    Arrived at 9:45pm to a bus load of kods in in the lobby running around and screaming. I went to get a drink, the bartender closed the bar early. I get to my room exhausted. Brown water coming out of the sink. Stains on the sheets.

    On arrival the room seemed fine. The ice machine in our floor was out of service. A minor inconvenience I just went to the next floor for ice. The staff was friendly. We both went to sleep that night and woke up and as my wife was getting ready she noticed a roach crawling in our bed. I noticed another one crawling on the carpet next to the night stand. I alerted the cleaning staff associate who was cleaning the room next to us and another one appeared right at the front door to our room. The cleaning staff person killed the roach with her shoe. She advised me to alert the front staff. I went downstairs to speak with the front desk staff. I had taken several photos of the roaches in our room. I made contact with a staff member and told them about the issue and I showed her a picture of the roach in our room. She apologized and stated she would advise the cleaning staff. That was all. We immediately checked out and we were very disappointed in the staff response to this serious issue. We are probably never staying in a Hilton hotel ever again.

    We originally booked this room due to the reviews and unfortunately I wonder how honest the people were by their reviews. First of all the evening check in clerk was not very friendly. Second for some reason the bathroom door locked on us and in the middle of the night we couldn’t get into it. The phone in the room did not work so had to call from our cell phone. The nice lady at the desk was by herself and no maintenance were there. She brought up a couple tools in which I used and was able to get the door open. For the 2 night stay I had to keep my extra pair of shoes against the bathroom door so it wouldn’t lock on us. The tv remote was not easily operated as well as the blinds to the room. The only 2 good things were: Gloria the overnight lady and the cleanliness.

    Didn’t have the best experience at this hotel. Overall the stay was going pretty well for the first few days. Then the hot water was not working for a few hours, we were double charged for the pet fee which they were not planning to give us back, and my girlfriends camera went missing.

    Everything was terrific until the basketball team checked in. They kept us up until 3 am Saturday and Sunday night. The hotel staff was wonderful in addressing the problem. All the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

    It was very nice. Had a reservation , walked in showed reservation number and wad headed to room in about 7 minutes. Only thing I did not like was asked for a 50 dollar room deposit, refundable at check out. I had no prior notice or knowledge , just spring on me at check in. I paid for room in full way in advance, so I'm thinking everything is paid when asked for security deposit.

    I checked in on the app and went straight to my room, no problem. Easy and efficient. I had a problem with the air conditioner leaking in my room and the carpet was soaked. The young man at the desk was super kind and helpful and even upgraded me to a suite. Skip the hotel breakfast, but say hello to the morning staff. I was greeted by people who enjoyed their jobs. As an EV driver, it would have been nice to have a few chargers available on site, even for an up charge.

    The entry way didn’t look like it had been mopped. The shade over the window pulled down but wouldn’t go back up because it looked like someone pulled it out of the track. There were long hairs in the shower, the shower seat wouldn’t stay up and since there is no lip on the base of the shower stall water splattered all over the floor. The bed was comfortable though.

    To whom it may concern, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn on Friday, May 23rd, which was significantly impacted by multiple unacceptable issues. On the very first night of our stay, the toilet in our room flooded shortly after being used. This caused water to spread across the bathroom floor, rendering the room unsanitary and uncomfortable. Shockingly, when we reported the issue to hotel staff, we were told we could use a plumber tool and a mop ourselves to clean up the mess. This lack of proper service and professional assistance was completely unacceptable and disrupted the start of our visit. We were visiting for a family trip, and on May 25th, we had a special event to attend. Unfortunately, on that same day, the power to the entire hotel was shut off for several hours—again, without any prior notice. We were not even given a 10-minute warning to prepare. The unexpected outage affected our ability to charge essential devices, use lighting, and get ready in a timely manner. As a result, we were delayed in arriving at our family event, causing additional frustration and stress. Given these circumstances, I believe a partial or full refund is more than justified. This experience was far below the standard I expected, and I sincerely hope you will take this complaint seriously and respond promptly.     It was very quiet everything was in walking distance. It has a microwave and a mini refrigerator in the room as well as a living room. Free breakfast I stayed from Sunday-Tuesday room was like $550 total plus $100 holding fee which I got back after check out. Lady at the bar was wonderful only thing I didn’t like the shower door would not stay close which is minor. Overall I would stay there again very affordable and breakfast was wonderful also

    My parents and I stayed at this hotel for Thanksgiving and we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The toilet was not cleaned properly and the beds were not made completely (pillows everywhere). We then untucked the blanket when we were going to sleep and we found small black dots all over the blanket. It gave us an unsettling feeling that the bedding was not washed properly.

    Although the staff are some of the best I’ve ever encountered while traveling, this location needs to be closed while renovating. Sidebar they don’t tell you until after paying for booking that they’re renovating . The common areas are congested, the rooms they’re utilizing aren’t pleasant and gives off a bad vibe, my room (204) had a dirty old couch, matching dirty carpet and a tub that needs removing or reglazing as it’s two different shades of cream not white. The vibe felt like it was a space for bedbugs so I slept on top of the covers. I stayed in room 209 in July and the room was clean, spacious and bright therefore the second booking. I won’t ever return till the renovations are complete, I checked out and checked into the hotel next door. Employees are sympathetic to the issues but NOBODY should pay for staying there.

    The hotel was under construction, which I was not aware of, otherwise I would have not booked here. We found out the hotel had construction at check in, which is probably the cheap rate reason. We were awaken at 7am after returning to the hotel extremely late in the night after a concert. We just wanted some rest before making the trip back home the following day, and unfortunately was awaken to loud hammer blows, drills, and construction crews.

    Check in was great, quite easy. The elevator seem a bit sketchy as to the door wouldn’t close we had to get of that one a get on the one next to it ( could have just been a flick) because others were using it later). When we got to the room the carpet was worn at the entrance in the room. I only thing that bothered me was the fact that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, not even an extra roll. But I did get some from the front desk easily.

    The water pipes start making noise at 6:00 am. So it was difficult going back to sleep. They also charge you for breakfast. Other than those two things it was fine.
