Don't let location scare you off. The stay was great and the staff was EXCELLENT!!

The a/c buttons were inop, so we couldn’t change the fan speed and our room got really stuffy overnight. There were electrical fixtures coming out of the wall, the bed frame was extremely noisy with any movement, the toilet made horrible noises, the roll down shade did not block the light so we woke up at sunrise, the shower head was hanging out of the wall.

The shower curtain was dirty on the bottom the refrigerator didn't work till they brought us another one the bugs out side was crazy not a good place to walk your dog the breakfast was not good the bed was really hardt

Shower was dripping and left a huge puddle on the bathroom floor. Had to get a different room. Dead bug on the floor that was still there when we got the same room on our return trip five days later. At least the AC was cold.

I’ll stay at this location probably 2 to 3 times a year. They have great friendly staff. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. It’s always been a hassle free stay for me. The only thing I dislike is how far away from town it is. Also hate the road conditions leading up to the hotel.

This was a very convenient stop off the highway with a buffet style restaurant a few steps away. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower pressure and temperature were great!. It was a convenient and affordable way to split up my long travel days.

Staff was amazing - very friendly & personable. The property is older, so that should be taken into consideration - but everything was in workable order & it served the purpose of just having an affordable place to sleep for the night.

There was poop on the back of the toilet. The person on duty seem like he was always outside smoking. And the prices for the chips and two drinks and two candy bars came up to $14 Way too expensive.

Cleanliness in the room. -

Beds were comfortable. The room had a refrigerator and microwave but no freezer so couldn’t refreeze ice packs for food in coolers. Maid came to spruce up room while we were out, picked up wet towel but left wet washcloth in shower where I left it. Carpet frayed by door and bathroom had black on floor trim. The usb outlets in light didn’t work. ‘Quality’ inn, not so much. Outside clean, plenty parking and by a Western Sizzling which was excellent.

I was walking in my socks in room the carpet was so dirty I had to throw the socks away! It was spider crawling in the room! Glad I carry my sprays with me lysol, bug and cleaner!

The room had some nice upgrades. There was a strong cleaning, smell and moldy smell. The room needed a good thorough cleaning. The parking was fine. The breakfast did not have any food I could eat.

It would be ideal if they provided the hotel password, and that they put soap, shampoo and conditioner I stayed for a week 😩 and there was no refill of the aforementioned.

Started out alright with a very friendly front desk attendant, who was stretched a little thin (I got the sense he was the only person working), yet was competent, helpful, and nice. I could tell there were some recent upgrades (e.g. a new shower stall) and the bedsheets were good, but overall the room was pretty gross. It had a funny smell, stains on the carpet, rust on the metal bathroom shelves, some kind of black stain/splatter (I hope not mold) on the bathroom mirror frame, and dead bugs on the window sill & on the bathroom floor. The in-room furnace/AC was loud, only ran on full blast, and was potentially the source of the smell in the room. I slept quite poorly.

The shower was leaking and had mold on the curtains. The doors were exterior like a motel not a hotel. the beds and rooms were decently clean. just woke up and left, didn't take a shower or eat breakfast. just wanted to get out of there asap.

There was mold all over the room. We asked the front desk to cancel the reservation because we would stay somewhere else. They apologized and said that they could not do anything since the reservation was made through Hotels.com. When we reached out to Hotels.com they said the property would not honor any kind of a refund. We come to Jasper every year for a mountain bike race with many other people. Everyone needs to know that there is mold and DO NOT STAY Here!

Good room, convenient spot

I just had a quick In-N-Out stay arriving later in the evening. And I was out early the next morning. Ratings were pretty good on Expedia, but I can see that they were trying but to me the rooms had everything but they just weren’t that clean. I had to wipe stuff off the wall, which was pretty gross. Not sure how simple things could get overlooked like dirty pictures on the wall and dirty mirrors, hair on counter Again, I think they try but not the greatest.

Check was a breeze. The bed is very nice.

The blanket on the bed was torn. The smell of smoke was horrible, my cloths smelt for days until I got home. The front desk at check in was very strange. I will not be staying here again.

We’ve stayed here before no issues but the room we were in this time really needed a good cleaning. There was mold around the bathtub faucet, mold on the shelf in the bathtub and hairs on the bed sheets. I try to give benefit of the doubt most of the time but I did see where someone else had a complaint of the same issue of the mold in the shower two years ago and I have an almost identical picture, so it appears it was never addressed.

