Very small bathroom for an extended stay hotel. Back door would not work with key card so staff said to use a rock to prop the door open. Needed more lighting in the back parking lot. Only had 1 working dryer in the guest laundry and it did not dry well. Overall it was a good hotel and would stay again if in that area though.

There is No Hot Tub. The listing on Expedia is wrong! The woman at the front desk (Sherri) was helpful, but she stated Expedia hasn't removed the pool/hot tub information....Expedia said it was the fault of the hotel. I was traveling from out of state with my 3 kids and a pool is almost a requirement for us. So when we were surprised to learn that there isn't a pool, it was a big situation. It was a struggle to get a refund or for Expedia to find an alternative room...which the room was clean and had the rare/hard to find pull out couch. Just be aware that the Expedia posting is wrong....there is NO POOL

Bed was okay Hotel staff told us we could park across the street as we wouldn't fit in the hotel parking lot. We were towing a broken down classic vehicle on uhaul rental equipment. I thought there was no problem. Started to pack up and leave only to find our vehicles were missing. Went in an asked if they saw anything. Was told to call the number on sign that was missed when we parked. Was told by hotel staff then that they had never seen a vehicle towed from that lot. Hotel staff led me to believe it was an okay place to put our oversize vehicle. Dicks Towing Company towed our vehicles and charged us $760 to release our vehicle. We were there to participate in the 2026 Hot Rod Power Tour which Dicks Towing is a sponsor. I feel like we were setup. The hotel staff knew we were getting towed and did nothing. Easy money.

Bathroom is small and mattress is a little old. The room is really clean and the towels and sheets seem to be brand new. I would stay here again.

Can’t think of a thing that I liked about this hotel. Did not match the website pictures and was not in a very safe neighborhood. Had people going in and out all night long very loud and uncomfortable.

We’ve stayed here for the last three years when we come into town for the races. We’ve come back each year because we like the location of the facility and have always had good interactions with the staff however, the facility in general is getting rundown and in need of repair which is becoming more and more evident each year we come back. I really like that there is no carpeting in the rooms as that tends to hold order and allergens. I also love the kitchen in our room that is fully stocked with cookware but that’s where my positive review ends. It is by no fault of the front desk or cleaning staff it is more of a maintenance issue. The sink in the bathroom looked like it could just fall off the wall. The water out of the shower is like a trickle. There is a definitely lean to the floor in the rooms on the second floor and the elevator floor trim as you’re getting in looks bowed, and water damaged that in time will become a tripping hazard. This year our room was right next to the elevator, which was very loud and obnoxious throughout the night. When the toilet was flushed there was a very loud squeal as water was trying to go through the pipes. It’s a very affordable stay however if you’re looking for a place that shows that they maintain the facility properly, I would not recommend.
- 3/5
We stayed here once before and had a much better experience, so we decided to stay again. There was a dirty pillow on one of the beds and the comforter had small pieces of something all over it. We thought the hot water didn’t work and requested maintenance, which never came, but we thankfully figured out that you had to turn on the cold water to get hot water and vice versa…the receptionist didn’t mention that, and it doesn’t seem that she knew that either. She seemed very indifferent to our issues, which was not what we experienced at our previous stay. There was constantly water in the floor by the ice machine, and dirt/mud from people walking through. It’s a nice property, but you can tell the cleaning staff doesn’t do their due diligence.
- 5/5
Nice location, adequate parking, comfortable bed and cold air conditioning .
- 5/5
Front staff... especially the first shift lady was. AMAZING!!
- 1/5
Firstly, the listing said pool or hot tub. They do not have either of those. Secondly there was a stain on one of the sheets. Thirdly, when the front desk was informed, it seemed to annoy her. Rather than apologize and say they were going to get right on it, she said well I need to eat my lunch and we are pretty busy.

