Upon arrival the room was very dirty, there were body hairs in the bathroom, the floor mat was stained and had holes in it, the wall paper stained and peeling. When we requested a new room there was reluctance to accommodate this. We were the. Given a room that was the same level of dirty as the previous. There is a mosque directly outside and had a speaker system sounding their prayrers at five am which we were woken up to. If you want to stay in a clean quiet location this is not the place to be.

I liked how it was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The food was also great! The pillows are thin and the showering head was moudly and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.

nothing Creepy hotel, bad employee behaviour, room was extremely dirty and wornout, stain bed and smelly, very noisy room.

Got a room with connecting door. It was locked but I heard a couple making love so noisy next door. Very discomfort experience ?

The hotel was good overall and the staff were very friendly The pillows are too flat, they don't offer support for the neck. I would recommend changing them or have 2 pillows per person.

The amenities like bottled water was consistently filled and extra bottles were put in on the counter and in the fridge The first night, the bathroom was not clean, we didn't have towels and the soap dispenser was empty. I moved to the couch and there was an outline of dust under it. The water to fill the bathtub was coming out Brown, I had to let it run for a few minutes before I would come clear

The breakfast is less varied. For the future, breakfast should be adjusted to a menu that suits the tongue of the Indonesian people. I like the conditions in this hotel. It's just so quiet.
