I made a reservation on booking.com and selected “ Pay at the property” . That means I will pay at the property upon arrival. Once I arrived there, they had canceled my reservation before I got there. They said they tried to charge my card and they couldn’t so they simply canceled . What’s the point of give the costumer the option to pay at the property and then try to charge before as they please ? The front desk was extremely rude , raised his voice and wouldn’t let me talk. He literally wouldn’t let me finish a sentence. So I said “ Will you let me talk ? “ , he said “ NO “ and kept repeating the same thing over and over again and wouldn’t let me complete a sentence. Then he told me to leave and said my family is a piece of shit . Yes the FRONT DESK said that to a costumer . Zero professionalism . Zero costumer service. I felt arguing with a 5th grader. Also there is no BREAKFAST as they advertise on booking.com . That’s fake. The point of “ Pay at the property” is PAY AT THE PROPERTY. If I wanted to pay online before arrival I would have done that myself. The room took me back to the 80s, which was childhood memory so it’s pretty cool seeing a push button phone with a little red light on it and gold curtains The bed was like sleeping on a slate rock, and the pillows wasn’t even no better. There isn’t no breakfast even though it was advertised.

Nothing The doors to the rooms seemed quite unsecure, and loose. It felt like someone could walk in at any given time. The A/C would cut off while it's suppose to be on. The microwave had old pizza inside it. It just did not look like the pictures at all. Also there was no breakfast here, i don't know why they claim to have breakfast, but they don't.

Also I found a baby diaper with stool in one of the drawers.the toilet was broken and I had a really hard time to take a shower because my bad knees I couldn't get in the tube easily .

Having to climb the stairs with a cane even after I requested a handicap room because I'm 60 years old with bad knees. e value, the rooms are clean and you don't have that icky feeling. I like the granite counter top in the bathroom and the glass enclosure shower door. The office is horrible. Its unclean and it just have that cheap hotel feel. The clerk is very unfriendly and you do not feel welcome. The parking lot was nit shoveled properly and salt was not applied to the surfaces. I almost fell three times.

The beds were decently comfortable, but outside of that there wasn’t really too much that we liked They claim that they have breakfast, but they don’t have any breakfast whatsoever maybe a cup of coffee the electric went out not once but twice. And they didn’t really seem to helpful in fixing the situation whether it was their fault or it wasn’t. I don’t truly know. I can only go by what they say, but we definitely tend to book hotels that include breakfast when we’re on vacation vacations, and things it just makes it a little easier and I feel like they shouldn’t falsely advertise things that they don’t include especially when they they’re charging you for that said breakfast that’s included with the fee and then they don’t have it

The room was a great value. There was some wear and tear on the wallpaper and the toilet tank didn't have a lid, but the room and bed was clean. The included "breakfast" is only coffee and juice.

Somebody tried to get into my room. Had a key card qnd everything. Wouldn't leave when asked. I contacted the hotel &' expedia. No refunds was given. No room change. Nothing. Will NEVER stay here again.

Owners failed to have rooms and bedside that was ordered other than down in a basement which looked very unsafe .. After getting a late checkout I was still asked was I leaving and got a knock on the door

The price was really valuable compared to the other hotels in the area. In addition, it was close on the path to come back to home and visit Annapolis. The fact the breakfast is not included (just coffee). The receptionist said that on their website is indicated that the breakfast consists only of coffee but on Booking this information is not specified. I prefer to pay a room more and have a service instead of a pay less but for a service that is not provided or partialy.

Customer service was all right was decently pleasant and the timely matter when it comes to putting down a security deposit for the room for tonight is not that bad when the reception is explains the offers it has.

Breakfast is always a big consideration for me because of convenience in the morning only to find out there is only coffee. This is very disappointing because Booking.com doesnt update your bookinh website. When my family also booked Quakity Inn in Gateway New Jersey, I received a message that there wont be breakfast due to covid. I was not juat disappointed that there was no Breakfast but also I panicked thinking there is Covid in the hotel. I was about to cancel the booking but the staff told me booking.com has not uodated their booking site yet. The message was used during the Covid years and is not anymore valid.

The hot water in the shower was scalding and good water pressure. Upgraded room was supposed to be a King size bed but was definitely a queen. The booking said breakfast was included but only thing available was coffee and I don't drink coffee. The door didn't close fully as you can see light between the door and frame, the lock didn't seem like it was secure, and the chain was broken. So I pushed the dirty, stained chair against the door throughout the night and morning. The air conditioning did nothing during the night. Could not tell what two of the settings said on the air conditioning because the pieces were missing. Sign outside said it was recently renovated but can't figure out what was new other then the TV stand. Burn mark on the sheet.

Location was good and near my family event. More parking spaces (other customer blocking the exit to main exit)

Room was run down, dirty, paint peeling, stained furniture and carpets. People were screaming all night long.

My stay was good very friendly staff. However, I do have a major complaint. A member of the staff did come into my room early in the morning unannounced without warning. That is unacceptable 😤 and should never ever happen.

My car wash wrecked in the parking lot . The hotel did not give me camera footage solutions to hold culprits accountable . If I could , I’d like to get resolution to this case as the vehicle I was transported in that day belonged to a family member.

Upon our arrival, the man at the front was very friendly in helping us to check in and gave us the option of rooms. We chose a room that was not ready to be checked in to, and they worked as quickly and efficiently as they could to ready the room. The turn over was quick, so I am not sure how clean the room was, but we had new linen and towels. The only concern we had was that the ac unit did not cool the room very well.