Terrible. I got banned because I had a guest come over. His appearance was a little rough . He got to the hotel before I was Ava to let him in the room so he sat in the lobby (the security guard says he was in the lobby and walking around butcher states he was sitting by the stairs until I was ready smthe security guard told me he didn’t like people and that he needed to leave I let him in the room as I had the king suite the sofa has a pullout bed I don’t see why I wouldn’t have be allowed a guest. The security guard said he’s not going to kick him out but I can and I’m like no he was invited in he did not cause any issues he was quiet and kept to himself. The next morning I went to recheck in and the manager told me that was going to be my last day there and that I could not have that guest there. Well being as that my guest was WITH me I didn’t kick him out me and everyone in my room was quiet all day I stepped out a couple times for a cigarette. At some point him and my bf went to the speedway to get some drinks and snacks for us and as soon as the two left the security guard called me (this was like 4 am as my bf had to be up early for work.) and tells me I am not going to be able to extend my stay I asked why and I was told because of strange “traffic and that I was told not to have my guest there Y? so they made me put my family outside in the cold to freeze with no car or no other place to go I think this was very inhumane and ridiculous and now I’m banned . REFUND ME
- 4/5
The room. It was big and spacious.
- 3/5
Staff was lowkey weird expect for shaniyah idk how to spell her name. It smelled terrible and the room was surface level cleaned. But grateful that it kept me warm from the cold weather.
- 3/5
I liked the stay but I didn’t love it, as I was in my room me and my family were relaxing when all of a sudden the door just opened but since I had the safety lock they couldn’t walk in. But I’m not sure how they were able to open it since you need a card to even get in, the door to the room I was staying it didn’t lock so I had to use the safety lock so I honestly didn’t feel 100% safe as a women with her kids. The page says they have a pool and hot tub in which they didn’t that’s one of the reasons why I booked my stay there too but It was okay I could have found better though.
- 2/5
Cooking top gas is sensitive to pot size and that while I rated kitchen stove as 2/5. Overall of the amenities 4/5. Staff rating 5/5 very helpful.
- 5/5
Great place to stay will stay again

Was very clean neat I have no complaints at all will be staying again

The first room we were given had a broken deadbolt lock. The second room had issues with the door lock as well. It was clean and fairly quiet but did not feel secure.

It was very quiet and comfortable.

Older property, unfriendly staff, thin walls
- 5/5
It was a clean place and family friendly.
- 3/5
Full size appliances in room was great. The air conditioning didn't regulate properly. There wasn't a staff person at front desk and had to wait more than 20 minutes to be checked in. The staff was very professional was they appeared.
- 3/5
The first room rm 200 the A/C didn't work ..the second room Rm 204The water pressure in the shower is almost none existed barely comes out... Other than that love the room the area is great the young lady that assisted me upon arrival the so great throughout my stay very polite friendly and an overall great customer service
- 3/5
The staff were friendly & as helpful as could be, but the cleanliness of the property was questionable. No clean towels were available at the front desk. When I asked housekeeping about clean linen, she pulled towels from the cart that she was pushing while cleaning rooms. They weren’t folded, so it can be easily assumed that I was given dirty towels. Also, I woke up to a roach in the bed beside me.
- 4/5
Good location. Friendly staff. Just need better water pressure coming out the shower.
- 4/5
Nice staff
- 5/5
The staff went above and beyond to help me print our race tickets because I forgot!
- 3/5
The staff were friendly and helpful. However, we stayed here the same time of year last year and found the hotel had deteriorated substantially over the last year. The elevator needs substantial maintenance as the slack in the chain would cause a drastic jerk when it would begin to move. They also no longer have Continental breakfast offered. As for our room the counter in our bathroom was just hanging there, like someone had sat on it or pushed down on it. The shower head was so clogged With hard water deposit that water was barely trickling out. There was dirt in every corner of the room. I’d live to say that I’d be back next year but I can’t guarantee that due to the state we found the room in this year.
- 5/5
They're very accommodating.
- 5/5
All good
- 2/5
This hotel is literally psrt of a program to hiuse the homeless. The cops showed up every night. There were loud people, fights, loud children, horrible cooking odors, and I'm pretty sure prostitution. My room was dirty with hair, grime, dust. I was awoken in the middle of the night 2 out of 5 nights by people yelling in the hallway.
- 4/5
The employees are all very accommodating and the hotel is very well kept. Overall very pleased!
- 1/5
Price good. Room was not clean, bathroom was the worst. Room never vacuumed, not towels or toilet paper in bathroom. Toilet lid dirty.

