Had to wait 2 hours for our room when we checked in before 4 pm which is check in time. I am not sure we will stay here again with grandkid’s birthday. Consistency was not the same as we have seen in past years. Bad check in experience.

I loved the location- so many stores within walking distance. The price was great and they managed to house 6 of us comfortably in one room! The first hotel to ever do that. Everything was very clean and staff was friendly. I can't think of anything I didn't enjoy about our stay. Thank you.

Dear Management Team,I am writing to formally dispute the early check-in fees on my recent bill and to request reimbursement for costs incurred due to a failure to honor our agreement.Prior to my arrival on May 18, I requested an early check-in and agreed to a $75 fee, explicitly stating that I would arrive between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. I arrived exactly on schedule at 8:30 AM. However, I was told the room was not ready because I had not "called ahead"—even though my arrival window was already confirmed. Staff promised to call me when the room was ready and offered to reduce the fee to $50 for the inconvenience.Because I had a graduation ceremony at 11:00 AM and could not wait indefinitely, I was forced to rent a room at a nearby motel for $100 just to get ready. The hotel did not call to state my room was ready until 10:00 AM, which was too late to be of use for my event.When I checked in later that evening, I discovered I was charged $33 twice ($66 total) for early check-in fees. Because the hotel failed to provide the agreed-upon early access, I am requesting a full refund of these fees, as well as a $100 reimbursement for the motel room I was forced to secure.

Big water slide was down and just recently started charging for late check out.

I only ate the waffles and the muffins which were good. The coffee maker was broken but I ate in my room so there was a coffee maker in there if I had truly wanted some. Would have liked to use the hot tub but it closed at nine and too late to use after I got back from supper. Wish it had been open until 10.

Only issue we had was the hotel charging my CC at 10am the morning of the reservation (before we arrived) - when Expedia and the hotel reservation clearly marked total "due at property". Also there was an "unlisted" $25/night incidentals charge (that was removed on checkout) in case they have issues. Both of these should be better stated.

Room AC made it freezing cold. There's no dail on the temperature console to adjust, therefore we had to cover the AC unit with a blanket.

My kids love to stay here, it’s close to shopping and the sports events that brought us to town. This visit the room was not very clean, there was some sort of white stuff all over the bathroom door, we found tweezers and other items under the couch and when I opened the bedding for the pull out it was full of clumps of hair, overall felt dirty.

We took our 8 year old for spring break and loved it. Lots of places close by.

The pool, water slide and hot tub are the main attractions. We stayed during Spring Break so it was (I assume) busier than usual. Front desk staff is a 10/10. Backs up to a Scheels and literally any business you could imagine is with 5-10 miles. Breakfast varied every day. We will definitely be back. The elevator sucks and housekeeping is rude- but those are minor. Everything that matters is well maintained and makes for a great stay

Hotel overall was nice. It was full. They had a hard time keeping up with breakfast items. Also, only one elevator for such a big hotel is crazy. We had to wait in line several times for the elevator.

I informed the night desk clerk that the women's bathroom in the common area was out of toilet paper, and he stated that was not his job to refill it. He was less than professional and rude. It was a simple general request that was responded by unprofessionalism.

Very courteous staff. Nice room and very clean. Coffee bar in lobby area never did have regular coffee in hot pot. The toilets are not good. It never did flush very well at all.

In spite of these things, a very nice facility with a good breakfast with nice variety, typical hotel breakfast food. The pool was nice but the water in the outdoor hot tub was not hot. Comfortable bed and was able to make the heater fan run continuously to cover up outside noise.

The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in! If comfort is in your name, your beds should be comfortable! Also the hot tub was freezing cold all weekend. This was an amenity that we were really looking forward to and one of the reasons that we chose your hotel. Pretty disappointed.

Good value. Large room with a comfortable bed. Daily cleaning of the room only if requested. In the back of a shopping center but good generic restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast is okay: not many healthy choices, not great coffee. Staff is pleasant but doesn’t go out of the way to be helpful. They had an indoor pool and hot tub which looked nice, but we didn’t use it. The facility was clean but has seen better days.

The receptionist wasn’t friendly, when I checked in and a different one when I checked out. They charge a $25 fee for incidentals which on check in I was informed it would be refunded when I checked out, when I checked out I was informed that when they checked the room, guess to make sure I didn’t take anything, then they would process the refund, which would take up to 10 days! The room smelled like cigarettes, awful smell. Breakfast was awful. I just wanted to get out of there and wanted an apple and a banana, the we’re both more than a couple days old. The banana was turning brown. Awful place. After traveling quite a long distance to get there I was really tired. I had a family above me that let their kids run around in the room. When I went to call the front desk the phone didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We arrived and the hot tub was broken which we weren’t informed at check in. The whole reason we went to a hotel was to enjoy the hot tub after discovering this she said it getting fixed tomorrow . It wasn’t fixed we only stayed the 2 nights. TV wouldn’t work unless they came and helped. I emailed them before leaving this review and got no response. I would not recommend staying here

Room was clean and comfortable. Pillows were awesome. My girls at about seven friends with them and they had a blast in the pool with a slide. Front desk was helpful when necessary. Overall good experience would stay again for sure.

Pool was awesome for the kids, although the paint was chipping off the bottom of the pool, the kids loved the slide. Clean and comfortable, plenty of room.

Overall it was a good stay. The room was clean and staff was wonderful. One of the lamps in our room kept flickering and the pull-out sofa bed was not very comfortable. The kids loved the slide!! Breakfast was just ok...nothing extremely amazing, but not terrible.

