The room is spacious , the window actually opens . The location is fine The staff were very unhelpful. After an over 24hr trip to the US they were rigid about stupid buerocracy issues ... The booking had been made and was guaranteed online with a credit card. I have the card in my phone but it wasnt enough for them . They wanted the physical card! I waited over two hrs for them to sort it out ... I was soooo tired literally falling off my feet. When I said that after all Im here for 6 nights - can we please solve this in the morning - one of the staff said to me "There are other hotels in the area" !!! The following day my key cars didnt work . I went downstairs - there were people checking in . I waited till the one in line was being dealt with then I said "excuse me - my keys dont work". The guy said "there are people in line" . Luckily another guest who was checking in/out said to him "change her keys first" . Also there is a slight stench of wee in the carpeted corridor. The water flow drizzles .... I asked for a room with a view and got a view to the parking lot with a noise from the trams running just outside my window. Not a place I would ever come back to for sure.

Our room was great! Comfy bed, desk to work from, and kitchenette so we could make coffee and heat up food. Easy walking distance to public transportation.

It was very hard to sleep due to the noise from the train that was right next my room. The walls are also paper thin. I could hear the conversation right next door clearly. The TV volume would not go lower than 10. And the bed was very uncomfortable.

The location was just right because I'd planned to visit "my old neighborhood". The room was very-serviceable, clean and comfortable, that last including the bed where I slept peacefully. I arrived early and was easily accommodated about parking my car safely which I was very-grateful for! The lighting in this (and most) bathrooms is too stark/bright for me. I did not know about the security deposit required before checking in -- no one likes those type of surprises!

The hotel was everything I expected, and I was very happy with my stay there. Everything was safe and clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. My only request is that more drink options be available in the shop (I drink Coke) and that the ice dispensers in the rooms' refrigerators dispense ice quicker than 6 cubes every 3 hours.
- 5/5
pretty good

Parking not included👎
- 4/5
Room was very clean and spacious. The smoke detector directly over the bed had a green light that was so bright it casted a shadow. The light rail and construction was loud but manageable with ear plugs.
- 5/5
Clean and spacious room. There is cooking facilities but I didn't use it. Free laundry. 10mins walk to Exchange place and Hudson River. 10min walk to whole foods and plenty of dining option. Tram is 2mins away and 2 stops away from a shopping mall. Love the location.
- 5/5
Convenient location close to the water, new/clean facility, abundant parking, walkable to anywhere in town, friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable room.

Amazing staff super sweet and accommodating! Also free laundry and drying you just need to provide your own detergent and dryer sheets. They have it to buy at the front desk. I highly reccomend and it’s close to the pier

Did some research to find the most affordable hotel near the water in Jersey City so we can enjoy looking at the city one night and morning before actually going into it and this place was exactly what we wanted. They gave us a nice room with a water city view away from the train tracks, and that is what I recommend what you want staying here. The bed and room was clean and comfy. Everything was walkable to the path subway, ferry, and hotels on the water that have restaurants overlooking the city. So close to everything, after dinner at exchange place with epic views, we did not even plan on going into the city our first night, but the path subway was right there, so we went into Manhattan for a couple of hours anyways because it was so convenient to walk to from our room. So this hotel was great for what we wanted for one night memorized by the city views so close to this hotel. I would stay here again for sure.
- 5/5
Great location- Proximity to public transit (Harborside lightrail station, Path subway station, Paulus Hook ferries) was perfect. Small cafes walkable. Target delivered my groceries. Uber eats robots in the neighborhood. My 1br room had a picturesque view of the Hudson & Lower Manhatten (including Freedom Tower/ OWTC), abeit between other NJ towers; then a building site crane was installed, obscuring my view. Glad I was able to see the skyline sans crane for 1 of my 3 nights. My space ideal for my needs. Tub water was hot. Ice maker was startlingly loud dump cycle at night. Neighborhood was quiet at night, except for light pollution affected birds. But I like birds. Amenities I didn't use- Enterprise car rental on site. Kitchen equipment (rice cooker, crockpots, waffle irons, etc) for loan. Staff was 24/7 & professional. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
The staff were friendly from the moment we walked in. The hotel and room were clean and orderly. It had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fabulous hotel!! Took my son on a trip to NYC for his 18th birthday, it was a first time for both of us , so I went off of other reviews and we were not disappointed. The location was on point, just a 5 min walk to the PATH train that takes you right into NYC world trade center subway station in just a few short minutes. The hotel was super clean, quiet, smelled lovely, modern, having the kitchen was a nice bonus. Jersey City itself was lovely to walk around in. There was a Whole Foods not far if you needed anything, lots of food choices to chose from to eat out at or bring back to hotel room. We felt safe in both cities and honestly, cannot wait to come back. I've already recommended this hotel to several friends and will happily book here again on our next visit!! Shout out to the front desk staff, they were so very kind and helpful no matter who was up front in guiding us around the city and where to catch the trains!! We would highly recommend staying here if you don't want to stay in the "big city" as it was so very easy to get there and didn't take very long at all.
- 5/5
Very well located, clean, parking available, close to PATH.
- 5/5
Stayed there for one night. Very convenient to the path train station. The room was nice and clean. the shower head pressure is not the best. But, other than that the stay was pleasant. Very friendly staff.
- 5/5
Check-in was smooth and efficient. I was allowed to check in more than an hour early and was able to get a noon check-out with no issue. Parking was super convenient--the cost was reasonable, and the lot is directly out front of the hotel.