The room was not the cleanest dirty fries under coach. Smoke detector making a loud noise indicating need battery will sound all night. Got to hotel with kids at 1 am and was woke up by dogs barking next door called down to front desk after half hour later called back and those people left dogs in there room and have to wait til they come up. By now everyone is up and worst place ecer
- 5/5
I didn’t like the fact that someone walked in and watched me attempt to work out but they did lock the doors
- 3/5
The hall way smelled too many pets
- 1/5
The room was dirty, there was a roach on the floor and overall it was just not the best
- 3/5
Many vacant buildings in the area. Floor was sticky in our room. It seems like there are many long term residents. This morning when we left, more than half the rooms had huge bags of trash outside their doors. Oversize parking is parking outside the parking lot along the access road. No restaurants nearby.
- 5/5
Me ha gustado mucho , lo recomiendo
- 5/5
Clean and staff was helpful.
- 4/5
The kitchenette was nice and reasonably well equipped. The breakfast is limited and only available until 9 AM.
- 2/5
The staff was great and friendly...that was the good. The breakfast was just some mini muffins. We went out for breakfast. The walls are thin so you hear everything from other rooms and hallway. The TV was a smart that barely worked and needed to be reset every time it was turned on. The homeless were camped across the parking lot at an old closed Steak & Shake. Not bothersome but it gives an idea of the place you are at. We will not stay here again.
- 3/5
The room had a peculiar odor which made the stay uncomfortable. The floors were not well swept, and we were left with a used bottle of shampoo. Personnel was friendly but not enough for us to come back. In addition, the microwave was larger than the TV. You can do better.
- 3/5
The stay was not what i expected. The cleaning was non existence. Our trash in our room was never dumped. The only reason the dirty towels were picked up is because we sat them outside the door. The floors was extremely dirty. The hotel did not have breakfast.
- 1/5
Filthy floor in bathroom. Hair everywhere. People up after 11pm messing around in the weight room making all kinds of noise - no closure time on room. People up all hours of the night in neighboring rooms talking - no sound insulation between rooms.
- 1/5
Front desk people were rude, and our room was not clean at all. Our bathroom toilet literally had poop in it, lots of crumbs on the floor, and when we asked for extra towels they lady had an attitude. I get if your don’t like your damn job quit, that no reason to treat people that come to stay at the hote. First and last time we stay at that hotel.
- 4/5
Clean rooms & friendly staff

everything was perfect everything was close to the hotel The only thing that didn't have as much variety for breakfast but the rest was perfect I would come back again

