    Reception was awesome. The only complaint is there was only 2 towels, 1 washcloth, there was 2 people staying in the room. I didn’t ask for more towels but next time I will and would definitely stay again.

    The manager Amanda was AMAZING. The lock wasn't working but she tried hard to fix it and tried to get other to fix it. Any issues she dealt with asap. She even noticed I was in a chair and switched our room to an accessible first floor room. She is a keeper.

    This was the worst hotel experience of our trip. The room had no smoke detector. The bathtub drain. Was full of hair. The trash cans had trash in them and we were charged considerably more than the reciept shows. There were water stains on the walls and missing outlet covers

    The parking lot was empty and the hitel was tucked away behind others. The hotel was dated but fairly clean. The fan in the bathroom came on with the light it did not have a cover on it and was extremely loud. The shower had hot water and pressure but it would blow you out of the tub, the shower head needed to be replaced. One of the deciding factors of booking here was breakfast was included. There was no breakfast. The desk attendant stated the yogurt in the refrigerator was all they brought. The coffee was not good either. Would not stay here again.

    I really enjoyed my stay at the Baymont motel. The continental breakfast was good. The maid service was good especially management maid service Miss shahida. I'll be staying there again every chance I get thank you all for the wonderful service.

    Booked using an app. and changed plans. Would not let me cancel Tried to cancel two days prior and no luck. Very disappointing that you do treat your guests this way.     It smelled bad when we arrived , dirty lobby area. Checked in , went to our room, key card didn’t work, desk clerk tried another key , still didn’t work, changed rooms, that key card wouldn’t work . I asked for a refund so I could go to another hotel. Now waiting to see if Expedia is going to refund me that charge, as I went to another hotel down the street so I could get some sleep with my kid.

    There was no key to the room. Front desk had to open and lock room. A wade of gum was in the carpet next to the bed , had to have it cleaned. The hair dryer and electrical outlets were not functional. Windows and bath areas were dirty. Towels had holes. There was NO breakfast as advertised . The bed was wore out, you could feel the springs, terrible night sleeping as a result. Shower had to be hand rigged to get it to work, avery quick shower. I absolutely DO NOT recommended this hotel. Take it off listings.

    In addition to this issue, the building is old, ran down, and appears to have had some moisture or flooding issues. Wall paper peeling, doors warped, etc. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

    There seemed to be confusion about my dog being there. I didnt see anything that said they were not pet friendly.     DO Not Stay Here!!!!! This hotel should be closed. The 1st room the stool was filthy and had crap on the seat. We changed rooms and the toilet was filthy with urine behind the lid and on the floor and there was hair and dirt in the tub. I asked the front desk for disinfectant to clean the toilet. I have never stayed in a worse place. We were so tired my friend didn’t want to find another room so I asked for clean linen to put over the comforter and all. Thank goodness we brought our own pillows.

    I would stay very clear from this property. The rooms were completely filthy. The front desk attempted to put me in two different rooms. Besides the one they initially put me in and they were worse than the first one. In the additional rooms that we went to look at we found drug paraphernalia as well as hair dirt grime.

    I would not recommend this property. It appears old and worn. Neither the TV nor the coffee pot was functional. I complained to the front desk about TV and was told "sorry, I can't help you". We had to clean hair out of bathtub drain. The breakfast bar was poorly stocked and the quality was marginal. I now know why the price was so low. Pay the extra money for one of the nearby properties and save yourself the hassle.

    I am not a particularly picky person but I freaked out when I got to my room. It was disgusting. The hall reeked of weed, the room itself was so dated that there is no way it was actually clean. The elevator didn't work, our key card immediately stopped working... all I did was sleep on the bed and just the toilet (which i really tried to avoid needing to do). I wish there was some way to get my money back because this hotel was simply not safe. The only reason I stayed was because i couldn't find another room nearby.

    Very discouraged. Booked a double room with 2 double beds. Overbooked so put me in a king suite with a pull out. There were no sheets or blankets for the pull out bed. When we went to make the pull out, there was a dirty sheet on the sofa bed with bread crumbs on it. The desk clerk came up with the sheets and blanket to make the bed. Got stuck in the elevator after dinner for about 5 minutes. In the morning, elevator button on first floor was stuck so elevator could not be called to first floor.

    Everything was fine. We generally put a "do not disturburb" sign out when we are gone, but the hotel did not provide one. The first day they did not service the room which was fine. We don't really want it serviced. The second day we were gone i came back to find some sensitive items that i use and need daily had been removed from my room. I had them in a shopping bag in the bathroom to find them gone. I need and use these items daily. Before you assume something is trash, please look inside the bag before throwing them away. I am assuming that's what happened. Don't assume they won't service your room. Put things up. The cleaning people don't watch what they are doing. I had to find a drug store and spend 15.00 to replace them.

