The water channel in the bathroom is not running smoothly so the bathroom always floods even though the shower water is turned on low.

I requested a non-smoking room and the room smelled strongly of smoke.

Good hotel included with good breakfast buffet. The location actually close to anywhere but the street in front is one way street only. So we need to turn around if we want to reach another area, which is quite far away with the traffic.

Everything was ok except at the room was no cattle and breakfast was not good.

The room was small like a cell and no hot water to shower.

Very comfortable and clean The staff is not really helpful They don’t help me to print the ticket , They don’t offer me one more blanket when I request . It is no sense that when hotel tell me cannot offer one more blanket

- Our first room was dirty and smelled smokey, we then got a different room

The sink inside the toilet was blocked. The breakfast was already cold. The coffee from coffee dispenser was cold and I have to asked one of the attendant to make one cup hot in the microwave. The towel provided was smells bad. I asked for smoking room however At the time we entered the room it's already smells cigarette. Means it was not clean properly after the previous guest left. Provide water kettle for guests make coffee or hot water. The water dispenser you placed next to the elevator is inconvenience for guests to go in and out the room just to get hot water. Should open the window and let the fresh air come in when you clean the room for make cigarette smells go and spray air freshener.
