The bed and bedding had visible stains that made it obvious they had not been properly cleaned or changed. The bathroom was disgusting, the floors were dirty, and the entire room looked like it had been neglected for a long time. It felt unsanitary and completely unacceptable. The overall condition of the hotel showed a complete lack of cleanliness and attention to guest comfort. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Needless to say I ended up leaving due to all of this. I left feeling like basic hygiene and customer satisfaction were not a priority. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else!!!!

Stayed 3 nights. The ac was broken and not working. We were unable to change rooms due to it being overbooked. Walked into our room and there were dirty towels and wash cloths in the bathroom. There were stains on the bedding. Room was never cleaned. They only removed some of the towels daily, but never all of them. The entire property was severely dusty, threadbare carpets. Definitely not worth the money. Will never stay there again. Horrible experience.

The room was unacceptable the furniture looked like it was recovered from a dumpster ,the security lock was broken the cabinet beneath the sink had a huge area where there had been major leak , the curtains for the window looking out to parking area were shredded and dirty . We talked to customer service to help with our situation and find a another hotel in the area everything was booked so we had to drive another hour to find another hotel which was $100 more than what we originally paid . It was a terrible experience !!

I had the worst experience at this place. I did not feel safe because of the people staying there. The place was absolutely not clean at all — there were roaches everywhere, stained towels, and even hair on the bedding sheets. Very disappointing experience. I will never be going back.

The room appeared clean but stains and cracks and bits of trash were everywhere. My husband was appalled by the state of the white towels as they were covered in dark marks. We asked for replacement but they were no better. The shower was dirty and barely worked after several attempts to use it. All the linens , including towels and bedclothes needed a deep wash as they smelled. Also the smell of Marijuana was strong all throughout the hotel. We didn't dare eat any of the breakfast.

Someone smoked in the hallway on the first floor when they came inside the building causing the whole corridor to smell. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

Please choose another place to stay. Have never stayed in a dirtier, smokey smelled room. Light switches on walls look like they have never been cleaned. Bathroom door has big hole in it. Dirty walls by bed. Stairs up to second floor look like they haven’t been vacuumed in months. What a disappointment! Huge waste of money and we had two rooms we paid for!

The weight room did not have weights like shown on the web sight. Juice machine was broke and the selection for breakfast was terrible. The hotel including my room had an odor- like curry.

The hotel morning and afternoon staff was great. The room are decent, but they need to exterminate. They have a really bad Roach problem. I had to literally ask for trash basgs and put my bags in and tied them up. I refused to leavemy bags exposed in the rooms. I was sleepless all night. I hate bugs or any kind, especially ROACHES.

Toilet wasn’t flushing properly, but besides that it was a decent room.

Extremely disappointed in how filthy the bedding was. Both quilts were stain bad and the ends. Removed them and put them aside just to see the sheets were just as bad. Curtain would close because it was broke. I had to use a pen to clip them together so they would close shut. Desk and a nasty film all over the top. If I knew I could get a refund without an issue I would have asked. Lately they never do.

We arrived to a room that had urine stains all over the toilet, what looked like blood on the arm of the chair and curtains (the curtains were ripped and didn't close all of the way), the plug out of the bathtub with loads of visible hair in the drain, over all could have used a better clean found a lot of little things that were dirty as well. Most importantly though there was black mold in the refrigerator. My husband went to the front desk to inform them and they could not find anyone to come and clean it so the worker gave my husband some cleaning spray and a wash cloth. After paying almost $200 for a single night we did not expect to have to clean the room before we could relax after a 4 hour drive. The worker offered nothing as far as help or condolences. A complete waste of time and money. If we could have found another place on such short notice we would have left. I even considered sleeping in my car.

Cleanliness was terrible, the rooms have horrible smell that sticks to your clothes. The first room they gave me had a sink that was flooding the floor with water, then I noticed ants crawling everywhere so they switched me to another room that smelled so bad, the ac had a terrible smell as well. I had to light candles to mask it. The walls are dirty, the sink had grime around it and the tub was filthy on top of all the pesky flies. The sheets had blood stains and didn’t smell clean. The microwave wasn’t sanitary. The chair in the room was cut up and heavily stained with who knows what. One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in by far. Walking into hotel was a strong smell of marijuana, the rooms smelled like stale cigarette smoke and mildew. The carpet felt so gross and sticky we had to wash our feet cause they were black before leaving. Had to adjust the catch for deadbot to actually lock, bathroom door hinges were crazy rusty, door didn't move smoothly. Breakfast was less than mediocre, the staff was friendly enough. Recommend spend the extra money and get something better.

I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We stopped here for the night during a severe rainstorm. We should have thought twice when a couple came to the front desk to check out after having just checked in, saying they would just drive the 4 hours to where they were going. When we walked into the lobby, the first thing we noticed was the smell of pot. It only got worse as we went up to the second floor toward our rooms. Once inside, we noticed that the light switches looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. The bedding looked as if it had not been washed. There were yellow stains on the pillowcases, hair on the sheets, along with spots that looked like someone had slept there for several days without bathing. The bathroom wall looked like someone had picked their nose and wiped it on the wall, and there was pubic hair in the bathtub.

Thank goodness for the property! In desperate need of a place to stay late on a stormy night after a bad hotel experience next door, the clerk was so sweet & helpful, the room was clean w/ very comfortable beds, quiet parking lot with no riff raff. We felt safe and had a comfortable night’s rest. Thank you Baymont!

