Just a business stay. Parking lot was not friendly.

This property needs to be addressed. The electricity went out during our stay only at the hotel. The food was bland and the mandatory breakfast coupons make the dining experience feel cheap. The staff - except the food staff - were loud and obnoxious. The last day of the stay my family and I were harassed and my mother was also harassed by male staff members. We applied a do not disturb to our room to protect our items while out, but cleaners still came in.

One small point, be nice to have a couple of English Breakfast tea bags in the room along with the green tea and coffee although you can get these at Breakfast time.

It would have been nice if that was made clearer upfront, as many hotels offer water complimentary to guests. I paid $210 per night, and breakfast was not included. I do not recommend staying here. There are many nice hotels nearby that are less expensive and offer good breakfast and better service.

Overall, fairly good, but they need to provide more clarity upfront at check-in, that they expect you to be in the breakfast room by 10 at the very latest. You shouldn't have to find out that 10:30 really means 10:00.

Our one night stay traveling back home to Massachusetts was very nice and quiet. Room looks like it was newly renovated. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t get to try out the breakfast because we got up early to leave but smelled wonderful. The young lady checking us in was a delight. So very cheerful and helpful. I would try to stay here again.

The hotel is okay. It's an older structure. Latest renovation is becoming worn. Long walk to my room but convenient to where I parked. Late checkin doable. Comfortable bed. Smallish bathroom. Breakfast not included. I got my breakfast elsewhere. Fairly easy on/off both 95 and 295. Twenty to 30 minutes from downtown Baltimore.

I stayed for one night. They put me on the Terrace room which was a disappointment. When asked why I was put there, the front desk staff told me everything was sold out. The room itself was fine. Probably will not come back.

I chose this stay for the breakfast bar, had I known you had to pay for the buffet I would’ve chose a different location. This wasn’t clear when booking. Otherwise room was clean, would advise to bring own blankets

This was a beautiful hotel. I did order the breakfast but didn't use it. Our first night there we had dinner and a few drinks and David was excellent at his job he could us a raise that's no joke. My mom 74 gonna grab chairs as we had family meeting us he was like sit down I got this. Just an all around beautiful place.i would recommend anyone to use this hotel. There was not one thing I didn't like.

Upon arriving, there was no one at the front desk for 10 minutes. When she arrived, I had to acknowledge her first which put me off considering no one was there. But, I let it slide. Then, I was told there were no King rooms available which I had booked (I was there at 3pm). I could sense they were running behind, which in this day I understand to an extent. We did get our room which was clean and ready, but there were no toiletries in the room and our “soap” was a shampoo bottle by the sink. The plug in (USB) on my side of the bed wasn’t working. All of these things seem minor, but paired with the lack of customer service from the beginning- it isn’t a very friendly or welcoming place to stay. Staff appears that they don’t like their jobs and while they may be true, patrons shouldn’t feel that when they walk in. I usually have a great experience with IHG and am a member, and this property fell short of that. The bed was OK- not the best but not the worst. We skipped breakfast because there are plenty of places around the hotel to go. Likely won’t return to this property- it has potential, but the service was below average.

The stay was mostly quiet, but on the last night, a new guest in the neighboring room spoke loudly into late night so meaning the walls are not well soundproofed. There was also a continuous noise from next room, from some kind of device, along with noticeable plumbing sounds (especially during water use), which was disruptive for sleep. Complimentary morning coffee is a nice touch; breakfast buffet costs extra. Convenient location at a main road intersection. A gas station is right in front, with a car wash available for an extra fee and a gas discount if you purchase it. Free Parking, plentiful.

TV lacked ability to connect to subscribed streaming also with no ability to cast programs. Normally not a big deal for us, but we do like to watch movies in the evening and the commercials were brutal. Commercials are always so much louder. We stayed for 11 days. Breakfast was included in our rate, but I just could not eat the same thing for that many days. Overall, very good value.