The reviews on here have to be padded with friends. This place was a dump. We paid for a queen bed, and got issued two fulls. One of the fulls had a huge stain in the middle of the “clean” bed. The toilet lid on the back was missing and replaced with a piece of hardwood flooring. The walls were patched and mismatched painted. The place smelled like cigarettes. The AC was vandalized on the buttons and not cold. The check-in and out guy was expressionless and could care less. I would not stay at this place again.

The Huge Issue is i firmly believe the Desk Clerk is stealing peoples I.D & Credit Card info I checked in this time ( paying through Expedia) & unlike the other time he asked to see my credit card. No problem ! So he takes it sets it inside and tells me i will get it back when i check out ! I was SHOCKED ! He tried to say it was for Security in case of Damages or Something & tried to just get me to sign the room papers I demanded my card back & he returned it ! There is NO WAY he needed my card for ANYTHING- and if he really needed my card why give it back without doing anything but leaving it in front of him on the desk ??? Never going back there because it is quite obvious this guy was devious ! By the way he had lied to me the last time i stayed there and did so again concerning the remote this time as well :( I can not speak for every person at the property but the room was Clean & mostly Comfortable ( except for dead batteries in the Remote ) but i do not trust that clerk at all !

Do Not Stay Here. I got my key, walked to the room, and within 5 mins, I was dizzy from the STRONG OVERPOWERING smell of Chemicals. I could not stay there and they refused to give me a refund. I had to sleep in my car, that night.

and the worse thing was there was feces wiped on the bathroom wall. I attempted to speak to the person who checked us in however he said I can check out… nothing else. Absolutely disgusting. I also took pictures

Front desk staff was fantastic on my extended stay. Housekeeping could be a little more friendly though.

The pictures online look fine but I've now had 2 drivers who refused to stay here. Claiming that its in a bad area, everything is dirty and there is an abandoned building next door that appears to be inhabited by crackheads.

Just needed a simple bed for the night, didn’t expect much. Was pleasantly surprised to get a room that had new bathroom fixtures and good beds. Exterior entrance doors always make me nervous, but this place was fine. Nothing fancy but if you're traveling and need to sleep, book with confidence.

The lady at front desk was very rude. Her attitude was nasty all because i knocked on window because i seen a shadow move in the back to let her know i was at front. Then the heat didnt work too good thankful it wasnt too cold. The tv wouldnt get loud you could barely hear it. Other then that it was ok

It was very rustic, and I could tell things were gently used. It’s okay though, I feel like it gave the property and stay some character. It was pristine or sterile, but homey feeling.

The place was a total dump. Non smoking room smelled like smoking. Sheets had cigarrete holes and towel were stained up like the green chair in the room. Room had gnats in it like an extra guest. I had to shower with plastic bags on my feet on how disgusting it was. To dry up I ended up using an extra t-shirt I brought. The door had outside lighting coming thru from outside. Had no choice but to stay as it was paid for and needed sleep to be at work early morning after traveling from NJ. You get what you pay for in type of dump MOTEL.

Customers are allowed in the office without facemasks. The gentleman behind the desk had his plexiglass open and no facemask. The guests crowd the walkways to smoke. In addition to all the covid concerns, my TV and tub plug were broken.

Just gross. Sheets had burns marks as did pillows. Towels looked dirty. Left feeling gross.

This hotel served its purpose. I needed a place to crash. So in that since it was cool. But the rooms were dirty. You get what you pay for. I felt safe. The room was just dirty. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. If I had money I would have stayed in a nicer place. But for the sake of crashing to rest up, it was great in spite of. Thank you to management. I really appreciate you taking me at the zero hour (1:00 am).

They need to upgrade their towels.

The place wasn’t quite ready when I checked in, but I was too tired from work, so I just bring my own fabrees pray for myself , room smell like mold or urine.

Check in was very pleasant, staff are very courteous. I was able to change to a non smoking room without any issues. Thank you!!!! A bit disappointed that the breakfast was in the office and not a small dining area so we didn’t eat breakfast there and ended up buying breakfast elsewhere. That was my only gripe, everything else was good.

The heater did not work but they brought us a portable heater and extra blankets. The place was full and we could not change rooms. The staff was pleasant enough. The breakfast is in the office but u cant sit there and eat!

It was a very pleasant and quiet stay. The front desk staff were friendly and assisted me with early check in as well. The maid is very nosey ( keep that in mind). The area is nice and quiet. checked in on Thursday and checked out on Sunday. So yes, the weekends are peaceful as well.

Once again another great stay. Owners are top notch friendly and willing to go the distance.

The front desk representative was so rude. She wanted to charge us a deposit. We had just stayed there two weeks ago and didn't have to pay deposit. She argued by and toward with me. Then, she said that SHE wouldn't honor pur reservation. In addition, hotels.com was not every helpful in the situation. I WILL NOT BE BOOKING THROUGH HOTELS COM ANYMORE!!!

Our room was clean and just remolded. My only suggestion would be a better place to have early morning breakfast. There was no room to sit down or a table. Will stay again, friendly office personnel highly recommend this hotel while traveling and need an Overnight stay

The room requested was non smoking but some how filled with thr smell of skoke, towels and washcloths were unsatisfactory. Need better care
