The staff treated my daughter and my aunt and myself hands down better than any hotel staff I've ever come across. Except for the massage area, there is an incident that was taken care of. There is an incident on the on-site massage center. It was handled and taken care of by management.

Massage in the room opportunity is always a good choice. Spacious rooms This was my third time and they had no improvement, even decreased in the service. Breakfast was weaker than before, coffee always came late, mostly after the finishing breakfast. There used to be complementary food when I book for a suit, this time nothing was in the room. They couldn’t help even finding a taxi.

the location is ok so far, close to the tool-road; taxi/ by Grab is easy for travelers to go anywhere you want to. I not suggest you to stay this hotel, cause the front-table person has less experience on room-arrangement. That day, i want to check-in around 14:00, she （the front-table) insists “all room is smoking room”, then when i follow her arrangement upstairs to the room, the room still has someone living inside, and the person (a man, inside the room) very angry with my interruption, and almost jump out of the room to kill me. Terribly arrangement problem from the front-table. then i go down to the front-table, she (the same person) arrange me a non-smoking room, only 20 min. ago she said all room is smoking room, and now she can give me a non-smoking room??? Terribly, i doubt how the hotel training the front-table person???

cleanliness, some black dots seemed like mold in the shower room (very minor though). And saw a piece hair on one of the breakfast meal.

All good especially your welcome drink and snacks were delicious!! Provide, Iron and ironing board, replace coffe machine with microwave. Bath Mat should be in every bathroom at the hotel, as after shower the floor is slippery and could be dangerous. Hand towel / face towels needed as well.

Location, facilities, comfortable bed. The parking capacity was quite small. I had to park in the muddy field owned by the hotel.

The decoration is nice, there was no missing items in the room, the bathroom cabinets are very useful. he towels and sheets were very old and not clean.

Great Hotel. It is worth mentioning it is a dry hotel. So no alcohol in the premises.

- The hotel is located close to the Arkadia Green Park, which hosts various large organizations. You can walk there in two minutes. - Room was quite spacious - Bathroom was fine, great shower ?. - Airco was also functioning fine. - Also walking distance to both Aeon mall (10 min) and a lovely place called "Garden cafe" (5 min). - If you are a *sweet* breakfast person, I think the options are not that great (quality and selection) compared to what you would find in an European hotel in this category (I cannot judge the Indonesian food, it looked good but it's just not for me in the morning ?). - The smoke/non-smoke area for breakfast is roughly 50/50. The restaurant is often quite full and you end up in the smoking area (or sit next to the pool) - If you are on the wrong side of the hotel, you get a lot of street noise. TB Simatupang road is really busy. The windows also vibrate with the traffic noise. In general my purpose in a hotel is to sleep, and be away during the day. That's why I think this is an important element! - Space underneath the hotel door (sound) - I don't understand how one can have a bright green LED at TV connection box, it's just too bright at night. I had to cover it with a brochure from the hotel. (just a minor detail though)