When I got into the room, it was very clean and comfortable. The only small thing I noticed was that the tiles in the bathtub were slightly dirty, but it honestly didn’t bother me much. Breakfast was really nice and I enjoyed the options available. The only issue I had during my stay was at the restaurant area. I waited for quite a while because an employee was having a conversation with someone else (I couldn’t tell if it was another customer or a friend). Once he noticed I was standing there, though, he did help me right away and everything was fine after that. The main concern I had was with the billing. I paid almost $200 when booking through Hotels.com, but the hotel later charged me an additional $100 that I was not aware of. I reached out to ask about the charge, but I never received a response and still haven’t heard back. I wish the hotel had been more transparent about any additional fees ahead of time. Other than that issue, the stay itself was comfortable, but the unexpected charge and lack of communication about it was disappointing.

Expedia advertises its hotels as either Free Breakfast or Breakfast($). Since Expedia didn't have Breakfast($) on this property, I booked it thinking breakfast was included. In fact, free breakfast was the main reason i booked this particular property. When i went down for the breakfast, i had to pay $17 per person. I didn't read it too carefully but Expedia apparently advertised this property as Breakfast Available, which can mean either or both. I think it would be better practice if Expedia advertised all of its properties as either Free Breakfast or Breakfast($) only.

I would have to say most definitely the room was spectacular with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Secondly the breakfast was also great for I was able to enjoy two of the three days of the complimentary breakfast provided.

Our sheets were clean the room floor was a little dusty and a Pringle lid left behind, front desk forgot my breakfast voucher when I checked in but host in the morning looked it up and was nice and helpful

Employees were nice. Property is huge and it was packed the night I was there. The entryways that were supposed to be locked and opened by keys didn't close and lock properly. room was a "terrace" room which translates to basement. It was odd to get down to it and the hallway had some interesting and intense odors of ammonia and cigarettes and maybe Marijuana. Room itself was clean and the exercise area was good-a few treadmills, an elliptical, free weights, mats, a Bosu, and some straps and bands. Also very clean.

Of all the business and budget hotels I've stayed, this is the first with no hot coffee or bathroom towels.

The staff are respectful but not warm. You feel like you are being a burden or doing something wrong. The nicest person I found there was the housekeeping lady. It is like the staff have been doing this too long and are really over interacting with people. I would not stay there again.

Honestly the room wasnt really the problem it was the little things for me. They have a security deposit which i get however they charged me TWICE for the room. When i brought this to the attention of the employee at the lobby l was brushed off and was told it would be put back on my card. Herevwe are 4 days later and it is still not fixed. What should have been a 90 dollar stay has now tied up an additional 180 dollars in my funds. Will never stay here again or any other holiday inn affilate. I would reccomend all others avoid this as well as it is not right.

Guests should pay careful attention to what type of Holiday Inn they are staying in. As it was explained to me, the Holiday Inn Express (which I think of as the lower level) gives you a free breakfast. BUT, the "Full Service" Holiday Inn does not (16.99 at this one). If one was traveling with a family, that would really add up. Also a bit counter-intuitive. In any case, read carefully! Breakfast Available means you will pay the big bucks.

The Hotel is clean my room was clean and comfortable the bed in between firm and medium soft only issue is that the Hotel is host to many events problem is hotel guests has to scramble for parking spots when events take place. It happened to me I ended parking around the back entrance and it’s barely light and it’s a very large parking area WHERE the doors to the event is around the back and should be the designated area for event parking leaving best options for paying hotel guest. Did I mention that my hotel key wouldn’t open the doors because the doors were not working leaving me to drive to the front entrance to alert the hotel staff on duty. So we walked where the event was being held and that’s when he said the doors are unlocked and I point out how an I suppose to know that when the sign outside says these doors are locked use the other door is when I said key fob doesn’t work is when he said oh yes the door is not working is why the event door entrance is open, I said sir read your sign and fix the problem this is an inconvenience in 17° temps trying to find parking and get inside the building. Guest should be 1st priority event parking should be in the back entrance where the event is being held Everytime.

