sink only shuts off in the absolute correct spot.. or trickles on constantly. Manager on duty, attempted to take second payment while I was checking in. He said Refunded the other charge.. I have yet to see it.
- 4/5
Clean and quiet.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great.
- 2/5
There were a lot of roaches and the bathrooms had very slick tubs, with zero rubber matting or anything to prevent you from falling or slipping in the shower.
- 3/5
Dead bugs everywhere, mouse gnawing in the walls and gaps in the door letting in outside light and winds.
- 3/5
The room i was initially given had not been cleaned as the bed was unmade when i opened the door. The management quickly made it right by giving me another room. The value was very good once i was accomodated.
- 5/5
The clerk at the desk was very welcoming and friendly
- 4/5
Good price and convenient
- 2/5
Check in went well. TV remote didn't work. Clerk notified, didn't do anything. Clerk didn't know what a fitted sheet was. Had to go twice to ask for one. First trip I was given pillow cases. Second trip I was given a flat sheet. Went ahead and used it cause it was raining and I didn't want to go back out in it. Clerk said that she was new. Maybe a little bit more training???.
- 5/5
Jennifer and staff were very friendly and helpful. My stay was very relaxing and the breakfast was great. I will stay here again.
- 4/5
We liked it, it was nice and quiet.
- 1/5
Do not let the pictures fool you like it did us. The surrounding area is overgrown and trashy. I hope all the mattresses by the dumpster were indications that they were doin a revamp.
- 3/5
Front desk staff Jenn was super nice and accommodating. Although the bed was super comfortable and cleanly made the room could’ve been in better shape… The sink finish was peeling and cracked and there was a hole in the shower wall. The bathroom was clean enough that with those type of repairs being needed. It’s hard to see if it’s really clean or not one thing that bothered me the most and I absolutely hate when cleaning staff starts banging on your door at 9 AM when checkout is 11 does happen no more than one occasion.
- 2/5
Old and stained sink. Bed spread had cigarette burns in it. Just smelt old. Owner double charged me for second night even though I went through Expedia which paid for it.
- 2/5
room was old and worn lots of wear on sink bed tub manager tried to upsale room rate over expedia
- 3/5
The room smells terrible, humid and bad
- 3/5
Nice and comfortable room at a cute property.
- 2/5
People were living and cooking in this hotel. It wasn’t frequented and the room was moldy and musty smelling. Sheets were clean but found dead bugs in floor and in bathroom tub. Sub par ….
- 5/5
Great service
- 2/5
For pricing and location was good. Condition of the room was the second worst hotel I ever stayed in. Shower had two setting. Peel paint or hug wall under it. Shower handle is unsafe. Just sitting in two holes. Wonder how much mold and water damage is in the wall. Floor was dirty not sure when last time the vacuum worked. Or when last one bathroom was mopped. Something on wall at bathroom door. Blood or poop not sure. Ac unit only ran for five minutes at a time. Can’t speak for other rooms but 118 needs help.
- 4/5
Need the mow
- 2/5
The first room we were assigned had not been cleaned. The was still trash in the room and the beds had not been made. That was as far as I got in the room. The second room, at least the beds were made, but the bathroom counter was filthy, the coffee pot and ice bucket was dirty, as and the pot was missing parts. The pool was unusable, as the water was green and slimy.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
The toilet and sink were pretty peely but otherwise it’s good for a stop and stay while traveling. I was a solo female traveler with my dog and I felt perfectly safe and the room was super quiet. I didn’t hear my neighbors once. The lady working the front desk was SO NICE. I felt very welcomed and comfortable staying here.
- 5/5
Room had a funny smell.
- 2/5
THE SMELL OF CIG AND MARY J SMOKE WAS VERY STRONG. THANK GOODNESS THAT WE ONLY USED ROOM TO SLEEP, AND REALLY DID NOT WANT TO DO THAT. BUT WAS KIND OF STUCK AFTER MADE PAYMENT.