Bathroom and tub could use an upgrade. Couldn't figure out how the get hot water from faucet. Shower wall was cracked.
- 2/5
The room that I had the heat stopped working, or altogether wasn’t working, was gone most of the day, but when I came back to turn on the heat, it was freezing in the room had to switch rooms, which was unfortunate, because we were already all unpacked
- 2/5
No hot water in my 1st room had to change in middle of night 2nd room no cold water in bathroom sink
- 1/5
Every other Hotel in Joliet gives you until 12. The lady at the front desk made is so difficult to extend for 1 day I would never stay at another main stay. Very rude and uncooperative. Stayed down the street at clarion where extending the next day over the phone was easy as it should be.
- 4/5
Easy in off I80 and convenient. Nice staff, better than expected kitchenette rooms than much nicer hotels.
- 4/5
Comfortable and reasonable price, close to hospital, restaurants and shopping. What I didn't like was the people including the front desk clerk smoking at the entrance door to the hotel. The second night I was there, a person was on his phone in the middle of the night on speaker phone, talking really loud.
- 3/5
The tub didn’t seem cleaned looked run down. Staff were supper nice. Just an older looking building walls are thin you can hear everyone or everyday being open or closed.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean, the staff courteous. The room had a full kitchenette, and met my needs perfectly. I was pleased with the hotel and room for the price!
- 5/5
Close to sams, but walls are paper thin so you could hear everything in adjacent rooms.
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
My room was very nice. Love the floors!
- 2/5
The staff is very nice, but the clientele is sketchy. There was a drug fueled party in the room next to me that started at 2:30 in the morning and didn't stop until dawn. Better to spend a few extra bucks and get a good experience.
- 2/5
Lacking cleanliness and no shower curtain in the bathtoom
- 1/5
Worst experince staying at a hotel in my life. Ive never been so frustrated or disgusted. The first room they put us in was not clean and there was throw up on the counter, the second room was fine, however a hour after we left for an event i received a call saying we were being moved to another room and my back would be available for pick up at the counter. Our third room was without ac and when we went in it was 80 degrees in the bedroom, i went back down to the counter and she gave us a fourth room that was already occupied when we opened the door. Never, ever, never, ever, ever again would i stay nor would i recommend!
- 5/5
the desk clerks were very helpful with directions, recommendations, and availability for hotel services.
- 4/5
It was convenient for what we needed and the cost was rather higher than anticipated! We needed to be in that general vicinity so that made it good!
- 4/5
The staff were fantastic, good stop over point for us
- 1/5
Hotel called and said they didnt have a room that would accommodate us and said we wouldn’t get charged for the room
- 3/5
When I checked in they stated. Check your room- make sure the AC is working and the toilet flushes and the tv works. We have been doing some remodeling and have had some issues. Those items did work but just wasn’t the first impression I was expecting. Gentlemen came in asking for best rate. They quoted 25 more than what I paid- wouldn’t you want to rent every room possible? Why not bargain or lower the price if someone asks especially after 6 pm when foot traffic drops.
- 3/5
Hotel is in good shape and it was clean. Area feals really safe. Breakfast was really poor only muffins and coffee but at least is something. I would recomend it if breakfast is not that important.
- 1/5
Wen i checked in my room was not ready it was still dirty i had to wait 40 minutes for them to have my room ready. Nothing worked, bathroom sink was clogged, toilet wouldn't flush, floors were very dirty and sticky, tv didn't turn on, and the phone didn't work.
- 3/5
Everything was fine except the bed wasn’t comfortable at all. No vending machines
- 5/5
Clean ..except the bathrooms recently updates ..nice attentive staff ..for the price comfort and location were perfect for our purpose
- 4/5
I like the friendly staff, the kitchens in the room and big refrigerator.
- 5/5
I was apprehensive about taking my dog for the first time to stay at a hotel. I wasn’t sure how he would behave when I left him alone. Upon entering I was greeted at the front desk with a warm welcome by a lady that had a little dog following her around. We were checked in and I asked about the swimming pool. The amenities online stated that it would have a pool and they don’t. We were a little disappointed but since this was Orbitz issue for not updating the amenities, I let it go. We were there for four nights so I also enquired bout the laundry facility and she told me they have one on site and can give me some change if I need it. We got into our room and it was nice. There was new cookware and a new dishwasher and large fridge. The next day we were planning to go out for a while. As soon as I left, my do started barking. I was concerned because we couldn’t take him with us and leave him in the car. I went to the front to ask if it would be an issue and she informed me that there was a trucker in the next room that was a day sleeper. The. Ache started to check the other rooms. She found one on the other side of the hotel and upstairs where there weren’t any guests and said we could move there and his barking shouldn’t bother anyone. We were grateful and got moved. The new room was also near a side exit so she said we could use that door and it would be easier to take him out. My dog got acclimated, the rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable and the staff was amazing!

Advertised as coming with breakfast, but no breakfast. There was a phone but it was not connected. No maid service.
- 2/5
From the pictures, I thought I had booked a decent hotel. Showed up and it looked pretty janky on the outside. Tried to go in and the door was locked (9pm). There was no one at the desk. We stood outside banging on the doors for some time and finally someone emerged to let us in. Once we finally go in our room, it smelled TERRIBLE. The smoke detector missing and the wiring was hanging out of the ceiling. I could go on, but why? Just stay somewhere else.
- 2/5
It’s basically a motel. It was a bad odor inside the hotel. I would never stay again
- 3/5
I didn’t get booked room, because they were out. A lot of things are broken or malfunctioning. Very nice staff though.
- 4/5
Rooftop pool and bar/ restaurant was nice. Easy access to subways
- 4/5
I can't emphasize enough that your two female desk mangers were delightful and very helpful!!
- 1/5
We checked into our room and then left to go to a concert. When we got back the keys to our room did not work and there was someone else in our room. Someone took out our luggage and cooler and it was on a luggage cart by the office. Very upset and angry about this. Will not stay there again.
- 5/5
My family and I had a very nice stay. The room was clean and to our liking. We were so comfortable and my kids slept so good. The beds were soft and the sheets and blanket were so fresh and clean. We definitely will stay again in the future.