    Was there in jonesboro for the birth of our Grandchild and was very dissspointed in this hotel.It was filthy, and felt unsafe in our room because the door didnt lovk properly. The lock must have forced open at sometime before our stay. When we brought it to the front desk attention she gave us a new laytch to put on ourselves. We didn't travel with tools so did the best we could to get the door secure.Breakfast was a lil sad but we didn't starve.I would never feel safe bringing my grandchildren here and we will not be returning .

    The room itself was dirty. Either ground in dirt or mold on the floor of the tub. Holes in the walls and baseboards in bathroom. No toilet lid. The heater did not work it would kick on and immediately kick off flashing low battery on the wall thermostat. The coffee in the morning was like mud. The staff was friendly upon arrival and an average staff. Just disappointed to find our room in such poor condition. In the hallway there were missing ceiling tiles and exposed wires. The elevator smelled terrible and was dirty.

    Check in was easy & location is decent- those are my two pros out of this entire one night stay. Upon entering the room, I was hit with a very foul odor.. mildew was my guess. One of the pillow cases had these dark brown spots on it… sheet also had a yellow stain as well. Tv channels are slim to none. Smoke detector was removed as well, for whatever reason. Pool area is a disaster.. both side doors by the pool that lead up to the rooms do not work! I have seen the doors propped open with rocks so anyone can just walk on in. Honestly, next time I’m in the area, I will pay a little more for a nicer hotel & one that offers the exact amenities as advertised because this place doesn’t have anything but bugs, random hairs & non working appliances & elevator. How this place hasn’t been shut down yet, I’ll never know. But do yourself a favor & stay elsewhere.

    This hotel is run down and in need of repairs. The room I stayed in smells like moth balls were dropped in the AC unit. Will not be a returning guest.

    The Baymont was a welcome surprise. The front lobby gave the first clue that the room would be clean and we were not disappointed. The best thing was, for these two exhausted travelers, was the comfort of the beds. We literally fell asleep right away. The only drawback was that the pool was closed. I was told that several pools in the area were closed and were owned by the same company who, despite being the middle of summer, didn't care to have them open. My suggestion is, if you're looking for a hotel with a pool, before booking, call and ask if it's operational.

    Never stay here, I came for my graduation at it was a lot of illegal activity. Not to mention, the rooms were and not very clean. Total disappointment after driving 8 hours from Texas. I will not change my review.

    I had a very bad experience in this hotel. Had to change rooms because of mold in the bathroom. Drapes were torn. Had to get a remote from the front desk to use the TV and there was only a few channels. No phones in the room. Elevator broke, they made coffee but no cups for breakfast, fire alarm went off at 4 in the morning. Paper was peeling off the walls and we weren't offered anything for all the inconvenience they caused us. I think we should all get a refund. This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in.

    The air conditioning didn’t work and the room had a bad smell and the room wasn’t clean seen a lot of ants in the bathroom had to get a replacement refrigerator because the one in the room didn’t work.air conditioner made a lot of noise .just need a upgrade or remodeling the hotel .     We pulled up to the property and didn’t even risk staying the night here. 4 cars in the parking lot total and in the 10 minutes we stood in the parking lot deciding if we wanted to stay, there were 3 cars that pulled up, passenger went into the lobby and came right back out. Sketchy stuff happening here in our opinion and other locals opinions. Don’t waste your money.

    Breakfast was pretty much nothing. Don’t expect much breakfast at this hotel. Both mornings there were no cups. The first morning I used a cup of my own. The second morning i asked the girl that was there at 6 am on Saturday 4/27, if she could put out some cups. She told me where to find them in the cabinets, never looked up. I mentioned that i guess i have to find them myself. The lady that came in after her was very nice. Room could have been cleaner, but wasn't bad.

    My booking was for a king, i arrived 10 minutes after the reservation and there were no kings available. I was put in a double and not compensated the difference in price. There was pee and trash in the stairwell that was not cleaned in the 3 days i stayed, it took 3 attempts to get me into a room that was clean with locking door. The appliances didnt work in the room

    The beds and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The "breakfast" was a joke. No protein options. The room had tons of mold and the paint was peeling off the walls over the window. The refrigerator was unplugged and I lost all my food because I didn't notice it until morning.

    The first two rooms we were assigned had doors that didn’t work. When we finally got a room, there were drugs in it and a bucket of dirty water and pipes right outside the room. We were given another room, and then the front desk manager walked in on us at 9:44pm when we were sleeping. Absolutely awful.

    Changed rooms three times. First room covered in pubic hair. Second room had window propped open unbeknownst to me and someone could have came in while I was sleeping, and there were cigarette butts and ashes between table and bed. Third room, air barely worked. Told the mgr, Tina, she was rude. I have chemo yesterday and just needed to sleep but was only able to get two hours. She refused to refund my money or any type of compensation. I was treated horribly. Tina and housekeeping set on bench right by front door smoking. Like someone with cancer needs to breathe that!!

    It had looked as if someone laid on the bed after it being made. The comforter had multiple stains, the sheets had multiple stains. There was someone else’s hair in the shower. We ending up just checking out after about 30 minutes and going and staying at the holiday inn.