- 3/5
Carpet was dirty.. it felt as if soda or something had been spilled on it. Hair in the tub and on toliet. Bought cleaning supplies to clean myself. Killed a roach crawling outside the refrigerator and in the bathroom. I have a cleaning service and would love to renew your rooms.. If the cleanliness was stepped up and the room didnt have an odor, the trip would not have been as unpleasant. Walking into the lobby I was quite amazed,. The uncertainty of the stay changed. Upon unloading the car and making it into the room, our first room hadnt been cleaned.
- 2/5
Room had not been cleaned throughly. Beds were made, trash emptied, clean towels but coffee filter still had grounds in it, no new toilet paper. Chose not to take shower did not know how clean it was.
- 3/5
The bathroom wasn't sweep very well, other than that, the room itself was good!
- 2/5
Carpet...which needed vacuuming. Bathtub ring, When you closed door to bathroom, floor was dirty and needed cleaning. Will not stay at a Days Inn again, which is too bad because there are probably some good ones out there.
- 5/5
Ghikx
- 5/5
Easy checking, great staff, reasonable rates
- 1/5
The room was disgusting. I did not want a smoking room, however, that's what I received. It was so dirty, ashes were everywhere and there were cigarettes butts along the bottom of the beds, and the toilet and shower was dirty with hair and toilet paper and urine. The room was next door to a bar. We had to listen to loud music and people coming and going all night...total disaster. We would have switched rooms but there was a sign on the door and they would not answer the phone. We drove 8 hrs and were exhausted. They will not make it right with us because we stayed the night....so disappointed. We have never stayed in such horrible conditions. Please do not waste your money.
- 4/5
Nice hotel overall. The rooms are pretty clean overall. If you're real picky, stay elsewhere. Staff was friendly.
- 5/5
They are extra nice especially the young man working the office
- 1/5
Nasty
- 3/5
This area is easy for us to use. Would like a better light blocking drape on the window
- 2/5
There was also cereal, but no other options. You're better off driving 15 minutes and staying in Jonesboro.
- 4/5
It was very nice. However, I still have not received my deposit back.
- 5/5
The check in person was friendly and recommended a really good BBQ restaurant named Couches which we ate at and enjoyed. It’s a very small town along the highway and we didn’t want to eat fast food.
- 4/5
It was clean, but the staff was not very friendly and the breakfast food choice was mediocre.
- 2/5
AC not cooling well and had odor, maybe it’s mold? My throat became irritated. It Should be checked by maintenance. All of room dirty and old needing replaced other than newer carpet and a messy paint job with paint drops on tile, Formica etc Breakfast was instant hot cereal. We went to McDonald’s instead The room is not worth the price
- 5/5
The only thing was finding food..Fast food yes, but not too much else..we ended up eating Subway which is in the same lot as Hotel and it was a very clean store and the food was fresh...NO COMPLAINTS...
- 4/5
Nice hotel have stayed there many times
- 1/5
I liked that the room was somewhat cozy and the shower was perfect. I didn’t like the clerk that checked me in because she kept charging my card for the full price of the room even though I had already paid online. She kept asking for different cards to charge plus it usually takes maybe 5 minutes for me to check in with a reservation it took her almost 30/40 minutes to check me in while standing outside in the dark. I like the hotel I just want the usual clerks.
- 3/5
The beds were comfortable and room was very clean had a good stay
- 5/5
Excellent property will stay again.
- 2/5
They said I smoked in the room and I did not smoke in the room and charged my card double triple the amount of the room as far as I was concerned II knew it even if you did smoke in the room it's like a 100 bucks no it's and they know they charge me 200 I bet nothing in the room work
- 4/5
Breakfast was almost nonexistent.
- 4/5
Our bathroom stool was wobbly and the lid was broken.
- 1/5
I travel 6 months a year for work and book almost exclusively through Hotels.com. This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had. As we unloaded our luggage into our room a strung out crack head came out of the room next door and wanted us to give him a ride. We were leaving again to find a place to eat and when we refused his buddy had some very choice vulgar words he directed to us. When we came back I went to front desk and asked if there had been problems and what had happened. The manager said they had been there 2 nights and had no problems. We returned to the room and the 2 next door were yelling and sounded quite intense. One opened their door and screamed for someone to call the police. I called the front desk and told them and was told they would take care of it. A few minutes later the clerk came to their room and said there had been complaints and to keep it down. We immediately loaded up and checked. We received and apology but no offer to switch rooms. It was strange there were 2 people staying there with no vehicle, trying to bum rides and fighting. I was afraid to stay.