We loved our stay. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean. The swimming pool was a blast for my kids with the slide and hot tub. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful with an assortment of options. My kids and husband loved making waffles. We were in walking distance of several restaurants. It was a great stay. Great price! So glad we chose comfort suites.

We have stayed at this property 4 times, all have been good in the past. This time the bed sqeaked everytime I rolled over, woke me up. No hot breakfast when first came down around 7:30, eventually had hot breakfast, but out of all kinds of things. Didn't meet expectations from past visits.

Hotel customers leaving trash in the halls and elevator was disappointing.

Our room stunk like stinky feet. Bedding had stains along with the curtains. Couch has black stained and much need of repair. Asked housekeeping to change our bedding and got attitude. Asked to be placed on the same floor as our other family staying there, and they put us on opposite floors. Requested housekeeping twice and they didn’t show. Had to bring our dirty towels to the front desk in order to get clean ones. Will not return to this hotel

This property is always a great stop. The hotel is in good condition, clean, and has a good breakfast. The only thing I do not like is that the pool closes at 9 pm on week nights.

Crowded area.

Our kids love the pool and slide. We like the close by shopping. Our only negative was the power went out for an hour or so, which was inconvenient but understandable.

We only stayed one night (family of 6), but overall we had a great stay here. The hotel is very clean, the hot breakfast variety is a great perk as well. The pool was clean and well maintained. Check in was slow, as there was only one person working at the counter and I was in a line about 5 people deep. But that was a minor complaint for an overall great experience.

This is one of my favorite places to stay. It's clean, quiet, comfy beds, and lots of pillows. There are many breakfast options. My kids love the pool, hot tub, and waterslide. There are walkable restaurants and a Starbucks across the street. I look forward to staying here.

This is my fifth time there . Alway clean breakfast is good . I come there to visit grandchildren for few days they LOVE the pool.

Our room smelled extremely mildewie. I talked to the front desk and asked if they had some lysol type spray. They did not offer that fix. I asked that our room be cleaned the following day and treated for the smell. This was not done either. Coffee was also broken. No alternative was offered. Very disappointing for the rating we read online and alternative hotels in the area.

They had CSU deco. for the graduation ceremony all weekend. It was great!

Our room was extremely musty smelling. Unfortunately, it was soldoit and no other rooms avaliable.

After a very rocky start, the 3rd room we got into was great. The first room I couldn’t get the bath tub water to turn off after running a bath for my daughter. We had to move so they could fix it. The 2nd room had a film over the entire desk and dressers like someone cleaned it with something that had started stripping the varnish and both myself and daughter ended up getting it all over us. The third room ended up being great, but housekeeping slipped us the first day and then my baby was sleeping when they came the 2nd so I just exchanged towels and took them my trash. The kids absolutely loved the water slide. I wished the kids pool was a little warmer though, my one year old was freezing and then the hot tub was way too hot so I didn’t enjoy the water at all.

Staff was super attentive and made an effort to ensure our stay was great. Plenty of stuff to do locally.

I had the worst night the first night. I traveled from San Diego to see my new grandson. My family and I were so tired. The amount of kids that stayed at that hotel was crazy. We had a birthday party above us that sounded like they were doing WWE all night long. I called down to the office 5 times. Nothing was really down about it. Saturday the moved us to the tired floor but we did not enjoy our time because we were so tired from the travel and the no sleep Friday night. I would recommend the 3rd floor if you stay here. I think it's a local spot for birthday parties. Or find a different hotel. I will be back in May but not returning to this place.

The pool is great for kids! The hot tub wasnt working and that was a bit of a bummer, but we still have fun. The breakfast was above average, but they were having teouble keeping up with the demand. We had to wait for food a couple times. Overall, I would recommend!

The entire motel experienced a noise issue Saturday night. Kids running loose in the halls, yelling and screaming. The staff dealt with it promptly and efficiently which was greatly appreciated.

I would have given this hotel 5 stars except for the fact that there were 2 families with uncontrolled kids who screamed incessantly at the pool and crowded into the hot tub to play. We did get a text from the front desk asking people to be considerate of other guests so I do appreciate the hotel trying to control them.

Check in process was long and difficult. We tried to check in at 3. Was told room would be ready in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later after 6-8 families checked in we asked when our room would be ready. Told another 10-15 minutes. Not sure why they didn’t check us into a different room than one we were assigned since. They’re all same type rooms with similar bed situations. Breakfast was chaotic and understaffed. Front desk person said the attendant should be handling everything instead of helping when they were obviously unprepared. Rooms and pool are nice. I think staff was jst unprepared for yue number of bookings they had.

Special mention to Samantha, front desk clerk who was friendly, helpful, professional and kind. She really added to my overall experience!

Overall a nice property - convenient to SO much food & shopping...all w/in walking distance. The odor in the air is something to get used to (manure/farmland). This trip was for work, so we arrived at 1:30pm. It was a $30 early check-in fee...odd. Never experienced that when rooms are available (which there were per the attendant). No biggie, we left & came back at 3pm (which now had a large line of people/families waiting to check-in). Also, the water pressure in the shower was extremely low, very difficult to feel 'clean'...on a positive note though the conveniency of the hotel to food/shopping was great!

Room was clean, but there are a lot of issues. None of the USB ports worked and the bathroom fan didnt turn on. Minor inconvienece but still.

From start to finish we had a great stay. We stayed in a lot so we especially appreciated the spacious room with the extra seating....perfect for a family with more than 4 people. The decor in the room and throughout the hotel was very tasteful and updated. The pool with the giant slide and hot tub was a huge hit. I had a few tiny nitpicks but I woud definitely stay here again.

The only reason i gave property and conditions 3 stats is because the washer would only run on 2 different cycles and the dryer was not working