We booked a 1-night stay through Hotels.com. We arrived late at night after my performance. We were given a room on the 2nd floor, promptly unpacked, and went to bed as I had a matinee performance the next day. Shortly after putting out the light, we were disturbed by the sound of a tram rolling by loudly. This continued the whole night. Turns out the track was right outside our window. Even with a white noise app, there was no getting away from the periodic rumblings—and yes, vibrations—of the tram service. We were too tired to get dressed and ask for another room after unpacking all our things. We tried to sleep but it was one of the worst nights I've ever spent in any hotel. The queen bed mattress wasn't even comfortable. I tried the chair instead and it was equally uncomfortable. My Apple Watch confirmed I barely slept that night. It was not the night of rest we paid for and very much needed. In the morning, when I complained to the manager, he responded "Well, you booked through a third party site. If you had gone to our site directly you would have had the option to pick a room on the other side of the hotel." Wrong answer all around. We shouldn't be penalized for using a third party site if it offered a better price. And it's simply outrageous for any hotel to offer rooms adjacent to any kind of train tracks and not make that abundantly clear on ALL site at the time of booking. Only after a great deal of back and forth did he grant us a partial refund. Never again.
- 4/5
The room was neat and clean. The sofa bed was not very comfortable, but the queen bed was comfortable. The check in and out process was very smooth and the staff were helpful.
- 3/5
Checki in was fine. The older gentleman at the front desk was rude and arrogant on our departure.
- 4/5
It would be great if they cleaned the room more often. Staff are very friendly. Kitchen is very quiet.
- 5/5
loved the full kitchen in the room
- 5/5
Very short but wonderful stay. We will definately be staying again when in Jersey City.
- 5/5
Good hotel
- 5/5
Great hotel in a great location. The free laundry was a bonus I was not expecting. The kitchens in the rooms helped us save some money by not always having to eat out all the time. Location was also great as it was within walking distance of two different PATH lines into New York.
- 5/5
Well equipped, you can ask for a variety of extras at no charge if required (e.g. More utensils, slow cooker). Fantastic location just a few blocks away from two PATH dtations connecting to NYC in roughly 15 mins. Nice neighborhood with stores and restaurants st walking distance. Amazing value for the money
- 5/5
Perfect stay! Easy check-in and out. Clean and very accessible to local restaurants.
- 5/5
Very good
- 5/5
Our room was clean, the staff was friendly and my son just loved the 24 hour self checkout snack bar. It was so easy to get over to the path station to get into the city even with the construction in the area. Would stay here again easily.

Plenty of nice shops nearby within walking distance. Very convenient and safe.
- 5/5
The heat was set only to 72, Pretty cool night. Membership allowed early check in.
- 4/5
good location with a big kitchen. Good with a family
- 4/5
Even though they let us check in early. The 5th floor rugs in all rhe rooms were getting cleaned. We are glad to be able to check in early and we had plans to do something as soon as we got there , so cleaning the rugs wasnt such a big deal
- 4/5
Clean room, kitchenette was nice to have. No problems
- 3/5
The room was clean. However, there was no ice in the freezer. I went to the front desk and they let me know there are no ice machines on property. She suggested I turn on the ice maker in the freezer. There was no ice maker in the freezer. If you want cold drinks, bring ice!
- 5/5
The staff at the reception desk were great at helping me navigate the light rail system and the local coffee shops
- 5/5
Amazing!

Nice staff, clean room, great location

Clean room and amenities. The queen studio was more than adequate size and dishes; utensils and appliances were very clean. I especially liked that the parking lot was gated with key card entry. The staff was friendly and more than accommodating.

