Bed was comfortable, shower is great, room service is pleasant and patiently helpful. The corridor to our room smells fantastic and cleanness is top notch. The room was sufficiently spacious and cozy, smart TV has netflix and youtube so it was convenient for us. Breakfast was delicious and the service staff were pleasant and attentive to your needs, seating were cozy and comfortable. Breakfast food selection were quite limited due to the sizing of the restaurant. Some of the side dishes were room temperature. The lobby is further in from the road entrance, entrance was confusing to our Grab drivers and Grabfood delivery.

I like how the location is pretty much walking distance from cute cafes and restaurants! The room is spacious and clean. The swimming pool felt like it was forced. No space, not much natural lights, was just tucked in on the side of the building next to a tall wall. Wouldve preferred a green space instead of the pool

The staff here have been incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. The hotel is located in a gated compound, so it feels very safe—quite a pleasant surprise to find such a stylish, premium property in one of the busier parts of South Jakarta. Breakfast was absolutely worth it, with an impressive variety of dishes to choose from—so many, in fact, that I couldn’t try them all in one stay! The location is also a huge plus, being just a short walk to the MRT station, making it easy to get around. The cleanliness, attention to detail, and overall premium atmosphere truly elevate the experience here. If I could suggest a few improvements, the Wi-Fi connection in our room could be a bit faster, as we found it quite slow at times. It would also be great if the in-room TVs included apps like Netflix, since many of us don’t watch the usual hotel channels anymore. Providing more face towels or small towels would be appreciated, too. For the breakfast experience, it might help if some of the kitchen staff learned a bit of basic English, as I found it challenging to request a specific type of coffee. Offering oat milk as an alternative would also be a nice touch for guests who can’t have dairy. Lastly, the gym could be a little bigger to match the overall standard of the hotel, as it feels quite small for such a premium property.

1. At check-in, I was given the wrong room. 2. There were issues with hot water. 3. Every time I entered the hotel, I was asked if I was staying there. 4. During breakfast, you might be seated with strangers due to a lack of tables — and you’ll have to listen to someone chewing right next to you. 5. The food at the hotel is mostly Indonesian. I tried the club sandwich, and it came with a smell of spoiled chicken.

most of thing is fine. clean, comfy bed and stuffs in the hotel are all pretty and elegant. but this hotel has 1 critical problem that is you can hear everything in your next room even talking, small volumed TV, laughing.. everything. which means your next room can also hear what you are doing in the room.

Been in multiple top rated and 5 star hotels in Jakarta, yet Sutasoma won the best hotel ever in terms of all services! place is beyond expectations, well and luxurious belt, super clean, super safe, delicious dining for both breakfast and its in-house dining experience, room is well equipped with cozy ambiance! toped up with amazing staff whom literally around the clock helping and assisting with a smile, mad respect and much love to every single person behind Sutasoma Team ❤️. Place is highly recommended for those who will appreciate the various aspects of hospitality and inspired by meaningful details. Do not forget to order a coffee whenever you can grab one cause they are just sooooo good at making a piece of art behind that serving cup of coffee ❤️