I like that the property was close to my job, I did not like the fact that the tub kept filling up while I took a shower. The mattress was kind of hard. I guess housekeeping services aren’t done every day because my second day there the services weren’t done when I returned. The next morning I requested for towels and was expecting someone to bring them, but I was informed to come pick them up from the front desk which was kind of inconvenient. I was really looking forward to breakfast because I heard that it was pretty good but didn’t get a chance. Overall, the property was pretty good.

We are a regular at this Holiday Inn. It's kept clean. The Hotel is in a busy area. Some of the cleaning staff are not friendly. One male maintenance came to check the handle on the toilet we thought wasn't working. He wasn't professional.

I love the quiet and peaceful room and atmosphere. I will definitely come and visit again. I have not complaints. Excellent service and comfortable rooms. The only issue was the heat. The heat in room 224. It would come on and then switch automatically to fan mode. Even though, I would have the system on High Heat.

This is my second stay at this hotel and I have to say my 1rst visit was better than my 2nd. The cozy feel and convience of having things around me within walking distance was fantastic but what really drew me was the quietness. This 2nd time around my room was near the staircase abd the guests acrias from me were very noisy slamming their rooms doors, playing in the hallways, as well frequently back and forth in the staircase with that door slamming constantly. To say the least, my last night and a half, I did not rest well. I hope the next time I visit I wont experience this again.

We called ahead of time and asked if there was anything wrong with their pool and we were told there was nothing wrong with it ,so I booked it ,funny funny it’s an outdoor pool when we get there. I didn’t even check in. I just left. I did what I was supposed to do. I honestly feel cheated and mocked by whoever told me that there’s nothing wrong with their pool. I have a child with autism and specifically look for properties with a pool. I’m annoyed and I’m mad not having such a specific amenity, this should be reported immediately if not functioning and the pictures should be specific to a property..

The room was clean. I came in the miss of the night so that’s when the younger staff are working. Entrance smelled like weed. Not much of a breakfast menu. If breakfast was free, I’d give it 4 stars. Charge still pending on my card after a week, that’s frustrating. Still worthy of a second visit if necessary.

The day front deck receptionist were fantastic well as the evening. The rooms are well groomed. There were children assigned to the 2nd floor. My room were 218. These kids were ripping and running well as playing scocer ball in the hallway. They were bouncing off of the walls, guest doors and ringing guest door bells including mine. I did notified the night receptionist. We tried to get some early rest for a football early am game. The noise did not subdide until about 12am. We checked out early about 8:20am. The Receptionists mentioned and the restaurant attendent were super friendly pleaant and nice.

When I checked in, I found the girl could have been more personable. She had no personality. The room was ok, but the refrigerator did not work. I used it and the food I placed in there went bad. Most of the amenities (gym, pool, etc) were closed and that's no fun. I've stayed at this hotel two times before, and it didn't appear this bad. I will try it once more.

It was not a good experience I tried to use the fitness center, it was Hot and the AC was set to 85 F I reported to the front desk multiple times over my 2 day stay but no response. The last attempt (on day 2)I was told the tech doesn’t arrive till 9 am and hence I have to wait.

However, it says that the breakfast included for two people, the staff charged us for all three.

Everything was fine, but the extractor fan in the toilet didn't work and the towel rack was broken.

they had a large group that checked in for the last 2 nights we were there. So loud and you could smell smoke and weed in front of the hotel. Staff was nice but I will never stay there again it was not safe form my teen daughter and I and we had a group of 10 of us that were there for a lacrosse tournament.