Clean room and helpful staff.
- 4/5
Clean, well appointed room. Great location. Available parking (for a fee) was anlso a big plus. Only negative was the noise from the light rail train outside. Suggest people request a room on the other side of the building from the light rail track.

Spotless, and excellent service 10/10.

- 2/5
Not a good value given the pricing. Also, staff were consistently rude and not helpful.
- 5/5
Good location Only complaint is the motion sensor on the bathroom light. Light would turn off while I was in shower.
- 5/5
I will recommend staying at this hotel. The staff was really nice
- 5/5
Safe, clean, and walking distance to the PATH station! Beautiful view of the city!
- 5/5
This is one of thie nicer hotel's around, the staff were amazing. Everything was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
great staff
- 4/5
Room for improvement: Top floor, so showers had low pressure, with a few dirty spots up top. I am a taller person so I often see dust & dirt higher on walls and ceilings.
- 4/5
I should have looked at the description online because I didn’t realize it was an extended stay hotel and they only did room service once a week. Plus there’s no breakfast. No amenities whatsoever. The one light to the whole stay was free laundry. Plus the location was prime, easy access to PATH.
- 4/5
Yep
- 5/5
Staff are friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Very clean and facility was updated
- 5/5
Very clean room that came with all of the amenities. I loved the full size refrigerator & microwave. It was great being able to cook your food in the room & keep your leftovers good. I will stay again when I come to town to visit.
- 2/5
This treatment alone would have been upsetting, but what happened regarding my emotional support animal made the situation significantly worse. I travel with my dog because I suffer from severe anxiety and depression, and the first employee had immediately acknowledged this without issue. George, however, chose to challenge it, question it, and turn it into a problem. Instead of showing sensitivity, he insisted on charging a seventy five dollar fee and repeatedly said we could speak to the manager about it. Being treated this way during the holiday season, while managing grief and anxiety, was incredibly hurtful. It made me feel dismissed in a moment when I was vulnerable and already struggling. This was not simply poor customer service, it was a complete lack of compassion.
- 3/5
Guests should also be aware that the property is located immediately beside the light rail, which makes the rooms noticeably noisy throughout the day and night. It’s not a complete deal-breaker, but definitely something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Additionally, room service is only provided once a week, which is unusual for the price point and should be made clearer upfront. Overall, the location is convenient, but the service and environment left a lot to be desired
- 5/5
Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and I enjoyed my stay for the most part. I had a room facing the train tracks and the sounds would sometimes bleed through the windows closed.
- 4/5
Clean friendly
- 5/5
Excellent location and customer service from Juan and Cristina at the front desk. Big and spacious room and looks new and modern
- 4/5
Looks like the place was renovated since my last stay there. They should offer a full breakfast though. A hotel like this will be highly appreciated with FULL breakfast offerings. I usually book stays at hotels with breakfast now. All the ones in this area that offered Full breakfast, were booked. I only chose this hotel because it's close to the river with a good nightlife.

Always very clean.
- 4/5
Good lock it the bathroom needed some updating.
- 5/5
On my list for future stays if I need to be close to Manhattan!
- 4/5
The area and everything was nice but I didn't like having to take my dirty towels to the front desk to swap for clean ones. I figured after spending $400 plus on some nights that I could at least get towels delivered to the room.
- 3/5
The room was clean and comfortable and so was the bed. The location was great too. Unfortunately the shower didn’t function properly. It came out as a trickle and most of the water went directly down the drain from the lower faucet. I let the staff at the front desk know but they didn’t even offer an apology.
- 1/5
Shower head is not working properly and shower sink blocked. We asked the front desk to send someone to take a look and answer was our shower are all like this. At the time we left, the water was still sitting in the sink. Also, stayed for two days and no one cleaned our rooms. We were told that 2 day stay does not get this services.
- 3/5
1st night was terrible due to room sharing a wall with on-site gym. Someone decided it was ok to start slamming weights on the ground and throwing a ball against the wall at 2am. Staff had to intervene after I asked the other guest to please stop and they wouldn't. Room was clean, staff was friendly. There are not alot of dining options within reasonable walking distance but close to the ferry and PATH train to Manhattan. Views of NYC skyline nearby are breath-taking
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Basic no frills but nice and hotel clerks nice and friendly. Will stay again!
- 5/5
I found the room to be just what I needed. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and there were nice towels and plenty of them.
- 5/5
Very accommodating. I was able to enjoy an early check in.
- 4/5
Clean room snd the bed was like a cloud! Enjoyed my stay.
- 3/5
Bring your ear plugs - they put me on the path track side. Trains every 11/13 minutes and then frequency slows down after 1am before it picks up again in the am. Poor windows & shower. Seems like I get a crappy location every time I use hotels.com now a days for some reason. All the 4-5 stars are Europeans who use kitchen in unit and path to the city. Absolutely nothing in the area as well.
- 3/5
There was not even water in the room for coffee.
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet
- 5/5
Great location. Easy to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Close to waterfront. Very comfortable hotel.