Worst hotel I have stayed in in many years. Horrible check-in dirty broken. About the only thing I can say the beds were comfortable and just praying that they were clean. Spilled some water on the floor so use bathmat to wipe up and it was filthy dirty.
- 2/5
Bathroom was dirty. People sitting at the entrance smoking pot when we arrived. Breakfast was not typical hotel breaks but some packaged muffins set out.
- 3/5
None
- 1/5
The new room was cleaner but there was no heat or air…found it to be unplugged but still wouldn’t work once I plugged it in. Walls were cracked at the ceilings. Carpets were dirty. For $155 I expected a decent room.
- 2/5
When checking in the staff was nice and were quick. Once we got our keys we walked to the hall and smelled porta potty, urine, terrible smell. We ignored it since our room smelled fine and then we realized the window lock was broken and we were on the first floor. The front desk came to check and switched rooms for us when she seen it was broken. We told her it would just be two of us and we didn't need anything special but we just wanted a working tv as a joke to lighten the mood for the worker. We had to go to an event so didn't stay long in the new room. When we came back after our event we found that the tv didn't work. It was very late and we just left it alone. Over all I would not want to go back there due to the condition of the building.
- 4/5
Mattress and bedding very comfortable. When the heater started to run I thought a semi had parked below our window.
- 5/5
Great rooms comfortable bed

Even though I was only staying one night, the room was on the first floor, clean, staff was very friendly and sooo much better than the Quality Inn I had just stayed in for 3 days in Holland, Michigan. My room was on the second floor, there was NO elevator, the building was old and not well cared for. I also wasn't told that I needed to ask for our room to be cleaned every day, so we didn't get fresh towels until I asked for them. I was told the hotel staff was small and they were doing the best they could given the circumstances.
- 5/5
It was nice
- 1/5
Horrible, don't go here. Picked for the pool. Heater was broken, pool was frigid/unusable. Pool area was dirty, unkept. Lounge chairs were old, dilapidated. Furniture in the room was broken, literally falling apart. Microwave was on a stand and cord didn't reach the outlet, had to pick up microwave and put on dresser to use it. Staff was nice enough, but they are being dealt a bad hand by the ownership, this place is falling apart. Also, there was a party going on next door until 1am, staff tried to settle them down, and it somewhat helped, but they were still loud. Bottom line.....Don't go here.
- 4/5
It’s Was Relaxing And Very Quite
- 1/5
The water in the pool was cold it was warm at all.And I was charged for 3rooms on my card instead of the 2 I purchased. Lisa Watters was very pleasant
- 4/5
Clean rooms nice staff. Worth the money for the room
- 2/5
Got to our Room the heat was not working . We found black long hairs in the bathroom floor. This is the first time that ever happen. We usually stay there 2 to 3 times a year when we take a road trip to South Dakota.
- 5/5
People were nice. Friendly. Place was clean and neat.
- 4/5
I liked that the room was clean and i loved the hot tub and pool.
- 2/5
Shabby and dated. The staff seemed put out by having to come to the desk to check us in and out.
- 4/5
We take route 80 to South Dakota, so very convenience to stay there. On and off 80.
- 4/5
The people were great and friendly. Room could of been be cleaner though. But was a nice stay for price that was close to Hollywood Casino in Joliet.
- 3/5
Would of loved to use pool but way to cold. One of the reasons I chose your hotel was the pool had I known your pool wasn't heated I would of booked at another hotel. Very friendly staff!
- 4/5
Decent but older neighborhood. In a parking lot of a Sams Club. Full breakfast but most tasted old or reheated
- 2/5
When we checked in the room we were given was already occupied by someone else, so we basically walked in on someone else's room unannounced. The second room given to us was a double, not the king we booked, the cover on the back of the toilet was missing, we didn't have a remote control for the tv, and the room shared a wall with the pool, so the noise was very very loud.
- 3/5
The hotel was okay. We have stayed here one other time because of the price. It has everything you would need for a night or two stay but there are two complaints I have. 1. Water pressure in our room was terrible. Hard to wash up and shower. And 2. The beds are terribly uncomfortable. They are very firm and have little give so we found ourselves waking up and turning quite a few times. Otherwise, the stay was okay.
- 4/5
The pool and spa walls are dirty and need to be scrubbed. I needed my door key reset repeatedly. The staff tried to help but they never did solve the problem. Don't use the extra roll away bed they have. It was very beat up and would not have held anyone other ghan my 7year old. Breakfast was pretty standard. One of the workers there did an amazing job. The other one did pretty much nothing the entire breakfast but talk and didn't seem to like it much when we asked for forks because they were out. Overall is ok but i feel it should be priced a little less. I have stayed in much better rooms for less money.
- 4/5
Clean and spacious room for a one night stay In Joliet.
- 4/5
Good breakfast. Place could have been a little cleaner.
