We stayed on the 3rd floor and we were right by the elevator and the ice machine. We could hear everything all night long. We didn’t get much sleep. There was a gap under the doorway as well. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Parking was okay, weird fees they kept trying to charge like 10$ per visitor are ridiculous. The elevator was terrifying. Breakfast lackluster. Room had duct tape on blinds. The room keys needed to be exchanged multiple times for not working.

The property manager and staff were friendly and went over the top to provide anything we needed. The rooms were very clean. I would defiantly recommend this place and stay again when visiting in this area.

the room was clean but definitely needs some tlc a lot of chipping on the ceiling and the leather on the headboard was cracked and peeling. Definitely needs the shower head cleaned. and the breakfast was just ok. the pancake machine wasn’t up for the 2 days i was there so there was just a bowl of room temp frozen waffles there to put in the toaster, not even covered. would stay here in a pinch (which was why we stayed here) but i wouldn’t choose it personally.

Could not stay there! Rude staff The front desk employee or manager was belligerent and non understanding of what I was asking. He would not give me my money back because I booked with Expedia. The rating is totally fictitious. When you walk the doors there’s only one luggage cart in the front; which was broken. The place smells terrible. The front desk clerk was rude, I was extremely tired and my tone was very polite, he kept repeating ID and that he didn’t want to see my Expedia confirmation number. When I had gotten into my room the carpet smelled bad. Dirty. The back of the bed was scratched from dogs or cats or something. The room smelt absolutely unliveable I walked out and asked for my money back. They said no. I went to the hotel next-door and booked a room and left and unfairly treated and disappointed. I am a platinum member of BestWestern. Shame on a situation and for running this hotel into the ground.

Charging $10 per guest to visit was ridiculous. FYI They have $50 hold on credit card for possible necessities.

The plumbing is bad, the toilet was so clogged up that it spilled on the floor. There is no maintenance person so the guy from the front desk came with a plumber. No cleaner was put on the floor and toilet water was still left on the floor when he finished so we couldn’t even take a shower and had to use the bathroom across the street at the mall

Dirty, Half of the second floor smelled so bad we held our breath while walking to our room, elevator felt like it was going to come apart , the Breakfast was the only thing it had going for it because it was average continental breakfast with an espresso machine. August 2025

Staff was nice. Any and everything else could use updating.

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. While sitting in the dining room sipping coffee, the receptionists got angry and shut the lights off while i was sitting there. Lastly, it was a pile of Ants on the food in the room. I brought the issues to receptionists attention and was treated as if my black dollars were irrelevant.

Kudos to the housekeeping staff. Everything was clean and breakfast was good. I was disappointed at how rude lots of the guests were…noise in the hallway at 2am, a dog in the breakfast area during service…stuff like that was really unusual and nobody that worked there was concerned. Also, there is no coffee pot in the room which we hated. We were near friends and family so we weren’t in the room much. Bed was comfy but bedding needed to be replaced.

The room wasn't really clean. That bed sheets has stains on it. There was taco shells on the floor underneath the Heating and cool unit. The lamp on my left hand side did not work. The bub was out.

The property was very well maintained and clean. The rooms were spacious, updated, and modern. The bathroom was very clean, and lots of counter space with a nice walk in shower. Our suite had a couch and an additional tv. The breakfast offered was very nice and plentiful. Good options of beer, water, snacks, and even a few slot machines. The exercise room was full of machines and lots of towels for use. Plenty of parking as well. Would definitely stay here again for another trip.

The staff was very friendly and on top of everything from check in to check out. As soon as you walk in the hotel smells very good, which is very important to me. The rooms are clean and very comfortable as well. I will be staying again when I’m in town. 5 stars!

I stayed for a SCUBA training not far away. Breakfast was nice and the coffee machine at breakfast was a nice addition I had never seen before. I would gladly say here again when attending the next dive training.

Modern and clean

The room was nice, good sized, and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and safe. The ice machine on the first floor was out of service which was a bit inconvenient but the one on the third floor worked fine. My only real complaint was that there was no breakfast (zero food, only coffee and cranberry juice) for the first 4 days of our week-long stay because they had no supplies and were "waiting for a truck". This didn't bother us too much because we were visiting family so we were not counting on breakfast, but it was still a bit unforgivable that they had such poor planning to completely run out of food for several days. However, they did have very good coffee.

Upon checkin no tissues or hand towels in bathroom did tell front desk and they corrected. Bed and pillows uncomfortable, sheets and towels very worn and scratchy - thus place needs many updates - it did however serve its purpose - a place to sleep close to family.

The pool had paint chipping and surface was worn, the room had a slight smell but was clean. Staff was accommodating but had to take my kids elsewhere because you get the feeling they are unwanted by the staff. Note that they take your deposit for things beyond their policy. The mall was very disappointing, stores are so desperate that they harrass you to come shop.