Convenience of location
- 5/5

- 5/5
We didn't have kids with us.
- 5/5
Great location, great room, would stay again!
- 5/5
The staff was friendly! The only thing was that some of the furnishings in the room were outdated
- 5/5
It was a great hotel, and it was very nicely located. There was a bunch of stuff around, transit wasn’t too far, overall great stay.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Friendly staff .super clean property. Close to Transport
- 5/5
Please make Apple Pay a payment method too!
- 4/5
Good stay. Very friendly staff and comfortable beds.
- 4/5
Commercial business district - only 2 or 3 places to eat in the evening nearby although there was a shopping mall within a 15 minute walk that had a good food court that was open during the day
- 5/5
Large suites at relatively competitive prices. The stay was enjoyable overall.
- 4/5
Multiple long strands of hair left on shower curtains, some in sink.
- 1/5
You basically will be paying top dollar for a good downtown New Jersey location. The staff are well, I want to say terrible but perhaps just overwhelmed and inexperienced. I did not enjoy my stay at all. Be mindful that the hotel is dead smack next to the NJ Light Rail, that’s great if you don’t mind ding and ding all night.
- 5/5
Close to two subway stations to get into Manhattan. Rooms were clean and spacious.
- 5/5
This is a great hotel. It has everything you need. They even have some appliances to borrow. The area is is safe , hotel is very clean. Great deal if you don't want to stay in the city. Close distance to the stations. I was impressed by this place...so convenient
- 1/5
I could barely breathe in my room because there was an overwhelming, pungent smell of urine. It’s a pet friendly hotel so I assume it’s dog urine on the carpet. I asked the front desk if they could change my room but they said they were sold out for the night. I told the front desk again in the morning and they said they heard and apologized but didn’t offer any concession. I called the customer service and they said they made a case but never followed up with me. I’ve been busy and just looked through my emails and still see no follow up, and I haven’t received any call from them. The location is convenient, there is some parking available though I also got the very last spot that evening, and the staff is decent. But I wouldn’t stay there again, or any other pet friendly hotel for that matter.
- 4/5
Location is very nice
- 5/5
Good choice for visiting nyc and great views from nearby
- 5/5
Excellent location and awesome suites! Loved the area and the amenities at the hotel.
- 5/5
Everything was cool I enjoyed it the security deposit is ridiculously priced
- 4/5
The suite is a bit tight when you open the sofabed. The kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave, electric stove, & coffee maker. We checked out from the front desk a toaster so we could toast our bagels. You can check out other items to use but make sure you return it to the front. Overall, this place is a good choice to stay at.
- 5/5
Stayed for a wedding at a venue across the street. Very walkable and in a good area

- 5/5
Everything was great. The staff are very friendly.

Nice Hotel. Clean simple. Good location
- 5/5
Picture yourself facing the best view you can get from Manhattan, while avoiding all the craziness. You are minutes away from Manhattan, and minutes away from Liberty Park. You get the best of both Worlds !
- 5/5
The hotal was in a quiet neighborhood. Secure onsite parking. Nice staff. Close to subway. Theres breakfast places close by.
- 3/5
Quiet. Average facilities.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Awesome
- 5/5
The stay was great I love it!!!
- 4/5
The room didn't have air vents in the bedroom so it was warm in that area but cool in the common area when door was closed.
- 5/5
Nice place with kitchen. If you are going as family it was like 1 bhk house. Very spacious. Only drawback was if you are staying multiple days they don’t clean the room. They do not collect dirty towels and deliver new towels. At the end of 3 day stay my room was overflowing with trash .
- 4/5
Overall a nice stay, there was a bloodstain on one of the pillows and the water pressure could be stronger.
- 5/5
It was cleaner than many 5-Star hotels honestly. Everything was great! It could even be better if the refrigerator in my room didn’t make much noise.
- 4/5
The hotel was clean comfortable. Location was great near path and waterway boat. Beautiful at night city lights
- 5/5
Great room in a good location! The PATH station to World Trade is only a few blocks away and there are several upscale and casual restaurants around. The hotel’s paid parking is inside a secure lot surrounding the building. We came for a short stay to go into NYC and to visit the Statue of Liberty. Our city view room had an outstanding view of the Freedom Tower and surrounding buildings. Take a walk to the Hudson Waterfront and go out to the end of the pier at 1 Harborside Place for some great views. We talked to a proud local resident fishing there who said he thinks it’s the best spot for a frame-worthy picture with the city lit up at night.
- 5/5
Christina was great!
- 2/5
Location is the only reason this place has a rating, but the rooms are a bit outdated, the floor was sticky, the tv has now streaming services, no daily room clean up.
- 4/5
I think it’s crazy that they charge for parking for people who pay to stay there.
- 4/5

