The room was really dirty with lot of moisture on sheets and walls. Some hairs everywhere in the room. Horrible moisture smell. We told the staff about it and they propose to change the sheets. We waited 15min and the sheets were still horrible with brown and blood stains and holes

The manager here is very nice. I had to keep my personal bag here for 10 days, so he helped me in a way that no other restaurant owner would ever do. I didn't like this location , everything else is fine

Staffs are nice, friendly and helpful. Room is decently clean and tidy, bathroom are also decently clean. More than you would expect from this price range Breakfast could be improved, but with this price range I don't think I could expect more

Verse Lite was exceptional in every way. The room was comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The atmosphere and location were perfect , truly an outstanding stay. Everything was great

The property was only 25 minute walk to Monas Our initial room was covered with ants. The staff were able to move us to a new room (different bed selection and smaller) this room the sheets & head board were covered in stains. One thing to note that both rooms had a very heavy humid smell.

I like the room. Cozy and worth the price. I did not like the location that much. I don’t think it is suitable for walking at night.

Good location, near lots of street food and mall. There were cockroaches in my room, but the hotel agreed to change to another room for me but it had ants.

The property is near a mall which is very convenient. There are also a lot of food stalls in the street for a quick meal. Good value for money. Perfect for a solo traveller. The towels in the shower were very rough and appeared old.

Even in small eatery or very cheap hotel i can borrow, spoon, fork and plate, in this hotel the manager proudly arrogantly boost how the hotel. Not allowed their cutlery cannot borrowed, bery baddd service

The elevator has been broken for 2 months, always stops on the 8th floor, and the mall function and has to be pressed for a long time to close the elevator door on the 8th floor, I'm afraid that one day there will be victims in the elevator, Borrowing plates and spoons and forks is not allowed, the hotel is stingy! This morning I heard from the manager himself that indeed spoons and forks and plates are not allowed to be borrowed, the service sucks, I've stayed in various hotels, especially 3-star hotels, even given an ice bowl, full of ice, cutlery etc. lent with a smile and full service, this is the first time I've seen a manager proudly insist on not lending it, suckskkksssss service