Rooms were clean staff was friendly . Hallways had no AC ice makers were broken on all floors( not ideal for travel sports trips) i had to go to their bar kitchen. There was a soul nation convention were they had a pj party and their was a loby full of pjs and actual lingerie which wasnt ideal traveling with kids. They woke us up at 2:30 am and 4 am drunk in the hallways yellling both nights Manager comped us breakfast and gave us exteneded checkout explained several ti.es it pays the bills and they come there often basically we were told it is what it is. This is a remodeled holiday inn. The rooms are nice as they have no carpeting instead they have the hardwood flooring. My gripe with the property was the rudeness of the breakfast buffet staff- specifically the staff of one. Also she bathes herself in strong perfumes and leaves all the utensils she touched in the buffet and the food tasting like her perfume. She was also dismissive towards the guests. The trash cans around the property and by the entrance were overflowing and no one was emptying them. Housekeeping could learn how to make a bed. The beds looked as if they were made by a 8 year old child!

The room's ceiling collapsed on us in the middle of the night and the manager insisted that we should pay for the experience. On the other hand, the breakfast was fine. Course the sign advertised biscuits and gravy, but that never appeared.

Over all I am happy . The only little down side I have seen a garbage can out side before entering the hotel and inside the hall was full and I have seen all over the place need improvement to clean up regularly other than that I enjoyed this place . Definitely I will come again this place.

We love how comfortable the beds were but we were sad pool was closed the whole time. We also thought the rooms were warm and struggled to get the ac unit on. We would stay again if pool was open so we could swim. Plus we were disappointed not having complimentary breakfast.

Only complaint Das related to the noise levels (door slams, hollering down hall at people, taking loudly) at 3am on Sat. To be fair it was quiet all other nights of our stay, and the place was completly booked solid over weekend, It made for a rough nite, but I don't blame the hotel for what seemed to be some unruly guests. Would definetaly stay here again, just maybe not on weekend.

I found it clean and well-maintained. The only thing is that getting in and out of the parking lot was kind of difficult due to where the entrance of the parking lot is located right off the highway ramp.

The Holiday Inn room was very clean. The employee were very friendly. And I really enjoyed my stay.

The room was very comfortable. We were a little annoyed that we couldn’t get in our room at 2:15. Hard to believe they wouldn’t let us have our room until right at 3:00.

The ONLY issue we had was the parking lot was a little confusing to navigate and the only exit from the apartment at a traffic light for a left turn was between Holiday Inn and LaQuinta, where several semi trucks were parked leading into a blind turn, which made it a little scary/dangerous to navigate at night.

The room was great only loudest was the hotel door slamming people going in and out of there rooms . My neighbor was quiet only time i heard him is when he was on the phone, there was use wash cloth in the room when i first came in..they was in the shower

The floor in the room was sticky and the bathroom layout is awful. The shower curtain rod and curtain is poorly set up and water will flow out of the shower.

Holiday express kept to its brand. We were expressly, checked in and checked out, and there were no complaints. The room was very clean and smelt nice. Although we had a little interaction with the staff, those that we did interact with were very friendly and professional.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as many restaurants and stores are nearby. The breakfast was good as well!

When booking my room the man at the desk was not friendly at all he actually acted like I was bothering him. Other than that the place was great. Very clean, comfortable and affordable

This is an attractive well maintained property. The hallways take you back to an earlier era, but the rooms lobby etc are all spot on. Love that they have 2 elec car charging stations, one of which was available.

Could hear the people in the next room like they were in bed with me. The toilet sounded like a volcano. Had to put my hand in back of it to stop it. Worst sleep ever

- good sized rooms - good value - convenient location to drive from, enough parking for guests Cons: - room temperature is controlled by individual a/c units that are rumbly and loud when in use - the fire alarm went off at least 3 times during our stay. it was deafeningly loud, there was no clear indication that it was a false alarm, and we didn't receive any compensation or even just an apology from the front desk staff - we got a call at 11pm on saturday (when we were half asleep) from the front desk asking if we'd ordered a pizza. when we said no, the staff just said oh, ok and hung up.

Great stay. Only issue is the bath tub filling up with water while using the shower.

Property was clean and staff was great. my room was nice and beds very comfortable. My only complaint was the noise from the traffic outside. I will stay there again.... Maybe request a room that is the furthest from the highway.

The staff was fantastic, helpful, friendly and kind. The room was very clean and nicely renovated. I would absolutely come back to stay!
