It was close to the fruit supermarket and fairly good location. The staff were very accommodating especially Cindy at reception. They were very helpful and friendly Ants, the window had a metal bar over it so no view. Which I didn’t like. Shower had slight sulphur smell so water wasn’t great. No fridge in the room. Little overpriced for this factor.

I selected this hotel for its proximity to my destination. The room was satisfactory. However, I encountered some difficulties with the hotel policy, which did not accommodate my business needs. I explained to the hotel that I had unforeseen changes from my company and needed to modify my bookings. Booking.com assisted me to appeal the policy, but the property refused it. Only a discount voucher for a future stay would be okay for me, but apparently, that was too much to ask. I doubt I will return here.

Location was convenient for our purpose in Jakarta. Some of the staff were friendly, especially at the cafe. The room was relatively clean. Air con and wifi worked well. The lady (seemingly boss) at the reception was not very nice upon arrival. She was not really helpful. The double room is too small and the bathroom smelled like mould, poor ventilation. Amenities were just ok. On top of all, I received a message on the day of arrival threatening me that, if I wouldn’t confirm my arrival time before 18h, my reservation would be released (!). First time I see this policy in a hotel, really not acceptable. Gladly the hotel apologised - though I wonder if they really release reservations to other guests in this way.

the staff were really accommodating and the whole place felt like home. For the price of the property, they give you 5 star service. Location is great. Water pressure is great. Exhaust in the bathroom is really good. We asked for a smoking room but our room never smelled like a bar. The rooms are not really that spacious BUT IT IS REALLY MORE THAN ENOUGH for the price of the hotel.