Stay was okay the beds were hard and wasn’t told till after check in 3 adults can’t share a king bed with sofa bed so was given two queens. I was also charged a little more that originally quoted. Other than that over all it’s not bad room was clean great water pressure and the gentleman at check in was friendly so overall not awful 💕

The room smelled like it had just been fumigated! There was an intense chemical smell. I was exhausted after driving all day and didn’t have the energy to complain so wound up sleeping poorly. Finally got out of bed at 5 am to just hit the road. Would NOT recommend!

Do not choose this hotel. I had made a reservation with them and they said that it was not in their system. Their manager had stated that this was not the first time that this had happened. I tried to get a refund but the manager would not respond so I couldn't get my money back. Do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else to stay.

The room air conditioner was so gross it hadn’t been cleaned in years. It was full of hair, dust just gross. The room was clean old building.

This place should be condemned by the health department Filthy, black mold growing on the shower and bathroom walls, not just a little mold but, alot. The toilet seat was broken and filth around the bracket that hold the seat onto the base of the toilet. The pillows stunk like dirty hair. Please heed the advice and do not stay here. The dining around the place is junk food and the lock on the door was only a simple little lock.Keep searching and pay attention to the poor reviews. If there are good reviews, it is a scam and lies.

The first night it was super quiet, but we had someone above us the next night and we could hear them stomping around. That being said, if you have earbuds or ear plugs they work. Even though its near the freeway, you don't hear it. Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable. The room did have a slight smell, but we were able to smell a little air freshener. Everything was clean, and there are some really good dining options about 15 minutes away. It's a great spot if you're there to see the parks. Lots of parking if you have a trailer or RV. Would definitely recommend.

Check in took quite a while since the very nice man did not know how to use the system. AFTER checking me in, he let me know that the card key system was down, so he would have to unlock my room for me. Unloading into a 2nd floor room while keeping the door open at midnight was not ideal.

Something about this place seemed sketchy. The room smelled of marijuana even though there was a no smoking policy. I probably should of complained but I'm not normally a complainer, it was late, and we were tired from hiking all day. There was also a dark colored unknown substance in front of and slightly on the entry door. Could have been blood, could have been soda. I don't know. I also awoke to arguing outside sometime during the night. The main lobby area was nice and clean and breakfast was sufficient.

Overall it was fine for the few nights we were in town. The two times we went to the front desk no one was there and we had to call to get someone to come to the desk. The room overall was decent however if you are mold sensitive I would keep this in mind. The bathroom was moldy and musky. The shower head leaked which was causing the growing mold in the bathroom. There were some silver fish bugs and the towels had marks on them but the fridge worked. The sheets were mostly clean with a few black spots here and there. Pretty quiet for the most part. If you’re looking for something cheap and short term it’s fine.

Just stayed for the night so ok for that. Was supposed to be non smoking and our room smelled so bad it was giving me a headache. Breskfast decent.

Decent hotel with a good breakfast. Rooms were comfortable. The bathroom had some issues with repairs and cleanliness but it was bearable. Very close to Foster Falls which was amazing to go to. Not much is around other than that. No laundry or pool. But there is a small gym. Overall would stay there again for the price and comfort.

I have relied upon hotels.com to find affordable, clean and comfortable rooms for years now. The ratings of this hotel did not reflect clean or comfortable. Both rooms of our reservation had distinct and unpleasant odors. Our daughter and son-in-law’s room had an empty vodka bottle on the floor. There was an unslightly and suspicious stain on the chair in our room. The bathtub faucet was surrounded by grime. My wife wanted to leave immediately but we were stuck. The coffee in the morning did not taste right and we were afraid to eat the breakfast.

Staff was very nice, helpful. Room was nice, we did not expect much, but little things downgraded. Ironing board was old/rusty/filthy. Shower and water pressure was great but floor of shower was slippery. Breakfast was not ready a 6 am/coffee machine was Brocken/not working. Breakfast was ok.

This motel needs a lower score. To start i reserved a non smoking king size bed room. Upon checking in they said all they had left were 2 queens. Once in room it still had personal hygiene items in trash can. The beds had metal containers under matress so it buckled evertime i got in out of bed.

We just needed a quick stop to stay on travels back home. The place was nice and clean and breakfast was nicely set up. Beds not so comfortable but does the job for a quick stay

This was much nicer than I expected when I saw it was a 2 star, but I based my decision on the reviews. The hosts were very friendly, Place was very clean, nice lobby, great continental breakfast with a fair amount of choices. Also nice, two restaurants right across from parking lot. I'd definitely stay again, and I do recommend.

Requested a downstairs room because of a bad back and we had a small dog. Nothing available. Was up stairs and all the way to the end . 2 stories with outside stairs. Rooms old need refurbishing.