Shower was not working

I was somewhat disappointed that there were random people sitting outside the door smoking. The front desk attendant was sitting on the couch in the lobby with another male lounging and talking as if I distrubed her. She checked me in without asking questions or giving me directions. As soon as she checked me in, she immediately went back to her male friend on the couch and continued talking. The room was decent but the bathroom my my ... Filthy. The toilet was clogged, ceiling has brown spots, and the handle to use the shower was broken. If the bathroom was as decent as the room, that would have been one thing off the list. I have stayed with this brand many times but never this location. Needs a major upgrade and management attention.

The worst hotel ever

The hotel was just fine but there wasn't any place close to eat.

Customer service was/is welcoming. Room was clean. They showers curtain bed comforter and headboard had some kind of stain(s) the office chair vinyl was peeling the small refrigerator has damaged.

I was given keys for room 122 I immediately went back to the front desk and requested a new room the linen I'm the room was soiled I took pictures so I was given another room 102 and this room had the same issues and the carpet was dirty I asked for fresh linen I was given a blanket from the dryer with stains too I asked for a vacuum I knew she'd say I'll come by she gave me the vacuum to clean my own room I'm so never staying at a Baymont hotel this was ridiculous

Place was crawling with Crackheads and they just walked in from.the street knocking on doors. Dirty Carpets and The sheets smelled like mildew just like the halls. Drug addicts all outside.

The staff was very friendly, and our rooms smelled clean with clean comfortable bedding. The bathroom light fixture cover fell on me while showering (light plastic so it didn't hurt) and there was a brown water stain ring in the bottom of the tub. Otherwise, our stay was comfortable. Ac and heat worked just fine.

I had called & complain about the shower situation & both times I didn’t get much help. Then I had employee speak to me rudely won’t be coming here again.

My room had peeling paint in the bathroom and above the bed. Very little insulation between the units and the adjoining room to me had someone with a very bad cough and it sounded like they were in my room.

Ants in the bedroom, drug dealers openly dealing in the parking lot, mold in the bathroom, filthy and stained sheets. I was originally scheduled to stay 6 nights, left after the 3rd night after the hotel lost power for a two hours while every other home and business in the area still maintained power. Ty l when asked about the power outage the front desk nonchalantly told me that it happens from time to time.

The shower didn’t work nor the microwave. Other than that it was fairly clean and a nice comfy room with good amenities. Wish the shower and microwave would’ve worked as I did need to use them.

Shower head, faucet, drain all need replaced. Sink drain completely rusted and there was an oder coming up from the pipes, awful. It’s a place where mostly truckers stay. As a single woman I really didn’t feel comfortable. It’s 2 floors….no elevator.

There was nothing to like. Entrance to the room was directly into the bathroom vanity, the room had a bad odor and so did the bed linen. The bathtub was dirty, looked like it had never been cleaned. I couldn't wait to leave this place and will further be weary of using the Wyndham properties. In the end it was the worst I have ever seen in any Wyndham chain. Also, the appearance of the lobby seemed old as were the steps going up to the 2nd floor where our room was located.

There was pubic hair in my tub, the hot tub didnt work and my sheets were dirty. Was told to call Expedia to let them know the hotel will refund me $50 for inconvenience. $50 are you kidding me!! I pa $220 for the room!!! They tried finding another hotel with the same accommodations but no luck which i knew he wouldnt find anything!

This hotel is a joke no a/c on any room,very durty,no breakfast available last time we stay here.

Shady group of dudes outside lot sitting along wall getting hi and boozing and leaving all there trash ouside next morning. Not inviting to families. Bathroom floor so dirty we wiped it before going in. Carpet filthy. Thank god no bed bugs. Only positive thing young staff member was so helpful for free breakfast.

BED BUGS!! BE AWARE. During my stay, found out my room had bed bugs. I then went down to the staff in the lobby to let them know and they acted as if I brought them. Then when i threated to let the EPA know, that's when they acknowledged the fact that there is bed bugs then offered to changed my room and offered a discount etc. I left the next day. DO NOT STAY HERE regardless of how cheap it is.

The outside parking lot was not kept up well. It was a bit dark and there were fast food bags left around by other patrons. It was also pretty obvious that people were smoking in their rooms as it permeated the hallways.

When I arrived I was put into a room that had stains all over the sheets. Looked as if someone had peed the bed. I asked for a different room and was granted one. After checking the sheets I agreed to stay in that room. When I went to go to bed I noticed the latch had been broken off the door. I was not able to sleep well that night. Since I did not have the money to get a different room at a different location I had to suck it up. Well come morning in the shower I noticed black mold all over the ceiling. Was told they would not have another room available. Overall a terrible experience.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at this hotel. Each time our room has been very clean and comfortable. Front desk workers are always quick with check in and helpful if we need anything during our stay.

No elevator to 2nd floor. Tv had minimums channels and no guide. Shower curtain did not close. Ceiling damage in the shower

Front desk was always empty, people outside fighting and screaming in the middle of the night, I went to use the coffee maker and it was dirty, breakfast was disappointing with very limited options, we never had any of maids come and bring us fresh towels or anything, we weren’t provided with shampoo or conditioner. Overall it was just a bad experience and I couldn’t wait to leave, consider a motel because it’s cheaper and probably cleaner.

decent access! the staff was great! Alot of local rif raf and homeless outside all hours of the night but never had any issues with any of them. The hotel owner helps them out, which is cool I guess.

Staff were nice. The ice machine area was filthy. Walls were thin and I could hear everything happening in the next guest room.