- 2/5
My room… a suite, was not very clean. There was to be a table and 2 chairs but they were not in there .( I did see one outside on the back balcony). I was there 3 nights. First day and a half I did not have the do not disturb sign out.. the room didn’t get cleaned. Found out that the last day I was there I could have stayed at a very nice hotel 15 miles away for $3.00 a night more. I will be staying at the other location from now on.
- 4/5
👍
- 1/5
First room they gave me was not cleaned. A pile of dirty linen on bed. 2nd room had been cleaned but still another pile of dirty linen Not taken out. Found out during the night heater wasn’t working. Called first thing am but still not working by 4 pm. Will not be back.
- 5/5
This is our motel of choice when visiting family in the Trumann area. Our room is clean, beds are very comfortable with plenty of fluffy pillows, linens are clean and the staff is very friendly, courteous and promptly provide assistance. The motel grounds are clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast includes a pancake maker. We are always pleased with this motel's accommodations and highly recommend it to patrons who are not expecting high-end luxury amenities and trendy decor.
- 5/5
Great room for the price
- 1/5
Talked to business associate later and found out that this hotel has been this disgusting since before they made the mistake of staying there once 2 years ago. They said they complained and it was met with deaf ears as well. Don't stay here! We were awoken 2x in the night by people rattling the door. Had barricaded the door with the chair, but door was rattled so hard that the chair became dislodged.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 4/5
Clean, friendly, weird night guy. Breakfast is not much but had coffee.
- 5/5
Nice, quiet, clean motel.
- 4/5
Nice stay but without Wi-Fi.
- 5/5
We have stayed at this motel several times and have never been disappointed! Our room was clean with amenities accurately described on the website. Linens and towels were nice; bed was very comfortable with plenty of fluffy pillows. Adjustable showerhead delivered plenty of hot water at good pressure. The staff is very friendly and kindly assist when needed. This definitely is our motel of choice when visiting in the Trumann area!
- 5/5
Very clean and roomy. Love the set up of rooms from main check in location. Staff very nice and informative to surrounding businesses. Thank you
- 2/5
Not especially clean.
- 5/5
Room was clean. Bath towels were thicker than expected. Microwave & mini-fridge were both clean & operational. The single-cup coffee maker did not work, but when we reported this, they quickly replaced it. Mattress was very comfortable with plenty of fluffy pillows.Water pressure was very good through an adjustable showerhead; plenty of hot water. Management, desk receptionist & housekeeping staff were all very friendly, polite & eager to make our stay pleasant. On-site laundry facility clean & functional. Pool area clean & well-maintained. We will stay at this motel when we are in the Trumann area again & we highly recommend this facility for a pleasant, budget-friendly place to stay.
- 5/5
Nothing unique]. Clean room for a good price. FYI, dining options in Truman may be limited.
- 5/5
Just make sure the key for your door is the ONLY one. I had another guest walk in on me while getting undressed because the front desk gave him the wrong room info WITH a key... totally embarrassing.
- 2/5
Because you park right outside the room and there is a bar right next door, there was a lot of noise from the parking lot all night.
- 5/5
Because of Covid no breakfast. Just coffee--thank goodness.
- 5/5
The room was clean and neat and the beds slept well. There was one negative in that the toilet would not flush properly. A hotel employee plunged it and it helped a bit but by the next morning, it was back to not flushing properly. The front desk person was advised as I checked out of the room.
- 3/5
Very noisy next door with loud music till 4am. Complained but nothing changed!
- 2/5
The girl at the desk was pleasant and helpful, however the hotel had dirty carpet that made your feet sticky. The phone didn’t work when I needed to call the front desk. The lamp didn’t work, the stopper in the tub was broken, there was duct tape on the lock for the door (not sure what for). No breakfast when it was advertised, the coffee was awful and bitter. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the pillows were round so you couldn’t lay flat.
