Blind and shower can be closer to the window. If you have yes over you can see right into the shower in both rooms I stayed in.

The staff are amazing and the food are great! I enjoyed the room service (especially the nasi goreng) and how spacious the room is. Location wise it is also very convenient considering it is near a mall, you're able to walk in less than 5 minutes and they have a special access to the mall.

Very, very nice hotel in Depok close to UI and shopping. Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff, nice rooms, and excellent breakfast. Don’t skip it. Very much enjoyed my stay! Wonderful rooms, but absolutely freezing temps. Couldn’t be adjusted or fixed by staff either. Not the end of the world, but too cold

It is near to a big mall which offers many meal options. While the breakfast serves a good spread, it gets really very crowded in the restaurant at certain times, especially over the weekends. It was hard to find a table during these times, and it might be due to the manpower crunch that certain tables were not cleaned in time. The hot latte I asked for was served cold. It was also the first time in my hotel stay in various countries, that I had to settle the laundry bill before my clothes are delivered to my room.

Staff was professional. Buffet was great. Close to Margo city mall. Beds were comfortable. The traffic can be very hectic making trips to and from the hotel very long.

Great value for money, location is very convenient right next to the mall, across another mall, and walking distance to several restaurants and outside amenities (like laundry). Facilities are also great, with options for entertaining little kids. While the staff were friendly, we had an unpleasant experience where one of the staff were 'too friendly' with our child, carrying our child without permission when our child was clearly uncomfortable with it. We have communicated our complain to the hotel staff and they promised to bring it to management.

Good location, clean rooms, complimentary early check-in, helpful staff at front desk. Suprisingly very good room service food. I book for twin, i got one big bed. Eventually get that fixed within 15min to switch room. The ac cannot be control, tried to follow instructions didn’t work. Asking for staff to check. No one come to fix. Were sleeping freezing cold ?. Very limited offer on tv. Pillow not comfortable it was way to hard.

Breakfast was good, the room was spacious and clean and the staff always helpful. Close to the university and given how hard it is to move around the city, it was nice to be directly connected to a mall with plenty of restaurants.. The coffee machine in the restaurant never worked properly.

Staff were excellent and always greeted me with friendliness and outstanding service. I appreciated how they were so understanding and accommodating when I requested a different room to better suit my needs. The first room I stayed in had a terrible odour coming from the bathroom drain and there appeared to be flying insects breeding in it and the shower recess was quite mouldy. The second room I had was directly facing the main road and the traffic noise was so loud I couldn’t sleep. The third room was on a lower floor but definitely cleaner and quieter away from the main road and traffic noise.
