Location Hot water was barely warm enough for a comfortable shower. A lizard was spotted in the room. Elevator was broken down and got repaired in two days caused inconvenience

The location is convenient. Walking distances to few food stall and fruits store and convenient stores. The bed sheet was not clean. It has dry blood stained. Requested to change the sheet. Disappointed ? The toilet seat was not clean. I can see the droplets water mark. Requested to clean the toilet. Looks like it did not get clean after the previous guest.☹️

Nothing I been staying here for almost a week extending every day and paying. This staff name "Gino" decided to call me and wake me up at 1 am. And had terrible attitude. When i asked him if its ok to call people up at 1 am he keep answering "uh -huh" to everything. Very rude and unacceptable behavior. Stay away from this hotel and stay somewhere where they can treat you with respect.

Good ? Pay attention for the cleanliness

The family room is wide and spacious which is perfect for family or group fo friend to stay in. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the place needs improvement. Our shower had clogging issue causing water buildup and it was simply due to not cleaning hair at the outlet prior to our stay. Once I informed staff to clean it, no more clogging found. I advise to do this after each checkout instead of waiting guest report. Additionally, housekeeping did not pick up our trash that was clearly trash apart from what was inside the small trash basket they provided. Even if the trash was placed right next to the trash basket.

Good hot shower Location It was an old karaoke type of hotel. Very poor cleanliness and sanitisation all around the property (lifts…) Specifically as regards the room: Lipstick, dirty marks on pillow linen, towels with marks, long black hair on the floor, some on the bed (I’m bald), I did not dare to check under the bed.
