The hotel looks like an old hotel that has been abandoned for sometime, the humidity smell in the rooms, the breakfast did not feel fresh. I had higher expectations from the pictures

Very old place. Looks like it was abandoned decades ago. The maintenance is really poor. Smelly room, spotty bedsheets, leaking water in the bathroom, a crowded street. I am completely dissatisfied with the place.

First room was dirty, noisy and smelly. Second was calm, new and clean, so hard to compare. Breakfast was almost empty at 9.30am.

For the price, getting all the facilities and the quality of service is super valuable. I enjoyed the variety of food the breakfast provide. During my time here, I was able to access swimming pool and gym without other guests so it is like we have all the facilities to ourselves. Ordered room service but they asked for clarification like 30-40 minutes after ordering. The laundry service for fast one was supposed to be 4 hours but we received it after 6 hours. Which thankfully is not an issue cause we already cancelled our plans for that day. The service itself was not an issue, but perhaps need to communicate more if things are taking longer than planned or promise.

Location was perfect for our business meetings, staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property was very clean and well-decorated. Beds were very comfortable. The space was spacious for us to be able to follow-up on work after all our back-to-back meetings. Overall, perfect. We will likely return. NA

The room smelled musty when we arrived, but we understand humidity is a factor in keeping things fresh. Upholstery on couches, and chairs at the restaurant and coffee shop would benefit with a steam cleaning.

A very nice and clean hotel that offers great breakfast with both international and local food options. We had two rooms, both were very clean, spacious and well furnished, but one had a definitely better and more modern bathroom. The pool was decent. WiFi was reliable. Overall a very nice stay. Everything was fine, just the water in the shower could have been warmer. It was never hot, just lukewarm.