Our family of four stayed one night in this hotel in a king room. We had ample space to set up two portable cribs for the kids and still had room to move around. The room was clean and well furnished and the bed was comfortable with nice pillows, not the feathery fluff kind. The staff was amazing at this location. At check in, they even let my daughter pick some candy from the pantry for free which was very kind of them. This location also has a complementary EV charging parking spot which we used. We just had to ask the front desk and we were able to use the charger and it saved us time with being able to charge overnight. The breakfast was really really good, they had a cool pancake maker and a coffee machine that could make anything from black coffee to espresso lattes. Everything was good and well stocked. You could tell this facility has went through a refresh recently and it really paid off. It’s well cared for and I’d stay there again most definitely.

we had a few issues…pool wasn’t open when we arrived, door was loose so the key didn’t always work, and the neighbors were very noisy when their doors were open, which was often because they were friends with the people across the hall, the pancake machine was either broke or not filled with batter. But, really, none of that mattered because we were convenient to where we wanted to go, when the pool did open it was great, and the staff was always very accommodating.

I didn't think the hotel would be this bad; thinking that it was Best Western, I thought it would be a good choice but it wasn't.

Saturday night after returning back to our room, the front desk needed to replace our key. The young man didn’t ask me for an id just my room number. That IS DANGEROUS ‼️ I asked him does he need to see my id, she said no. Please correct this ASAP!!

It's a good, basic hotel.

Stay was good. Sink didn’t drain very well. Also could hear people screaming at each other thru walls but not necessarily hotels fault. Blankets ok but if you sleep cold, bring extra. Staff was all friendly, especially female housekeeper on Saturday night. She made sure we had everything we needed and was so sweet.

CONS: Pool felt like bath water - glad it wasn’t cold but it also wasn’t refreshing; bathroom was tiny (think standard public bathroom stall where it’s hard to close door without moving all the way in and to the side of the toilet).

I asked for a receipt and never got it. I asked for housekeeping service and never got it.

I had been on the road all day and night. I called them around 4am and expressed concerns about moving up check in time (that is at 3pm) up because I was extremely tired.They let me check in as early as 9:30 and even allowed me to eat breakfast that ending at 9am. I really appreciate them working with me.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. I needed a pet friendly hotel that accepted both cats & dogs. I had booked at another hotel, but they didn't bother to mention that they didn't accept cats, so i was in a bind after driving for 14 hours. This hotel came through. I was very happy with my stay. The bed was comfortable & the room was very clean.

I enjoyed this stay more than I thought I would. Decent included breakfast and pool. I did not like where the ice machine was, LOL. Small thing. I believe it might be an older HVAC system in the hotel that caused noise at night in my first-floor room. Victor and housekeeping were great!

Breakfast was good. Just disappointed with how dirty my room felt. Toilet, fridge, tv remote, gross looking stains on chairs and countertops needed to be wiped. I felt like I didn’t want to touch anything during my stay

The hotel was clean and breakfast was great. Only complaint is we stayed at the other best western in Joilet and switched for the next night to your because it had a hot tub. Paid 40 more for the hot tub to be broken. You should haveit on the website that the hot tub is down for repairs

Clean facility and in a good area

The room was nice but the toilet was loose needs to be fixed there was no tissue in the tissue box and there was spider webs on the lamp on the table cleaning service needs to be done more efficient other than that beautiful I'll stay there again and again and again

The stay was excellent. The staff was friendly. My only complaint is that I was next to the laundry room so I was woken up really early by machines and everything every day. But aside from that I highly recommend the property and I would definitely stay again.

Checked in to property with children in swim suits eager to find pool. Came down to use pool later and Illinois Health Authority closed it a week earlier. They should have said something, booked stay primarily for that amenity. I prepaid for stay, they charged me a second time too. It’s currently being disputed.

We are a hockey family and this hotel was close to the rink. It was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Garbages in common areas and at the back door were overflowing and needed to be emptied.

The pool was closed because of bacteria?? And this is posted on the door to pool. Expedia customers have a right to know if pool is unavailable…. Why else have filters we can select

Room smelled like dogs. we went to complain but no one could be found The office was locked. Finally found a lady working in the laundry. She went nextdoor to another building, came back and said that the office should be open now. Went back to office, waited 15 minutes and no one came. We went next door to Red Roof Inn and syayed there. Would like our money back. Please help.

I picked the Hotel because of the pool and spa. They were closed by health Department, so my family couldn't use the pool facility.

From the beginning of our journey CeCe was attentive, she gave us a call when our room was ready which was a relief since we arrived from a red eye flight at Midway. Thank You!

The hot tub was so tiny it was like a home bath tub.

Hotel was located in walking distance to the mall and a few restaurants. Manager was very friendly.

We got this hotel while we were on a tournament and it was cold and it was the only one listed with a hot tub. The hot tub was not functioning and disgustingly dirty. The pool was dirty and not heated. The room was also old and dirty. I don’t expect this for the price I paid. The front desk has one gentlemen who looked like he was upset to be there. Won’t be staying there again.