Staff was super nice. There are a couple of restaurants almost in the same parking lot. We stayed for one night while traveling. Breakfast was very good. Area as quiet and safe. Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

Bed wasn’t quite as comfy as my own of course. Only issue was the very loud housekeeping carts at 7:30 in the morning both mornings.

The bed was hideously uncomfortable! I had booked for 3 nights and had to leave after one. It was non-refundable so I was out the other two nights. However, I wouldn’t have been able to walk had I slept on that bed another night.

Nice room nice breakfast. Had to wait 45 minutes during breakfast for someone to make the coffee so wasn’t too impressed with that part. Especially since I had asked when new coffee would be made and the guy said he would make it but waited 45 minutes to do so.

Updated older motel. But water pressure in shower was a dream. Bedding was good. Very quiet. Far enough off the interstate so as not to hear traffic and good free breakfast selection. I have stayed here several times without issue.

I needed a place to stay during a long road trip with my dogs and I was able to reserve a room with very short notice. The front desk manager was very friendly and fast. I was tired and ready to go to bed! No complaints at all.

This place smelled so terrible, I was starting to feel sick by the next morning from smelling it all night. Also the bed was on a metal box that made insanely loud noise if you moved a finger. I was really glad I was only there for a night.

The building is pretty run down, parking lot poorly lit, lots of sirens from the nearby hospital. Breakfast was a disappointment. The biscuits were spongy, gravy tasted funny, coffee was nasty, bacon was limp, and no fresh fruit. Pretty basic accommodation

We chose this place for proximity to family and price, and we’re satisfied enough to return. There are no amenities and that saved a lot of money. To spend twice as much for free breakfast and pool and fitness room was not practical for us.

Dog hair everywhere in the “pet friendly” room. The mattress was on a rusty bed frame that made horrible noise with any movement. Cleaner chemical smell extremely strong despite the uncleanliness. Mold along the shower and toilet.

Desk clerk was friendly and extremely helpful/understanding. My neighbors started smoking marijuana for multiple hours although the rooms are posted non-smoking which triggered an asthma attack. I made plans to change motels, but the clerk immediately offered to change rooms when I came down to let them know I was leaving after assuming they were full. He let me smell a new room to make sure my special needs could be accommodated. CPAP machines can not be used without causing a lot of residual issues around smoke and he understood my situation. Greatly appreciated the willingness and ability to be flexible and accommodate my health needs. I’m not sure the customer bad behavior could have been prevented , but staff did all in his power to remedy my situation. Very Grateful I didn’t need to spend additional money.

The staff was fantastic and polite. The room was filthy. The carpet, the walls, the curtains, all showed visible dirt. The shower, sink, and linens were all clean, but how dirty the rest of the room was made you question how clean were the visibly clean items.

The king size bed was not comfortable, the box frame was noisy when you move. The mattress was indented from prior usage. Either a new mattress needs to be replaced or flipped if possible.

We searched dog friendly hotels. Booked this one and after 12 hours of driving were told at this hotel there were no pet rooms left. Sent us away and now Expedia needs to refund my money.

We booked through Hotels.com and didn't get to check in on time and our room was given away. We had 2 adults and one child and got charged for a King suite with a pull out bed. When we got to the hotel, the employee said they had us in a handicapped king but 3-people don't fit in there. He said they could give us 2-queens for the 3 of us at a cheaper price. Haven't seen the price adjustment? Also the toilet seat was missing a bolt to keep the seat down and kept sliding off. If you can help remedy the price adjustment we would appreciate it!

I've been staying in this hotel for years for the TKO event. It has steadily gotten worse as far as cleanliness, working ACs, and comfort of beds

I have no idea how this hotel is rated as high as it was. Our room smelled soooo bad. The ceiling was literally peeling, and there were gross brown stains on the bathroom door. We’re not usually fussy people, but even my husband thought this place was yucky!

The staff is very personable and professional. Brandon deserves a raise. He fixed a maintenance glitch personally, himself and this really helped my entire stay. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff and owners go out of their way, to make your stay memorable. The location is excellent also. Their customer service is 5 star, and cleanliness of the rooms is far better than what I have experienced in a long time.

Not 2 shabby for an older kinda run down hotel. Kinda stinky. It was quiet and the bed was decent. The lightbulbs are daytime bulbs that are so bright it burns your retinas but, such is life. Overall it’s exactly what you would expect from a cheaper hotel, however there was some effort put into the place.

The listing said the hotel was pet friendly, but it was not pet friendly. Property is in an undesirable area with very limited options for food . The bed is on a platform that makes noise if you roll over. Bathroom grout was gross. The breakfast was better than expected. But definitely would not choose to stay here again.
