everything was great. Make sure to arrive before 8 pm when the staff will leave the location hot water takes time so you need to be super patient

Great location is the main reason for coming to this hotel. Easy walking distance to many attractions. The room was very small and without some of the usual facilities....no tv, no tea/coffee things...no kettle. Just a tiny basic room....but clean.

The location was fantastic, close enough to Jeonju Hanok Village without being in it and close to Nambu market. Our room was spacious and clean. While there was no lift, it was not an issue for us to carry our luggage up. The staff were friendly and in particular, one staff went out of her way to help us with a query/request that we had which required local knowledge which we so appreciated!

Lovely large clean, modern room with great aircon. No view at all (windows blocked off) but as we were only there for one night not a problem.

Great and unique place to stay. Amazing location and comfortable beds. The staff are very friendly. The only negative was that there was a smell in the room, not sure what it was. Also, small towels for the bathroom was not very good.