- 5/5
It was prefect for our family of 4 with a dog
- 1/5
Unfriendly staff
- 3/5
The hotel was good would stay again but they had a power outage for couple hours from 11pm until 8am the next morning , they didn’t say anything and didn’t at least reached out to us
- 4/5
Stuck me in the lobby ADA room first night. Next night, hotel lost power fo 10 hrs. Otherwise fine.
- 4/5
The staff was professional, courteous, and accommodating when I requested a change of room. My room was clean. The bed was very comfortable for sleeping. There was a nice kitchen area. A list of the different restaurants was given to me.
- 5/5
Apartment style. Big fridge, all the stuff for cooking
- 5/5
The hotel was a convenient short walk to a train ride away from Manhattan and was very comfortable and in a safe neighborhood. Staff was responsive and courteous. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Overall was an average stay. I asked for the crib during chekin which was promosed but never semt to my room. The location of the propety is very nice but its pretty old. So dont expect a wow factor.

Love this location, quite, save, close to path station, in 5 minutes at Manhattan, close hotel nice views, restautants and bars around, room was nice, clean with comfortably mattress
- 5/5
Staff is polite
- 5/5
Convenient location, very friendly staff. Easy, abundant parking for guests. Have stayed here several times for work - highly recommend!
- 5/5
Good location to nyc
- 5/5
Fully renovated from my last stay. Clean. Quiet. Spacious. Great for long term stay. It has a mini kitchen a a full fridge. Aside from the check in receptionist who had earphones on while dealing with guests and constantly picking up the phone, interrupting the checkin-in process, everything is good.
- 5/5
This is a nice hotel for the money. The kitchen is not equipped for cooking any elaborate meals, but it's fine for simple things. I appreciated being able to eat a few meals in. The location in Jersey City is very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation.
- 4/5
Would be nice if coffee were available in lobby.
- 5/5
It’s a good place to stay with your car
- 3/5
No frills and excellent for extended stays but any services must be requested and to get fresh towels/linens you actually must bring the pieces that you want to swap. It is adjacent to the light rail so you will hear that noise at regular intervals. Overall good value and pleasant, if not luxurious, accommodation

The hotel is in a good area if you don't want to pay central new York prices only 10min walk to the path train 🚂 takes you to the World Trade centre where you can just jump on the subway to anywhere in new york the only disappointed was they do not clean the room i was there for the week

It was nice and clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Didn't like that you had to go to the main desk to get fresh towels.

Great location. Well though out renovations . Easy parking .

Great property and amenities!

Also: large rooms (1 BR suites), with comfortable beds. Still , the hotel has a major structural flaw: the internal walls are too thin, which causes all kinds of concerns about privacy. Snoring of your neighbors comes to you at ease. No breakfast served by the hotel. But plenty options are available outside.

I had business meetings in lower Manhattan. The location was perfect. And the neighbourhood is really nice - lots of service, safe and clean streets, amazing views. Super easy to get into the city as well.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the waterfront, where you can stroll and enjoy the beautiful view of Manhattan.

This is a very well run, clean hotel. The location is perfect for enjoying all NYC has to offer. The property is located in a safe area with a private gated parking lot. All rooms have a full mini-kitchen to prepare home cooked meals saving money on the high cost of eating out.

Great space, great facilities and easy to get to the PATH and straight into the WTC. We will definitely be staying here again. The only small gripe I have is there wasn’t really enough space in the bedroom to put an open suitcase - but it certainly wasn’t an issue! Can’t wait to visit again, thank you.

Nice clean updated and spacious apartment with friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here as a family (12, 15yo) so used Sofa Bed as well which worked well. Was in a lovely quiet area with beautiful views of NYC - and even more beautiful views to NYC within 5min walk. Was nice to head back here after busy days in NYC - but to also access Prudential Stadium to watch Ice Hockey! Both Exchange & Newport stations within 10min flat walk from apartment. Highly recommended!!

Very clean. However, there is no room service. One must go pick up towels. Bed not made for 4 nights, not that it was a problem.
