    The housekeepers were very nice and friendly. The front desk was very attentive and nice and very welcoming. Well it would have been nice to have an elevator fixed sooner. With the breakfast you could include toast.

    When I FIRST entered the establishment, I was greeted and helped by a young lady named Morgan. She was very kind and ourteous. When I was checking out or just before another different older female was there. It was about 10am I asked if I could get a cup of coffee for breakfast. Checkout is 1200pm so officil I was still a guest. This wench bluntly told me that No I couldnt as the cafè was closed at 930am . This seemed all to convenient to me so instead of causing a fuss I left but will not use your business again.

    The bed was beyond uncomfortable and the restroom was disgusting. The front desk staff however was fantastic! The building itself is the problem and wasn't worth anything over $75 a night, if that. It is just a bad hotel.

    Ryan was an excellent host. When our toilet in our initial room was broken, he did not hesitate to make every thing better by moving us to a different room. My downfall to this was my card had a mysterious charge that no one could explain to me what this charge was. Would I stay at your facility again???? ABSOLUTELY!!!

    The property itself was really good. The hotel room was clean. The only negative we were out of body soap in the dispenser shower and had to use bar soap instead. The check in lady was not friendly at all. Honestly took her time to wait on us and seemed we were an in conconvience to her since she had to actually speak to us and check us in. I will say the cleaning stay upon departure the next morning was friendly as well as the lady who waited on us at checkout. My advice is to make sure you have friendlier staff to check in guests because this is the first thing we saw upon arrival. We would have not stayed there if our reservation was not already made. It is the first impression we had of your hotel and unfortunately one we will keep. We will probably not stay here again because of her.

    We rented twenty+ rooms for four nights. The hotel was new, and the staff was friendly. But most of the rooms were never cleaned, and some of them were only cleaned once. A few days after checkout, I received an email saying they were charging us a 25$ extra cleaning fee per room for "excessive trash and intentional harm to rooms." I asked for documented proof and I will include some of the pictures they sent. Our rooms had an occupancy of four each, and we fed them twice a day in the hotel. Their trash cans were full, so they stacked what other trash they had next to the cans.

    Bed was like a rock i barely slept the first night and took meds to sleep the second night. Bath is a bit shallow but hot water. Looks a bit worn down in some places and offers no pool. Has good amount of parking and friendly staff. Towels are kind of rough and they close their bar and food areas early. Not the worst hotel or the best.

    For the most part things were clean. When checking in the staff member was not friendly. We reported that one of the beds had blood on the comforter and they were not apologetic or anything. The comment was “I’ll tell housekeeping”.

    The hotel looked nice, but the cafe had no one at the counter. Finally someone came out, but he didn’t know how to make the Starbucks drinks and took a very long time to make the food. The food was really good, but it was really awkward. Maybe someone called in sick?

    The hotel was fine. It was the service from Hotel.com that was horrible. I booked this hotel after setting my date / room desired/ and searched through the list provided by Hitels.com. I was surprised to check in to hotel and find that my reservation was made for 10 days later. I tried to call hotels.con, also hotel tried to get in touch with them also. No human who could correct their mistake could be found. After 2 hours the hotel rep found a random site that provided a number. The person I spoke with transferred me 4 times, each time asjkoghe same information. After becoming very agitated, they told me for a $45 charge, they would change the date. I just recieved notice from bank , Hotels.com charged my scoundrel twice for the up charge. Never again !

    This was a clean hotel with decent amenities. My wife thought the bed was one of the better ones she has slept on in a hotel. The toilet was loose and rocked. The trendy shower with the half divider instead of a door or curtain left water on the floor and made the shower drafty. We stayed two nights. To get coffee for our second night stay, I had to go to the desk and ask for it because room cleaning and sticking was every other day. So, some things were nice but overall, I will probably stay someplace else next time we visit Jonesboro.

    The room was quiet, we were on the back side of the hotel and the beds were Wonderful!! Our room and bath room were clean. The shower however did not have much pressure, and if you wanted to reuse your towel there was no place to hang them. The heat and air worked great and I like that it's positioned where it doesn't blow on you. The only place to hang anything is in the closet, no hooks to hang anything. Not a lot of surface space. You can buy food and drinks, a little pricy, but there just tables setting around, no designated room. Maybe this is how Marriott is we have not stayed in one like this. However we would definitely stay again if we're in the area. We felt comfortable and safe at this hotel.

    Always a good stay. Location, cleanliness and comfort. This trip I experienced the rear lobby door being locked. I ended up driving around and parking to enter a side door. The lady at the front desk said she locked it for her safety since she can’t see it from her desk (very understandable) but the other door was open. My suggestion is to put signage out communicating as such or change the posted hours the doors are open, or give her a way to readily see the door. Her safety is just important as customer access. But communication is key.

    Check in was easy and the front desk staff were friendly and professional. The Room, Hotel and Lobby were clean and well equipped, the only thing missing was a hot tub and pool. The hotel bar/restaurant was clean and festive. The staff were fun and friendly. It was a great place to stay while visiting for my wife's graduation!

    Room was nice but the TV didn’t work and the Internet went out. The breakfast left something to be desired. I sat at one of the tables to dine in and it was brought to me in styrofoam containers and in a plastic bag. Not sure I will be back.

    The hotel was clean and pleasant. This was our second time at this site. The last time was right after it opened. The hotel has been maintained well and nothing was damaged or caused an issue. The front counter was unoccupied upon arrival because she was outside on a smoke break. The next morning the two individuals at the breakfeast/bar station did not know if the coffee was complimentary or paid for. The young man was very nice and did admit he was new and would find out which he did promptly.
