Clean and tidy No parking space, only fit 4 cars in front of hotel entrance (pls confirm hotel if they provide vallet parking). This is express hotel, suitable for short business stay

They don’t help with the luggage at the Check-in, and when I called the customer service to help me taking out my luggage to leave they asked me to wait and they waisted my time! I waited over 7 minutes and no one comes ! so I got my luggage and get it down to lobby by myself! And find out no one has been planning to help even the baggage cart was outside and there’s a cat was sleeping on it! UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE . for the room it self it’s okay for maximum one night as it has no noise cancellation!

Complete facilities for traveller. Clean and staffs are polite and helpful. It's not that I don't like, maybe a bit of miscommunication, I was given smoking room which caused a bit of discomfort. But it's OK, still tolerable.

During my stay, the room's air conditioning could not be turned on (Room 306).

The hotel changed its name, before Favehotel. The location of the hotel is close to everywhere. Easy to find food, there is a 24-hour fastfood across the street. Many coffee shops along the way. 200 meters away is a minimarket that is open 24 hours. Room is big enough and well equipped. The bedroom is clean. The hotel is still under renovation. No restaurant yet, still under construction. Many mosquitoes on the hotel terrace. Parking lot is limited and always crowded.
