Everyday they changed the towels. Very old property, too much sound & noise. My room had very narrow passage (@10 Inch) to go for bathroom. Low illumination. Not value for money. It is not that mark in term of paid rent per day. Overpriced.

Everyone on the staff that we met was great, They were super friendly and helpful. The parking was easy and they even allowed us to park before checking and after checkout while went into the City. Traffic was difficult, but everywhere this close to the city is, so that wasn't a surprise, but everything about this hotel made up for it. And there was a Dunkin next door and a gas station a block down, so it was easy to get supplies. I will be back here for sure. Nothing against this particular hotel, but traffic is always jammed and congested when you're this close to the City. With this hotel being right next to the main road and a right turn to get out, this was as good as it gets for this type of trip.

Nearby to my apartment. It. didn’t provide any other facilities except stay. Further, there was an over charge of stay for 3 days of more than $300 by property manager apart from $246.45 of booking amount. Upon the update of booking price on booking.com, manager cancelled the card charges and took the higher price from me for 3 days stay as booked on booking.com. I requested you credit the excess charge to my card account on the receipt of this response

nothing really. dead roches in the fridge, it looks like some body died in the bed and in the bathroom. they ust cover a dirty mattress with clean sheets. Too expensive for that dirty room.

Very old and very Dirty carpets in room and bad smell. All mattresses need change they are all old and dirty and broken. The price is not correct for this room. I pay almost 600$ for 2 night, although the price of such a room should be at least twice lower. Very expensive

When I checked in the first night I was told that it’s a non-smoking room but when I entered there was an obvious bothering smoke smell in the room. I talked to the receptionist the next morning as I was too tired at night to complain. He was so cooperative and changed the room for me. That made my stay a bit better

The vanity sink is crack,patched with silicon glue I was deeply sleepy, 2 crazy males occupants started a fight at the parking lot, then early morning 6:30 that same occupants came on bang hard at my door, very frightened, I had to confront the maniac.

The service was very good. They accomated us by giving us upper floor room and also providing iron when needed. The room was clean but could have been little cleaner.

Although the roadside is a bit unkempt, and the property is on a noisy main road, the Inn parking lot, halls, and rooms were very tidy. For a budget place, one really can't go wrong. Directly next door to a Dunkin Donuts which is amazing for those of us that would like coffee before anything else.

nothing was not what i was expecting i got a room reported the air conditioner was not working and refrigerator and they said they could not do anything about it knowing i had an infant in my room

It was small and parking was easy Got a whirlpool room and original price was $130 but to upgrade the room it was increased to $230. The whirlpool didn’t work. Just a tub with water. Air jets not working. The star said that they don’t work. You can hear the motor but it wasn’t working. Also the television had no sound. I told the staff about it and the said “that’s strange” then turned up the volume on their tv that was in their check in location. So clearly they were very unhelpful. Also didn’t like how they don’t offer military discount rates. I would not recommend staying here. The room was tiny as well. Microwave wasn’t working properly. Plus the mirrors around the “whirlpool” or bath, had hand prints and black smudges on them. Really disgusting looking. This is room 105 at this location. I will not be coming back here.

There were bugs in my room and refrigerator. The rooms smelt like smoke and there was mold in their ice machine. The staff did not see a problem with anything and they were unpleasant. The manager was the worst of them all and pretty much had a "too bad" attitude towards the situation. I would NEVER stay here again or recommend it.

Property was ok, fridge was leaking, second lock with chain was broken so I felt super unsafe, heating barely worked and I barely slept the night because of the cold. Outlets in the bathroom didn’t work, and the mattresses were filthy and tried to be covered up with white sheets. Overall, just prayed I got through the night bc of the cold and constant worry ab the second lock being broken so I could get back home the next day.

It's a great price for a hotel to get into NYC. It's nothing special, but we had no issues. By far the best choice for the price.

It was fine in general, but if you have large luggage make sure to ask for a first floor room. Bathroom flush wasn’t working for a whole day which was inconvenient especially if you have kids. It’s close to the port and plazas around.

The stay overall was okay. It was clean and staff were nice but the water kept going off in the toilet and it was a disturbance throughout the night. It is very close to New York City and was worth the stay for the price paid.

I don't like that fact that I booked through Expedia. Expedias site entered the wrong date of booking then couldn't help me. I will never use you guys again. The only upside is I have a great guy and he's a Veteran.

It was ok - room was ok. Area wasn’t great but if you need somewhere to sleep and don’t want anything fancy then it’s ok. very outdated look and feel.

It was good. We stayed there only one night and left early. They had a shuttle to NY. Good service

The clerk at the desk was very nice every time I called to let him know I would be arriving later than originally planned. When onsight I was given advice as to the options to get over to Manhatten via bus or subway.

You won’t be able to sleep because of the noise of the cars. You can hear the entire transit. It also gets super cold.

Really small rooms but very clean. Bathroom was my biggest concern. I couldn't reach the toilet paper roll because of where it was located. Toilet was so close to the sink that I couldn't reach back for the toilet paper on the side of the sink. The tub backed up a bit too. We did report it and they did work on it while we were gone during the day.
