I liked the staff, the location, the hot shower and that a staff member was always on duty The place could do with being cleaned on a regular basis. There are no fire safety measures in place such as fire extinguishers, emergency exit signs and what to do messages in the event of a fire. A fire in the building could lead to fatalities.

For a low budget hotel, this one is quite nice: the aircon and the wifi work fine, shower works well, quite a good bed. It was not too noisy and the staff is really kind. They let me have a look at the room before paying the deposit, which was really nice. As expected for this price range, the room was quite old and not the cleanest. Detected some small ants in my bed on day 2.

The location is so good closer from cgk airport and so close from metro station and brt station In old town jakarta And the staff is so helpful and all time smile to you started from the security outdoor to the last worker all time support and the reception manager so helpful in the last day i need to extend for 6 hours and she give me 8 hours with kindly smile and easy way and they accepted cash and visa easy to pay The less of facilities don’t have fridge and clothes organizer

No hot water for shower. Big rats all over. Lots of mosquitoes. Aircon wasn't cold enough. Windows curtain can see through. Can't sleep as it's not totally dark. Lots of rats dancing on your roof. You can hear that crawling squeaky sounds.

I stayed here for 12 days room 310/304, my stay was exceptional, Staff was really kind and helpful, On duty manager was very friendly and she did every outmost to make my stay comfortable The housekeeping staff did the cleaning every time i wanted with everything cleaned i will come back again and i definitely recommend Sorry to say but WiFi is very weak and every time i had to call someone to fix the issues, WiFi signal is weak

Price and professionalism is good Need repair, no shower curtain. Deposit. Some single rooms has no windows.
